Used to be fantastic - and to be fair, I have had great and prompt service in the past when communicating with them via email. However, in the past year, the quality of service has diminished significantly. Emails go unanswered, phone calls go straight to voicemail, with no callback, and I was left to suffer for several months with an infection after they failed to call me to follow up with test results (after telling me if they didn't call, it meant my test was negative), which I eventually went to a different clinic to have resolved. My partner has been waiting for ultrasound results for 3 months and has called this clinic multiple times to follow up with no results. Our family doctor is leaving the practice and we are actively looking for alternative options.

When I first joined this clinic 8 years ago it was amazing. It has however been significantly getting worse since! They never answer their phones and emails. It takes a minimum of 3-5 follow ups before you get a response so booking an appointment or getting 1 answer takes WEEKS or sometimes more than a MONTH! In addition, our family doctor left and we were told to join a waitlist in order for them to provide us with another family doctor. That was 5 months ago and we still haven't heard back. It's become beyond frustrating at this point and I'm actively looking to move to another clinic. I do not recommend.

I've been a patient for about 6 years, this place used to be great. Now no one answers the phone or emails in a timely manner. If you do schedule a call (I've scheduled about 6 since the pandemic started) they never call on time. It used to be okay because I'd send an email and get a reply that the doctor was running late, in the last year it's as if they fired the competent people or they left due to the bad management. It's such a disappointment, I can't even call to book premium services - it's like I am begging to pay them money. Avoid this place if you have any other options.

I have been going to Integra for about 5 years. Some of the doctors have been great, others ok. The two star rating is due to the incompetent, disorganized and careless reception and office management staff. I have never experienced such difficulty at any sort of health care related office to book appointments, receive test results or referrals or to transfer medical records. Being in the financial district, my expectation is that capable office staff are hired to manage patient requests. So disappointing. My husband and I are moving overseas and would never recommend Integra to friends or family simply due to the issues with reception/office staff.

came for a walk in. booking online was super easy, the atmosphere was very different from other walk ins— it feels a lot swankier i think because of the med spa stuff. the big thing was polite front desk!! we are hoping to get in for a family doctor here!

I was a patient here for 6 years and always had troubles with the receptionists and administrative staff. They would never call me when they said they would, they forgot to follow up after test results came in, and didn’t send reqs to my specialists even after multiple follow ups from me. The only reason I stayed here was because my doctor was fantastic and I had a great relationship with her. When she announced she was leaving last year, I asked to be taken off their roster. Multiple phone calls, emails, messages and months I finally was told that I was removed. I would 100% avoid this place for family medicine. They seem to only give good service to patients using their other services.

I have had the worst experiences with my family doctors and this clinic over the last 3+ Years. This clinic is so awfully run. They never call back, even with the simplest requests, like having my family doctor send me over the note after waiting weeks for my appointment to just get a doctor's note. They are unprofessional and the admin staff is the worst of them all. They somehow keep getting worst and worst. I have never had a positive experience. No one has ever done their job correctly

I really don't know how this place still has such a high rating, although I assume it's because this clinic used to be incredible and it's the recent staff changes that have had it fall into absolute chaos. First of all, don't even bother trying to call they don't pick up 95% of the time. They will either blame it on their phone system or being understaffed, but they used to always answer and just put you on hold if anything. Now it takes over an hour of calling just to get through. They have made so many mistakes on my account health wise that I've decided to find a new family doctor. They sent me someone else's personal specialist request with all of this person's personal information on it. When I requested to talk to the manager about it I didn't hear from them for over three months. I just can't say enough bad things. Just avoid this place if you can.

Waiting for the past 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. My appointment place was also changed last minute while I was on my way. This was not my first time with a horrible customer service at Integra. My family doctor was travelling and never available for almost a year. Before she left Integra, no communication was shared with the patient. The other doctors who were available had no clue on what to advice. The doctors actually asked, what was advised in the past, what worked and what didn’t work. I’m shocked how this place is still running! Healthcare might be free in Ontario but this kind of service is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I'll have to echo what many others have written, this used to be a great clinic but has gone downhill in the past few years. - I was not informed when my family physician left the office. I only found out when I tried to book an appointment. - Have inquired about getting my medical records... twice, not to switch to a different clinic, but so I can follow my own health. Only to have the staff promise they will email me back. Waited multiple times both weeks and have received nothing from Integra other than spam. Avoid this clinic.

Unfortunately Integra has gone deeply downhill the past few years and I would urge you to stay away. The doctors have all been amazing, but the reception/admin and general management is just such a headache and pain to deal with that it's just not worth it. I had the pleasure of having the amazing Dr. Kegel as a GP for years, and unfortunately he moved his practice. Integra said they were actively recruiting new GPs and Dr. Kegel's patients would be at the top of the list and expected to re-roster patients by the end of the summer. That was the summer of 2019! Numerous new family doctors have been added to the practice, and when I call to confirm I'm in queue and priority I get boilerplate responses and that it's expected to be backfilled soon. I've also noticed a general decline in the patient-centric care. Things like getting refills for a prescription I've been on for decades used to just be phoned into the pharmacy. Now they (admin) make you come in to a physical appointment to get refills, which has meant being off my medication for 1-2 weeks waiting for appointments. When I ask the doctor why I had to come in they are just as bewildered as I am (surely it's the billing code generation!). Reception has never been great, but they've gotten even worse. You basically can't get through by phone. I've waited over a week for email responses that I've just ended up physically going to the clinic so I could actually get a simple response. It's a shame because the physicians have all been great, and it used to be a good clinic, but you really should avoid it if you can - no point in wasting years waiting for a family doctor here when you'll have to deal with these other self-inflicted issues once you finally get one.

My feedback is consistent with many other patients who are facing the same set of issues recently. I have been with the clinic for 6 years now and had a fantastic experience pre COVID. The experience in post COVID times have been an absolute disaster especially when it comes to coordinating appointments. They cancel appointments at the last moment, don't confirm appointment bookings, wrongly charge no show fee, doctors call 2 hours later than the scheduled appointment and the list goes on. Sad to see the decline of such a great clinic.

As so many others have written, unfortunately, this previously wonderful clinic has gone downhill in the past few years. My former family physician here was amazing until she left the clinic and now I am left with no doctor. I continue to see some of the very talented staff in the physio and massage departments. However, getting in touch with the admin staff is a nightmare of never-ending phone tag. It's a real shame to see how many others have had the same experience as me!

Dr. Farah Vayani is awful. Zero bedside manner. She walks in and doesn't even say hello or how are you?. All she says is,'What can I help you with?'. When you share your concerns, she minimizes them and responds with judgment, almost belittling you for the concerns you have. She is monotone, has a flat affect, and most certainly should not be in a helping profession. I literally had to put my foot down and tell her 'well this is what I am concerned about and here are all of my valid reasons so please take me seriously and order the tests/referrals etc, that I need'. I thought maybe it was just me that she didn't like, so my husband went to see her today and had the same experience. At the VERY LEAST, a primary care physician should have a genuine and comforting bedside manner. Super disappointing experience with her.

I’ve been a patient of Integra Health for almost 10 years and from my family doctor, to the nursing technicians and in-house blood lab, my massage therapist and chiropodist,I have never been disappointed by the quality of service. The location is convenient and office is always clean. The professionalism of the reception/administrative staff who are always willing to help and friendly cannot go unstated. “Excellent” is the best way to describe the team. My family doctor has been my primary healthcare provider for almost 10 years, and in that time, my needs have evolved. I feel assured in knowing that the clinic actively encourages a holistic approach to treat patients and that practitioners use the latest technology to inform and improve patient services. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend!

We have just moved to Toronto. Took my son there to see Dr. White. He was nice enough. My adult son has epilepsy and I needed a referral to a neurologist to get his care started. The appointment was back in October. I reached out to the neurologist to see if the referral was received and they told me they didn’t have one. I was shocked and am deeply concerned. I had called Intégra several weeks back and they assured me they had sent the letter and I would hear from the office once they heard something. I was never going to hear back because they never sent it or checked to see if the neurologist office had received it. Shame on you. My son’s epilepsy is not well controlled and their mistake could have harmed him. I will be looking into launching a complaint this is not a small mistake. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I will not be contacting you since I will not trust you with my child's safety. if you really wanted to help or "investigate" you can figure out who we are with the context clues in my original post or better yet ask Dr. White. I have found somewhere else to go. All I can say is be better and make your Doctors seem like they can do more than just write a prescription. I expect more from a healthcare provider, maybe you should too. Also we felt rushed at the appointment. My son uses a walker so we were a bit late because of his mobility issues and he had a seizure in the waiting room. We were punished because we were told we were running out of time at the appointment. Really? What are you doing, emulating American style healthcare?

I went to Dr. Kristy Blair for help with severe tension in my upper back and neck. I wasn’t sure if it was a chiropractor, physio, or massage issue. Turned out to be a bit of all, and Dr. Blair was able to help tremendously with my neck and spine, as well as treat the soft tissue part. She also gave me some great stretches and exercises to do on my own to prevent the tension in the future. She solved my issues in just three sessions! Highly recommend going to see her!

The doctors and nurses are amazing at Integra. My GP and any walk in doctors I’ve seen have been great. There is great room for improvement for their administration team who are often rude on the phone. It is very confusing how to book as sometimes they indicate their preference is by email then other times to call. When you call the lines are always busy.

The never call you back or respond to emails. Doctors are dismissive and will NEVER meet you in person or even do a video call with you. The response d to you once per day and you have ZERO ability of reaching out directly to the doctor. DO NOT sign up with them. Had X-rays done 3weeks ago from a fall down the stairs. Wouldn’t have a chance to speak with the Socorro to review the findings if I didn’t constantly harass and push for an appointment. And they take no responsibility. It’s all the fault of their computer system. Stay away if you want any sort of half decent care (by Canadian standards).

Rude reception, they don’t answer calls and don’t provide location of their doctors appointments. Become argumentative when describing the issues. Just as a heads up, this health Center has two locations so be sure to ask which one your appointment is at. I showed up to the wrong location and proceeded to walk to the other location. I was late as a result and after mentioning my difficulty finding the correct location and that I couldn’t get reception on the line, the front desk reception responded by asking me to pay a late fee before I can reschedule.

recently had a flair up of sciatic pain. I was on my back for 5 days unable to move. intense pain down the back of my leg from hamstring to calf. I found this office online and made an appointment. I was suffering intense pain and unable to stand sit or walk. I hobbled into Integra Health Center and was treated by Dr. Kristy Blair. a little acqu, some cups and some spine work along with some stretches to do at home between visits and I was mobile again. after that initial visit I attended a concert that same night that I was certain I would miss and was able to walk 6km to my next visit without issue. 1 week on and I am virtually pain free. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Integra for years. Have spent thousands of dollars on physio/osteo/chiro. Missed an appointment due to illness, which they were able to fill within an hour of my same day cancellation. Still charged me full price for missed appointment even tho they were able to rebook. I have no problem paying for a missed appointment if they can't rebook, but not trying to work with a long time client just shows they care more about a quick buck than maintaining their clientele. I won't be coming back here, for those that live out in Mississauga, go try out Natural Alignments, great owner, who cares about working with her clients.

I have been going to Integra Health since it opened several years ago and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a one stop shop for all their medical and wellness needs. Integra's Doctors and wellness practitioners are wonderful and really care about your health. It's conveniently located in the heart of downtown and is so easy to get to!

I went into the Exchange Tower branch about 10 days ago because I'd had a fall and my foot was swollen. I was looked at by the doctor and sent to St Michael's for an X-ray. I can't believe it takes that long for x-ray results to be uploaded to the system, especially when the doctor sent me with a note on my file saying I might have a minor fracture or some sort of break in my bone. I've reached out to the clinic to follow up and on one occasion, the X-ray results hadn't been shared with them and on the second, "the doctor did not have time to look at the report" - these exact words. Booking a follow up appointment is even worse, because their availability is scarce and the doctor I saw initially will be away until mid next week. I'm awfully disappointed and surprised because I've never had an issue with their other location in Commerce Court. The doctor I've seen on two occasions has been extremely wonderful and their service was stellar, from giving me an update on reports to everything else. My foot keeps swelling despite minimal pain and I literally want to know why that's happening - it's as simple as that, and it's taking ages to get a proper reply from them about it. I'm at my wits end with the system here, and have started to look for another clinic where I can be seen, better helped and get results sooner rather than later.

Staff here are friendly and helpful. I come here for chiropractic service seeing Dr. Rong. I have seen different chiropractor throughout the years, and Dr. Rong is the best I have seen thus far. She takes her time to make assessments, and offer treatments that can really help. She provides exercises to do so that healing can be done efficiently and effectively. She even takes the time to answer any questions you may have after and between sessions. Highly recommended.

I’ve been so happy with the care that I’ve received from Dr. Burton at Integra. She is an amazing physician and cares about her patients. I began seeing Dr. Kristy Blair a few months ago to address a myriad of issues I was experiencing in my neck, back, hip and feet. She has been nothing short of brilliant. She’s so warm and inviting but most importantly she really listens, which is so relieving given poor prior experiences with other healthcare professionals. She really seems to care about my health and well being and I can honestly say that I have noticed a great difference in my body since starting my sessions with her. I very highly recommend Dr. Kristy; she has already greatly improved my physical health and I always look forward to our sessions.

It truly is a great clinic that makes health care convenient. It’s easy to book appointments, there are options to book virtual appointments, and there are often opportunities to see specialists quickly (2-3 days), which is decent for non-emergency rooms. As someone who had lots of injuries, I particularly enjoyed the physio and acupuncture services provided here. Highly recommend!

When I caught covid, I had to cancel my intake appointment in less than the requested 24 hours due to the severity of my symptoms. I was deathly ill and at my worst, feared for my life. With zero concern for my recovery or well being, their only response was that they will not see me until I pay a $45 cancellation fee. My previous GP at the practice would have personally called me to check on my recovery, but sadly she resigned. The clinic now prioritizes making money from cancellation fees or trying to sell Botox and injectables. I’ve never felt more dehumanized in my life. Months have passed and along with lingering symptoms of long covid, the anxiety caused by this experience has been dreadful. Would not wish this treatment on anyone.

Have had several physio sessions with Dr. Kristy Blair, the results of which have been excellent. I'm much farther along in my hip recovery than where thought I'd be without her very professional help, treatment and advice. Don't have to hang up the skates for a while yet

I've been coming here for years and I think it's about time to find a new family Dr. Not only is it difficult to get in contact with your regular family Dr. here (wait times are atrocious - up to two weeks) but follow up and responses are terrible as well. It has been over a month - with one follow-up from myself - that I have ben waiting on a blood requisition. Regardless of pandemic guidelines it is clear the quality of service has dwindled drastically. I don't know why a hybrid model has not been implemented yet as vax cases rise because other clinics are taking walk-ins. It reeks of money grabbing and trying to get as many patients in one day as possible. Extremely disappointed with this clinic.

I've made great improvements in strength and mobility by working with both Cory Schneider (physiotherapy) and Sapna Sriram (chiropractic). I appreciate not only their attention to detail and personalized approach to rehabilitation, but also the warm and friendly atmosphere at Integra. I would whole-heartedly recommend this clinic and these practitioners.

I have been on a waiting list for a family Dr here for years... even using them for Walk-In's is a poor solution. Definitely recommend putting your energy and effort into securing a Family Dr or somewhat regular Walk-In Dr somewhere else.

The session was amazing but the administration impacts the rating. Communication had conflicting message (virtual link to be sent 30 min prior but also says “minimum 1 day prior” to appointment). ALSO..I received a $25off coupon for my first service AFTER the service, which is not helpful because it’s not transferable, making it void.

Such a great clinic. I've had to switch doctors a few times (one changed practices, the next went on mat leave), but it hasn't mattered because they've all been great and there is a clear continuity of care. Dr. Hofbauer is my latest doc, and she's just lovely. So knowledgable and seems to really care about her patients. Modern looking clinic as well. Highly recommend.

My family doctor is in Markham so not convenient whereas Integra is a five minute walk away. I have interacted with four physicians on various issues and found them helpful. The only area where cracks appear is in follow ups for referral appointments etc. As they are not your primary physician follow ups can fall thru the cracks so its incumbent upon you to follow up with them. Give them a try!

My physiotherapist Cory did a fantastic job at helping me recover through a pretty severe ankle injury. I got an appointment incredibly fast and he got right to work on diagnosing my issue and helping me reach my goals during recovery. I had several holidays booked with a lot of activities like hiking and cycling that I was worried would be completely upended because of my injury, but with Cory’s help I was able to enjoy my summer seamlessly and after several sessions I am back to normal, if not better than where I started with all the guidance and knowledge he has provided. Incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend his services!

A calm experience. Dr Shannon Dales is friendly and warm, gives great analogies to help me fully understand what's going on with the pain I'm in and gave me excellent advice and treatments that I feel puts me on the right road to quick recovery. I was in a lot of pain when I went to see her, and her warmth was so greatly appreciated. She told the reception that I also needed a walk-in appointment and within moments I was off to see Dr. Schofield. Dr Schofield was great specifically because aside from prescribing me the medication that Dr Dales suggested (for inflammation), he also discussed my pain from a sports injury perspective and prescribed me meds to focus on my nerves. this was my first visit to the centre and I'm so happy that I chose to go there.

Management has really responded to the negative reviews from months ago. I’ve saved countless physical trips to the paediatrician’s office due to the clinic’s prompt accommodation for a virtual appointment whenever my kid is sick. The times I do have to physically go in, I’ve been able get an appointment with ease. The best part is that both virtual and in-person appointments have been right on time, allowing me to carry on with other things in the day.

A one stop shop in Downtown Toronto with knowledgeable practitioners and a great team. I’ve always been able to get an appointment last minute and have felt taken care of and heard. From their physicians to the chiropractors - I’ve always had a positive experience!!! They really do have everything you need in your health care team.

I came in to see Dr. Kristy for a low back/hip complaint. She is very kind and took the time to really listen to me. This was one of the most thorough chiro intakes and treatments I've had. I recommend her for anyone looking for a chiropractor in the downtown core! Also it was very easy to book in using their online system.

Great atmosphere and welcoming environment. I went to Dr. Kristy for upper back pain, she is very knowledgable in her field. Even after my initial appointment with her, I started to feel better. I would recommend her to anyone!

I had a great doctor here who unfortunately moved practices, and around the same time I also moved about an hour away. I was automatically transferred to another doctor at this practice. We’ll call her, “Dr. P”. I had not gotten a new local doctor yet so I called for help with having some blood work done for pre-pregnancy screening. I do my research and wanted a specific marker looked at that I was more than willing to pay for. It is commonly looked at in other counties, but not ours for some reason. Dr. P would not sign off to test for this marker, and a few other important I wanted to have checked (at my expense) even after sending her a peer reviewed research paper on why this one was an important predictor of a healthy pregnancy. I ended up using the Cover Health virtual walk-in service and speaking to a physician who immediately signed off on this marker in a matter of minutes. Needless to say, Dr. P was far from helpful with what I needed. I was finally taken on as a patient by a local doctor and I started the process to transfer my records over to this new office. Integra Health just called me wanting me to pay $35 to transfer my medical records to my new local doctor. Not only did my actual chosen doctor leave this place so I am a patient of a doctor I didn’t choose, but I live over an hour away from the office so it makes no sense for me to continue on as a patient here, or pay money to leave. Don’t bother with this place.

I abhor contacting them and dealing with their receptionists to book an appointment for their family medicine or walk-in and same day medical care. It would be much more efficient if they offered the option to do it online since their doctors' schedules change. It would be simpler to see online when they are available.

1st therapy session. Lot of questions, some tears. Not sure about the depth and breadth of roots that bring me to you... Time will tell, $ permitting 🙃😉. Best was re-inteoduction into breathing. What the practice can/is intended to do. Eye opening, liberating... Still have a lot of work to do, but what a difference one session can make. Infinite thanks.😌

Integra Health is absolutely wonderful, I am very thankful to be part of their community. The health center provides multiple services under one umbrella and two available locations in the downtown core. Dre Govender is an absolutely wonderful Osteopath and RMT she has helped me recover from stress related injuries and constantly checks in on her patients providing amazing care on how to maintain and strengthen their body. I've been fortunate with Integra Health to not only have one of the best Osteopath and RMT's in the city but also found a fantastic family doctor in Dr. Gerald White and therapist in Cheyanne Dsouza. Integra Health truly is one of the best clinics in the city with the level of care provided to all patients and the variety of services they offer under one roof.

I’ve been going to Integra for a few years now and it has always been so fantastic. I’ve seen Dr. Cheung and Dr. Pasricha recently and they are both phenomenal. They are both so friendly, great at making you feel comfortable whilst still being extremely professional and helpful. They really take the time to make sure your concerns are met with great attention and care. The management here is also 5 stars, the process of getting from point A to B is always very smooth sailing. I am always recommending Integra to my friends and family. Thank-you Integra team!

Got a walk in appointment, was booked in with a friendly receptionist. My appointment was with Jake, he was very professional and was able to dig into all my pressure points. I was very satisfied with the service and can recommend if you are traveling through the city

I saw Cory Schneider a Physiotherapist at the clinic for the last 5 months and had a great experience, he was knowledgeable and always following up and making sure I had everything needed to deal with my issue. The clinic is run smoothly, it is very easy to book appointments and re-schedule if needed, and they made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

Only good thing that came out of me being a patient of Integra was Dr. Kegel! Whom I have the absolute pleasure of having as a family doctor for years now. Reception is a nightmare! They never return emails or calls and they are incompetent to the max at sending over requisitions, reports or referrals. I’ve called 6 times in two days to get some paperwork from Dr. Gill and the reception staff keeps giving me the run around. Also, Mithun has a bit of an attitude over the phone when asked why it takes so long to get a response. If you hate the job and how busy it is then don’t effing do it!!! Place is worse now after Covid than ever before. People have just become accustomed to being lazy.

Do NOT recommend Dr. Agarwal!! This used to be a great clinic. But I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Agarwal. I came with ear pain together with fatigue and ask to check my ear AND do blood test for my fatigue. he said that he only address one thing at an appointment. not more. Seriously? He looked at my ear, gave me pills. it was 1:33. My appointment was at 11:30. So we had time. asked for a referral to fertility clinic since I want to freeze eggs due to my age and they need referral, that was too much for him. He did not give me. I need to book another appointment, he can not address more than one issue in 10 mins. It was 11:34. You still have time!! Poor experience.

I've being seeing Shannon Dales for over 20 years. She has helped me recover from a myriad of nagging injuries, including issue with my back, neck, elbow, wrist, shoulder, knee and most recently, an Achilles tear. I've also enjoyed getting regular fine tuning for proper alignment. I trust her skills 100%. I am grateful to have had the benefit of her extensive knowledge and talent. I've sent many friends and family to her over the years. She's helped them all. She is an excellent chiropractor and a consummate professional.

My mom and I have been going to this Clinic for the past 5 years. This place is no longer the same. Their admin team is the worst. These people have no empathy or show no human like behavior to their patients. My mother is a cancer patient and 65+ year old. Her Phermacy has sent 3 fax requests to Integra for renewal of her medication. My mom or Pharmacy did not hear back from Dr's office until she contacted the clinic directly. That receptionist kept repeating herself about policy and how a cancer patient has to run after her Dr for her meds renewal. There are 5 other drs involved in my mom's care for her treatment. Here Integra is her family dr's clinic has appeared to be the most ignorant with zero care for their patients. I highly recommend to all patients of Integra, stay away from this clinic until they bring back the same service and if they ever do. Policies are not above humanity and care! I wish I could give them a negative star

👍👍 Infinity Health is by far the best walk-in clinic I have ever been to in my life. Their front desk staff are so tentative and friendly.
