The donut is good but SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The customer service was really bad. There was a strand of hair in my donut. The lady working on this shift right now showed so much attitude. She didn’t even apologize and didn’t throw out the box in front of me. Krispy Kreme needs to reconsider her employment and teach her customer service standards. Everyone check your boxes before taking it home.

This small donuts place is great. Maybe they are loaded with sugar but they are so good.

We usually go to the Scarborough location because we live uptown, but visited the Harbord while we were in the area. The space is much smaller (which makes sense for downtown), and prices are potentially just a tad higher than in Scarborough, perhaps to reflect the higher rent downtown. It wasn't busy, they had a decent selection, and service was friendly. They were also doing a random act of kindness day and gave us free glazed donuts with our order. We were able to find street parking outside (paid, but it was only 75 cents for 15 min).

Always need Krispy Kreme when we come to Toronto. Really wish we had it in Edmonton. Their original donuts are my all time favorite donuts! The birthday cake is a must try but you can't go wrong with trying any of them!

Love this location! My sister and I got a dozen assorted doughnuts here the other day. My faves are the Oreo ones and the original glazed. The Oreo one is coated with Oreo bits that aren't too hard. The inside is filled with some Oreo bits and cream and that makes this doughnut so much better. The original glazed is so soft and chewy, but not too chewy. It's not annoyingly sweet, so that's a big plus to me.

If there were 6 stars to give, I would happily do so. Never have I ever felt more at home than when I went with a couple of friends late at night and had the funniest conversations with the workers. They literally gave us a free box of doughnuts, coffee and everything we needed. What an amazing staff.

Everyone who works there is very nice except the one woman,the manager I think.She never smiles,is very rude when she talks to you and argues absolutely everything.She could learn from her staff how to be polite and offer good customer service.

I visited today Around 9.:20 PM to pickup an Uber Eats Delivery Order there was an Indian girl I asked her it's very urgent to Use the washroom can i use?? She immediately told me OUT OF SERVICE.. That's so weird if washroom was Out of Service Then where the Employees Go? We delivery Drivers Part of your Bussiness Shame on That Employee Who actually refused me use the washroom it's actually happened first time with me looks like she is new 1 month ago I was visited to Pickup another order I was Used the washroom with the permission of Staff Girl.... So Cheap And Rude Of her 👎 we are part of your business train your staff accordingly 😡

This location accidentally overcharged me by $49 on two dozen donuts! I didn’t realize until I was far from the store as I didn’t get a receipt. I had to travel all the way back and they refunded my money and didn’t apologize at all - “alright there you go” was what they said to me. I was made to feel like them overcharging me was my fault.

They don’t know how to make iced coffee. I ask for two cream and they fill half of the cup with cream. I ask for 1 cream and it’s slightly less than half. One shot of cream is usually 20-30mL. This would not fill up half the cup and you need to train your employees to make coffee properly. Thanks.

A donut and iced coffee was good. But, I'll never go this place again. The lady should fix her attitude and always being rude.

Lineup is always insane both at the drive through and inside. Plus it seems that most of the time they are either out of specialty donuts or running extremely low on product. Good for them but not so much for the customer. But that being said we love our krispykreme donuts 🍩

The manager has decided to block the seating area off from the customers. What kind of business does this to paying customers? People want to sit and enjoy their coffee and donut. For this reason, I’m giving them 1 star.

This is the best bakery and pastry shop in Toronto. The people of it are awesome and their foods are just awesome. I really recommend to try all of their delicious cake and pastries. Happy Eating.

The new caramel vanilla latte is just plain coffe. No extra flavour of caramel neither vanilla. It is rigged drink dame goes for mocha latte. Idk if they just dont know how to make a drink. Feeling like i wasted my money😞 moreover the indian staff lady was rude and forgot to give our drink.

the donuts are just amazing. I had a variety of donuts with an iced coffee. A great treat, and didn't have to wait. 10/10

I'm pretty disappointed. I usually come to this location and today I bought 2 dozen donuts that seemed to have come from the fresh section rather than from the display case and when we ate them they tasted at least 3 days old (I know what 3 day old KK tastes like because I've eaten fresh ones from other locations over the course of days). Some of the flavours didn't even taste the way they were supposed to because of this and now they're all going to waste. This location needs to start selling fresher items because this wasn't it. I didn't expect super fresh donuts but I definitely didn't expect them to be this stale. This was record breaking.

Great and delicious donuts and very friendly staff. Limited seating capacity. A LOT of students right after school. The washroom is very tiny.

Went there for National Donut Day. The staff was very nice. A lot of the promotions was offered to me without me having to ask, plus I got a little bonus. When I ordered a dozen donuts, I was told I was able to get an extra dozen for an additional $2. At the end of the order, I was given an additional free donut of my choice. The promo was not as good as last year because the second dozen was free instead of $2. I was in the neighborhood and couldn't resist.

I just finished a long 12 hour shift at TWH, excited to stop by Krispy Kreme to get donuts for my kids and was received by a rude and grumpy Indian woman. Definitely not coming back to this location, I’d rather go to the one near TGH. If you’re looking for a good start to your day, don’t come here! Poor customer service. No manners. She should definitely not be in the customer service business.

Staff was friendly. The Uber drivers were being aggressive and the gentleman working handled it very well. Once he finished assisting me he got their orders which I appreciated. Thank you! Donuts are always so yummy!! I order from here often because of a peanut allergy in the family, it’s nice to have a place that can accommodate that and also taste amazing!

What else can I say that everyone already doesn't know? KRISPY KREME DONUTS ARE THE BEST DONUTS. They are light, fluffy, and delicious. Original Glazed and Original Kreme are my favorites. GO GET THEM!

It's sad that there aren't more Krispy Kremes in Toronto. Nevertheless, I'm glad that there are a few and they're not that far from me. 😉 You can find a lot of donuts and different flavors, including seasonal ones. You can sit here too, just there isn't much space. I look forward to passing by again.

Ordered a frozze today from this location. Drink was totally bland, if anything it tasted sour. Had to throw it out, now I'm praying I don't get food poisoning from it because it tasted like soured dairy product. Not at all impressed.
