We received a really good deal on the price per night. I would not pay their regular price to stay here. The lobby is pretty big and features a restaurant/bar as well as a Starbucks. The rooms are pretty run down with old carpets and couches. It's mostly surface cleaned. We had some stains on our sheets, and there was still hair in the bathroom, and we found game tokens under the bed. This indicates the lack of attention to detail when it comes to tidying up the rooms. The sheets weren't very comfortable, and I guess the chemicals they use to clean them are really strong as they irritate the skin. The hotel is in close proximity to many Asian restaurants. You can walk around the area and not have to drive. The area is safe, which is a plus point.

Reserved for Superior King (Renovated) but they gave us the Premium King… (not sure if it was intentionally done or a mistake). I called the front desk and explained that this is not the room I wanted and reserved. They said they will look into it and transferred me to someone else and I had to explain and repeat this 3 times to change the room. Other than this experience, we enjoyed our stays. 5/5 Super Clean and quiet 🧼 Free indoor and outdoor parking 🚗 Pour over coffee maker + Starbucks coffee ☕️ 10 Sec Away Gas Station⛽️ We will definitely come back here

Front desk people are very nice. Very convenient location. But the room is not as nice as the pictures we saw on their website. The washroom is renovated. It's in good size, and clean. But the room we got is a bit dated, curtain looks dirty. And not enough light in the room. One of our beds is not very comfortable (felt it's a bit used). Overall, definitely not a four star hotel.

Stayed here for about one week and the housekeeping staff are amazing. Michelle and Charlotte came to my room and they were both delightful. I really appreciated their high level of customer service. Thanks ladies. The room was clean and the hotel has great amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in the heart of Richmond Hill, Ontario, the Sheraton Parkway Hotel is an excellent choice. From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the standout features of the Sheraton Parkway Hotel is the great bar and restaurant in the lobby. It's a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a busy day, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, from classic burgers to international cuisine, so there's something for everyone. Another great feature of the lobby area is the Starbucks, which is a real lifesaver for coffee lovers. You can grab your favorite latte or cappuccino and head to one of the many seating areas available, whether you prefer a cozy armchair or a more communal table. If you need to catch up on work or check your emails, there are also computers available for guest use. When it comes to the rooms, the Sheraton Parkway Hotel does not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms is truly outstanding, and the housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their attention to detail. Everything from the linens to the bathroom fixtures is kept in impeccable condition, making for a truly 5-star experience. Another great thing about the Sheraton Parkway Hotel is its location. Situated near the 407 and 404 highways, it's easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you can easily find something to do or see during your stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Parkway Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Richmond Hill. With its great bar and restaurant, Starbucks, spacious and comfortable rooms, and 5-star cleanliness, it's a top choice for anyone looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience.

So so good here . Rooms were so big. Wasn’t expecting the size. My suite had a nice view, a lounge, the bathroom was large as well. They got an indoor and and outdoor pool. Very big halls for parties or weddings. The staff were so nice, they clean up room everyday. Food was so good, like the chef(s) are good. Steak done right, delicious, chicken was so good. Breakfast was a hit ($21.99) I really enjoyed staying here and will come back soon.

The hotel is very well located and just far enough from the city center. The check in was fast, the welcome very friendly, the information given is clear and precise. The places are very well decorated and clean. There is a Starbuck inside the hotel. We can open the door via our cell phone, which is exceptional. The room is superb especially the bathroom there are several pillows to satisfy the most difficult, the air conditioning is very quiet, the room service is impeccable. To mention that there is free indoor and outdoor parking, the outside fills up quite quickly in the evening. There are many restaurants around the hotel The check out is done just as quickly and friendly. For sure I recommend

Initially had a reservation for the Best Western next door. Was upgraded to this hotel. Very grateful that we were. The service that we received was exceptional. Every staff member that we came into contact with was very friendly and sincere from the front desk staff, gift shop clerk to the housekeeping staff. Management is definitely doing something right here. They just need a bigger parking lot.

This hotel is quite nice and the staff I've encountered have all been very helpful and friendly. The crave restaurant was decent, quick service. The hotel room was ok. Bed was clean. Room had a bit of an old urine smell coming from the bathroom but the shower, sink etc was clean. There's an industrial fan outside my room blowing at the doors direction. A ton of dirty hand prints on the window. Coffee provided in the room is good, Starbucks coffee, easy to make.

We booked online through booking.com into the Best Western but when we arrived we were upgraded to the Sheraton. What an amazing surprise! The reservation staff was very friendly and interested in why we were there and once they found out where we were from, introduced us to the manager who is from our same town! We were given a newly renovated room, it came with a table you could plug your electronics into so no searching for plugs. In the small but adorable bathroom the mirror had a heated part in the centre so if you forgot to turn the fan on it wasn't fogged and a night light built right in. We ate in the restaurant and the server was very helpful, suggesting some items for us to enjoy which we did. The girls used the fitness room and pool while I made some phone calls from the lobby bar area. Checkout in the morning was a breeze and even the Starbucks was quick and efficient, the lady in front of me had a massive order but, they called for back up who arrived swiftly and got the line moving along. All in all all a very pleasant stay and a nice little surprise to be upgraded to such a nice hotel where the staff are so friendly and caring.

I book my stay to spend the Valentines day. The location is good and everything is clean. However there are other drawbacks so I won’t thinks it is a 4 star hotel. I am dissatisfied about 2things. The shower water is so slow and takes me such a long time to shower. The hair dryer is slow as well :( I spend 1 hour to put my hair dry. Before booking, I called the front desk and ask if the hot tub is available. The staff said yes, so I book with Sheraton. During my stay, there is no hot tub. I called and double check, the hot tub is not available. Really unsatisfying about missing information.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. The room is clean, but the furniture, and carpets look old. Bathroom was in a very good condition. We ordered food which was great for a hotel. Lobby, elevators, common areas, check-in, check-out, and housekeeping were great. It is in proximity of shopping and easy access to a highway. Parking was free and hassle free. Overall, I recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean and beautiful hotel. Stayed on the 9th floor which had a club with drinks and cookies set out 24hrs, very helpful for those of us with midnight munchies. The manager was also really nice, spending time to provide clarity when needed and being flexible with accommodating our requests. Only flaw was that my party of 4 adults and 2 infants had called weeks ahead to book 2 rooms with connecting doors and we were assured of getting it, but we weren't given on arrival. Otherwise, great hospitality and good breakfast in the main restaurant.

I selected this hotel on aa business trip. The rep behind the front counter must be new and asked the manager for assistance. The front counter manager was abrupt and asked for my credentials. After fulfilled her request, she demanded a letter from my employer in order to get the reservation rate. The letter had to be sent by 11pm or she would raise my rate. This is the only Sheraton that had ever demand a letter. Parking is not regulated and lines poorly painted. Great location but I probably never return due to the front end manager.

If you respect yourself, pick another hotel. I spent a night in a room at the temperature of 28 degree of Celsius! The thermostat was not working and no one took the responsibility for it. I didn’t report the problem in the middle of the night because I assumed there is no no other room and at 3 am there isn’t much to be done. At the reception, the morning after, when I reported to the issue, the manager “Prateek Gupta” was the so rude and disrespectful that I can’t even begin to explain. I wanted to make sure they are aware of the problem so that the same thing doesn't happen to the next guest and he kept repeating very rudely that all rooms are checked before guest arrival as if I was making this up! All I was asking for was a simple apology that I didn’t get. Personally I’ll never come back and I’ll talk to everyone in my network about the awful quality of the service here. My advice to you: Pick any other hotel, not this one!

ON our stay in Markham, we were greeted by front desk clerk Rochelle (Amazing!); she went above and beyond ensuring to deliver the best service and accommodation possible. I highly recommend staying at the hotel. The only downside to this property is the guest parking: what a headache 🤦🏾

I would rate 5/5 but..... We had a reservation for best Western, they ran into complications and we got upgraded to sheraton king suite club level. Which was amazing. But, for such a high quality hotel I was surprised to see so much dust on everything on the club suite. Originally a 400.00 room treated very terribly. Some muck on the doors. Dust and dirt on all the ice buckets and wall areas. Other than that it was nice. Clean sheets. Clean towels. No breakfast. The front desk was nice. But didn't explain our amenities to us. Second elevator was broken. I would recommend this hotel, but I'd also suggest getting a duster in there. Lol 😂

The hotel is next to the Best Western and a bunch of other restaurants and stores so parking can be limited evening. Overall I had a very enjoyable day and would definitely come back again.

Stayed at Sheraton parkway for anniversary. Newly renovated clean rooms and starbucks on site was definitely a plus. Free parking is always great when staying at a hotel. Also their Crave Restaurant patio offered amazing food and vibes. They offered us a free wine for the anniversary ❤️ Going to the pool was bit of a walk around but its nice little pool patios.

I was recently here for a conference, but didn’t stay over so I can’t comment on the rooms. However, the event venue was well organized and service was efficient for breakfast and lunch on both days. The room layout was a bit spread out, but it gave room for people to move around and socialize with attendees. Free parking is a bonus and the venue is a much welcomed change from the typical crowded downtown locations.

The room was excellent although there was no toothpaste in it. I got it from the front desk. When I checked in a lady with cool balayage hair helped us. But her service was not satisfactory. She was kind of condescending when my mom didn't know the pin of her credit card because she usually taps only. She also wasn't apologetic that the credit machine misbehaved. We saw two transactions. Another thing I wanted to note was that we were disappointed at the smaller pool and the fitness room; we couldn't find the bigger ones. The water was not heated and felt dirty.

This is coming from a hockey player experience standpoint. Our stay here was excellent and the facilities here were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. It definitely struck me of how strict their policies are on keeping the hotel quiet and safe (eg. $50 fine for visibly seeing a mini-stick) which I thought some of them were a little ridiculous. Although, I understand the thinking behind it to ensure a good stay for the other guests so it met my 4-star expectations.

Great hotel with lots to offer all in one place. They gave me $10 a day and I used it for 2 Starbucks, I thought that was a cute perk. The food at Craves is way overpriced but the wings were great. I had a problem with my AC and he came right away. Front desk was helpful and kind. There's always one that doesn't understand customer service. I wanted my left overs warmed up and he acted like I needed his kidney lol Besides that the Convention Center was great for our Conference. Go to Best Western for the better pool and hot Tub it's connected to Sheraton and included. Want to pamper yourself go see Sara Beauty in Best Western Omg she's awesome.

Checked in at the front desk with a young woman named ‘Gabby’ and she was so personable and friendly. She told us our room was upgraded and gave us lots of great information. Our room was large, clean and modern. The bar and restaurant are very nice as well. Our server in the restaurant ‘Peter’ was a riot. Great sense of humour. Food was great too!

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby and restaurant were excellent, clean and organized. My room was in York Tower, the rooms are definitely an older layout just due to the age of the hotel but have been renovated to a good modern standard, also the room was clean and the shower was hot and spacious, water pressure was a little down but acceptable for an older hotel. Price for the included amenities and the great service made it an excellent visit, will use this hotel again next time I'm in town.

Came here for a short visit to Markham. We had stayed in a premium king size room that was next door to neighbors playing loud music. We didn't want to cause a commotion, but we still wanted to relax in peace and quiet. After a quick call to front desk, they graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade to a superior king size room. This was very nice of them, and we enjoyed our stay for the rest of the weekend. Great service, very accommodating staff, and clean rooms - we would definitely come again!

We hold our workplace Holiday party at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites every year. Nicole and her team always go above and beyond what is expected. The food is amazing. The staff are so friendly and professional and the room is always arranged perfectly to accommodate our entertainment. Would highly recommend hosting an event here.

Titanium member. Good recognition of elite benefits. Had an upgrade to their "premium suite" on the 7th floor, and access to the lounge on the 9th floor. The lounge has some hors d'oeuvre (some sort of croissant sandwich, egg rolls and a couple other things) in the evening and is open 24/24 with some snacks (cookies) and beverages (coffee, soda, water). Had a choice of breakfast in the restaurant (buffet) or breakfast in the lounge. Some advantages of the breakfast in the restaurant is that it has an egg and omelette station, as well as a few more options than the lounge depending on the day of the week (such as waffles or pancakes); we simply took the breakfast in the lounge which was good enough and allowed us to take the points as the elite welcome gift. Hotel charges a $10 destination fee. There's an outdoor pool that you access through the adjoining Best Western (which also has an indoor pool that was being repaired). The Sheraton has an indoor pool, which has a dry sauna, but no hot tub. Parking is free and easy to access.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds are some of the comfiest I've every slept in & my room was always clean and tidy thanks to the wonderful Rita. I loved the pool area & the Starbucks in the lobby is an added perk. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and while I've usually had great experiences with Sheraton, this time has been disappointing. It's surprising that a 4-star hotel would offer such a poor-quality duvet. It's impossible for me to sleep comfortably with this unpleasant duvet, and as a result, I won't be booking with this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable night's sleep.

Not at all what I though or haven grown to expect from a Marriot. When I arrived there at approximately 8pm the room was warm so I proceeded to program the thermostat to lower temperature however that did not work and the room got to 27 degrees later that night, the room appeared to be cleaned however later on I found used tissues and dirty clothes stashed under the vanity in the bathroom. The door scrapped as it shut/opened so much so that a few times it stayed open leaving my personal effects unsecure as I was away for a late supper. The second day the toilet back up thankfully contained itself to the bathroom which was easily fixed by the servicing departing. This appeared to be an easy fix for them which is the only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars as they replaced the A/C unit when they came in to fix the toilet issue. The remainder of the staff were rude and made snide jesters and remarks with all every interaction.

This was our organization's first in person event since pre-covid. The hotel staff were extremely kind and adhered to all COVID protocols. All of our participants felt very safe. The venue was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Hotel staff were extremely organized and accommodating during both the conference as well as the planning stages. I would happily return. Hosted an event here. Staff helpful, if a bit prickly about bringing Tim Horton's coffee into an establishment with a Starbucks in it. Rooms nice. Buffet dinner for our group was excellent. We had a great experience. This hotel is centrally located so you're a quick drive to all the fun places you'll want to visit! The only issues we had was that the outdoor pool was such a far walk from our room and the rooms are NOT cleaned by housekeeping unless requested upon arrival (August 23rd 2021). Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!!

I and husband recently our wedding at Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites (Richmond Hill) on September 18, 2021. We had the ceremony at the Solarium room and the reception at the Richmond Ball as well as we booked the room the night before the wedding and the wedding night. We toured venues in spring of 2021 and after seeing several decided on Sheraton Hotel. We first met with Ada during our initial tours. She was knowledgeable and was able to assist with any questions and details we had. She constantly kept us informed and was prompt answering emails and my many questions. We were very worried about COVID-19 and the ability to have any type of function. Sheraton Hotel and Ada were so accommodating and flexible! We must have emailed Ada a dozen times leading up to the wedding and each time she answered all of my questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy. She facilitated me dropping off all of my items the days before. It was very comforting to have her greet me before the ceremony and be with us throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites. Thank you to Sheraton Hotel and Ada for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable experience!

My booking was originally at the Best Western, but was switched to the Sheraton as there were a few issues with the room I had initially. I want to should out Kayla Mcleod - who is managing the Sheraton as well as the Best Western (they are linked in the building). I had highlighted what the issues were, and without asking, Kayla was generous enough to check what she could do for me. She went above and beyond in making my stay super comfortable and enjoyable, even without being asked. I really appreciate her efforts. She found a room at the Sheraton for me and came with me to check it out to ensure that it was good/safe to stay in. I genuinely was touched and humbled by the help she provided, and she is the reason I would come back. Kayla made my experience one of the best hotel experiences, and she did this without even being asked. Thank you Kayla, I really loved and appreciated my stay thanks to your hospitality!! The room was also lovely!

You're guest and they know it. Quickest check-in 30-45 secs without any hassle. Rooms are excellent. Room wasnt ready on arrival but they didn't hesitate for a moment to upgrade to a better room. Staffs from check-in reception to those in corridor are courteous. Outdoor parking can be bit challenging but indoor parking was free and convenient.

At first, the hotel seemed nice. We used the pool and you can tell it's not very well kept - broken thermometer and it didn't even get that hot. Also was quite dirty near the rocks. We went back up to shower and I noticed the mirror lights weren't working. Then I wanted to dry my hair and there was no hair dryer in sight. I thought hair dryers came standard in every hotel room, but I guess not at this one? You would think for the price, it would at least come with that basic amenity. So we called to get a hair dryer and I noticed a piece of garbage beside our bed - the room wasn't properly cleaned! After a few minutes of waiting, I received a hair dryer and it was really gross, sticky and just dirty. I'm very disappointed so far just with the cleanliness alone.

Was a good stay. Had some issues tho. The first room I got was not cleaned properly and had good containers in the fridge. But they were very helpful and got me a different room when I went to the front desk. They upgraded me also, which was very nice of them. However the second room the fridge didn't work. I didn't really need it so I didn't mention it to them till the next morning when I checked out as it didn't bother me but something like that should be caught by the cleaning crew when they clean it. Service was fantastic and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Stayed here for a conference and thought it was really decent. Looks a little shady when pulling up to it, but the inside is nice and the staff are friendly and professional. The food served was a good variety, flavorful, and generally pretty healthy. The conference rooms were adequate but they couldn’t get the AC to shut off so it was freezing inside.

Clean room with good layout and airflow. Enthusiastic front desk. Good beds. Good washroom. Clean hallways. Restaurant food was good. Dislike: The underground parking is very old and falling apart. The area is generally pretty outdated. Gym access is not free.

We had an amazing mini stay-cation with the Sheraton. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a renovated superior suite with a wonderful and relaxing deep tub. Everything with clean and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed fast and easy room service as well as the convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby and not to mention Starbucks coffee pods right in our room! Both pools were clean with perfect temperature water to just jump in and swim. We were able to connect our Nintendo switch to the huge flat screen TV to top off our stay. The location was also ideal for city pass holders. We were able to get to all spots within 30min, with traffic. Such a family friendly and professional place to stay. No problems with internet connection either! I highly recommend the Sheraton for your next stay.

Booked a weekend stay and really appreciated how helpful the staff were with relaying the status of the room as I had requested an early check-in. I left some belongings in the room after check-out and contacted the hotel that night. They confirmed that my belongings were found and I was able to pick them up promptly the following day. One blemish during the stay was that there were many rooms that left their pizza boxes, food containers, etc in the hallways in the evening. This made the halls quite cluttered and smelled of food odors. Nonetheless, I will definitely be staying here again in the near future

Our firm needed a meeting room for a few hours. We booked it and it was adequate. No bells or whistles. 4 x bottles of water at $2 each - no big deal. However, when we received the receipt (after they had already cleared the payment in full) there was a "Service Charge" of an additional 15% on the bill and then the taxes on top of that. We inquired and the hotel advised that it has a Union that mandatorily charges a 15% fee (based on the total cost of the event) whether or not we use the room or buy food or drink. Apparently, the charge applies because we chose Sheraton and they have a Union. No other reason. As a result, the 4 bottles of ESKA water cost us roughly $18 each. The hotel said that was our problem because they had a deal with the Union. Take this as my advice - find a hotel that doesn't have this "Union" arrangement. We never saw, spoke to, or required assistance from any human during our "event". This charge was a cash grab. We are thankful we only booked 1 small room for a few hours. Had we booked an actual event this mandatory "Union" charge could have cost us hundreds of dollars without having any service attached to it. READ THE FINE PRINT!! We shredded our membership cards and blacklisted the chain. It was the most responsible thing we could do for our end clients going forward.

My wife booked this place. The room was OK. At night, we had very noisy neighbors. We called the front desk, but thy did not do anything. I had to knock at their door at ask them to lower the noise. They did not listen to me, but 15 min after (1am) I knocked, they stopped. Quite disappointed that the hotel did not take any extra measures about it. Furthermore, The hotels nearby have chargers for EV vehicles, this one does not have it. I parked my car at the Hilton and walked to this place, not the ideal situation.

Hotel is clean and has lots of amenities on site including Starbucks, a restaurant, gym, and pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Note that there is underground parking available though I wasn't clear about that until my last day when outdoor surface parking was full. It is a convention center Hotel so expect it to be busy from time to time. I love my room which was a suite and for an extended stay this is a good option as it gives you a sitting room.

We always a nice stay here at the Sheraton for staycations. The staff are polite and the new Celebrations Package is amazing value - cant believe dinner and a room can be as low as 200 dollars-ish! And free parking! The building is quite unsightly from the outside but inside is so pleasant!

Room was nice and clean. Had more amenities than I needed for my brief stay. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The pool isn’t great and it would be nice if there was a hot tub. I did enjoy the sauna though. Signage to the bigger pool and fitness club was limited and the king hall through the best western hotel was unique. I was on the club level floor with access but the timing didn’t work for my schedule as I had a meeting in the morning and the lounge doesn’t open until 8am and closes by 9pm.

This hotel is surprisingly quiet. It's very clean. Our room is pretty large and we feel very comfortable in it. The parking space is a bit limited but armed with patience it's fine. There's plenty of restaurants nearby, some of them you can walk to. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

This place had top notch service! We will be back next year and will book here again! Sabrina at the counter had made our stay there a 5 star experience. Definitely well trained staff and gave me and my family a warm welcome to toronto area. Love the environment!

Extensive review: Check in: the process was fast, but the desk agent failed to mention anything about the pool or amenities in the hotel. Also the amenity fee is quite confusing and it’s quite a money grab as it’s 10$ per day you’re there, and if you don’t use it at the Starbucks or bar, it just gets taken away at the end of your stay. Bar: don’t know why, but during the day, it’s almost impossible to track down the person at the bar. I was with another person waiting for someone to show up, no none did, so I gave up after 20 mins of waiting on the bar stools. Rooms: I got the suite in the York tower. Room was outdated but very comfortable. Housekeeping: The room had quite a lot of dust everywhere. On the tv, phones, corners, table, cabinet, even in the sprinkler. Pictures below. The vents looked absolutely atrocious and filled with grime. The phone was crusty and filled with dust. Honestly for the Sheraton, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. Maintenance: lots of things were wrong with the room. There were random holes in the wall. Cable management on the tv and the desk was poorly done. The sink handle was loose and came right off, had to twist it back in. Lots of scratches throughout the room, cabinet with broken handle. If it’s advertised as a suite, and people are paying extra for it, superior room or not, this isn’t good quality maintenance. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for a room without the issues. Staff: overall the staff were nice. One thing I will say is that there seems to be poor communication. In the middle of the evening, we had a server deliver something for someone’s birthday, he definitely had the wrong room. Furthermore the housekeeper seemed a bit confused whether she had to clean our room, even though we didn’t put any do not disturb sign. Overall, I had a decent experience and all these problems didn’t have a drastic effect on my stay overall as the staff are really nice! Big shoutout to gaby at the front desk for the excellent customer service and answering my questions. I hope my review is taken into account by management.

Was staying in a room here and was laying in bed watching a movie as the door to my room opened. A man walked in with a suitcase and we both were equally surprised. He apologized and said they must of checked him into the wrong room and left right away. I called as that’s a HUGE security issue especially at a somewhat decent hotel. Night staff had no empathy at all and the girl I specifically spoke to had no apology. I told them, all I want is an apology but she continued to blame it on being busy. Morning after, went to desk, and the new staff seemed apologetic and refunded 50% off of one nights stay. Service is very inconsistent amongst staff members. 9/10 times the experience is great so it really makes the other 1/10 experiences shine, which isn’t great. Good amenities and location!

The hotel has been renovated recently. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Was impressed by the lounge staff and the service they provided. Food in the club lounge was good. Pools are not the cleanest and the fitness area are run down.

The updates and finishes are nice and the hotel is in a good location. Cons are that the parking can often be a nightmare, gym equipment looks like it hasn’t been replaced since 1982, and the room was definitely not properly cleaned. It looked as though they had swiftly changed the sheets and towels without touching much else. Lots of leftover condensation/sticky stains on the side tables and the microwave was left where the last person used it (on an unfinished cooking time.) The 4 stars are for the value of what you get and the staff being very friendly.

Very attentive service; nice decor and table layout; good food and drinks; helpful and friendly staff. Our second corporate Holiday event at this Sheraton Hotel. Would use it again.

I've been a frequent guest at this hotel, but recent changes in management have pushed me to stay at the Hilton across the street in the future. Cons: 1. I've encountered some issues with the front desk staff who, on occasion, have displayed less-than-friendly attitudes, making guests feel unwelcome. 2. The hotel's public parking lot, while convenient, lacks effective management, leading to problems with double-parking and inconsiderate drivers. 3. The advertised EV charging station is not owned by the hotel, which can be misleading for guests looking to use this service. 4. They don't always honour guests who prefer not to have housekeeping services every day. 5. There have been instances where the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the expected standards. Pros: 1. The location remains a strong point for this hotel, conveniently situated near Hwy 7 & 404. 2. The fitness club offers an array of amenities, including a large indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor pool, which are shared with Best Western, providing enjoyable options for relaxation.
