Went here for a bite and drinks on a Friday night. The wings (not pictured) were great. Buffalo jerk seasoning is an awesome combination. For my main, I had the pulled pork tacos and whatever they put in there worked well together. A nice balance of flavours! The fries were nice and crispy too. Service was great and if you like sports bars then you’ll like this one.

Nicest staff ever! Prices are fair, but menu selection isn’t super wide. Overall a great experience, ambiance, and good tasting food.

Pleasant surprise finding this restaurant, I didn’t know it existed. It’s a sports bar with a cool vibe. Seating for inside and outside. The burgers were really good. Juicy, tender, full of flavour. The jerk chicken bowl was recommended as one of their most popular dishes. It wasn’t anything special. I should have opted for pub/bar food instead. Green peas in a jerk bowl is a weird flex

The chicken delicious but the service was slow. [Food] I got the fried chicken and biscuit sandwiches. The chicken was amazing, mouthwatering with every bite, but the biscuit was too thick and heavy. [Service] The service was very slow when I went but they did have a full house of customers. [Atmosphere] I went for bunch this is a decent place for day or night.

Visited Score on King with a few friends, had reservations and were seated right away. It was a bit of a tight fit with the table behind us, felt a little uncomfortable. Drinks were delicious, service was great! Aesthetics of the venue were really nice. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out!

A fun place to get together with friends during a Sunday afternoon! Food that was ordered was delicious and served with a smile. We will be back! Checkmate Caesar was fire! 😋

I’ve been here for a Sunday afternoon game with my friends. The foods and drinks are decent, we have already let them know we be there to watch an NFL game, but a whole time they kept switching the channels, really disturbing while the restaurant was not crowded and there were several screens. When we need to call a server for a bill, we have waited for 20’ for a server to come. There was a girl come and she disappeared for another 20’. So we finished and waited 40’ just for the bill, there was a server looked at us and walked away, was it because we are asian? Totally we expected too much for this place since there are lots of good reviews here

The Caesar was decent. Loved the bacon scallop, and onion rings were perfectly done. The onion rings were probably the best thing they put out tonight. Unfortunately my experience here was a huge miss. This place is a 1 star because service was way too slow. Apps took over a half hour to get to us. The chips with the 4 cheese dip was hard and tasted almost stale. The mains didn’t get to us until an hour later. Was happy to finally get our food but the disappointment continued. Ordered two medium rare steaks and one came well done. One came rare. Mac and cheese had too much bbq sauce (was way too sweet), didn’t even finish my food. They did take off 50% from our bill so that deserved an extra star. Ultimately won’t be coming back. Not worth the money.

This is a pretty popular spot at the King street! Do reserve a table before going here because I had to wait 45 minutes to get in but I was definitely worth the wait. I ordered their most in demand item the Caesar - Ain't no thang: which comes with a glass of Caesar with 4 onion rings and 4 chicken wings. This drink is perfect as it comes with snack to goes well with the drink. The chicken wings were amazing. Costed me $15 for the whole thing and it was worth the money!! The ambience of the place is also so good and inviting. The customer service is top notch. Even the water that was served was like to point, right temperature and it felt so nice. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone!! It's going to be my hangout spot for sure.

Wow - so happy my mom and I decided to check this place out. We were in the mood for some pub food and this place is always busy which is a great sign. Holy smokes! Absolutely blown away. Did not expect the food to be as delicious as it was. Everything tasted extremely elevated. Arguably one of the best chicken burgers in the city and cauliflower bites! The burger was also delicious. Perfect caeser kale salad. Shoestring fries that aren't dripping in grease. Amazing flavour palette on everything. Highly recommend this place if you haven't been here yet as you WILL find a new favourite spot to eat. Special shout out to Ryan and the rest of the staff at the Score. Ryan was amazing and really went above and beyond to help push the entire experience, which already speaks for itself through the amazing food, over the edge. Thanks Ryan and have a wonderful birthday next week!!!!!

Great experience! The staff were super nice and always checking on us. We got one huge Caesar and one regular sized, both were delicious and spicy. The food toppings were hot and tasted so fresh, top quality despite being on top of a drink. They also have a huge menu variety of other food and drink. The atmosphere is perfect as well. I'd definitely recommend this place!!

Yeah this place was cool for the neighbourhood. The menu has some good pub eats and it does have a smaller feeling atmosphere. $6 bar rails on Fridays too.

We loved this place. It is located in front of a church, which had an open space and reflected some of the waning sun's warm light thereby giving the place a bright and vigorous atmoshpere. Went there on a Sunday at around 6-7PM, and it wasn't as packed as we were expecting. We didn't need any reservation at all since the inside was empty. Only the patio was full and packed. We went there with 3 kids, and they still enjoyed themselves. It is recommended to get a reservation or call in advance if you want to have a table outside. The place looks clean. The washrooms are clean. They have individual washrooms with locking doors, so you have all the privacy you want. No need to separate women and men's washroom since it's not necessary. The food was good. We loved the velvet brownies with whipped cream. Three of us got addicted to it. All in all, we had a great time. It had a nice ambience. A place to just relax, alone or with company. Come one, come all, and enjoy the place.

Visited during the happy hour. The service and food were okay. I actually found their food too sweet and salty. I noticed similar reviews from others, so something the kitchen should be aware! I especially loved the lychee tea. It was very refreshing and unique!

I came here a few times and honestly it’s just a nice bar to come eat some food and have some drinks. It’s not pretentious and not a dive. I had brunch here recently with some friends and the food was pretty damn good and service was on point. No complaints.

Score on King is a vibrant sports bar that offers a fantastic patio, making it an ideal spot to watch the game while enjoying the outdoors. The game time drink specials add to the overall experience, creating a lively atmosphere. However, if you plan on visiting on a Friday, it's highly recommended to make a reservation as it tends to get busy. While the food at Score on King was good, the wait for fries and drinks was unacceptably long, over 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest letdown and would be the primary reason we wouldn't return. Additionally, parking is limited and not free, so it's best to consider walking, taking public transit, or using Uber for transportation.

Incredible service, great for watching sports. We wanted to watch a baseball game while Monday night football was on. They gave our table a speaker that connected to their tv and we watched the game with great audio. We really liked their nachos, margaritas, and fried chicken sandwich.

Delicious nachos with all toppings you can think of! Everything tasted very fresh including the chicken that was added and service was great and really fast. We originally asked for a large size to share, but the waitress advised the large is very big and most likely to big for 2 people and recommended the small instead (which she didn’t have to she could of just made us spend more money on the large), which we ordered and didn’t even finish because there was so much! Highly recommend!

Interesting place to have some beer and good food. If you are here, do not forget to play with the magnets! It’s fun! Nice music too!

Stopped in while put shopping...enjoyed the braised chicken nachos and omg the truffle fries were amazing. Loved the unique menu items they had. Will return and have to try something else off that menu.

It's a great place if you want to meet with friends. The only critical thing was the food we ordered - the lack of spices in the stew and the super intense BBQ sauce in the mac and cheese.

This is an okay downtown bar in downtown Toronto. Drinks were not as strong as we would have hoped. I do not recommend ordering large jugs of drinks because they taste somewhat diluted. The view on the patio is nice, and the service is good. Perhaps the drinks and food menu were not impressive.

Great spot and fun atmosphere. Nice patio as well. Most importantly, the caesar lived up to the hype! Will definitely be back to try the other varieties.

How could you not be mesmerized by their drinks? Score on king is a good time for any vibe you're trying to go for. With summer right around the corner, make sure you visit their patio which opens up beautifully. Pair that with the checkmate Caesar and you're in for a good time with whoever you go with.

Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich! We also had chicken little and wings, but my favourite was still the sandwich. We will be going back to check out the checkmate Caesar

Beautiful spot to hang out. Nice vibrant atmosphere. Truffle fries is a must! They have happy hours but only during weekdays. Courteous staff and nice service. Great spot, will be back!

Fun place to grab a drink and hang out with your friends in this establishment with both spacious indoor sitting + patio. Also sports tv friendly! The servers are friendly and happy with fast service; the place is clean with a fun menu. We got the Caesars and it did not disappoint! Breakfast sandwich and tater tots on a 2oz Caesar was $17, I mean even one cocktail can easily get you up to $15 these days. Definitely reasonably priced and yummy. Will be back for more.

Went for brunch with my partner to check out the menu. Famous for their Cesars...but be aware, it's a meal. Brunch was tasty, with vegetarian option of grilled Roma tomatoes instead of ham or bacon. Hash browns came out hot. Wings were a large portion but breaded underneath the sauce...prefer the "classic style" with BBQ sauce. Wings comes with two carrot sticks and two celery sticks without sauce. The lemon bowl was a nice touch to wash your saucy hands after eating wings...Service was good, friendly, and attentive staff. Does not have an espresso machine but has coffee for the brunch goers. Decor has exposed brick with industrial ceilings filled with alphabet fridge magnets! Several flat screen tvs playing sports or poker, whichever is your fancy. If you get a window seat, it is a nice view of St James Church and the hustle of busy Toronto street traffic. The magnets continue into the downstairs cave to the washrooms. Individual stalls with seperate toilet and wash basins. To top off the basement decor, the floor is made of beer bottle caps. Overall, playful decor, in a nice pub atmosphere with standard brunch fair and wide selection of drinks. Willl come back to check out the dessert one day...looked good but too full today to get anything.

Great location. Pretty big patio, partially covered, but partial has umbrellas for the sun, not so much for the rain. We sat at an umbrella table but our server was very kind to move us to a covered table in anticipation of the rain. Ordered an in-house veggie burger n a virgin ceaser, both of which were excellent. My boyfriend's food was not well prepared but they replaced his meal with no questions asked. Good selection of food overall.

Love the vibe, service and food of this classy sports bar. It is a sports bar with lots of tv screens but I noticed a lot of people had brought a date for a relaxed night out. The vibe isn't loud but quite it chill. The food portions are huge. I ordered the small nachos and that was more than enough for two people. It tasted better than it looks in my picture. The service was also attentive as our server responded quickly without hovering around too often. I will definitely be back

Their heated patio is nice and cozy! We were there last night for drinks and loved the crazy caesars and the spiked hot drinks. Server was super nice, fast and accommodating. Lots of heaters all around so we were comfortable despite the -18°C windchill weather lol. Thank you for staying open...there really aren't too many bars / restaurants in the city with heated outdoor patios that are actually warm. Not much to do during the pandemic so we love that we have something (good) to look forward to. Thanks!

I had the most delicious Caesar here. In fact, before I even came to Score on King, I found this drink to be quite repulsive. Never had a good Caesar until I came here. 100% recommended. The fancy stuff stacked on top is just a bonus the REAL STAR is the Caesar over here ;)

Great service for the last of dine in. Graham is a fantastic manager and served us last night. All the staff has been kind and friendly over the past few years. The pineapple Sriracha chicken wings were delicious. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tequila and Corona special.

Had an amazing time! The burgers were top-notch, and even though the place was bustling, the food and drinks were worth every penny. We went for "The Grande" combo at $60, and it was absolutely fantastic. Big shoutout to the team and specially Eric for excellent service. The decor inside creates a great vibe. Despite the crowd, we got our order ASAP. If you're in Toronto, don't miss out on this spot! Highly recommended!
