Budapest Park is a wonderful area to enjoy anytime of the year and today was amazing with full sun and warmth. Great spot for families and children. Walking around or biking the trails. Walk around the shoreline on the beach or sit and take in all the amazing views.

Beautiful park with a trail along the water. On this hot day the cold breeze was very nice and refreshing. The beaches were filled with people and the whole atmosphere was fantastic. There is a lot of space with areas to play sports, eat or relax in the sun. Lots of trees providing shade as well which was amazing. The views are fantastic and the trail is just long enough to reach about 10,000 steps back and forth. Loved every second down there! Great spot for swimming too btw

In 1964, to commemorate the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, the parklands between the Palais Royale and the Sunnyside Pavilion were named Budapest Park. The area has a major monument to the conflict, picnic lands, a children's playground and a wading pool.

It's probably known as Polson Pier. Gets a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and Toronto Downtown.

Lovely part of the western beaches. Muskoka chairs are a nice comfortable spot to sit and view the lake. Paddleboard rentals on site washrooms are not that far away. paid parking available. Can get busy at peak times

Its a wonderful area to have a walk and a nice place close to the beach. Several places and areas to sit. There normally is a pretty cold breeze in this area, so do recommend wearing a extra layer when going to this area!

I loved the butterfly garden, although I'd like for more people to keep in mind that touching the butterfly's wing(s) can hurt it and prevent it from flying. I saw a couple people dangling a monarch to get a photo, and it made me sick to my stomach. There are many other ways to get photos, beautiful ones at that, and your fingers in the picture just make for a weird unnatural pic anyway....not to mention you're hurting a beautiful, harmless creature.

It has a butterfly garden and itโ€™s like a lookout place where you can hangout by the water. Nice place for a summer - early fall date and has a lot of ducks. It also has a wooden boardwalk that you can use to walk inside the park

This park is beautiful and has easy parking and great access to the waterfront. However, it could really use a bit more attention. The grass was dry in many spots, and the washroom was not exactly clean although we visited early in the morning before the rush time.

Fortunate enough to be living beside this beautiful park. Great for dog walk, running, biking and dates. Very clean and very long pathway with sitting chairs available in appropriate distance. The sunny side swimming pool and sandy beach is must a visit for summer. You can have picnics, go swimming, paddling, running and do all sort of activities. Parking spot's available at the park and bike rental too.

Nice little beach with a playground for kids to play. There is a rent place where you can rent some watercraft and sign up for some lessons. The own problem is the parking lot. It is very hard to see the line where to park and where the handicap parking space are. There is a board walk where people ride there bike and run.

These places are nice for relaxation, biking, seeing and chatting with people from different places. The Sunnyside restaurant is a walking distance from this place You can play volleyball also with your friends by bringing your own equipment. The park allows you to walk your pets has an average but well maintain restrooms both Budapest Park & Sunnyside beach. Lots of picnic places to set up and enjoy your own foods or there is a nearby restaurant at Sunnyside beach where you can order your drinks and favorite pasta. A food truck is also station in this area.

It's nice to relax but I think you should consider hiding your snacks. Cause there's a gang on the ends, and they don't mess around my friend. Especially the one wearing an orange tie with a black suit. Oh yeah, he's the top recruiter. Can't say I didn't warn yah... ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคฃ

Budapest Park is a beautiful little park with several memorials honouring Hungarian culture on the northern shore of Lake Ontario. It's certainly worth a detour and a stop to learn something new and take some photographs.

Loved the Park. Both times I visited on a weekday. It was empty and enjoyed it thoroughly. There were seats scattered all over, empty picnic tables under the shades. Loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Beautiful park honoring the Hungarian refugees who fled their country in 1956, fleeing the terror of the communist party. This should be a park to remember the atrocities some people experience daily across the world, and it should remind some people that some refugees immigrating to Canada are here because they are looking for inner peace. Welcoming them is important!

Its a nice park to stroll around the โ›ฑ from one side of Lakeshore to another. Parking is a pain but a fair price of 9$ a day. But a huge upside to that is the beach wasn't busy at all for a Saturday

Close to the outdoor pool, with a kids playground, on the lake, boats walk and picnic tables. How can anyone find this less than perfect, unless you want to play ball or a rough sport. Have fun & keep it clean for everyone to enjoy!
