Just do it! Go into this super cute little church basement and delight all of your tastebuds. I've never had Caribbean food before so I have no comparison... But her doubles are my favourite thing about Toronto. Seriously dude, just go.

La Limonada truly has the best doubles in the city, but everything on the menu is great! I love the church basement dining experience because it is vegan, unpretentious, and welcoming. If you see the sign out next to the side of the church, then don’t hesitate... just go!!

RUN don't walk to try the best doubles you have ever had in your entire life. Vegan friendly to top it off, menu options besides doubles are scrumptious. The owner is amazing. I can't stress enough how you have to try the doubles at this place. Literally the best thing I have ever put in my mouth.

La limonada is one of the few places in this city that has doubles. If you haven't had one, you need to go here and order some. They are amazing.

Humble as pie owners! Most welcoming environment. Vibes and energy is spot on! I can live here! Went in today because I was feeling a bit under the weather and been craving my West Indian home cooking, read an article on the internet about this spot and had to come in to try it on my own. Absolutely the best doubles that I had that can almost compare to how authentic it is back home! Loved the environment in the basement of the church, plenty of good people to chat with while waiting for the fresh food to finish! Must try!

Feels like home. Food tastes fresh, healthy, authentic and absolutely delicious. Jane is an amazing cook and so friendly. Pepper sauce is a must have. Sad to know April will be there closing. Must visit as many times as possible before they do!

Had two of the doubles. My only regret is that I didn’t eat 5 of them.

A true hidden gem as it's only street presence is a sandwich board. Make no mistake though: you'll find some of the best vegan food the city has to offer here!

Absolutely the best doubles I have ever had. Tried Ali's in Parkdale, Randy's by bloor-yonge, island foods near king/duff...but this gem in the basement of a church has doubles with chutney that will make you scream. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
