In old toronto pictures you can still see how was to have this block covered by an ugly parking lot. Since it became a park this green space brings to the neighbourhood a much needed oasis. Very popular with the people working downtown as well as with the locals this little park became a hot tourist spot mainly because of the dog fountain that is central to the place. Kids adore it as well. Definitely a must see in downtown Toronto.

A very beautiful park next to Hockey Hall of Fame! The park is small yet it is quite artistic. The most eye catching is the big wall painting where I can see it at Yonge Street when I am on the way to Hockey Hall of Fame. Therefore I decide to pay a visit after HHOF. When I enter the park, I am surprised by the very lovely dog statues fountain. There are many seats in the park, a very nice park in downtown area! Must visit!

The park is too small but has an excellent fountain where water flaws from upwards from dog's mouth. Good seating arrangement. All sides are open. So one can enter and exit from any side. At the end there is a building with an excellent iconic building with peculiar elevation. It looks like a cloth over the wall.

The fountain is a hit or miss. Depending on time they might or might not have water flow on the fountain. There’s an interesting building with mural. Sometimes it can get crowded quite a bit. Overall a good square and a touristy spot in the middle of downtown. Good coffee shops nearby.

It is a hidden gem in DT Toronto. The dog & cat fountain is definitely a must-visit place. Sometimes there are musicians singing. Good spot for sitting down and having a rest.

Small park with a lovely atmosphere and right in the middle of the downtown core. The dog fountain, the large mural, and the beautiful architecture of the neighbouring buildings are the highlights of this gem.

I like that this park is pre populated with dogs β€” statues! There are thoughtfully laid out tables and reliably a musician or too. It is not destination but garners a smile when you walk by.

Really nice park. Views of the city are insane. On Sundays there's a man playing piano and the atmosphere is lovely. Really good vibes.

Peaceful and beautiful little park right in the heart of the downtown. The large fountain in the middle with the dog statues that spray the water is a pretty nifty piece of architecture. Plenty of grassy spots, tables and chairs setup. Perfect for a picnic, coffee break, or to just relax and chat. The tranquil esque music that can be heard playing a long with the sounds of the water in the fountain only adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Also, see if you can find the cat and bird statues!

A small yet beautiful park in downtown Toronto with an amazing fountain surrounded by dog statues. We saw so many people with their pets at this little park (cats too!). We walked here on our way to the Old Spaghetti Factory on the Esplanade.

Amazing park in the day and also at night. We love going by here to sit and watch the fountain in the summer. There are tables and chairs along with benches for sitting, chilling, hanging out with friends, or just some alone time to be with Self. There are also green areas where you can have a picnic and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The overhanging trees provide welcoming shades on a sunny day. And, of course, our pet friends are the highlight of the area.

Cute little park good for dogs as well. All the dog sculptures are looking at the bone while the kitty is looking at a bird πŸˆβ€β¬›

A gorgeous little park in a busy area. There is a gorgeous dog fountain in the centre with many well-maintained flowers nearby and multiple benches. Great place to take your dog for a walk or just sit and enjoy the day.

A small beautiful park with green space and a large water fountain featuring sculptures of dogs. Lots of people walking their dogs through this park. And many enjoying the scenery while sitting on patio chairs and tables, and benches around the foundation.

Small but beautiful park with a unique fountain. Located close to the flat iron building (Gooderham) and St Lawrence Market. Plenty of benches and some green space to sit at. It was relatively busy during lunch time with dog walkers and people of all ages passing through the park.

Berczy Park is a hidden gem in one of the more historic parts of the downtown. It has a few pretty cool pieces of abstract art in the middle of the grassy picnic area. There are tons of benches all over the park as well as a few tables to sit at and have a coffee or breakfast with friends. There's a cute garden too full of flowers.

A neighbourhood favourite in both the winter and summer. Offers tables and chairs to sit on, as well as many benches. It's famous for its Dog Fountain, that has 27 dogs, 2 cats and 2 birds. See if you can spot them all! You will also find two sculptures in the park too.

Love this park after its renovation. I’ve been walking thru this park for many many years, I have so many pictures but here are a few from this past weekend with the festive decorations. Lots of furry friends to meet, plenty places to sit, near 2 coffee shops to grab a diner and sit/stroll in the park.

What a fun little park in the city. Great atmosphere and vibe; a Thursday afternoon visit had some people playing live music, complemented by the dog fountain!

Great place to relax and get your bearings straight. Beautiful multi teared water fountain aligned with dogs spitting water into the fountain. There is 1 single cat by the fountain as well. Plenty of places to rest your barking dogs (sore foot joke) as well as benches for eating. Very close to the famous Gooderham building or flatiron as people refer to it. There is a beautiful mural facing the park and some other sculptures in the park itself. I highly recommend coming down and walking thru the area. It's downtown Toronto, there's more than enough to see...

A delightful place to walk in St. Lawrence Market. Lots of food options in the neighborhood and many dog owners walk by with their adorable pets. An iconic Toronto park.

This park is one of the best places to relax in downtown Toronto. Children and adults will love the dog themed fountain. It is walking distance to St.Lawrence Market and Union Station. It can get crowded especially on weekends but it is still a very nice place to check out when you are in the area.

Berczy Park is a small triangle-shaped park in downtown Toronto Ontario beside the heritage-designated Gooderham Building. I love the two-tier fountain that features statutes of 27 dogs and a lone cat. There is plenty of bench seating if you just want to relax or be entertained by a busker.

This park is an absolute gem in the heart of downtown. With the greenery, the fountain, and the well renowned piano man on weekends, this is a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Grab a coffee from the many cafes nearby, meet up with a friend for brunch at the many brunch spots, go to the thrift store close by, and there you have your morning weekend activity.

A beautiful fountain that keeps you entertained with the different dog breads it’s decorated with and a single cat 😍! The bone on top is sort of the cherry on top where all the dogs are looking at and aiming for with the water coming out their mouths. Love it!

One of the best parks in downtown. It’s not that big but the mural on the gooderham and the dogs around the fountain are just beautiful.

Great Park to soak up some of downtown Toronto. Quite busy so the seating space can be limited, with social distancing in mind. The fountain is fantastic with all the dog statues. Great place for people watching.

An amazing little park with an interesting fountain with dogs around it. A lot of coffee shops near and places to sit. Gooderham building just next to it.

Great park with lots of sitting opportunities and many squirrels around. I visited during fall, so I had nice views on the colored foliage. Despite being in the middle of the city and close to St. Lawrence, it's very easy to forget the noise. You can grab coffee or food nearby and enjoy the sun or just take a break from shopping.

Lovely family park for dogs and kids. Toddlers love the dog statues and the fountain. Close to coffee houses or bring your own snacks. Most times fantastic soothing music can be enjoyed.

The place was very relaxing and amazing. The fountain was very amusing. The dogs statues, and the cats too, were sooo cute! People love it that no one passes by without taking a picture of the fountain or themselves by the fountain. You can see that the children's and dogs love it too! The only thing that's a bit odd was there were some parents letting their kids playing into the fountain. Hahahhaha.. anyways, the place is always packed with people having their lunches or office breaks, touring around, having good conversations with friends or those who wants to walk their dogs. There were also plenty of murals thats instagrammable in the area like the building and the two hands.

An oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of down town. The hillocks and the benches around the dog fountain make for a relaxing spot. It is nice to have tables and chairs to sit and have your food while watching the world go by...
