Pilot is possibly the best coffee I'll ever have, I came here for a work related training session and left with so much more respect for coffee. They definitely are one of the best coffee roasters around and offer great training, beans and machines. I had the opportunity to try a handful of their drinks and the Oat Milk Latte is my favorite but the Cold Brew is extremely smooth. My favorite product is their Heritage Bean, it has the best flavor profile in my opinion. Their decaf espresso isn't bad either but lacks the needed acidity to rival their heritage.

I have been a customer since they had only the wagstaff and queen street location. I have purchased hundreds of bags of coffee in person and via mail order delivery. Recently the quality control via mail order delivery was not good. The delivery was delayed and the coffee probably sat in a courier's car for a few days prior to delivery. The coffee was not up to standard. Customer service did nothing. I decided to stop buying pilot coffee because of this experience. The silver lining is that after being a loyal Pilot customer for over ten years I am not exploring other roasters such as De Mello and finding excellent coffee and excellent service!

I used to be a big fan of Pilot Coffee Roasters but recently they've adopted the shrinkflation model. They've reduced the weight of coffee bags from the standard 340 grams to 300 grams while continuing to offer them at the same price. Very disappointed.

I ordered from them for the first time. Great experience. Easy-to-use website ordering. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on my order just because. Thank you!! I received an email about 2 days after (I ordered Jan 31) re my order shipment. A pleasant delivery man dropped it off. Neat box and presentation. Very accurate estimated time for arrival on the link they sent you to inform you the delivery is happening. I’ve tried one of the 2 coffees and liked it. Will definitely order from them again.

This is a good study cafe. I have been there couple of times. I like their lattes ❤️

If you're looking for a proper (non-acidic) espresso and full body flat white, where you can actually taste coffee complemented with milk, this place is definitely for you. After trying their coffee, we grabbed a few packages home (rest-assured the beans are roasted well). The reasonable price is the icing on the cake. Update: I've been a regular to this place for a year already. Highly recommend this roasters

Simply amazing. Probably the best coffee roaster in Toronto. Definitely recommend their in season single origin coffee over the blends. The customer service is excellent and they care a lot about their coffee and their service. Have made the monumental task of opening a cafe as a first time business owner so much more pleasant.

Finally made it when this place was open and well worth it!!

It's okay. Surpassed by other local roasters like Hatch, Stereo, Terminal 3, etc. Feels like some combination of resting on their roasting laurels and trying to open a higher end chain of cafes.

Fanfreakintastic! What a cool spot with the warehouse vibe and our Barista made me a festive coffee. Definitely will return.

Coffee bar is great at Wagstaff. Bags of coffee, however, are stale. Got some dark roast (Monument) and beans were dry and coffee tasted old. When I brought them back they told me that’s just the way their dark roast is and suggested I made my coffee wrong.🤷🏾‍♂️

My friend and I came for a coffee on a hot humid day. She had a huge headache at this point. Conrad and Lorraine, the baristas were so friendly and helpful. I had a latte and she had a delicious cold brew. Within minutes of finishing the coffee she noticed her headache was gone. She is a convert! Kudos to the “medicinal” qualities of your coffee. 😎

Great coffee and nice shop. Just wish dogs were allowed... also wish they opened a little earlier...7am would be best.

Really nice place, coffee is great and the baristas always have great recommendations. The downside is they only open at 9AM, which makes grabbing a coffee to enjoy at work or on a walk impossible.

This is one of our many Leslieville hidden gems. I almost hate to review it cuz I don’t want too many people finding it! But it is rather spectacular.

Great coffee and products but customer service rep I spoke to when enquiring about products and inventory provided poor customer service and was rude.

Thought I would give Pilot a try. I'm not in the immediate area often so I ordered online. Placed an order on Monday this week and my package is still sitting with them. Currently it is Thursday! I'm within 30 km. I shouldn't need to wait more than half a week for my delivery in this decade. Also, why bother sending me tracking data yesterday if you still haven't passed it to Fedex.

Great coffee but a cup of personally brewed coffee seems over priced and exaggeratedly done. Extra hand movement is unnecessary. Make it simple.

I was looking for a local roaster to buy whole espresso beans from after investing in a Pro-sumer setup for my home. Decided to try the Heritage Espresso and I am really happy that I did. Great beans and very fresh, not bitter at all. Two Thumbs up
