Absolutely exceptional! Hailed Coffee was on my list of places to come while in Toronto. It far exceeded my expectations partly due to the kind customer service from Sora. She was patient and knowledgeable and made our drinks with care. We purchased more items as gifts due to her recommendations as well . We ordered in the pistachio saffron latte and the Spanish latte. The Spanish latte had incredible cardamom flavor and the pistachio latte was very subtle but loved the addition of the crushed pistachio on top . We also ordered chocolates , cookies , and almond croissants. The croissant was perfectly sweet and flaky . An easy 10/10. Make the trip :)

The service is friendly, and they offer a good variety of bakery items. There are only two tiny tables for seating, though. A small Iced Matcha Latte and an almond croissant cost me $15...

Unique coffee options. I loved the Spanish latte and will come back to try the pistachio saffron latte! Super cute coffee shop and friendly service :) The barista was courteous & professional. UPD: I did come back many times! Look at that pistachio latte masterpiece! Their specialty is cardamom infusion! Their hailed syrup is cardamom syrup, and it's delicious! 🥰🤩

Best Spanish latte ever! The cardamom is like a warm hug. Also, the croissants were fantastic - flaky on the outside, moist on the inside with a healthy serving of almond filling. Be forewarned that there aren't many tables for seating.

Favourite coffee spot in Toronto (College Park location). They had the most personable staff who gave the best recommendations based on our likings. Their desserts as well as their drinks were top notch, visited the place thrice! My favourite was their cappuccino and gahwa.

Ordered their iced hailed latte and iced cardamella latte. The cardamella latte was really sweet but the iced hailed latte was just right. They use cardamom syrup instead of the basic simple syrup. This gives it a nice little piney flavor. I’m for it!

I got hailed cappuccino and a tart, the coffee was amazing with cardamom taste. One of the best coffee I’ve ever had in Toronto. The dessert was perfect not too sweet. Friendly staff, good quality, and reasonable price. It was such a great experience. Loved it, Highly recommended 👍

Such a thoughtful cafe. I tried their rose hot chocolate and cheese croissant, delicious. Perfect place to visit on a weekend afternoon ☺️

The last few times I dropped in, I was served by a woman that seems to be in a bad mood and isn’t friendly. It’s quite off putting, which is too bad because their coffee and treats are exceptional! However, today I was willing to try again, and I was so glad I did! The man working today is so kind and accommodating. What a difference great service makes! I hope he’s there more often, because if so, I’ll be back regularly!

This cafe is close to my office which I only visit occasionally. Was looking for somewhere to grab a nice latte. Their espresso is delicious. It has strong chocolate notes and very very smooth especially mixed with almond milk in a latte. The croissant was also delicious and very unique! It had some extra flavour notes in the dough that really elevated the taste. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

I have to start off by saying how incredible the pain au chocolat was! I wanted to go back in for a second one after inhaling the first. The lattes were also really well made, and the cafe was very cute inside too. Only negative was that the cashier was a bit unfriendly/rude.

Their cappuccino are really good, very smooth! And if you like their coffee, you can purchase the same bean they use for the same taste at home. I highly recommend to get one of their delicious croissants.

This is a neighborhood gem. Maybe one of the best coffee shops in the city. Not only is the coffee and the treats amazing, the staff truly make this a very special place. It is a daily ritual for me to visit and to start my day with a great coffee and a warm smile

Lovely little spot, very tasty coffee and friendly service. Cardamom is their game (they can add it in to coffee drinks). Their cardamella chocolate bar is OUTSTANDING, my new favorite sweet treat.

Their Hailed lattes and Hailed hot cocoa are amazing! They have almond milk and soy milk options. Very limited seating at the front (three small tables for two). Baristas are friendly. Their chocolate bars are delicious, too!

I adore the quaint neighborhood cafe! Their in-house sweets, like the orange and lemon seed muffin, are delightful. Not only do they excel in baked goods, but the homemade variety chocolates are a hidden gem – from chocolate chip cookies to chocolate bars and chocolate-covered nuts. It's a delightful haven for anyone with a sweet tooth! Coffee is top-notch, and the cozy atmosphere, paired with excellent customer service, makes it a must-visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming spot.

I visited over the weekend after seeing them on the 'too good to go' app. For $4.99, I got an almond croissant and 2 blueberry tarts. The taste was amazing. The inner part of the croissant was creamy and the tarts weren't overly sweet. Really good deal and I hope to return.

Delicious, nifty cafe oriented toward middle-eastern coffee traditions. Pour their own chocolate bars too!

Honestly, this place is underrated. The customer service I received there exceeded my expectations by a lot. They earned my 5 stars rating.

Great coffee (I had an Americano), and delicious pastry. I tried their croissant with Middle Eastern spice. One of the best croissants in the city (flakey and soft at the same time). They had chocolate, almond and plain too. Looking forward to trying more of their baked goods.

Ordered 2 Americano and a croissant with middle eastern seasonings (Zatar). Coffee beans are 'okay' but the croissant is amazing. Good butter, flaky and moist inside. We will come back to try their popular signature coffee.

Excellent! Ordered an iced coffee, a cappuccino, a pain au chocolat, and an almond croissant. All were great! The barista was really nice and helpful too when we had questions about their other products. Will definitely be returning to try their chocolates, specialty coffee, and other baked goods. I can't wait! It was SO good.

Great Baristas at this location. Their Americanos are amazing, I have them black. I really love the smooth dark chocolate notes in their Americano. They also make amazing cappuccinos. The cookies and croissants are great too.

My favorite coffee shop in Toronto! ☕️🤎 They serve Italian style tasty espresso. I love Hailed Spanish latte and 5C by a sweet pastry chef! I really recommend their handmade chocolate bars such as Pistachio sour cherry! The baristas make me feel like home and family.

The pistachio saffron coffee is outstanding! The Zaatar croissant is amazing, I’ve never seen anyone make that, very creative!! Definitely recommend!!

Great coffee options. Tried the Pistachio Saffron latte...creamy and full of flavor.

While a fantastic coffee shop, that their opening hours are so inconsistent is very frustrating. For those of us who work, reliability is imperative, not opening on time isn’t an option or, at least, is a loss of business.

The barista added cold water for my ice coffee order and the taste was awful. Bot sure if they make their brew coffee for ice darker but mine was so watered down and it literally taste like bitter water.

I like Hailed a lot and am so happy they have tables and stats now. I just wished they would play better music. The choice of music is pretty bad. Given their great coffee and lovely pastries and space, if they played more sofisticated music or none at all it would be so much more enjoyable. Thank you

Hailed Coffee is my favourite coffee in the city. I love their lattes. It's on the pricey side but it is absolutely worth it. I also love the apricot croissant. Such a delicious experience.

Came here a few weeks ago and still remember my experience well! Walking in had such a nice vibe, lovely welcoming space with cute decor and excellent lay out. Ordered a well priced Oat Milk Flat White and it was life changing!! Beautiful coffee with the most perfect silky milk. Also bought a small pack of mixed chocolate as a gift for my mum and she loved it. Lovely people, great location, 100% recommend!

Great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ali was the barista and he gave us free almond croissant. Not only that, he was really nice and patient with my friend. She took so long to decide what kind of coffee she wants & he was communicating with her very politely and nicely.
