The
joint
does
get
busy
during
the
day
&
most
often
the
food
items
get
sold
out
towards
the
afternoon.
The
parking
spaces
are
a
bit
cluttered
due
to
the
ongoing
construction
works
in
&
around
at
the
time
of
my
visit.
The
items
are
pricey
for
the
quantity
they
offer
when
compared
to
another
chain,
but
I
guess
that's
the
way
it
is.
It
is
well
kept
&
well
lit
and
the
curation
indeed
shouts
out
--
"
alternative
Italian
baking
space
".
In
the
beverages,
the
solo
coffee
comes
with
a
single
espresso
shot.
The
juice
are
bottled
ones
and
mixed
juice
were
the
only
available
ones
when
I
visited.
I
ordered
a
Tuscan
Chicken
Sandwich
(contains
arugula,
roasted
chicken,
aioli,
red
grapes,
provolone
&
sesame
filocino
bread)
&
a
cup
of
Cappuccino
with
the
same.
The
Filoncini
from
Forno
Cultura
are
featured
with
a
really
tough
crust
and
a
softer
inside
(as
I
am
told).
Although
the
sandwich
seemed
to
be
really
cold
&
hard
for
me.
I
felt
a
lot
of
sarcasm
&
disdain
from
the
staffs
/
barista
/
servers
at
the
venue
unfortunately.
New
to
an
alternative
Italian
café
joint
such
as
the
Forno
Cultura
&
since
most
of
my
first-hand
preferences
from
the
menu
were
unavailable,
I
happened
to
be
in
need
of
suggestions
on
the
available
ones
from
the
staff,
who
apparently
passively
mocked
at
my
genuine
inquiries.
The
MoCA
has
always
been
a
location
in
my
bucket
list
to
explore
in
Toronto.
New
to
the
country,
wading
through
the
cultural
shock,
disdain
&
mockery
of
hailing
from
the
South
Asia
with
a
brown
skin
or
just
adding
to
the
already
swarming
population
of
the
Asians
in
this
first
world
country
has
never
been
easy.
I
am
sure
that
a
lot
of
it
has
to
do
with
folks
from
my
country
or
the
neighbouring
nations
almost
wrecking
the
moral
code
or
exploiting
the
liberal
strings
in
the
societal
fabric
of
this
country,
but
yes,
not
all
of
us
are
a**ho***
or
Gordon
Ramsay.
Aaaaargh,
some
scattered
thoughts
for
discussion,
some
other
day.
In
toto,
except
for
the
cold
behaviour
from
the
staff
and
'concerete'
Filoncini,
I
believe
Forno
Cultura
definitely
adds
to
the
ambience
of
the
MoCA.
I
sincerely
wish
the
staff
of
Forno
Culture
were
a
bit
more
accommodating
/
patient
to
the
ignorance
of
the
(non-Italian)
customers
who
visit
places
like
MoCA
which
are
places
of
solace
for
artsists
or
atleast
some
of
them.
Thank
you
for
patiently
reading
through
this.
