First time try Mos Mos and I am very disappointed. I ordered a medium latte with lactose free milk and I pay $6.22. I tasted it and I thought I am drinking tea with a two milk ? I can’t smell coffee, the latte is super watery. I don’t know why they are famous.

Apr 5 18 Location is found in PATH Commerce Court near food court on Concourse level. No seating. Take out only. Cute. 5.64 including HST for a small french vanilla latte with coffee powder on top and a matcha cookie. French vanilla was good. It's sweet so don't get a larger size. Matcha cookie was weird. It was greasy and combined with the matcha flavour, it created this weird taste. I wouldn't recommend it.

Mango chai latte with a hint of chai powder on the top and / sometimes cocoa on top is my go-to drink!! Can live on it for life 😃 Edit: Iced Mango Chai Latte is worth a shot too in the summer time. Their GU protein melted dark chocolate walnut cookies are my jam - worth a shot as it is shockingly delightful.

This Mos Mos in central Toronto’s Exchange Tower is situated in the lower ground floor. Our experience with Mos Mos at the time was a pleasant one and we found the queue to move fast. Service was quick and the staff were all friendly. We just got an Americano and a chocolate croissant to go and both were delicious.

I like their Matcha Soy Latte!!! But if it's with a stronger matcha flavour, it would be even better! It's not too sweet, which is good! Love the latte art too! This store is located in a food court! I still like the atmosphere because we came at the time when lunch hour is over! It's relaxing and quiet!

Ordered matcha latte with oat milk and was pleasantly surprised. They have every kind of non-diary milk. I would probably go to this place over starbucks if in the area.

I came last week and had the most amazing service from Noa! She spoke to me in French, my native language and recommended me the salted caramel cold brew with cold foam. I’ve been ordering it since then! Service was really fast and my drink came with little skor pieces on the foam!

When I come in the office I always get mosmos, always consistent coffee which is why I always come back. However, i had to return my Iced Americano as it just tasted like pure water and cream. I asked kindly if they can remake it hot because I assume the ice was watering down (also there shouldnt be a price difference) but the worker rudely told me that it wasn't possible and then proceeded to gossip infront of me with her coworker. You'd think paying this much for a coffee would get better customer service, but i recieved better service from tim hortons lol.

Can’t go on enough about how amazing their lattés are! A must try is their taro ❤️ My newest addiction. They have a few locations downtown which is convenient if you work downtown Toronto. Honestly, check it out!

Average drip coffee, at best. They have to be buying reviews given the reviews are way above average and delivery way below.

Good coffee here - it's very popular but line moves fast. I've had their cold brew as well as the ube latte - both really good, but ube latte was a standout. A friend of mine recommended the HK style latte and black milk tea latte, as well as the matcha

I am deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had at this Mos Mos location. As a regular customer who visits daily, I have always enjoyed the convenience and quality of the products offered here. However, today's encounter left me thoroughly dissatisfied. On this particular day, just like any other, I ordered my usual yogurt. I headed upstairs to savor my snack, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise. The yogurt was warm, and upon tasting it, I realized that it had actually expired. Having no choice, I retraced my steps and went back to the counter to address the issue. I handed the expired yogurt back to the staff member, who mentioned that he needed to check in the back. After a noticeable delay, he returned and confirmed that indeed the yogurt was expired. What followed was even more frustrating. Despite the clear error on their part, the staff failed to take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Considering they were out of yogurt, I inquired about a refund, which seemed like a reasonable course of action given the circumstances. However, the refund was provided in cash, even though I had originally paid by card. This left me burdened with a pocketful of coins and a growing sense of frustration. The lackluster customer service I encountered was disheartening, to say the least. As someone who frequents Mos Mos, I expected better. It's especially disappointing when there are four other Mos Mos locations within the building that I could choose to go to.

Great coffee shop with lots of choices. The Kenyan Milk Tea Chai Latte is my favourite go to. It really does taste like HK Milk Tea.

TLDR: Their base matcha lattes are spiced. Coffees are good though. I ordered a standard iced matcha latte and for some reason it was spiced and sweetened, can't taste the matcha besides my drink being green. Not sure if this is their standard or if my drink was contaminated but I'm sad T^T It's a cute shop tho, cookies look delicious and my friend's coffee was good. Might try asking about the matcha latte next time and see if it was a mistake or not. EDIT: It seems like this is just the way they make matcha according to other reviews. Don't get their matcha lol but their other drinks are good.

Ordered Tiramisu Latte and Masala Chai Latte and both of those were amazing. Every sip is worth the money. Coffee quality is 100% better than starbucks. They have very unique menu and flavors. Fast service as well. Staff is very polite. Reasonable price coffees with great customer service. I would definitely visit again and again.

One of the best place to grab quality drinks for your day. Excellent products, service and staff who will recommend, accommodate and explain the variety of drinks. Grab and go or take your time to enjoy at open cafe.

Mos Mos came to my workplace with a beverage cart and I had the iced tiramisu latte with soy milk and it was so good! I highly recommend.

I have tried their Matcha latte and it’s delicious. Also they do the fancy stuff like pouring the coffee live and they have few options to add at the end like vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa..

Absolutely perfect. A gem of a place that I found while staying at One King West Hotel for 18 days. There is a connecting door to the hotel just a few steps away. I wish Mos Mos was in my neighbourhood, but I will make a point to detour on my way to work every once in a while so I can get that large fantastic 1/4 sweet vanilla latte. The baked goods are truly superb.

I pass by Mos Mos pretty much everyday during lunch. Today I finally decided to give a try. I got the matcha latte, while not having high expectations on much difference from Starbucks. However, it really blew me away! It has a unique tastes, which I think is from the chai powder they sprinkled on top, with strong matcha taste. Calories-wise, I think it’s somewhere near 250kcal per small cup, just because it tasted both creamy and sweet. I suppose the sweetness is due to added sugar rather than the sugar within milk itself. (please correct me if I’m wrong)

Tasty coffee, and super cute and friendly employees! They're only opened during the work week.

Best spot in the path for a quick coffee run. This one is the smoothest coffee I have tried in the city. They add more foam on top which gives you the feeling that this cup is hugging all your worries away and prepping you for the day. My favourite there is their mocha. They're very well known for their super quick service. Dare I say that they're faster than Starbucks! Pastries are not my cup of tea, I've tried better.

Possibly the best coffee in the Financial District. The service is super friendly and they always remember you name and order. I love that they have vegan donuts and gulden free options as well! The central location in the Food Exchange of Exchange Tower (part of the FCPEX First Canadian Place shopping area is easy to get to on the way from a meeting.

The best coffee near the Sheraton Centre. Can be busy at times but staff is fast and efficient.

No coffee taste in the small latte I purchased. Went home to make a coffee and poured the latte (really steamed milk) in so there was some taste. If you like the taste of coffee as opposed to specialty drinks I would go somewhere else. Very disappointed for $5.

In the world we are living in you would expect that companies would want to be more environmentally friendly. I tried to use my own coffee cup and was first told that this was fine but they would first have to make it in a cardboard cup and pour it in to mine. That completely defeats the point of using my cup. Then I was told they could make it in my cup only if I had a black coffee as they could pour the coffee directly into it. I don't understand why it was not possible to also pour milk into it. Even if the milk is steamed it is steamed in a separate pot with a pourer! I am upset that Mos Mos discourages using reuseable cups. Maybe they want the advertising opportunities?! So many coffee cups end up in landfill and aren't recycled. Please let us help the environment Mos Mos!

Got the latte with pumpkin spice. Coffee was strong. Good froth. Fast and personalized service (they put your name on it).

I got the vanilla chai tea latte and it was very good. Their cookies are the soft kinds, which I personally like. A little bit on the pricey side but worth every penny.

Their new Skor latte is a must try! Love those crispy caramel bites!

Such amazing coffee! If you like coffee or espresso that's chocolaty and rich as opposed to floral and fruity, you'll like this place There's always a line from 9am-10am but it's never more than a 10min wait I actually commend this place on their speed of service, they get your order first to start making it and then you move along to the cash to tell them what you ordered, finally, by the time you're done paying, your drink is ready!!
