I knew what I was getting into and still disappointed. They were probably one of the cheapest things available when I booked but still, for almost 100 bucks a night youlld except it to at least be clean, but no. Room was very dirty, had hair everywhere and they did nothing during the day, just changed the towels. They also weren't even in the office for check out literally in the last hour before check out was done. I would splurge just a little more and get something better

The staff and management were very nice. Enough parking space. The room was big but the issue I had was neatness. It wasn’t clean enough, I had to clean the bed headboard with sanitizer and got out so much dust. There was dirt behind the nightstand and leftover food crumps in the microwave. Hair in the fridge which wasn’t working. My milk soured inside and that’s how I knew it wasn’t working despite being plugged in. The floors had dust and hair on it but being brown you wouldn’t notice unless you touch it or look deeper or look at the bottom of your feet. While booking, I chose the option of pay at property but my card got charged 6hrs before check in. Overall it’s a nice motel for the price but they should just invest on their cleaning 🧹.

This place over charged me to stay in person told me if you stay 4 hours you be charged 50 dollors . Paid 93.00 for this motel stay and should of got 54 dollors more . Thats crazy the service overcharged us and should of gave a discount the room left with no food in sheets etc.

Not clean... You can see black spots on the towels that are only good to step on in the bathroom. The receptionist makes u sign a paper saying that you have only 5 min after check-in to test the temperature inside the room and tell them if it's too cold but again he told me that he won't raise the temperature anyways!.... Never going back again. I'd rather sleep in my car than go to this motel!

I've been to the PARK MOTEL many times with an awesome time....but on the web site they offer HOTTUBS....I was informed the establishment REMOVED the JACUZZI TUBS....so I was extremely disappointed in my last stay....and NO COFFEE MACHINES in the room like they advertised. So 2 stars is all they DESERVE.

Had to stay here 4 years ago for a week due to the flood we had in our apartment. I should have expected what I paid for something so cheap. Sheets were full of burn holes, curtains were dusty, blood stains in the bathtub, no kitchen just a microwave and no fridge. Walls were thin so you have hear the neighbors. And every night there were druggies outside causing a ruckus and the police had to come every night. Worst experience in my life. Oh and they never returned that $100 "security deposit" back onto my card. Tried calling them and they eventually blocked my number. Thieves!!

Bed bugs!!!! Druggies around!!Poor management!!!!!! They want the check out time should be acoording to them doesn't matter they open by 10am or 11am you have have to wait to get your security refund Overall its real hell out there

I was at the motel for just a half an hour and I paid full price had to leave cause the bed was full of tiny bed bugs underneath the sheets it’s was sooooooooo nasty 🤮 .. and the office was closed .. they should have on site staff for things like this because that was grossssssss!!!

Very bad reception 😑 and service is so bad at 4 pm police were there drunk people thy dont sleep at all 👎 and you have to be careful with payment They got cash from me and at night I checked my master card unfortunately they charge me there too but I got my refund back so what will happen if you leave canada 🇨🇦 then who is going to refund you .

Renovated,affordable. Microwaves and fridges in rooms. My Husband and I will be back again

It's a good place for you cheap rooms and if you have to make a deal with the receptionist to see longer sometimes they'll come down pricing

I must say that the room was super clean during my stay. I wish I could leave a 5-star review but there is NO sound insulation at all. Get ready to hear everything your neighbours do or say. Very annoying. You better bring high quality earplugs if you really to spend the night there.

This was a home away from home at one point. Thanks to all the staff for making it feel comfortable. My uncle David who used to pop by regularly has passed away now December 22nd 2018. He really liked the female morning manager and praised her a lot. Sorry about the cat.😔 We were at a difficult time, but the experience there will always be a fond one. Especially, considering now that the beloved Uncle David is no longer with us.

Hi have never stayed there, but just called to ask if the Motel was pet friendly. First the front answered 'hello?' so no idean if I was calling the right place. Then I tried to ask if it was pet friendly. I get a very flat no. Tried to ask if they would consider....did not even finish my sentence adn got a no no no answer. Just askign for a minimum courtesy. Think about it. Now I would not even stay there no matter what.

I arrived at the motel first. My girlfriend was delayed in traffic about 35 minutes behind me. I could not check in even though l reserved the room i n my name and credit card until my girlfriend also arrived with her ID. I could not sit in the room and wait for her. I was forced to wait outside in the freezing cold. This is not service. This is a disgrace.

Amazing staff!! Very clean motel and manager is very friendly. I met the housekeeping lady in the afternoon and she was very nice to me. I asked one of the guy with black toque for direction to the beach and he was very friendly and helpful to me. Very recommended!!!!

Will never use this motel again! My husband was in town for work. We prepaid for 3 nights. The second night he came back to the room and found it was totally infested with ant. EVERYWHERE!!! They had even gotten into the food he brought with him. They gave him another room but as soon as he asked about being compensated for the food he lost. He was told "we dont operate like that and if you dont like it leave". So we will be taking our business elsewhere next time he is in town.

This is the cleanest motel on kingston road. The young lady she's amazing she goes above and beyond her job to make sure people have what they need and are comfortable. Great customer service 👏
