Worst place ever.. I have never seen so dirty and stinky place, so unhygienic place to even breathe. Place was so dirty, room was so bad, comforter seemed like it has never been cleaned in ages. Couldn't stay there for more than 30 minutes and yes above all the Property Manager H. Hassan had so much of attitude like he was doing me a big favor by letting me in the hotel. Please do not every book here.

This is an absolute horrible place to stay, we arrived to the room with a bed that was broken a door with the arm falling off and screws exposed and cracks on the windows, all the couches were stained and the lights did not work. The location was in a run down area and the ceilings throughout the property were exposed with mould and wires visible. When confronted we were offered 2 other rooms which were also safety hazards and they refused to give us a refund. I would not w this place to anyone

We stay here in a last minute booking a day previous to arrive to Toronto, we read some bad comments about the property after we did the bookings and we got a little bit scared about it, because we were two girls traveling for the very first time to Toronto, to be honest we considered the option to cancel but it was not a option at the end because it was a not refundable fare so, we stayed there and you have to consider the next: β€’ The neighborhood It is a shelter close so, you maybe find some homeless, but they are in their own business, they do not disturb anybody else. It is not the most glam Street, and for the Canadian standard as well is not the best one, but for the foreigners (like us) was not thaaaat bad. We never felt in dangerous even when we cameback close to midnight It is very well connected to the downtown, museums, metro, bustation, β€’ The accomodation The apartment that was assigned to us was fine, very clean, with a lo of light, the bed it was very comfortable and it has AC, wifi, fridge and we could do an early check in with an extra fee, that was great because we arrived early at the morning. It was very quit and peaceful place. The people on the frondesk were polite, we had a good comunication with them. The "bad" part it was that it cost a little bit more that we expect, for extra charges not included in booking and as well the deposit from $250 CAN that is not optional. Children's are not allowed At the end we can said that we do not regreet for this last minute booking.

Pathetic place! Booked through booking.com. The room I was allotted was riddled with bugs and when I complained to the manager, he said β€œa few bugs shouldn’t bother you as you booked this place for the budget”. I would give this place zero stars if there was an option!

A clean, functional place to stay. Booked a furnished studio for our week long stay. The room was clean. Comes with a mini kitchenette stocked with essential cutlery and utensils (helpful when you are craving some home cooked fare). The best part about this place is the location. It's in the heart of downtown. A great place to walk and explore a very culturally colourful part of the city. If you are visiting or new to the city, try this place.

I stayed at this location from 05/18 to 6/30/2022. It has a good location, in the center of the city, but the building does not look good, the door is automatic and without a doorman, several times in the morning there was a beggar sleeping inside the hall of the building. The room was not clean when we arrived, there was dust on all the furniture. The kitchen has small cockroaches and the stove barely worked. The receptionist is not a very friendly guy, doesn't try to help much when asked. I recommend staying in this place only as a last resort, because for the amount you pay you can find better places, maybe not so well located, but much cleaner.

Communication with me was exactly until the moment I wanted to cancel the booking. I booked a room and made a deposit, but when I wanted to cancel the reservation and return the deposit (which is provided for by the payment policy on their website), I did not receive anything in response. Hassan, who was in charge of the booking, does not respond to my requests in any way. Money down the drain. I regret not reading the reviews here before paying. I really don't recommend this place. They deceive you

Ended up prolonging stay for the following reasons: - immaculate room, kitchen, and bathroom - staff was accommodating and friendly - smart tv and really fast wifi -enough space to feel like β€˜home’ - central location - no noise from other units - great price! Basically, it’s an amazing alternative to a standard hotel room. You can come back to a fully stocked kitchen then kick up your feet and turn on some Netflix. 2 thumbs and 5 stars for this place.

This place is not suitable for tourists. Its a gay area! Lots of addicted people roam areound here and will disturb you on roads. But the location is in downtown, close to all major shopping malls and happening places.

It was a good stay. Location was good, in the downtown. They helped with all the queries and very responsive with solving any problem.
