Yeah we had a pretty solid meal here. I mean as long as you're down with chicken wings and pub food, you're going to love it. We went on Monday, which is all-you-can-eat night night. Wings were surprisingly solid, I don't know why I say surprisingly. People have always told me Hooters has good wings. Place was jammed though and the servers were a little bit run off their feet. There's no hostess at the front door, at least there wasn't tonight which led to a little bit of confusion from people. People just trying to push through the door to get a table in front of other people who are already waiting. Overall it was a good experience and our server was great. We would definitely go back

The food is very mediocre. Was here because I got buy one get one free order of wings. We ordered 2 appetizers (calamari and tater tots) along with the wings. The tater tots was the best thing we ordered, the rest were mediocre to bad. The wings were dry and over cooked. The calamari was just terrible, tasted like plastic. Service was fine, the food, not so much. Edit to response to owner: was there on January 24, 2023 for dinner.

good food at that price… clean and fast service. we spent my friends birthday there, the cake was we got was decorated with sparkle and they had their birthday routine which was fun! customer service is great! Our favourite is wings and beer.

Boneless wings with Spicy Garlic sauce. Very hot! Blue Moon beer was nice and cold. Server was nice and friendly.

For some reason on the "all you can eat Monday" you can't order boneless wings even though the menu says you can. For another strange reason, they can't make the first order less than a pound, I was explained that the first order is a pound but after that, the orders are smaller. I asked to make the first order smaller but the server said that you can't do that. I was abandoned by the server, maybe because I was by myself but she barely came to my table with minimum interaction, the restaurant was half full and all servers were hanging out around a table. Food was very cold..

So much fun. My family has always been a fan of the wings and service here. It was my son's 17th bday and we were in the area. That being said it was myself. My 17 year old son and his gf. We were allowed to bring a cake for him and they gave him the birthday son and embarrassing chair stand. That I was pleased with outside of that the service was centered on the construction workers that had been over served. We could not get our servers attention for anything. That I was truly not pleased with. I am not sure we will be going back. We are in the area every 2 months. And really wish the service was better. Honestly you would think that it being a family restaurant would give the only family in there some attention. Horrible service. 🤬

I attended a birthday party here. The staff were so wonderful about taking the cake we brought out to the kitchen and bringing it out after dinner all lit up with sparklers. The burgers and wings were delicious. The fries were so-so (bland) and the gravy ordered for them had a skin on the surface. The facility is fantastic with accomodation for groups and also plenty of small tables and a bar. There are big screens throughout also for watching sports and news. The waitresses were the full "hoot" one would be expecting and also very sweet and professional. Also perfect views of the airplanes taking off and landing can be had... So great views inside and out! :D A great time was had by all in our party.

The wings were dry and rubbery. They needed more sauce. Wings tasted like they were refried. Either that or they tasted like were cooked a day ago. Disappointing. Date of visit: Monday April 17, 2023 around 10:18pm.

Had a voucher for 50 wings, they honored voucher but probably the smallest wings I've had & asked for a split between hot/medium sauce which wasn't apparent on either batch. Would not recommend the wings.

After reading the reviews, I was pretty excited to try the food. But it was really bad. Firstly, the staff is not happy, and I feel for the employees having to deal with that ridiculous dress code and the creepy old men (the only reason I'm not giving 1 star). My delivery was sitting on the table a few feet away, and it took 3 people coordinating to go put it in a bag and give it to me. My cheeseburger was overcooked, dry, unseasoned, and the onion slices were ridiculously thick. The fries seem old, also not properly seasoned. No flavour anywhere. Only pro is the portion size. McDonald's turns out a better product, no joke. Go here for drinks or the game, but definitely not the food.

Walk in and near the entrance was three of the waiting staff who saw me as I walked by them , one smiled the other two continued with their conversation. Wasn't that busy even though the Grey Cup game was on, but lots of available seats. The guest who were already seated had plates on their table and were served. Grabbed a table that was available and waited, and waited, and waited for one of the serving staff to come to see if I wanted anything. Again, wasn't busy at all. After about 15 to 20 minutes of waiting I just left since no one asked if I wanted anything. The staff saw me leaving and continued with their conversation, didn't say a word. It just looked like they really didn't want to be there.

Wings were great and an amazing price for not being on all you can eat wing day. 3 of us split the 50 wings and had accompanying beers.

It is your usual experience. But I found the parking lot to be very tight for parking when it gets busy. The service was okay but we came with a large group and it made it a challenge. Bottled beer was good but anything from the tap seemed flat and not cold enough. It was warm out so that also could have played into it.

Kayla nice hostess, attentive and always working Sign out front has burnt out letters. Owner walks around the bar back area doing nothing, zero interaction with customers. Blue cheese dressing as runny as water, obviously watered down by order of management. Wings standard Hooters fare , hot to order. Chipotle honey sauce is Thai chili, another example of a lackadaisical manager who doesn’t care, but hey it’s Hooters, right? Except the atmosphere was very unexceptional for the brand, the girls were generally in the back bar. The bartender was the highlight with a brief interaction and doing most of the bar work Kayla 5 stars, the rest a 1 star experience.

Went for the 29.99 40 wings take away only. Quantity must say is good. Had lemon pepper. and chipotle honey. It was ok. They give a choice of 2 types of wings. Overall average the curly fries were nice. Service was ok. Well its Hooters !!!! What more can I say.

Daytona style wings are great and the burger deal is fantastic value but the location and service leave more to desired. I’ve gone to this location many times with coworkers and continuously the servers are nice, but service is slow. Don’t expect to be out in anything less than an hour if you order food

Mondays All you can eat wings can’t go wrong! This is a must spot for my family! The manager Raj is very active and always engages the customer. We were once charged 4 adults instead of 2adults/2kids and after advising him, he immediately told us to come back and he covered the bill for the kids! Great place! One of the few gems by the airport

Great experience.. a friendly greeting and the wings don’t get any better than this. This is our go-to spot when riding with the boys from now on. I also appreciate owners who reply to reviews. Great business. Out of curiosity I read all reviews. I shake my head at the negative ones. This place deserves more positivity. C’mon boys let’s give them the stars they deserve.

Wing are the best I had in while and this is my 2nd visit to this location and still friendly staff and Atmosphere will recommend and return on my next trip this way... great job guys

I'm trying to still like this place but they are making it difficult. Service, food and even the beves (which can save an otherwise mediocre experience) need work. Here's our mildly cool picture of beer.. yes this is full?! Pls be better as my kids love the scenery.

My son and I visited April 4th. Can't go wrong with all you can eat wing night. Most ladies were all smiles. Some looked like they were held their against their will and could never leave. Defiantly under staffed. Taylor is amazing. She was no stop and didn't seem to miss a beat. Hopefully hard workers like this is recognized. She has a great attitude and full of smiles. Lot's of patience with the annoying intoxicated customers. We haven't had a Hooter's in Ottawa in what seems to be two decades. It was nice to visit an oldie here during my stay.

Great food and incredible service. The place is extremely clean and the patio is well maintained and serviced. My favorite joint for wings and beer. Their Philly Steak and curly fries are awesome too.

Everytime I pay them a visit their customer service is exceptional! Food is delicious and the eye candy doesn't hurt either!

Clean, fast service, and friendly staff. True Bonus, they did a good job checking for vacation status' for everyone. And had decent system ready for contact tracing. Wish they served craft beer though. 😌
