I Would advise you not to stay here. We arrived late and the first room we were given smelled heavily of smoke and pets. There were stains all over the carpet as well. Upon asking to move we were told that there were no rooms left. The following day we asked to move once again and were given another room, however, this room was filled with mould. We requested to have it cleaned and were told that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days and this one had already been cleaned. Upon speaking to the manager and asking if he would stay in a room of a similar state he replied that he would not. Staying at this property not only poses a health risk but the management is unhelpful and doesn't seem to care about their guests. We asked for compensation due to the state of the room they said because they upgraded us to a suite that they would not issue a refund. I have posted pictures of the state of the suite below. Again, I highly recommend you avoid this property at all costs.

We booked in march for july. Booked for $132 for 2 double beds. Saved and saved for this night away. Showed up to find out the "over booked" so they gave our room away!! Prob cause the room doubled in price. So they made money selling our room. Leaving us with a small room with a pull out. No pillows, blankets for pull out, only 1 cloth and towel. Mold in the bathroom. Overall very disappointing. Would NOT recommend

Hotel in general needs a nice reno and upgrade but rooms are ok, good size and spacious. Nice big indoor pool, good size gym with a small jacuzzi. Morning staff was very rude and unprofessional. She was not very knowledgeable of our questions ... She should definitely not be a front desk agent at a hotel, but I guess this is Toronto. Anyways this hotel gets the job done for what you pay I guess..

Worst place I've stayed. First room was pretty bad--There was some weird smell of bleach in the shower (And it looked like it was bleached). After 1 night we switched rooms, that room was a lot better but definitely nowhere near great. Just like everyone else was saying, mold on the carpets and in the bathroom. To top it all off, there was a pill bug on the carpet right before we checked out. I recommend this place if you want someone to get frustrated at. The people were nice but just acting like I couldn't understand anything.

We did a last-minute hotel booking. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is nice, we really didn't hear anyone in the halls. Carpets could use a deep clean, but the room didn't smell. They look nice and fairly spacious. Restaurant on site has a minimal menu, but the food is good. And if you are picky like me, there is something for everyone.

Very bad service, the lady at the front desk was very rude. Before we arrived, we called to confirm the availability of a room and the service of early check-in. It didn't matter if the fee was increased, but the customer service registered my name and promised me that I had a room. But when I arrived at the hotel reception to check in, the proud receptionist told me that the room was available in less than half an hour. I also emphasized several times that I would have to pay extra for early check-in, and I didn't mind paying more. However, as a result of my promise, the hotel did not reserve a room, which made me very angry, and the reception service was very bad.

We stayed here a week for medical appointments and the hotel was dirty, black mould in the bathroom, no one cleaned the pool once while there and we even found live bugs in the pool. The beds were super small and very uncomfortable. The housekeeping came once during the whole stay and walked in without knocking and turned lights on my toddler napping, left the room so I turned lights off and came back 2 mins later and did the same thing. I ended up with a lung infection, my husband is extremely sick and my son’s eyes are both infected (from the pool). Worst experience ever and we’re still paying for it! Unless you want a round of antibiotics, I’d stay away!!

very displeased with my stay. when we checked in they gave us 2 single queen bed rooms, when we had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, they gave us only 1 towel for the room, the staff was quite rude and not understanding, mold in the bathroom, the thermostat was broken, the pool was poorly cleaned, stains and wet spots on the carpet, the elevator felt very unsafe, very limited parking, the tv doesn’t work properly, the pull out couch is just springs, no space in the rooms and the curtains don’t open properly. i do not recommend staying at this hotel!

Do not stay here. One of the worst places I've stayed. The most rude staff ever. Find another place. Floating stuff in the pool, heat not working in the room and being threatened to have the cops called for sitting in the lobby. Ask for a manager, nothing. Ask to rent a party room so we could leave the lobby, nothing. This place is a joke.

Make sure to protect your belongings in your room, because things can get lost when you order a room service here, we had AirPod sitting on the bed and we never find it after we ordered a room service, it could be anything else like cash, Jewelry and more, you should feel safe to leave your belongings at your room not to come back and see things are missing. Let’s say it’s been taken in the sheets while collecting by the cleaner, cleaners are responsible to make sure there is nothing on the sheets because people can be drunk or just put their belongings all around, and even if we assume it’s been taken through the sheets it had to show up later in the laundry room but they never find it. So disappointing. Keep tour valuable stuff safe!

By far my worst hotel stay experience ever! The staff has no customer service skills and don't care at all. The carpets in the room smell and are probably never cleaned. The curtains are never washed. I had booked the room for a 3 day intensive conference. I felt suffocation in the room and found that the windows do not open, the air was not fresh. I called the reception and informed them but they put me on hold for over 20 minutes until I disconnected. No one reached out to me or offered to change the room. Around 4.30 AM, unable to sleep, I checked out and had to travel back home and had to abort my compulsory 3 day intensive conference because of this. The staff heard of my plight and said I could leave the key and go. I called the manager 2 days later and informed but he said he can't do anything as no one else complained. This is by far my worst hotel experience. The staff just don't care. They sure have no courtesy to offer even a partial refund. I would now need to wait 6 additional months to attend another intensive conference to graduate. Would never go back.

We went to this location for a wedding reception. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, the service was beyond my expectations, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I am looking for an excuse to go back here and will likely book my next major event here despite living so far away from there (I live in Oshawa). The location was clean and very nicely decorated. If you go here, try the fresh baked bread. It's surprisingly delicious.

Friendly staff. Good price for a short stay. Room was okay - quite dated and there was an odd smell (likely the carpet). Pool area was very clean and both pool and hottub were very nice. Hotel could use some upgrading as there are other options in the area that would likely have been a better choice.

Terrible customer service experience when trying to cancel a reservation. Winter storm caused a travel advisory in many parts of Southern Ontario and I did not travel to Markham. I called the hotel early afternoon of the day I was supposed to stay and the person at the front desk said she did not have authorization to do anything and I'd have to call back and speak to the manager the next day. Mailed Choice hotel customer service, they contacted the manager who replied the weather was fine, and they could not do anything. Charged full price for a room I didn't stay in with no offer of any compensation at all.

I do not know why everyone is complaining about this hotel. I booked this hotel for 2 nights stay, and the bed is very comfortable and my room was just fine. Be thankful, stop complaining, and mine your own business because a lot of people have it rough out there.

Good hotel with good rooms. The only thing weird to me is the fact that room service and cleaning of the room is not everyday and is just weekdays. The service on the front desk is very good and nice. Makes us feel happy and nice. The beds are nice and comfy and the shower and washroom are pretty small but very nice and good. Definitely worth a stay if you don't wanna spend a lot and want a good stay.

This hotel has a nice entrance, with friendly staff. However, for the high price of over 200$ a night our room was underwhelming and dissatisfying. The room was dirty, the accessibility shower left water all over the bathroom floor, and the iron did not work. Also, there are only 2 accessibility parking spots in the entire location. Very disappointing!

This hotel is cheaper to stay at. The rooms have been renovated more recently, but there's still some paint and wallpaper peeling off here and there. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor banging around and the TV or loud conversations. Front desk service is good, but the bar/grill service (the only food on-site) is very much lacking. Nice pool and hot tub here. Food is hit or miss (skip the nachos but do get the Roaster chicken). It's not near much, but food is within a walkable distance. Oh, the "business center" has only one working PC.

We HAD to book here for two nights for a wedding, but honestly it was disappointing and gross. The pool was closed for “maintenance” which was not made clear to us (and due to some other reviews from 2+ months ago saying it was closed, I’m not sure it’s ever open?), the main machine in the gym was also broken. The remote in the hotel didn’t work and the carpet was dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in years, and barely maintained. The hallways had large bleach spots and stains, and the wallpaper was coming off in chunks. If it wasn’t for a wedding, I would’ve left and booked somewhere else. For the price, don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. We did have decent customer service, staff we encountered were nice.

The Park Inn was a nice place to visit. The room was clean and found with coffee and tea. The room had come with microwave and small fridge. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean when we arrived. The customer service is good and the front desk helped greatly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick getaway but not something luxurious. There isn't much of a view. They do have a pool but I didn't use it at all.

I was looking for a moderately priced hotel for 3 nights for my young daughters dance competition. The price was good but what changed my mind entirely was the fact they use the hotel guest swimming pool for swimming lessons for outside people. Firstly because were in covid times I don't see how this is acceptable in any way whatsoever. Secondly My daughter and I shouldn't be told we can use a small one lane corner of the pool while the lessons utilize the other 90% of the pool. I have to say in all my years of hotel stays, this ranks up at 1 for utter disappointment . I'll never stay again

The place needs some renovations and utilities for disabled people. It is indeed accessible by wheelchair, but it lacks the further support inside the rooms such as grip handles in the shower and anti slip floors. These are needed for the folks that are travelling and cannot bring all these items with them as they are bulky. Overall the room is quaint the temperature is controllable at your level of comfort and has good space.

One of the worst Inn stays ever. 1. The rooms and halls had cigarette smell. We actually found a couple cigarette buds around the bed. Absolutely disgusting. 2. The washroom had mold on the ceiling along with water damage. 3. Found 2 bugs in the washroom floors upon entering. 4. Very thin walls. All night you can hear people talking, using the washroom and doors slamming. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Zero stars 0 Avoid: Do Not Book or Stay at this Hotel Nov 3rd, 2023 Nothing but deplorable conditions at this Hotel establishment, the hotel hospitality at this establishment have been breached and the duty of care for their guests mean sh... After a 45min journey by Uber from the airport, too discover that the hotel rooms granted were appalling! Imagine going through 3 different rooms... aligned from bad to worse, the defilement and the state of the rooms was astonishing. After the third failed room attempt my sister and I were done! The thought of staying at your establishment was unsettling, to say the least! The images on your website, were nothing like what was advertised. As a guest who values cleanliness and hygiene, I was appalled by the state of the rooms provided. My sister discovered dried shredded cheese when she peeled back the covers on her bed, not to mention a sheet draped over a chair in the room, floors appeared to be inadequately vacuumed, with visible dirt and debris scattered across the carpeted areas, of which included burnt crater holes in the carpet, which appeared to be in size of dimes and nickels. The carpets were also stained, hardened wax  visible on night table, near the bed. The bathrooms, were inadequately cleaned, while visible black molding, the phone I had to use to call front desk was, "filthy" and the list goes on... Given the lack of uncleanliness observed, I immediately contacted the front desk to voice my concerns, everytime; "times 3"( Because this was the amount of times our rooms were changed at my request! ) With the above mentions a refund should have been granted; oh yes... and let's not forget to mention, that ( "WE did not, could not, would not, stay at this Establishment") The conditions of your rooms are a Health and Safety Violation in public sanctions. Especially for individuals who have health conditions, such as myself, forcing me to seek out another hotel in the surrounding area, to accommodated my sister and I at 2 am in the morning, this was a huge inconvenience, and led too more out of pocket expenses including yet another Uber expense and higher hotel fees; I did not intend; but my health and safety come first! Clean and well-maintained rooms should be a standard priority under any hospitality establishment and The park Inn by Radisson should be ashamed. This establishment has breached, Hotel cleanliness and hygiene protocol's and should be deemed as a health hazard-violation. This environment is not safe or healthy for any guest to reside in; especially guests who have health conditions. We're now in the New Year and I have yet to be granted a Refund.....

Hi there. I was recently booked to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the lobby was filthy and when I went into the room it was not up to the standards that the website had represented. I have attached photos of the lobby area, the hallway, and the carpets in the room. I expressed my displeasure to the front desk and was told "we've had a lot of complaints but it's the owners that have to replace the carpet and furniture". I told her that I wouldn't be staying at the hotel and would like my money refunded. She said that because of the way I'd booked the room there was a no refund or cancellation policy. This property was completely misrepresented on its website and I would like a full refund.

Location is fine, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean towels. But. The place is dated, weed/garlic smell in the hallway, carpet needs cleaning or better replacing. Room had a smell of either smoke some time ago, or…something else. Shower has mold, not enough outlets to charge phones. For one night it’s just fine, get the membership for a reduced price.

  • 2/5 Cecille V. 1 year ago on Google
I would recommend this place if you have kids and need to book multiple rooms for your family. The rooms are small therefore price is good and they have a pool. But if you are alone, have to be up early and or sleep is not that important to you then don’t stay here; the noise from kids playing/yelling/screaming up and down the halls or in their rooms would keep you up… called to the front desk to let them know but there isn’t much they can do… kids are going to be kids… Parents need to save money for multiple rooms for their kids..what can you do.. IF YOU ARE SINGLE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SLEEP.

  • 3/5 Kasim K. 2 years ago on Google
Rooms are plentiful. The beds have great mattresses and pillows. Had an amazing restful sleep. Very few of the electrical plugs worked though. Was kind of disappointed. Had to hunt which one would charge my phone. Washroom was a little too dimly lit for my liking.

Extremely Bad Hotel Booked for two nights online through Expedia for a surgery in Toronto. I reversed king size bedroom. When I got to the hotel, the room had only twin bed with a dirty sofa bed. The carpets are extremely dirty with lots of hair stuck in the carpet. Also, at night other guests were extremely noisy in the hallway even after midnight. I called the front desk and after a five minutes, someone pounded the door with force. I do not recommend anyone to book in this hotel.

I stayed one night and it was my first time. I was satisfied overall. However, they asked me for $100 deposit and explained that I get it back within 3~5 business days after check-out. It has been over a week now and I still did NOT get it back. I called them three times. On the phone, they said the money was already released from their side, and I should call my bank to figure it out. This does NOT make sense at all. Why the customer should take care about the deposit? If that is the process they are thinking, they should NOT ask customers for any deposit. I am planning to call my bank tomorrow and I don't even know how to start and explain. So annoying..

Booked the hotel from out of town. Asked specifically if the pool, sauna and hot tub was open. We were told there were no restrictions so we proceeded with the booking. After a long day of driving we were really looking forward to it. Upon arriving we learned that none of these were actually open. Too late to rebook a new hotel. Don’t waste your time here. It literally isn’t worth it.

This hotel was just what I needed: A place to lie my head at a reasonable price. It's not fancy and provides little flair. But the staff is friendly and the rooms are decent.

  • 4/5 Ade G. 1 year ago on Google
If you’re on a budget and want to be fairly close to the city, this is a good place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the rooms are clean. Downtown is a 20-25 minute drive which isn’t bad at all. The only two negatives are : hallway is abit smelly and the ac unit in the room is noisy when it turns on (woke me up couple of times during the night). Would come again on my next trip.

  • 5/5 Ruikang L. 2 years ago on Google
I thought the experience might not be good due to the relatively cheaper price, but the room was very clean and staffs were friendly. It is the place recommended to stay over.

  • 1/5 Coach C. 2 years ago on Google
Some of the staffs are very friendly, the tall guy in front desk, the lady who does the room service. But that’s it, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The following are what you may have to deal with when you stay here. 1, mold in bathroom. 2, leaking toilet, so the water tank refills every 3 minutes, too annoying to sleep. 3, unpleasant smell, mixing with weed, cigarette and mold. 4, extremely low water pressure, instead of have the toilet leaking repaired, the hotel chose to make the bath water flow lower and lower to save water. There is no way to actually take a shower, but can only wash hair. 5, reduced room service due to Covid, I don’t understand the point. I highly not recommend this place, staying somewhere around with a bit higher price(about 40 dollar difference per day) will make your trip much better.

Stayed one night. Their is a restaurant /bar next to it. Hotel has a pool but it wasn't open. Pull out bed was comfortable. Had a mini fridge ironing board and blow dryer. Hotel has plenty of parking.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Walked into the room and was hit with the most foul, stale cigarette and musty smell. Opened the window to try to air it out but it would not leave. Got cold so we tried to turn on the heat only to find out the heat did not work at all, so the room is freezing. 2/3 lamps in the room do not even turn on. Have to keep the one working lamp on, and the bathroom light on just to see. Carpet is stained and completely gross. Bathroom is dirty, definitely has not been cleaned. Dirt covering the bath tub floor. The seals on the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion were broken, do they not change these after every stay?? $170 for one night in a place like this is outrageous. I would feel cleaner sleeping on the cold, hard ground outside rather than inside this place. Please for your own sake, pay the extra bit of money to stay somewhere that is not a borderline health hazard. If I could give anything below 1 star, I would!! Shameful.

  • 1/5 Momo J. 5 months ago on Google
Their rooms are disgusting I had to switch rooms 3 times before I even got a clean mine that didn’t smell gross and have hair and dust everywhere. Even the restaurants food is bad. Overall a nasty hotel, there are so many options around here that this shouldn’t even cross your mind to stay here!

  • 4/5 Mary K. 2 years ago on Google
We like the place, the front desk staff are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable when asking something about the local information. The price was reasonable with free parking.

  • 5/5 Lisa L. 2 years ago on Google
Well above expectations. Bed was so comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave. Rooms updated and modern. From the outside, looks like an old place and the price was amazing, $79, so I was expecting a sub par place, but it fit my budget. But the room was just as good as a five star place. Staff friendly and very professional. They also made it feel classy. Air conditioning was really nice. Clean and comfortable.

  • 3/5 Michelle M. 2 years ago on Google
It was good. I like how you have until noon to check out and they have a restaurant with a great breakfast for a decent price. The only thing I did not like was the shower is tile and it looked like there was some dirt built up which was gross and I had my cleaning supplies with me as I know (even before covid) that hotel rooms are full of germs. I also wiped down the headboards and there was also some dust and dirt unfortunately. It's a good hotel but you might was to disinfect when you get there.

My stay at The Park Inn in Markham was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool, gym and an exceptionally high quality restaurant. The “Classic Breakfast” and “Butter Chicken” were delicious. I enthusiastically recommend Park Inn Hotel.

  • 4/5 Terrence L. 1 year ago on Google
Decent hotel with a pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly. Some minor cleanliness issues and the TV's chrome cast function didn't work, but overall decent value for a hotel in Markham. I'd use again in the future.

  • 4/5 A R. 1 year ago on Google
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It is an older hotel and the rooms and design show that. But it is well maintained. The only issue with location is that it's on the edge of a side street in the corner, so you have to go as far front he main road on that road as you can to get there. It's still only a 5 minute drive so not too far but there were mother hotels around the same price at a easier location to get to.

  • 3/5 R.I. M. 1 year ago on Google
Give the hotel 3 stars mostly because of the site. They are right next to a construction site. The hallways in the hotel might need a good refresh to smell nicer. Did not use much the amenities. There is an in house restaurant if someone would like to dine in. The prices might be lowered a bit down to meet the value of what the rooms provide at this hotel. But otherwise a decent place.

  • 5/5 Johan D. 1 year ago on Google
Within the Hotel there's a fantastic restaurant with an amazing Chef and an awesome menu. A pool is also accessible as well as a Fitness room . Super affordable considering the inflation. From the receptionists, the cleaning personnel , the service was impeccable and they were really sympathic. Service wise topnotch. Great Hotel, loved it and I highly recommended the Park Inn. Will definately be back again. From there, you'll be practically 15 -20 minutes away from the Zoo, the aquarium as well as Wonderland if you go by the paid highway. Therefore, the location is great and there are so many little restaurant to discovered nearby if you are a foodie 😉👍🥂

Can’t even have a nice shower at this place. Shower water pressure super low and drops even lower after turned on for 20 seconds. Not just happen to my room, same with friends’ room. See pics. I’ve turn it to its max. Broken desk chair. Stained paper cups. Need to ask for clean towels from front desk. No room service. However stuff starts using walkie-talkie loudly in the hallway 7am. People smoke freely right in front of the front door even though there are several signs saying no smoking.

  • 1/5 Ryan B. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel has a very strong chlorine smell that is noticeable as soon as you walk in. A serious face lift is needed. The worst of all is they change their hotel room rates daily and make no mention of it when you book. I would never reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! Nice staff, clean rooms and excellent food from the restaurant attached! The very berry spinch salad was an experience all on its own. The chicken wrap was next level. Comfy beds as well.

Good hotel for the price. A few things we were not impressed about. The pool is also used for community swimming lessons. Which meant we only got to use an extremely small portion of the pool, not even the side with stairs to get out so we had to lift my kid out all the time. They advertise a restaurant in the hotel. The first night we got there we ordered a pizza and it took an hour and a half to get it. The next morning we went down for breakfast and absolutely no one was there to serve us even though they were open. On the last day we were there (about half hour before checkout time) one of the cleaning ladies walked in just as I finished changing and was like “oh! You’re not gone yet?!” I was beyond mad!!!

Pretty good place to stay. Rooms are clean. Not pricey. Really good breakfast place right inside the hotel. The only problem during my stay the heating didn't work properly in my room so they gave me portable heater. Overall not bad place to stay.

Don't expect a lot from the facilities. You are on your own. Some of the staff are helpful. I asked for bottled water from night staff and they refused. Morning staff provided it. During my 15 days, not once was the room cleaned and after two weeks fter checkout I am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit. Location is nice and coffee was good.

Close to major highways and shopping and restaurants, but not close enough to walk. Currently, construction work is happening in front of the hotel, but it's okay after 6 pm. This hotel needs to be updated in some areas. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Good value overall!

Pretty decent hotel. Stayed for 5 nights and was pretty happy. Although, my boyfriend left his expensive aftershave in the room and lost and found couldn't retrieve it. I also felt bad for the lady at the bar, she was by herself taking care of the bar and the restaurant and I feel like she wasn't trained properly to make drinks. Not her fault, a management issue. Pool was lovely, room was clean, no noise issues. Uber to dt Toronto runs about $45.

Decent rooms. Clean enough. Smelly hallways but it is just qualified enough to be liveable night to night. Usually I stay in high end hotels if possible but this will do the trick if you are in a jam. Do not recommend for multiple nights. Clean bathrooms. Clean sheets. Good service at front desk. Travel 30 weeks per year.

Amazing....best staff, amazing clean rooms....staff at desk is very professional, courteous, and very helpful....managers and supervisors are top notch....any issue is dealt with and fixed....maintenance staff is amazing as well. The rooms are perfect and washroom, shower....super clean......everything you need.....not to mention,...the pool and sauna. ...wish I could give "more" stars. Rick

I reserved one queen bed for $120 online, and when I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that the room was not available anymore! They gave me a room with two single bed with the same price! A few moment later, they offered a king bed to another customer with $100/ night. I was so surprised by their attitude and how messy their management is. Moreover, the carpet smelled badly, and the bathroom wall was dirty and moldy. The toilet had yellow stains!! The level of hygiene was unbelievably poor. This hotel isn't worth the price at all.

Lovely visit! I stayed here for a quick two night trip while visiting some family. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond by welcoming us, and offering to help us with anything we needed. They gave us a great restaurant recommendation and helped us figure out how to get there. The room itself was clean, comfortable and updated. I had no issues! Will be back and highly recommend!

Nice place. When we checked in the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The Toiletrie shampoo had a interesting smell to it. We didn't like it, but over all it was not bad. Checking out was quick and fast.

Horrible experience here. My partner booked this hotel for a weekend. Bare in mind we just got back from a funeral when trying to check in and it had to have been the must difficult and frustrating conversation I’ve ever had. We just wanted to have somewhere to lay our head after an emotional day; we get there and we’re faced with staff members who couldn’t care less about you. They couldn’t find our booking, although we showed them the payment that was taken off my credit card, the email confirmation, and our ID. We were then asked to pay AGAIN for the weekend. And when they confirmed the price it was over a hundred dollars more than what we originally payed. I had to speak to people via chat and on the phone and it took hours/weeks to get a response. All to get nothing back. We now paid for the same room twice. What a scam.
