am
deeply
disappointed
by
the
recent
experience
I
had
at
this
Mos
Mos
location.
As
a
regular
customer
who
visits
daily,
I
have
always
enjoyed
the
convenience
and
quality
of
the
products
offered
here.
However,
today's
encounter
left
me
thoroughly
dissatisfied.
On
this
particular
day,
just
like
any
other,
I
ordered
my
usual
yogurt.
I
headed
upstairs
to
savor
my
snack,
only
to
be
met
with
an
unpleasant
surprise.
The
yogurt
was
warm,
and
upon
tasting
it,
I
realized
that
it
had
actually
expired.
Having
no
choice,
I
retraced
my
steps
and
went
back
to
the
counter
to
address
the
issue.
I
handed
the
expired
yogurt
back
to
the
staff
member,
who
mentioned
that
he
needed
to
check
in
the
back.
After
a
noticeable
delay,
he
returned
and
confirmed
that
indeed
the
yogurt
was
expired.
What
followed
was
even
more
frustrating.
Despite
the
clear
error
on
their
part,
the
staff
failed
to
take
appropriate
action
to
rectify
the
situation.
Considering
they
were
out
of
yogurt,
I
inquired
about
a
refund,
which
seemed
like
a
reasonable
course
of
action
given
the
circumstances.
However,
the
refund
was
provided
in
cash,
even
though
I
had
originally
paid
by
card.
This
left
me
burdened
with
a
pocketful
of
coins
and
a
growing
sense
of
frustration.
The
lackluster
customer
service
I
encountered
was
disheartening,
to
say
the
least.
As
someone
who
frequents
Mos
Mos,
I
expected
better.
It's
especially
disappointing
when
there
are
four
other
Mos
Mos
locations
within
the
building
that
I
could
choose
to
go
to.
