Wow, strange experience at this hotel. Firstly, fired up the TV in the morning to quickly catch up on the news and the overly menu laden TV didn't work at all. You get a screen that says "scrambled signal or weak signal" on every station, checked about 4. Called to the front desk, perhaps an outage? They said maintenance would need to check on it later.... So no morning news! Thought we'd grab a quick cup of coffee from the Keurig, inconveniently there were four available pods - three decaf, and one Earl Grey tea? what the heck?? And only coffee "whitener" available? Where am I "Motel 6"? Ran down to the office and they graciously handed over two precious "regular" coffee pods. The hotel room was ok, bed comfortable, but the place seemed like it could be cleaner. Grotty shower fixtures, etc.

The hotel is very busy, and indoor parking is at a premium. They only have one of three elevators working, and kids run around everywhere screaming. What a madhouse! Front desk service is perfuntory. No acknowledgement of diamond status either. Housekeeping left no toiletries in the room. The only decent thing is the restaurant where the server is very friendly and courteous. Overall it's not a good experience.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. Extremely unimpressed with this hotel. For over $500 a night my room wasn’t cleaned and they don’t pick up their phones. I called for 30 minutes for fresh towels and no one answered. I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk to request them. They just don’t care at all about their guests. Do better, Hilton! To anyone considering a stay here: Stay somewhere better!

Overall, the staff were friendly and was supported partially with my request due to claustrophobia. The front desk needs lots of welcoming lessons, they are very short & not ready to explain much/support much in all honesty, especially ones during the day. They’re a primary reason for my rating today. I had a couple of incidents where I felt quite rushed with inquiries I’ve had to make my stay more comfortable. I spoke at sometime to front desk when I had the opportunity, but at other times it was quite busy and I didn’t wish to share something other guests may overhear. I also felt quite unsafe at some point because there was a verbal altercation. I locked myself in the room in the time being and tried to call reception for over half an hour and none of my calls were answered. That’s one primary recommendation I’d have. The view from my room, size and comfortable space was my favourite. Cleanliness could be improved and there should be at least a guide of what to expect at the hotel. One primary recognition Id like to pass along is for Maria and Nicole who made my breakfast experience quite an exceptional one. They were very supportive and caring to tailor to my needs.

It is very close to the airport like within 3~4 minutes by bus and our room was clean & comfortable. But there was a lot of water leaking under the bottom of the shower door so that the foot towel got completely soaked. Anyway, they aren't ready to open their restaurant for breakfast so you have to eat unhealthy food in a box. We had no idea that someone dropped our breakfast at the door this morning and found it too late so we just had to leave without eating.

It's rare to have this many problems with a hotel stay, where do I even begin. Not surprising after reading reviews though. 1) I was given a key to a downgraded room on arrival and the evening front desk staff tried to argue about this: 'we don't have any suites left' until I showed them proof of my suite booking then suddenly they had suites left. 2) I still have unanswered chat messages in the app (Marriot, on the other hand, replies in MINUTES!) 3) Pool towels were empty both times I went 4) Room service never came 5) I tried phoning on multiple days before my stay to no answer 6) My fingers are sore from pressing so hard on the TV remote to get it to work 7) When I was in the room no one picked up at the front desk on multiple occasions. 8) In fact I watched a guest try to use the emergency wall phone at the pool and again no one from the hotel picked up; I hope the staff are okay. Not sure this is a safe situation. I should note though the many daytime staff I met were absolutely lovely and kind. 9) Contacted the official comment line and was told I'd receive a reply directly from the hotel in 3 days. Nothing. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. It looks like you didn't read my review. Please see #9 above; I already tried that.

I had i bad experience the first time, I decide to tried for a second time and the experience was better, Parking time was improve a lot, the Restaurant staff is doing an excellent job I will give them 5 stars. However i believe they need to work on front desk customer service ,on Friday at check out the front desk guy took about 20 min to check me out and print my bill , No excuses or explanation why it was so long , He obviously did not care about the situation. I still got the felling Diamond status means nothing for this location, at least that's the impression employés give .

I gave this 3 star because the room smells a bit funky like it's time for a carpet upgrade. Breakfast was buffet style, but the food didn't taste or look pleasant to me. Also, there wasn't much parking in the lot, so I was forced to park my car on the street and risked getting a ticket. Other than that, everything else was fine.

My almost perfect experience unfortunately fell short right at the end. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful venue, clean rooms. All the amenities and room features. Unfortunately front desk customer service is where things fell short. I had naturally assumed there was only a breakfast buffet option however I called down to the desk to ask in the am. I was informed there was an A La Carte option to my surprise. After preparing myself and heading downstairs I was perplexed to be re-informed it was only the buffet. When I simply only wanted two eggs and a slice of toast. I went to the front desk to inform them and simply was stared at while I explained what happened. No smile, no good morning, no apology, not even a we will let the other morning staff know. I even voiced what I was looking to obtain for breakfast and it was like talking to a wall. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life, though I maintain the rules set In place, I also know when I need to make up for my businesses I’ll action with out of the normal reconciliation. It would have been very simple to just charge a guy 10 bucks and let him have a couple eggs after my staff provided wrong information. I wanna make people happy, not even for the business, just because why wouldn’t you want to? There is to much competition to make a mistake anymore. No need to extend redemption now, I won’t be back.

I didn't even get to stay there but appreciate the manager who approved a booking cancellation less than 24 hours before charging me. My flight got cancelled on the day of the East Coast perfect storm, the hotel understood the issue and waived any penalties. Thank you kindly.

Me and my friends stayed many times at this hotel in the past. It was always pleasant, especially for the price. However, this time, everything was different. First, as we arrived, the front staff was grumpy and rude. He wasn't helpful and curt in his response.s The room itself was decent enough, though the shower leaked a bit and could be cleaner. However, there was no room service and so, we went without clean towels for the next days, even after asking at the front desk for it... The worst, however, was the breakfast. As we went for a convention, it was included, but it might as well not have been there at all. We had 3 choices : hard as rock sausages, bland small pancakes covered in blueberries and almost overriped fruits salad. For someone gluten intolerant, like me, what are you supposed to do ? Where are the eggs, the bacon, the toast and croissant, anything that was there years prior ? As it is, I cannot recommend this hotel and will stay at another one during the convention next year.

Booked this stay on points as I only needed room for a short time between flights. King suite was a nice lay out. To bad my room was missing the fridge, as I brought drinks and snacks. I picked up the phone to call about shuttle booking, no cord. Almost a safety issue. Looked up in shower and light was hanging down and not working. I felt like I was given a room that needed maintenance because I booked with HH points. As a Diamond Member, if I paid for this, I would be extremely disappointed. Restaurant has very limited choices for my 13yr old son.

The hotel staff checked me out without my knowledge, and my items still left in the room. They did not have the courtesy to call me to check if I was staying over. Instead, they checked someone else into the room after throwing my stuff out. Ludicrous and poor customer service . I need a resolution from the front desk manager, and the general manager of this hotel. The General Manager failed to call and resolve this matter and when I tried to reach him myself the following morning, he claimed no responsibility/accountability on this matter and tried to put it back on me asking where I stayed that night. Terrible customer service. I also had charges on my credit card that were not validated. Had to call in twice to ask for a receipt. The rooms were in poor shape with the bathroom shower leaking, and creating a mess every time I took a shower. One of the rooms that I stayed in had a broken fridge as well almost ruining my dinner. Looks like maintenance is an afterthought here, especially considering the 4 star hotel prices they charge you. Will stay away from this hotel at all costs unless you want to get ripped off and possibly get your car stolen according to the other reviewers on Trip advisor.

Decent hotel closee to the terminal. Restaurant looks good but it's closed. Gym could use some work...not the best even for an airport hotel. The two room suite was nice and worth the upgrade if you're traveling with the family or need room to spread out.

Nice, clean rooms with useful amenities. Liked the coffee/tea maker. Good choice of fresh made lunch type foods in the little shop. Staff helpful and friendly. Great airport shuttle with helpful and friendly drivers. Thanks!

A very nice property that is clean with modern rooms. The breakfast is good as well as the restaurant and the bartender is out of this world very friendly people. Parking are the other hand very expensive as usual in my experience while traveling to Canada. Some parking on the surface but very limited. Most of the parking is underneath the structure on two levels very tight confines I would not drive anything larger than a crossover down there otherwise, no issues. The only downside for this location is its location. On the plus side very close to Pearson airport on the downside there’s nothing really within walking distance. But you do have options you could take the free shuttle to terminal one and take the UP express train to Union Station .

So close to the airport makes this convenient. I did not hear a single plane while staying here. Room was well appointed. California king size bed=Wonderful! Breakfast was delish and had a nice variety of dishes to choose from. Nice bar. Bartender Simon was wonderful. Very friendly. All of the staff here were friendly.

When I arrive late at night after multiple delays and a long flight, all I want is a comfortable bed to calm my screaming back. The Hilton Garden Inn provides that, and much more. A nice updated room, a walk-in shower, and a very welcome 12 pm checkout, which was perfect in my case. Friendly faces at the reception added to the overall relaxed atmosphere, and I had a perfect stay!

Pros: quick seamless check in. Lovely Hostess in the dining room morning buffet (almost $30!!) was the only polite staff member. Comfortable beds. Cons:snarly shuttle bus driver. When asked why she blew past R3 post at airport...leaving my daughter standing there (after a 5.5 hr red eye) "oh people stand there all the time when they should be across the street...your daughter should have flagged me down!" (snarkily) I replied "why would she flag you down when she's expecting you to stop to pick people up?" No apology...just attitude Advised front desk of situation and was met with blank stares. Dark rooms...just little table lamp and a dim short floor lamp. When heat kicks on it sounds like a foghorn! Hard to sleep. Complimentary coffee urn in lobby was empty....when I advised the two front desk men (who were not busy-just talking with each other) they told me to go to kitchen and tell them. Could THEY not have called? I'm handicapped but made my way. Thank goodness for the nice Hostess as by now I was ready to get upset. Having been in customer service myself for 42yrs, I treat people with respect even in trying situations. Front desk did NOT answer the phone after me trying for 20 mins.....ended up getting dressed to go down myself. Dirty windows in lobby....just looks bad, not really an issue.

Great airport hotel for the brand. Excellent value. Ideal airport location, but not for much of anything else. If you're looking for a few chain restaurant/bar options close-by, you'll find them around this place. Very decent bar/restaurant with great breakfast within this hotel. Return regularly when traveling for business.

Pros - King room is a good size, little shop downstairs (closed when I arrived), dining area is large and tasteful, there is a pool in the basement. Cons - tub in room had hair and constant dripping from the nozzle, buffet was almost $30 extra from the room cost, half the plugs did not work by the bed, and the dining staff were not friendly (with the expectation to tip). Location is good and good restaurants are a short 15-20 min drive. I would stay here again for business.

My wife and I checked in after a long day of travel. The room we were provided was in violation of health codes due to the excessive amount of black mold in the shower. After being switched to another room, it too had black mold growing in the shower. The HVAC system when used was in terrible repair as it made a terrible rattling noise keeping us up the majority of the night. The pillows were horrible and the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned after the last guest as it had no soap or any other items. Hilton guarantees any issues from guests will be resolved, However ours was not. Reception simply waived our pet fee for the one night stay although my wife and I were still charged $400 for the stay and were not provided a receipt. I will be reporting this issue to the proper health inspection authorities as this is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a clean room.

Room was clean and updated. Food in the restaurant for dinner was wonderful, I highly recommend the steak sandwich. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of delicious fresh food including made to order omelets.

Nice and close to the airport. The shuttle came in handy in the morning for getting us to the airport in time. Rooms were comfortable and what we needed. Hotel restaurant was okay. Nice and convenient for a dinner before bed, so we didn’t have to go anywhere else.

I am staying here currently. I booked a king suite as i am traveling for business. They gave away my king bed and put me in a 2 queen room. I understand these things happen. I travel a lot. I don’t complain often when things go poorly and some one is trying to make it better. But the room they put me in… the AC sounds like a helicopter. And doesn’t seem To work… the restaurant doesn’t keep normal hotel hours. Like breakfast… This place is a hole…

Great location, close to stores, easy to fine. The room, lobby and hallways were bright and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and made me feel very welcomed. This was a business trip - I will definitely stay again.

As a Diamond member for 11 years. I expected a bit more courtesy than what I received from the gentleman who checked me in. After hearing parking was $30, I went back to the Hilton website and found where it said "Free Parking." The desk attendant wouldn't even look at my phone - just said there's no free parking here, didn't say another word about it after that despite my persistence of talking about the issue. He would not even look at my phone to see if their website was incorrect. Now, come to find out, I was looking at the Toronto Airport West, so the issue was all my fault. Still, the attitude of the front desk person did not exactly make me feel like a valued member. The room they put me in is a corner unit with terrible Wi-Fi, but I'm hesitant to even ask for an ethernet cable after my first experience with the attendant. I would recommend this place, but personally I will not stay here again.

Alright but pricey transit hotel for an overnight stay in Toronto during a long layover for a connecting flight. Standard Canadian+US Quality for hotel, nothing to brag about. Rooms were cramped and smelt funky. There was a wedding event of some sort going on when we checked-in at 10PM and was very noisy downstairs and all through the hall way. Parking is not free, nor is it 'secure'. No frills hotel and pricey. Offers shuttle to airport.

Was there for a conference so can not comment on rooms. Location was ideal for travellers. Service was great with all the servers. They were very pleasant and the coffee was always hot. The food was good as well for breakfast and lunch. It served its purpose. A comment about the audiovisual, the course director had a lot of great things to say but there was many times lots of feedback from the facility speakers. Also the doors to the conference room when opened creaked and was at time very disturbing. The lights also at times were not cooperative with the switches. So in conclusion, I think the facility requires some investments to make it a more modern conducive facility for conferences.

So clean, so convenient. Shuttle between the airport and hotel is so convenient. Great lobby and staff. Spacious rooms that are well appointed. Views are immaterial, it's an airport hotel. Restaurant in the lobby is great for dinner or breakfast.

I brought my cats with me to this Hotel for Anime North and it was amazing. We got the suit for 4 people and it was perfect. Although I do suggest bringing a foam for the pull out couch as I heard it was slightly uncomfortable for one person, the other person said it was fine so take that as you will. The staff were so nice and accommodating, whenever we asked for something they were sure to bring it up very quickly and the breakfast staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to. It is a little walk from the bus, only about 5 minutes, bit as someone with chronic pain it was a little annoying. Otherwise 10/10 experience.

I felt it was overly priced for what we got. We took advantage of their park and go, which was fine. But when I asked about other options I felt like I was treated like I was dumb. We would have done the park and fly, which was cheaper, and just got the room. But the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Sleeping in my car would have been (actually is) more comfortable. Incredibly lumpy. No good. Location was fine and shuttle was on time

From the moment Mom and Dad arrived atthehotel, they were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, promptly attending to all their needs and inquiries. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which they greatly appreciated before a long flight

We just had a wonderful stay for 1 night before a flight. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the buffet breakfast (25$) was excellent! We will come back here every time we need to stay near the airport (YYZ). During the check-in, no information was provided and it was done very quickly. I think that the service could be improved at the front desk. We had requested a bed for our baby, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived and we called twice to get 1 to the room.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I definitely won't be booking with them again. Trying to call them was a nightmare and when someone finally answered the phone, I was given attitude. The shuttle bus driver was also quite rude. Checking in wasn't that bad. The A/C was good and the room was fairly clean until we found an old rotten apple under our bed. I'm not even sure if it was an apple because at that point, it was unrecognizable. It's as if the cleaning lady just kicked it under the bed hoping nobody would notice. I tried using the Keurig machine near the end of our stay, but it was broken and flooded the counter. The pool was stained and the hot tub was colder than the actual swimming pool. The gym was okay, quite small, but it stank kind of like mold. The shower in the room didn't have a valve, so when we turned the water on, it came out from the shower head and the faucet at the same time. Therefore, the water pressure was not good. I talked to someone at the front desk about that and she said she would send someone up to fix it the next day, but for the entirety of our stay, nothing was done. It's like they forgot about it. The location is okay, but I'll be getting something a lot closer to Toronto's downtown next time. All in all, I was disappointed especially for how much I paid.

Comfortable room and the airport shuttle is super handy but I feel kinda scammed by the pool photo here on Google maps. The pool was the deciding factor to stay here but that photo is NOT the pool at this location. The pool at this location is in the basement. Not outdoors with a nice deck and trees. Why is this photo associated with this location?

  • 5/5 Suzanne Van't H. 5 months ago on Google
Disappointed that a breakfast was not provided with room. I had to pay $28 for a buffet style breakfast. Nothing else was available! I don't eat very much and only ate about $5 of food. Not even a reduction in price with being a customer of the hotel! Swimming pool was nice, hot tub temperature was good, jets didn't work! Never fixed over the 5 days we were there! Room service was good, made everything available when needed. Husband called when we went in due to the fact that none of the phone charger plugs were working in the room. They never did fix them. Considering the cost that this hotel was charging, the lack of service was abysmal! Certainly gone down hill since last visit 3 years ago!

Hilton Garden Inn at Toronto Airport is an excellent hotel, and a great choice for convenience when flying in or out of Toronto. The rooms are clean and have all of the expected amenities, the property appears well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good, and the dining area also has a full restaurant and bar Dixon Kitchen & Bar, that is a great dinner dinner option.

I am international student and was quarantined at Hilton for 3 days until I received my negative covid report. So in the morning of my checkout I received a call from the front desk asking me when I’d be checking out. So, I told them that I still haven’t received my results to would need my stay to be extended until I receive the negative result. Later, in the evening, I was in the washroom and noticed that someone just opened my room’s door and were entering it but I somehow managed to close the door and asked who is there to which a women asked me when I would be checking out? How can they just enter my room without even knocking or asking for permission? If they can’t communicate better between their shift change doesn’t mean they have the right to just barge into the room without my permission. Is this the kind of customer service they have for their guests?

They lowered the room rate and then charge guests $20/night for parking (they reminded me at check-in, while it was free to park a month ago on my last stay). Their reason being it’s very close to the airport. (Right, cuz travellers flew in with their vehicles). Anyways, I could find at least 10+ properties including other Hilton’s around the airport that don’t charge for parking. Checked out at 2pm (normal time is 1pm) but they didn’t charge me extra fees, because I saw something in a drawer that shouldn’t be there.

Had an early departure out of Toronto so decided to stay close to the Airport. The Hilton Garden Inn is just a 3-4 minute drive away and was a perfect choice. Very nice and big room. Modern and well equipped. Very good wifi, big TV, veeery comfy bed. Free airport Shuttle to and off the Airport. Friendly/helpful staff. Restaurant was closed but they said it will open again the upcoming days. Just be aware that there is nothing in walking distance (no restaurants, no stores, etc.). Wasn't a big deal for us, we ordered food with delivery and when the restaurant is open again you can eat right at the restaurant also.

AC off for 4-5 hours at night to the point where we all could not sleep In the morning, no hot water (we called the front desk and they indicated it would be restored in 30 minutes... we finally had to leave 90 minutes later, no hot water still) Shelves broken in the bathroom Room alarm set for 5:25am

This is a clean and well maintained hotel very close to YYZ with a reliable shuttle to the airport running on a 30 minute schedule. The room is comfortable and adequately equipped. There was no dining available (due to COVID) at breakfast, although the bar and restaurant is open at dinner. The hotel is not located near any dining options, necessitating a 20 minute walk (we did not have a car)in an industrial area to reach a place to get breakfast or using a delivery service.

Very modern hotel, decent view of the airport, hotel shuttle is handy and helpful with how close it is to airport. Can't remember his name but front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Was able to check in an hour early which was much appreciated as well. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Great size tv and comfortable bed. My only complaint is that I was placed in an adjoining room and I was able to hear the next room quite easily which was incredibly disappointing.

Our stay was last minute and very happy to be here. Our flight was delayed which caused us to lose our connection. The General Manager; Marcos gave us the utmost care, from having a fantastic Shuttle driver pick us up immediately and allowing us to early check in. Just stellar service. Thank you 🙏 so much

Very disappointing.. we are club members and this is the first time we have had a poor experience. There was no food available and the restaurant was closed due to Covid. We would have appreciated a heads up when we booked. We ordered pizza from a flyer provided at the front desk. It was good but 1 pop, medium 3 item pizza, and small garden salad was $35+ Tip! We called down for a blanket, told they would bring one up, it never arrived. A loud phone conversation started in the room next door at 10:45 and continued on to after 1 am. We called to the desk at 11. Nobody responded to ask our neighbour to keep the noise down. On the 2nd call down the front desk came up and asked the inhabitant to keep it down. They did for 10 minutes and then started up again. The hotel offered to move us to a new room around 12:30 am. We were leaving at 3 to catch our flight. Overall not a good experience and no sleep which is why we booked.

Nice inside, but the staff is shady. The manager Michael Yu, I caught him in lies several times. He ran away once and the was absent the day of my checkout. Another booking I did later on. I showed up to find out they cancelled my booking. So, I was waiting in the lobby for the shuttle. During a stay I was overcharged for my stay. After such poor treatment I will not return until that manager is fired.

Stayed here for an over night stay. Got to enjoy the pool, although the pool was a great temperature the hot tub was more like a cold tub. That being said it did not affect my stay. Room was great and comfortable. Need to manage the humidity a little better even in cooler months.

I had a very good experience staying there. The only two things I did not like, the first is customer service was not the best. The second is the shuttle service if you have a lot of luggage it is really painful to put your luggage on the shuttle and take it off and its timing is also not reliable. I would suggest using other services like Uber or taxi.

I arrive at 11:30 pm just to realize that my room was not ready and I have to wait 30 minutes for it. There is no room service ( the restaurant is close and only open for dinner) there is not breakfast so you have to get soda or packs of chip your something else. The room was clean and big , the bed was good and I like it. Unfortunately for what they have to offer I would not pay more than $100 per night.

No cleaning service in your rooms. The restaurant is not open for breakfast and the supper menu is pathetically small. I understand that labour is an issue but seriously! This would have been nice to know when I booked or when I checked in. When I called the front desk to complain about it they really didn’t seem to care one way or another. I would have gone elsewhere if they would have been upfront about the lack of services. The only thing that was good is their great bar tender!

NO HOT WATER No hot water at sink or shower. When I informed front desk, there was no sense of urgency to resolve. Room was clean, bathtub still had a few hairs from previous guests. Bed/pillows were comfy. I spent the night on June 18 2022. After posting this review, I saw other reviews about the lack of hot water.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, they do not respect your time and your money: - Irresponsible staff. (the coffee maker in my room was not working!!!) - Breakfast is not included and also the hotel’s restaurant is closed at breakfast time. - You have to pay for high-speed internet. - I waited for the hotel free shuttle for about one hour at the airport. ….

This was a great hotel with a totally reasonable price tag. Our room had an incredibly comfortable king size bed, the AC was nice & cold, the water in the shower was hot with great pressure & the blackout curtains kept it wonderfully dark. The restaurant had FANTASTIC food, the shop next to the check in desk was super convenient & for smokers, there's a designated smoking area right outside the front entrance. It was roughly a 3 minute drive from the airport (Viscount Stn) & we had free parking for our rental car. All in all I'm extremely happy with our experience & would gladly stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is decent. The staff are friendly and helpful. In my view, the room prices were high especially since housekeeping is every second day. This information should be clear on their website. It’s in a remote location and thus would recommend having a car.

It is a convenient and nice hotel which is close to the airport and provides shuttle services from and to the airport. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel also has a little swimming pool and hot tub which is really good for a traveller to get some relaxing time. Wifi works well too. There is a restaurant on the main floor.

Rooms are great, location is great, service decent, the building itself is a bit old. Like most airport hotels this is not a quiet hotel, you can basically her people through the night leaving it arriving from the airport. So it is hard to get a good night sleep. The shuttle is a great service, and parking is also available. There is a restaurant downstairs but it opens later in the day.

Although the manager was courteous ... Disgusting stay... 1- Long hair was left on the sink. And obvious soap streaks in the sink. I asked for a cleanup and by the time I got back to my room, there was no hair on the sink. However, the cleaning crew didn't clean the room, rather took the hair and dropped it in the toilet without even flushing. So I see that and realize I am being taken for a fool. The sink soap streaks were still there showing it was not washed at all. 2- wake up in the morning to make coffee in my room to realize the cup they left there has already been used!!!! I go to the front desk at 8am and ask for cups. By 6pm when I was back in my room after work, there was nothing done. If you care about your hygeine, there are definitely other hotels RIGHT NEXT TO THEM that are worth a try.

Free shuttle bus took a hot minute to work out but is quick and convenient. Check in was fast and rooms are comfortable as you'd expect. Only issue with our room was a complete lack of water pressure from the cold half of the mixer. Having to brush teeth with *hot* water just to get pressure out of the tap was a bit unpleasant.

Great price, great place to sleep by the airport. There's a place to buy snacks, and they will reimburse your cab to, and from the airport. The employees are helpful, and friendly. No breakfast, no hair dryer supposedly bc of covid. Hair dryers can be sanitized, and if it's overwhelming to sanitize every hair dryer, a handful can be kept, and available upon request.

Terrible service. And I am a Gold Member. I have never been to a hotel where the desk agents cared so little. When I arrived I called to find the location of the shuttle. The guy on the phone wasn't interested in answering my questions for help. When I arrived he didn't even smile. I tried calling room service. No one answered. I asked for a late check out and they said I could stay until 1pm. The next day the maids tried to enter 3 times before 1pm. Once while I was in the shower they actually did enter. I talked to the front desk and the guy said there was no note from the staff the night before about the late check out. I suggested he speak to the agent who offered me the late check out to understand the miscommunication He just shrugged me off. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. They even have a sign at the hotel telling you to talk to the staff if you aren't happy. Big lot of good that didnme. I travel a lot for business. I will never go back there again.

Flight into Toronto was very early. We were able to check in several hours ahead of normal check in time. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dixon restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent again staff were great. Rooms are clean and nice. We have stayed here a few times and this hotel has never disappointed. This will always be our stay location while in TO. Highly recommended!!!
