Went to Carter's Oshkosh, overall very good store: friendly stuff, good choice of goods. Not all shoes sizes were available though.

Has a costco, a best buy, a home depot, and other big box stores. Conveniently located just north of Dufferin and the 401. Can get crazy on weekends. Typical smartcenter.

The shopping mall has a good combination of stores and services: Costco Wholesale, Home Depot, Best Buy, Michaels, Michaels, LCBO, Beer Store, Pet Supply Store, HSBC and fashion stores like Osh Kosh and George Richards. You also can find good food/beverage options at Starbucks and Second Cup. It can easily be accessed through Allen Rd and Dufferin St. and is convenient for doing day to day shopping, and has lots of options. The parking is big and you also can find many parking spot options.

It was jam packed with people and cars, the parking lot was crazy and finding a space was next to impossible. Now I remember why I shop during the week in the early morning.

This place is a experience in itself. Truly a unique place to have a quick visit. In my opinion it's important to prioritize taking a break. We are humans not machines. You deserve rest and to recharge your batteries before the next battle begins.

All Home Depots have the same layout and products. The only thing that makes these places different is the staff. The staff at this Home Depot were very helpful and friendly.

Insanely busy on April 18th. Easter/Passover crowd in full force. Staff being tested. They did well. Young lady managing line ups had every right to be rude with childish , entitled customers but she wasn't. Professional, courteous and very helpful. Cashier and helpers very pleasant considering crazy day. I always go back.

I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that the store management places a high emphasis on cleanliness, and their efforts did not go unnoticed.

I was seriously disappointed. The line up was huge with no social distancing at all. The store had noone social distancing and upon looking at the photos centre hrs online(I have items to pick up), I got there and the in store hrs were different. Waited to be told that nobody could help me for a further 2hrs and wasn't opening until 12. No apologies. Staff member just walked away.

The Downsview-Toronto Smart Centre is located south-East od the Wilson Dufferin junction. It can be reached from Wilson avenue, Dufferin street or Wilson Subway station via underground tunnel. It includes three major stores, Costco, Home Depot, Best Buy and a number of other good businesses like LCBO, Michael’s, Carter’s Oshkosh, A&W and Jollibee. I found all the stores in this place very pleasant to deal with and their customer service is equally good. Prices in this plaza is average. There is lots of free parking space all the time. This place worth visiting, trust me you will never come out disappointed. Your feedback is very important to me, please press the like button below, if you liked this review.

Well organized store. I was looking for shoes for my son and the associate was so helpful, she looked in the back for my son's size, as well offer to and called other stores for the item I was looking for. Great experience. Items are usually on sale and usually has better stock than the website has. Would definitely come back again.

I'm not against South Asians nor anyone, but these girls working their never seen them before are not professional at all. Mean and rude. I can tell they are cross students but the owner has to do more to make this place more friendly and professional.

This location is very convenient because I get to buy my groceries from Costco, my electronics from Best Buy, and hot chocolate 🍫 from Second Cup. For subway riders it is right across Wilson Station. There is a multitude of parking spots available. The only downside is that the Costco doesn't have a gas station which I feel would be an added bonus. Otherwise, I like it here. And the Costco employees are so professional 👏🏾

I visited Costco at the SmartCentres, it is always a great shopping experience, one stop shopping for most of your needs. They always have something new, and great deals too. I go in with a list of things that I need to buy, and end up buying so much more. I like the selection of organic products, and the great variety of things that I don't usually see in the supermarkets. I like that they allow independent vendors to sell in their stores. I bought my Vitamix blender at a great price there. It is worth it to buy their bulk packages of batteries. I have bought brand names like Nike there. I bought a Waterpick shower head recently, and a Braun electric tooth brush, which are both excellent. The staff is always pleasant, and extremely helpful. All my experiences shopping there are always pleasant. I truly look forward to shopping at Costco.

Horrible, debit machine wouldn't work for me. Said my chip was damaged which it's not. My card works everywhere else. I have a visa not a MC . I couldn't buy my stuff. Very embarrassing. My friend has had the same experience at other locations. Get rid of those machines 👎🏾

The rudest cashier I had ever seen! The male old cashier was rude and did not heed my request to give me two sepate bills. He said something very quickly like bla bla bla tax bla bla bla. I reiterated my request and told him l wanted to pay separately for some items. I could not belive he still wouldn't do it and said some gibberish again. When I insisted he said go home and cut the receipt in two pieces. Did that happen in Costco and in Canada? Seriously?

Parking can get hectic so put on some comfy shoes. Lineups inside can be long, but I see the cashiers try their best to keep the lines moving smoothly. Many items to choose from and always stocked which is good. No issues so far

Costco is a great place to shop. Eddie Bauer pants for half the price! But I have few things to bring to their attention. Recently I bought 2 items, once I got home I realized that it was already opened and I had to make another trip to return it. Which wasn't fun. They should check before they put them back on the shelf. The gluten free bread that they have is with all types of seeds and they go moldy before expiration date. I wish they can get the plain instead.

  • 4/5 John T. 1 year ago on Google
Good luck finding a parking spot or navigating the store with a cart. Not the Costco's fault it's just always busy. Good prices and friendly staff though.

  • 2/5 Pearl W. 1 year ago on Google
This location is chaos. Some popular items were either missing or the remaining ones on the shelves were damaged. The staff were very unprofessional. We came with a gift card and joined a long line. The cashier apologized for the long wait to everyone else in line except for us and acted annoyed when we showed her our gift card. This left a sour taste - a gift card leading to a Costco trip should have encouraged us to get their membership instead, it made us rethink our decision to get a Costco membership based this staff's behavior at this location.

Very busy big box plaza. Bring your car and your credit card. No trees for shade, no outside vendors, no festive attractions, all business, park, shop, and then go.

Preeeety good Costco. Got a hottub inflatable worth about 800 for 5. Not bad. On top of that, they’ve got plenty of side roads for loading lol.

this does not reflect costco. I went to purchase a phone from the wireless centre. I called at 4 to see if they had a specific phone the male said yes I get there after 6 and he said he never sits yes and pretend to " search" the other locations to see if they had it. I knew what he was doing so I called 2 other locations within the gta 1 had it so I went there. I understand he needs the sale he seems like a lazy worker

Convenient when it comes to many great stores such as Costco, Best Buy, Nonetheless, this plaza contain the closest Best Buy in my area yet it can be a hassle for one who uses the public transit.

I literally came in here just to grab a bite to eat! I actually love their pizza...it's only $2.69 and it's a decent slice that will keep you full until dinner! I always go for the cheese because I find the pepperoni slice to be a bit on the salty side, but good nonetheless!

Ran a ton of errands here recently, Costco, Home Depot, LCBO and also nipped into Michael's for chalk pastels for my niece. Yorkdale mall is just next door, which is on the subway. Getting here from downtown can be a struggle, esp. crossing the eternal construction of the LRT along Eglinton (10 years and counting...). The Costco is crazy busy, but enjoy the garden centre in the spring. The LCBO is well-stocked and staff are particularly nice here. Also the store is not too busy. I believe at least 6 staff asked if we needed help! What a contrast to Costco! Home Depot was also great: staff went back to the shelf to get us an item which we had ordered online, but whose box had been opened then taped back up. Didn't want to get home and find the item was damaged/not working, then have to return to exchange it ;-) Parking here is great, unless you count the madness which is the parking lot at Costco! Do shop here when we make our irregular trips to Costco, maybe every 3 months or so.

Great clothing and footwear products, as well as their fresh produce, meats, seafoods and diary, you can buy frozen food as well and sorts of drinks like soda, kind's of juice's and bottled water, they have Cook food's like pizza, chicken strips & fries, sausage's, poutine ,soda.

Generally busy with parking available for free but might require additional walking to your destination. Carts maybe randomly placed all over the plaza - which is more like decor these days

  • 1/5 Mark G. 1 year ago on Google
When you patronize businesses at the downsview smart centre for almost ten years and get a parking ticket within minutes of finding a spot, only for driving a work vehicle. Contracted out parking enforcement at this location will issue legit city of toronto parking tickets. Unfortunately, I will never patronize these businesses again. Ticketing loyal customers is ridiculous and insulting. Shame on ‘property management’ According to the parking enforcement officer, property management (smart centres) doesn’t want work vehicles to park here anymore.

This Costco is always packed. So if there is something you want you better come early~ this has been my go to Costco for years but I feel the one in Vaughan is a better shopping experience because I can also get gas after shopping.

Smart centers in general are turning our cities into vast parking lots, peppered with identical stores in every center. Its cookie-cutter properties, no character. Lifeless and bland. Sad day for ontario when SmartCenters got all these contracts to build their parking lots.

Wonder why nobody can post working hours, I see busy offices and nobody can do such important announcements? Came on 26 December and they closed at 3pm. Prior to coming I could not find a working hours anywhere and there was no announcements. To reach by phone simply impossible - people on this location NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, unlike the North campus. Ladies in change rooms were also surprised that they closing, some were in shock as couldn't take a shower. Please respect your visitors. It's not hard to clearly post when you working or not.

Great quality, price and friendly service! Another great experience at Costco. Happy to report another great experience at Costco.Folks if you're not a Costco member, become one. I can't say the prices haven't gone up, but I can say the quality is the same, and no shrinking of products, still equals value!
