As a customer, I feel ignored and unheard, so I’m hoping this helps a lot of you decide not to stay here. For the past three days I have called five times about my missing items the first time I was sent to voice mail and left all necessary Information on their machine. at 12:30 the next day I still had not received a call so I called back they transferred me to the maid service and then told me they’d call back once they had an update on my items.(they never asked what the items looked like I had to tell them before they Hung up) an hour goes by and I receive an update stating they haven’t found my items which is impossible because I left my ring in the shower as well as a bag of items in the room I have turned my room upside down checked the car 3 times and nothing is with me so it must be with them. They refused to check the cameras with me that day and then told me the manager would be in the next day to contact me. Next day 1:30 still no call. I call once again asking for a manager and am sent to their voicemail and again I leave my information. It is now Wednesday and still crickets… we checked out Sunday. I will gladly apologize and take back this review if I am wrong whatsoever but for now I feel robbed and cheated after spending a whomping 400$ weekend at this establishment. I recommend not going to this location for the reasons stated it’s unfortunate to see a hotel with high expectations turn out to be this dishonest and untrustworthy.

Great staff, extremely helpful. Rooms were clean, and our board room on site was excellent and well stocked with coffee and cookies. Our breakfast was included much more variety than most hotels. I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience! Took my grandaughters to this hotel specifically because of the pool and large slide. 1. Couldn't swim in the pool as it was filthy due to the filter on the pool hadn't been working for a couple of days 2. The slide wasn't available due to no lifeguard - the desk clerk did say she called a lifeguard to come from 5:00 - 6:00, but no one showed up; There were two other families with children who were also just as upset. I called to confirm my reservation the day before - could they not have advised all this information? 3. No channels were available on any TVs through the hotel - so couldn't go in the pool or the slide, or watch TV. 4. Almost passed out eating breakfast the next morning because the AC was not working throughout. I understand things happen; however, they wouldn't even give us a discount on our room - they said they could only give a breakfast voucher; however, breakfast was included in my package. Never will I go again... Management and desk clerks could care less!

Bathroom smelled like pee. We notified the front desk, they sent housekeeping, and switched us to a new room. New bathroom, same pee smell. Air con unit filters have not been cleaned for a long time! The pool was not clean, it Had a heavy layer of build-up on the sides and had not been vacuumed in a long time. The water water was cloudy, and the chlorine smell was strong enough to give you a headache. The Walls/floors in rooms had no sound insulation, making everything heard in rooms. The staff were excellent. And was really trying to do there best with what they had. Going out of there way for us, really doing there best to make sure we had a nice stay, but unfortunately seemed extremely understaffed. Breakfast was very nice and had different options for eggs, bacon, hash browns, as well as the continental breakfast. Honestly this is a failure of upper management.

Booked a room for one night with 2 queen beds, checked in and found out it only had 1 bed. Went to the front desk and was told it "was an inventory issue" and instead of offering us another room (we checked they still had rooms with king beds) or gave us a partial refund, offered us snacks from their pantry and a breakfast coupon. Uh, no, we don't want chips and bacon as compensation, we want the room we booked and paid for which you clearly gave away to someone else. Horrible customer service.

As I get on the elevator I see their Hilton Garden Inn promise / guarantee. We booked 12 nights with them for my family of 2 adults and 2 children, who don’t sleep well in the same bed. When we booked, the main booking line told us the hotel has cots but they are subject to availability at check in. Once at the hotel we were told fire regulations prohibited them from putting a cot in the room with 2 queen beds. The room is very spacious, and there is a large area by the window a cot would easily fit into, so I don’t believe it has to do with that (and I am very well educated on the topic). I can see the fire code limiting the room to 4 people at most, but that won’t affect us. We are now 2 nights in and looking for other last minute options so we can at least sleep. They told me if I bought an air mattress they wouldn’t stop me but wouldn’t let me use a cot, so I guess I might need to do that. Our room was ok, not the cleanest floor but so far no sign of bugs. Restaurant is closed almost all day and nothing at all is less than a half hour walk, so without a rental we are stuck paying for taxi costs or using the bus. So far most of the staff were friendly enough, but the ones in charge seem to have no desire to help with the sleeping arrangements. We won’t be staying here again.

It was a bare pass. The pool is dirty! There was basically a bathtub ring around the edge. There is no room service and the room was really gloomy. Some of the staff were nice and some of them were really frustrating to deal with. We were going to cut our stay short because there was no room service and they said we wont get our money back for the remaining night. We decided to leave anyway and the woman at the front desk (another staff member) gave us half price on the unused night. We would not go back there. The idea was just to have a break from housework and lie by the pool. So much for that.

Very poor reception experience today. Waited patiently in line while one clerk took over 15 minutes with one customer and the second clerk completed a prolonged registration to the Hilton points program while the queue of customers grew longer and longer. Not cool and not very hospitable. Also this gave me time to truly notice how downright shabby the lobby furniture has become.

I am usually not really good in writing reviews, and also why would you really review Hilton hotel if it is known for its excellent service and outstanding staff. But I want to express my gratitude for our recent stay Hilton Garden Inn Vaughan. Despite the cold weather and winter storm, our stay was warm and cozy. We spent four days there and we really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect as usual, but I want to send a special thanks to Natalia- she is a sunshine of the restaurant! She would make you feel so welcomed and it was truly the best exceptional service! We didn’t even consider to go out and would choose to stay at the restaurant over any other places. The food was delicious and beautifully served, and Natalia fills the place with such a good energy and joy. You don’t meet such a lovely people every day and even though all staff at Hilton is always absolutely best, I want to thank her personally for adding extra happiness to our stay.

We have travelled a lot over the past ten years. This hotel has absolutely the best staff so far. Natalia who is a server in the dining room is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel very important and attends to every detail. Natalia is very friendly, and knowledgeable about what the kitchen has to offer. We wish we could bring her on all our trips.

Rooms are a little dated but otherwise adequate. However, this had to be the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on out of over 100 Hilton properties I've visited. The mattress was as hard as a rock. Customer service was bad. I sat in the lobby waiting for over 20 minutes for around 10pm for assurance. The only person available was a security guard, who just asked me to wait for the staff to return to the front desk. During that time, a staff member returned to the desk, talked to the security guard for two minutes and left without speaking to me, despite me standing at the desk waiting for help. After another 5 minutes, I eventually grew tired of waiting and left to my room without receiving assistance. Additionally, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during my one-night stay, which appears to be common after looking at other reviews. This was the worst Hilton property I stayed at in the Toronto area during my two week trip. Despite the great location, I highly suggest staying at another property in the Vaughan or Mississauga.

Had a nice stay. Generally as expected. Staff was nice and friendly as well. Only thing that was negative was being woken up to find out when we would be checking out. We had a late night so 8:30 was still quite early. The sign had fallen off the door but regardless I found it weird the need to ask in the first place. Room darkening curtains would be nice too. Ours only came halfway.

Restaurant staff and food was very good! Only reason for lack of stars is I booked for 5 days, but day 2 I wanted to cancel the last day due to changes to my schedule. Giving them over 24 hours in advance like I was told needed they will not refund my last day.

Spacious, super-clean room. TV a bit small, but true HD signal. Coffee maker and fridge. Quieter than average hotel. Good quality toiletries, but water pressure a bit weak. Staff, especially Sedonia at front desk, friendly and efficient.

Stayed here for a business trip. I was treated great from the minute I walked in! Went in for dinner after a long day and Natalia was working the restaurant by herself. She was able to stay on to pf everything and made sure everyone was taken care of and never missed anything. Great service!!!

Great hotel right off of Highway 7 in Vaughn. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were very attentive to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was very good as well! Would definitely stay again.

I can say my room was vary nice but had a horrible 3:30a.m wake up from an alarm going off by party people breaking a fire extuisher. I have the video of the smoke filling up the hotel hallway. I had a playoff game that day couldn't sleep. Ask for a refund and they wanted to give me free breakfast when I was already late. So they took only $60 off my $420 room. Yea no thankyou. I want a full refund be careful of this location.

The hotel was mediocre at best. There was a hockey tournament the same day my partner and I stayed and it was very loud, and kids were running throughout the halls during various hours over night and in the early am. In addition, the hotel had an odour throughout and was extremely out dated. The bathrooms had been renovated but the hotel needs to invest in upgrading the rooms as well.

They have the best staff! The front desk lady is super friendly and helpful!! The room was clean! Best part?? Location!! Right across the street from a subway station which will take you anywhere in the city!! We took it to Union Station, which is right next to the Rogers centre! Super easy to go to Blue Jays games!!

Each month I have to be in this location for business. I always choose the Hilton hotel. Great room, great service. My only complaint, when you check in, only one person is working at the front desk. One of the customer had some issues with booking the room. The front desk couldn’t keep up & take for ever to service the other people waiting to get the room or for what reason. My second issue, the pillow!! Each time I come to this location I have to carry my own pillow. Hilton pillow are flat like a pancakes, it’s like having no pillow. I try adding multiple pillow but it’s not working for my comfort. Beside that I will be return to my his hotel next month

Great hotel, in a great location. Plenty of parking. Staff were great. Room was comfortable, and well-appointed. Even if it's not free, and quite basic, the in-house breakfast is very good. Love that IKEA®, and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station are both within easy walking distance. [The negatives are minor, and are both to do with the pool area: There is only one small towel shelf, which was constantly empty. Even when staff replenished the towel supply, the towels are devoured by other guests instantly. Could never get a towel. Having more than one rack would be an easy and simple solution. Also, as other reviewers have stated, the water slide is advertised, but was never open. Staff stated that it is only open on weekends, when a Lifeguard is on site. I would think it would be better to advertise it as such. Food for thought, on both of these minor issues.]

I had a hotel room for a business trip. The lady working at the reception desk was great and easy to work with! Went down to the pool later on in the evening which was great and clean. After that, my coworker and I decided to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant near the lobby. Most awful experience of my life and wish we just went elsewhere for dinner/breakfast. When we first arrived we just wanted to read the sign to see what time breakfast/dinner was at so we could make it down in time and she snapped at us even though we were just trying to read the sign. I had my knee resting on the chair (I had a surgery which has caused me complications since) I’m younger so she probably assumed that I was just being rude and keeping my feet up, I DID NOT have my shoes on the chair whatsoever, just my knee. She then comes over to me after she took our order and said “ma’am put your leg down, we are in a restaurant”. I felt EXTREMELY offended because she does not know my medical history. After the fact, I then tried to help my co worker with the debit machine because she’s never used one as high tech as the one there and the server then tried to get her to tip an extremely well, we both only tipped 15% because the service was awful in my opinion, she then threw my receipt at me. I have never had such an experience at ANY restaurant ever about keeping my leg up to let it rest let alone having someone harp over me to tip them. Again I wish I just went elsewhere, maybe she was just having a bad day but it’s also not fair to treat customers with such disrespect.

Beautiful building with gorgeous furniture and design. There is a restaurant on site (we didn't have a chance to try it) as well as a small snack and amenities shop beside the front desk. We stayed in the king deluxe with the jacuzzi tub. Everything was very clean and in perfect repair. The only reason for the 4 stars was the bed itself. Too soft for me. So soft it made rolling over difficult (female 5 foot 5 inches 135 pounds) when it shouldn't have been. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The floors were beautiful. The ceilings high. One of the treadmills didn’t work. Wouldn’t go passed 1. There was an alarm that went off at 1am. Pillows weren’t very comfy. But staff were friendly and everything was clean

This hotel is a poor example of what I have come to expect from a Hilton property. Arrival/Check In was delayed by hours, which cost me and my employer money and credibility. Noisy, dirty, and apathetic is how I would describe this to anyone that would care to listen. I needed more bathroom tissue and I went to the front desk to request some. The clerk responded with, "Aren't you checking out tomorrow anyway? I will have to see what I can do." So I went into the washroom by the conference center and got a roll there. The bathroom had mold and was dirty, along with many towels being soiled and thread bare. My room smelled of cigarette smoke the whole time as many rooms here are apparently smoking. The hotel was very loud, as was the construction going on nearby, which would have been great to note to potential guests. Our bed sheets had holes in them and were in disrepair. I was unable to schedule anyone from housekeeping to get new ones. The parking lot was a pothole filled disaster, poorly lit and felt unsafe. After using the shower, the floor in the room was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black within steps of the shower. The soap was atrocious, and the hotel coffee was undrinkable. I have never been so rudely dismissed for my concerns in my life! I downloaded the Marriott/BonVoy app while at your property and continued my stay in Toronto directly next door at the Marriott, three additional nights. I am not sure I will continue using Hilton in the future for business or personal use.

We had a recent 3 nights stay, awesome service, one issue with the bathroom that was resolved with in an hour. Awesome pool (heated!!) though the water slide was closed due to no life guard. Loved our room, except the desk chair, careful leaning back! Big shout out to Daniel and Muhammad at the front desk! Would highly recommend for families or business travel. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Awesome location, close to shopping, food and travel routes.

This place was alright for the price. But some things feel like they need a facelift, like exposed pipes and water fountains that look like they've seen better days. The waterslide is not running during the week which was a let down. Room was good. But this was the first time I've ever come across having to pay for a better tier of Wi-fi internet at a hotel chain. Has good activities nearby, such as Dave & Busters, Ikea, Vaughan Mills.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had the worst customer service ever. Mrs Kesha Brown at the front desk is rude and doesn't care for her clientèle. The bed is not comfortable at all. The walls are not soundproof at all. We can hear everything from the rooms next to us. The rooms are outdated. I should have stay with Aloft for the same price. Won't be returning and I don't recommend.

Clean room, well equipped, but the shower head was sub par. I don't know if it was the shower head itself or the water pressure, but it barely saturated my hair. The mattress was an older mattress as there was a dip in it. Location is perfect as it is near the office and shopping/restaurants. The hallways and lobby are also very clean and presentable. Front desk were very friendly as well.

We were down for a Blue Jays game, and this location allowed us to walk to the subway. The room was nice and clean. There is not enough pressure in the shower for me. The staff were very nice and helpful.

  • 1/5 Jay B. 1 year ago on Google
Very close to the subway 1 line. It was easy to get to downtown Toronto. The rooms were not bad at all. The TV kept cutting in and out about every 15s making it impossible to use it even for background noise. We booked this hotel as there was a pool and waterslide for the kids only to find out the waterslide was closed due to a lack of lifeguards. The pool, I wouldn't get in it. The water looked so murky and cloudy I wouldn't want to know how much chemical was in it and the last time it was changed. I was very tentative on letting my son swim but he was adamant on it.

I'd give this place a 0 star if I could. Bed bugs, is all I have to say. I woke up with a massive patch of bed bug bites on my back. Beyond that some of the staff was rude, the bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were awful. We made a reservation for the pool but there was about 10-12 people in at the same time when we had our reservations. It's not a big pool, or hot tub so there shouldn't have been more than 4-6 people allowed. The water slide is closed and there's no mention of that anywhere. I didn't feel safe at all to stay and go swimming or go in the hot tub. They don't even have free breakfast to make up for any of this. The bathroom was garbage, it wasn't as clean as it should have been, the bath tub took forever to drain and the hot water didn't last. Do not waste your time, the only ok thing about it was that it was close to the subway station. I'm currently wasting my time trying to clean, vacuum and dry everything so that I don't end up with bed bugs while my back is itching from bites.

Clean room with nice wood floors. I was worried considering the recent reviews. I called prior to arrival and Misty reassured me and even offered to double check my room prior to arrival. All was great. Smooth check in too.

This is a nice place to stay. Great service, room clean, elevators fast. The ice machine on the 4th didn't work - I reported it as a courtesy and was assured in a friendly manner that it would be taken care of. The wi-fi is reliable and appreciated, but it cut out a couple of times - logging back in to re-start was quick and easy. The instruction sheet for connection the first time didn't really work for me, but it helped. The hotel is in a good location - lots of shopping nearby with an IKEA store within walking distance. Parking free and lots of room in the lots. I recommend this place. I had a good stay.

I came here for a seminar hosted by EyeRecommend end of September 2021 at one of their conference rooms. Parking was $10 flat rate for the day (til the next morning.) Staff is efficient and friendly at the front desk. There is a security guard standing right in front of our conference room for covid-19 screening in the morning. The seminar went on the entire day. Coffee, decaf, hot water for tea, and packaged breakfast muffins are available. Staff helped us refill beverage and snacks for the afternoon portion as well. I had a great experience, would recommend the conference rooms here for meetings and seminars.

Internet has been down for 2 days. No TV we were told it's weather related but the weather is beautiful considering its December. No breakfast with room rental and the prices seems expensive. It was 40 bucks for breakfast without a tip. But the server we had was fantastic. He didn't great job keeping on top of customers and coffee refills!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lobby was warm and welcoming, decorated nicely for the holidays. The front desk staff was terrific. Mohammed and Peddi went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay and are very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Equipped with a fridge and microwave which was helpful to have. Comfy beds. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located off highway 7. There are a Baton Rouge and a Korean restaurant right next door (other side of their parking lot (free parking). Very spacious and comfortable public areas with lots of seating areas, a lounge bar off one side of the lobby and the breakfast area on the opposite side. Check in was very efficient and friendly. The hotel is very well maintained, sparkling clean and the guest floor and room smelled good. Our room was surprisingly large with a Kurig coffees machine and a small fridge. The rook was facing the road but no road-noise was heard inside. The bathroom was not large but very functional. In all, we were pleasantly surprised and considering the rate, it offered a GREAT value. I do not hesitate warmly recommending this hotel.

Service and staff are amazing. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The hotel room however had some issues that bothered us. The heating vent was so loud and right next to the bed. It would sound like a car was driving by lol every 30 mins or so. It would make more sense to switch the location of the bedroom with the living area because it made it difficult to sleep with the noise. We could also hear the people in the room above us . It sounded like children running. I just found it so odd that we would be able to hear their footsteps so easily. There were no tags to hang on the door to let the cleaning staff know not to come in. We did not hear them knock and they came in while we were still in bed.

The staff at this location were awesome!! So welcoming and everyone we came across was kind and helpful. The over all hotel and our room was spotless also. The only complaint would be the bed. It had a big dip in the middle and hurt both our backs. It's too bad because everything else was beyond expectations. Still giving 4 stars because it's not the staffs fault the bed sucks.

Awful check-in system. My partner book a room for us during a wedding. He was in the bridal party taking photos and clearly couldn't be at the hotel. I gave the staff his name and had the email information, and told them to charge my card. They refused to assist me. They said that he would have to call the hotel or add my name to the room. As he was busy taking photos he could not do that, which they already knew, and I was left standing there with our bags and evening dress with nowhere to change. Luckily another friend was there to let me use their room. We ended up having to check in at 3am after the wedding. Extremely unhelpful. On another note, they are VERY slow to pick up the phone if you need to reach front desk. There is also no bottle water given in the room, so bring your own unless you like tap water.

Hotel meets basic expectations and is clean and quite but feels a bit old and not as luxurious as a Hilton Garden should be. Location is great - within easy walk to subway and lots of shopping options nearby.

I stayed here over this past Halloween weekend had difficulty getting into the hotel because of my age when it's not Cleary posted how old they say you have to be to book a room. The staff was rude when helping with questions and the room itself wasn't the greatest the pillows look like they had been used 5 minutes before we checked in the room service was trying to get us out of our room before the check out time and the TV kept losing signal anytime we tried to watch something.

Mohammed made the stay! So genuinely nice. He helped us numerous times without anything but the most helpful attitude. The room is very nice and clean, just like the photos. The pool is clean and the kids loved the slide. Fantastic time. I'm happy we booked here.

I required an unexpected stay at this hotel and I was happy that I did. The value for this location was unbelievable. The service was perfect and the grounds are clean and full of amenities. We were in a suite with a full living room, desk and tv in addition to the traditional room. Everything worked well and over all it was a great stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking!

Poorly trained staff and management. Booked a room 5+ months in advance for my wedding and the experience was terrible. Asked for some requests as it was a special day and Felissa the front office supervisor was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to the General Manager she refused to give me his contact information and left me on hold for 10 minutes. The General Manager Ajay contacted me afterwards and apologized. He was polite and professional however he did not remedy the situation for my wedding. Very poor experience overall.

Excellent location for our needs, a family vacation and taking the subway downtown, Vaughan station just a few minutes walking distance. My kids were disappointed the waterslide was not available, this during March Break, it should have been a priority, and I was disappointed the hot tub was inoperative. I might suggest too the concierge (M) know north from south, when asking him which way to the Vaughan Mills mall, he said "south toward Barrie" and when I corrected him, "I don't really know directions", kind of important to give accurate information. We enjoyed our room and our breakfasts, the trip overall (CN Tower, Ripley's, Fantasy Fair at Woodbine Mall) was wonderful after 2-years without much fun.

Awful check in system. I waiting more than 30 minutes with my husband and 2 kids before we can go in our room. The coffee maker is not working. The air conditioner not working. We decide to leave the hotel at 10.30 pm. Very bad experience and i payd 275$ for 6 hours. I am not going back never again.

We booked this hotel because of the slide and when I called ahead of time I wasn’t notified that the slide is only open if there’s a lifeguard only to find out after we checked in that there is no lifeguard during the week. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to cancel our second night. The pool is tiny, cloudy and didn’t look very clean. The bed along with the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was little tiny hairs on the inside of the pillow case that was in the bag for the pull out couch and the blanket had a stain on it 🤢. The one positive is the breakfast. The lady making the omelettes was very sweet and nice along with our waiter. So aside from the amazing staff, Needless to say we will not be booking at this hotel again and highly recommend against staying here.

Great location to be able to take the subway into the city. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was a good size but TV kept loosing signal and bed/pillows were too soft

The pool and waterslide were very fun. But the reason you go to a hotel is to sleep and I have never slept on a worse bed in my life. Also the pillows were awful. They were so thin they might as well have not given any. While the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were very dated and not the cleanest. Will not be staying here again.

Paid way too much for uncomfortable beds and pillows, very hot everywhere in the hotel, no waterslide, murky pool, no wifi or TV channels, no water pressure in the shower and breakfast was not worth the money. It's close to everything at least. And the staff was nice.

The rooms are clean but very basic and outdated (technologically speaking) no usb C ports. You'd need adaptor plugs or wall plug in. This does not diminish the score. Just something to take note of. The blinds don't close and allow tons of natural light in. Although during the day this is good, at night when you are trying to get a good night sleep, it is difficult. Bed was moderately comfortable. The actual light in the room was a soft glow that only lit up the entrance to the room and did not even illuminate the room. In order to light the room, you need to turn on all the provided lamps. Although this was not terrible, it is a slight inconvenient way to light a bedroom. Also although WiFi is Free it is not very stable connection and also not able to stream video on. It is stated that the internet use is best for only reading articles and weather and news. (You can get better service but of course they charge for it). What made the stay more pleasant was the friendly staff. The cleaning staff in particular was courteous when grabbing the elevator for me. It was my wedding day and I had made note of it. Nothing was added in addition to the room. And although this is not something mandatory or owed to my stay, at the very least a card or note would have been appreciated in the room. Booking and check in was quick as well as friendly and welcoming. A solid 3 star rating mostly because of the friendly staff. Room is definitely not worth the price point. ***edit*** I did find the second blind that does close to block out light hidden behind the first blind. This does bump the room score up 1 point. Still an overall solid 3 star. Based on price point. However I must also mention that in addition to great staff, they did also allow a later checkout time.

Very disappointing experience. My daughter and son-in-law booked this hotel for their wedding party and out of town guests for their wedding night (12 rooms). Upon check out they were given a bill that had a $140 charge that was also credited on the same bill. A few days later they checked their Visa and noticed the $140 charge had been added back in. They called the hotel to inquire about this charge and were told the bath robes had been taken. They had NOT taken these robes and told the manager this. They were treated very rudely by the hotel management who accused them of lying and stealing. They spent the next two weeks trying to rectify this situation and were met with disrespect at every turn. They have no way to prove they did not take the robes, they did not even use the robes. The fact that they spent so much time and effort trying to deal with this situation and the character reference of their other guests should have had some bearing on the outcome, but it only brought them more stress in a time that should have been joyful for them. I am so disappointed that a hotel chain like the Hilton, that has such a great reputation, would deal with valuable customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will not be using Hilton in the future.

Room was nice, spacious and clean, especially enjoy the fact the flooring in the room was not carpet! Front desk people were super nice and friendly. Bed was comfy ( just too soft for my liking, but they can't please everyone). Breakfast was really good, nice assortment. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Vaughn.
