Manulife Centre is one of the best in Toronto Downtown. Ince we went over there to Watch movie i.e. Barbie. It has a landmark from where we can shop or buy books.

Manulife Centre surprised me with intriguing stores. Excited about the Earl's they just opened and love the cozy coffee shop by the Independent. Don't miss Tuesdays for student perks at the grocery store—10x PC points! Also there is a post office here!

An upscale shopping area that is super clean and well kept. Features lots of high end retail shops, food options including Eataly which is worth the trip in itself. Love the parking garage which is spotless and well lit with friendly attendants. Lots to see in this area.

It is probably one of the most underrated shopping centres to shop at in Toronto, I really like this place and it’s stores. The restaurants are great their.

Another store localized within the Eataly Toronto. They offer a great variety of produce that is hard to find elsewhere in Toronto. They have dozens of different sauces, fresh pasta, sweet spreads, and many other products. Today, we got filled fresh nhoque, tomato sauce with garlic, and sausage filled with provolone, all of which are very fresh and tasty. Besides the prices that are a little above average, there is nothing to complain from this place.

Went to Eataly here, absolutely fabulous and authentic Italian - shopping plus restaurant plus cafe and many many more. Whether be it a coffee and snacks or Italian Pizza Pasta , recommend the place very much, just near Bloor-Yonge subway.

This place has been under construction for years. Access ground floors are the worst. Escalators are always out of service. The closest stairs are on opposite sides of the building. Overhanging wires are all over the place. Elevators take forever (there is only 1). Avoid if you can.

The securities in this building is EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. The rule to get parking validated during weekdays before 6pm is $50 of purchase. I bought two VIP movie tickets (each worth $19.99). Then I bought around $15 worth of popcorn and water. So my purchase fits the requirement. The white woman at the desk saw my good transactions, and asked for the movie tickets receipt. While I was retrieving it from my phone, she interrupted and asked me to “just put the ticket in the machine”. After the machine gives back my ticket, I doubled checked with her by asking “has the ticket been validated?”, and she said “Yes”. However, at the exit gate, I was still charged with $25, which is the daily maximum. I cannot accept being tricked like this. What does it offer her by deceiving me like this? I will NEVER TRUST manulife securities again.

Super fancy and nice-looking mall/office with many retailers that would interest the public, like Indigo and of course Eataly. I really like the building and how it's been modernized, everything is sleek and modern. What I DON'T like is how ridiculously expensive parking is: $4 for every 20 minutes, which is pretty much airport rates, which is stupidly expensive.

Now when it comes to life people often will think of Manulife! we all deserve to live healthy and there are lots of great shopping options here including lots of great places to eat as well as shoppers drug Mart and other great opportunities like the LCBO and BMO! the security and staff of the Manulife center are always doing a good job to try to keep things in a good shape just like the Manulife company is reliable and a part of the Canadian economy so come on out and support the economy by having a great stroll around the manual life center and thanks to the corporations and vendors inside that keep the city thriving no matter what time of year. 🇨🇦🏆👏🙇🏻‍♀️🙇‍♂️😇🌈🌎👍✌️🥰🤗🥳

nice chance to check around this indoor shopping mall not too big and not too small. it is a good to spend an afternoon walk and window shopping with friends and stop by for an afternoon tea set or a glass of wine with snacks before meals/dinner, there are lots of food and retardants selections. Come and check it out.

Beautifully maintained downtown mall. Typically filled with window shoppers killing time or the wealthy who live in the area shopping. A few expensive stores and areas to sit coffee. Cineplex is on the second floor and probably draws the largest crowds outside of the grocery store on the lower level.

A great blend of big and small businesses creates a downtown neighborhood shopping experience whether you live nearby or are visiting Toronto. Pleasant to drop in for a coffee or dinner, take in a movie, look after your fitness or heath, and shop for house hold goods and services.

Be careful while shopping or just relaxing with friends. The security guards here will accuse you of anything and everything and the security office and manager will do nothing about it, they let the security guards get away with anything and do not hold them accountable for their actions. I have been a customer since 1976 and will never step foot inside this place again after the treatment both myself and my friend received. The security guard in question and the security office should be ashamed of themselves for how they deal with the public.

Very nice looking shopping centre. With Eataly on the top, Cineplex, Indigo and … the whole place at Bloor St looks amazing specially around Christmas time.

Pleasurable shopping experience in a boutique atmosphere. Underground parking is very convenient. Selection of stores here is lovely, indigo, LCBO, Bay Bloor Radio and Eataly. All great stores to shop at with friendly helpful staff. Movie theatre has VIP and is never all that busy.

  • 5/5 Mimi S. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of errands to run here now that the long reno is complete: Eataly, enlarged LCBO, Chapters & much more. 1 hour of parking if you spend $50, which is very easy to do here on Mink Mile.

The Manlife Centre provides visitors with a selection of high end shops, a few staple services, a grocery store with ready made meals and sandwiches, as well as a cinema. It is an LGBT friendly shopping centre. There is a well stocked LCBO store on the basement level along with the grocery store and access to an large Indigo books store. The cinema is located on the south side of the building on the second floor. There is plenty of seating for customers to take a break, socialize or have a quick meal. This centre is both open during the weekday and weekends. If you have any questions customer information is located in the basement level. Staff are friendly.

I like going to the Manulife, especially going to the movie theater, or LCBO store, or Chapters Bookstore, the grocery store on lower level, and grabbing lunch or having coffee on the upper level. Definitely want to spend more time there

Well maintained building - given its size, it's a world of its own. Lower floors contain shops for everyday need, upstairs feature fairly priced apartments and guest suites.

A little bougie, a little budget. The Indigo is very nice in here and the whole place is sparkling clean. Try the cineplex on the second floor!

  • 3/5 Rob G. 1 year ago on Google
Not sure I appreciate all the changes. Eataly is not as good as NYC. Cinemas remain the same. LCBO relocated to now have direct street access. Bay Bloor Radio still a solid anchor.

  • 4/5 Justin W. 1 year ago on Google
The Manulife Centre is fairly easy to navigate. The Indigo inside is a great spot - they recently did a nice reno. I like Over the Rainbow and the Theatre. It also connects with Eataly, near the Bloor street entrance. They seem to allow dogs in the shopping centre.

This location is mobility accessible. Depending on the business you are looking to go to, the ease of going into the business varies. Some are easy, others are much more difficult to access the elevator or escalator. They have done a great job at revitalization of the property. It is very clean and visually appealing. There have been some businesses that have made it through the pandemic.

It's a disincentive to go to a movie, stay for dinner and shop at Eataly in the same trip, and only merit $4 savings on your parking validatrion. You are discouraged for spending more time here..I'm not inclined to return to Manulife centre and park here any time soon again.

Manulife Centre has been my urban retreat for both shopping and leisure, offering a blend of convenience and culture. With its variety of stores and dining options, it's a one-stop destination for my daily needs and weekend indulgences. The scenic view from the top floors is breathtaking, providing a serene escape from the city buzz. Whether catching a movie, browsing through books, or enjoying a coffee with a view, Manulife Centre's timeless charm keeps me coming back for more.

During my recent visit, I discovered Pilot Coffee Roasters upstairs and had an amazing latte. The people working there really know how coffee should taste. It was a cool wet day and was looking for a quite place indoors to enjoy it. All the surrounding table were busy but I found a great spot in the lower level. There I met a lovely employee, Praveena, who was attending the tables and area. She was not only attentive to the job but very polite and welcoming . She has a real positive attitude about the Maunulife Centre and those shopping there. This experience made a real difference for me to want to come back more often.

I have lived here since I was 20 ... that was 45 years ago. I plan to end it here. A liquor shop, a grocery store with a real live butcher, baker and cook all of whom take requests, a pharmacy, 12 movie theatres, a book store, an optometrist. a car rental, a cleaner, on the PATH. You're OLD, what more do you want.

In the 90s, this place used to be great for picking up a bottle of wine, donating a litre of blood, and looking at stereos you couldn’t afford. These days, I don’t even know if you can go inside. It’s all very confusing.

There is a large selection of retail shops at Manulife Center. I have to admit, Eataly is my absolute favourite. The selection of Italian chocolates and desserts is like you're at a bakery in Italian.

I love Eataly, Indigo and Shoppers Drugs. The newly renovated bathroom is so clean and huge! Great light for make-up. I would like to see paper towels and USB plugs. But you can't have everything..well... paper is the most hygienic.

I like the easy access to their underground parking , I didn't like the cost of it , way too much ,left my car from 5pm to 10am next day and it cost me $ 50CDN signed should be easier to understand.. other than that it's pretty safe and clean place ..

Been coming here for 10 years, I usually don’t write reviews but was very upset by my experience after being a customer for so many years, great place with good selection of stores with free parking when you spend $50, my rating is low because of the security and building support , BEWARE they will try to tell you that there isn’t free parking when you spend $50 . Mombaj ( the security guard I forgot how to spell his name ) was rude and said we were wrong , said he called the manager and they said no, when we asked to speak to the manager ourselves he refused multiple times without giving reason when we asked until we spoke up and he finally called his manager down who told us we were right in the end. The security needs more training his excuse after was he’s new even when an actual resident of the building told us he isn’t . I personally work in retail and know that people never want to have to call their manager which is why he kept refusing , if we really couldn’t talk to him the manager wouldn’t have come than. So unprofessional.

  • 5/5 Ken L. 3 years ago on Google
This complex is right in the heart of the city's Bloor Street Yorkville chic upscale area. Built in the 1970s but being renovated and retrofitted with new tenants. The residential above the retail is high end rentals and not condos and the recent arrival of Eataly makes this corner complex unique and indeed on the more expensive side of living... Some people can probably afford an occasional visit and you'll likely appreciate the quality and service but unless you're well heeled you will need a bit more moolah to visit daily $$$

I’ve been wandering thru Manulife Centre for years and witnessed so much change as it goes further and further upscale to meet the demands of the neighborhood. All you need is here, at a 30-40% pricing premium. Grocery with a Loblaws market and of course Eataly, multitudes of services and wellness operatives, a book store, an lcbo ( new one coming soon) and dozens of other stores. Don’t miss Bay Bloor Radio either.

It’s not the most exciting mall but it has a good range of anchor tenants that makes it really convenient, including two grocery stores. The renovations in recent years have definitely made the mall feel more modern and upscale. The mall’s Wifi can be unreliable.

Eataly is the place to go if you have even a remote interest in food. They have everything you could possibly want in an Italian grocery store. Meat, cheese, fresh pasta, great restaurants...this place has all you could need. The cafe on the ground floor is a great place to grab a quick coffee and the basement has a phenomenal brewery. Go if you get a chance.
