I would give zero stars if I could. Both doctors and reception are completely incompetent. The reception is impossible to reach. What doctors office can you not reach by phone? Chat box also doesn't work, they never get back to you. They're cancel your appointment without notice. Shame because the pharmacy is great. Health one medical on young street is accepting patients. The office is really beautiful, staff are friendly, doctors and staff are trustworthy and competent. Don't waste your time or energy with cadence. Please, just dont. In response to the owner: Either your chat box does not work or your staff don't respond to the inquiries. Additionally, everyone on the planet knows how to use a chat box correctly, being that it's a pretty basic function. I would consider the rest of the reviews as many people have stated similar issues with your clinic. Your doctor's also rush through appointments making patients feel uncomfortable, unheard and unsure if they are receiving accurate treatment. The issues people are stating are not the problem of the patients but rather your clinic. I suggest some training for your staff and a better hiring process for your doctor's.

I’ve been with this clinic for 3 years. I have an amazing doctor, A+, and used to highly recommend this clinic especially to to women. However, since the change in ownership there is an obvious difference in the quality of service as seen in their website, appointment booking system, and client care, not to mention their email system being hacked and sending scare covid19 case emails. The only reason I’m posting this so publicly is so that the new owners and management can see direct feedback from their clients, because otherwise it’s immensely difficult to talk to a human being here. I’m grateful my doctor is leaving this month and I along with them.

Found my family doctor here for my family ever since I gave birth to my baby. Been seeing Dr. Tina Chanchlani since my baby was born and she is a fantastic doctor. She listens to me and my concerns about my baby. She was never in a rush with me and always explain everything I need to know. The receptionists are always nice and friendly when I am there with my baby and they look like they remember us. I never had to wait along time for my doctor to see me which is a wonderful experience considering my past experiences with other clinics; whom I need to wait an hour or two even though I made an appointment to see the doctor. The pharmacy has good people too because they are always so nice and put a smile on their face all the time. The pharmacy also have free delivery, so I can get my prescription delivered free to my door. Too bad I had to move soon to another city and have to find another family doctor for my family or I would continue to come to Cadence with all my health care needs. Don't understand why some reviews on here are complaining about having a difficult time booking an appointment? I find it very easy to book an appointment on their website if no one is picking up the phone.

As stated by others, this place has become a disappointment since new management has taken over. My family doctor left the clinic and I was not informed. It’s difficult to reach them by phone. Once I finally did I was able to arrange a phone appointment with a new doctor, since they are currently not taking patients in person. I waited by my phone and did not receive a call. One hour and twenty minutes later I got a call from a blocked number, which I missed. The new doctor left a message bluntly stating I should call the clinic and book a new appointment. No apology or courtesy second call after missing his own appointment by well over an hour. No accountability and no professionalism. I will be looking elsewhere for a new doctor and recommending against this clinic.

Very surprised by some of the reviews of Cadence as I couldn't recommend it more. Since I first joined the clinic, everyone from the staff to the doctors have been excellent. Dr. Chanchlani is always available for an appointment within a reasonable time, on time, and doesn't rush you while compassionately listening to your medical concerns. It's honestly the best family doctor experience I've had in my life. The clinic itself is a nice place that tries hard not to have too much of that sterile doctors office feel. The pharmacy also has reasonable rates and even does free same day delivery of prescriptions, which especially during COVID has been an amazingly impressive service.

Started going to this clinic a couple of years ago. Was thrilled to have found a great family doctor. Then, my doctor left the country and no one notified me until I called, two months after she left, and was told she was gone. I started seeing Dr. Priya at this clinic after that. My appointments are constantly cancelled or moved and no one notifies me except a recording that calls my phone, to tell me my appointment has been moved to a new time when I'm not available. There was also some strange recent emails sent as though their systems had been hacked. Very concerning since they house personal/medical information. I'll be checking with my doctor if I can book with her in another way going forward. The management here seriously needs help, especially with IT. Their online booking system has been "broken" for at least a year now, if not more.

Generally I have a pretty good experience at this clinic. Priya's very helpful and kind, and the staff is great. She's my regular doctor when I need assistance, and I've never had an issue. Recently her schedule has been fully booked for the next two weeks, and I experienced something physical that developed overnight, and I felt I needed to be addressed by a doctor asap. So I went to the walk in doctor that is there on Saturdays. I had it looked at by the assistant, who agreed that I made the right choice to come in. She took a photo and sent it to the doctor. During the call, he was literally laughing at my concern and implying that it was nothing. But "because I was there" he'd send me for xrays and an ultrasound "just to make sure". Even the assistant tried to convince him that what I was experiencing wasn't normal, and seemed concerned herself. He even went as far as questioning my diagnosed medical history...It really isn't professional at all for a doctor to behave this way... It was really disappointing, I also felt really brushed off when I left, and like my health wasn't important. I like going to this clinic when I need help, and this won't prevent me from coming here in the future. However, if I ever need to be seen when my doctor isn't available, I'll be going somewhere else.

I'm very dissatisfied with this health center, they never pick the phone, and I never get my phone appointments on time. It's truly frustrating since I booked the aside from work and then I get calls when I'm in the middle of work meetings. I started attending here around 2017 and it was great. I'm not sure what happened but since the last two years staff changed and they are very disorganized. Lately, I've been trying to get a hold of my family doctor as I developed side effects from a medication and nobody has been answering the phone for three days!!! This place really needs to take their patients service more seriously.

Dr. Chanchlani is fantastic if you are lucky enough to have her as your family doctor. However, everything else about the patient records, service and booking experience here is awful. And it doesn't seem like they care enough to fix it. Their online booking system has been broken for months. If you book online, despite getting an email confirmation, you are not actually registered for an appointment. Calling to confirm appointments can lead no where. After a number of their family doctor's left the practice I was left without one despite going through medical issues. There was no continuity or effort to get me set up with another family doctor proactively. I wish their front-office team had the same care and diligence with their patients as some of the doctors do.

Is what it is, can't complain about free healthcare. Some tips for other patients: Edit: revisiting this, it’s much worse than before lol. They went bankrupt. All the medical records are gone. And if you had a family doc here you gotta figure out where he went using cpso. Just to be told you gotta wait 5 months to get a doctor but not your doctor, he’s too popular and your records are gone lmao - Make sure frontdesk faxes your referral and calls the other clinic before you leave. Request the fax receipt as the lady responsible often lies. Or plans to do it later and forgets. Twice now frontdesk just didn't fax my referrals requiring me to come back in and supervise them... They will also deny they forgot to send the fax or something could've gone wrong, and refuse to verify. Standing in the lobby and calling the other office is your best bet. - Related to the above, some fax numbers for referrals they have are old and invalid. They will not check for you. It's up to you as the patient to do that. - You will almost never be able to reach frontdesk on the phone. They're not busy, they just dont pick up. Your best bet is to just drop by the clinic, walk in and talk to them in person. - Try to request in person visits. A hasty diagnosis on the phone can do more harm than good sometimes. As was my case. On the flip side, the nurses and doctors seem to be pretty decent.

Horrible scheduling for phone appointments. Multiple missed appointment times then was finally told the doctor “might call tomorrow”. The doctor apparently works at multiple clinics and opens times to book online that they are working elsewhere. I imagine LOTS of people end up with cancelled or missed appointments this way. If my appointment is at 2pm, I should not have to be waiting by the phone until 7pm for a call to fix a simple prescription. There is no way to guarantee you will even get to talk to a doctor on the day or time you book for. Better off going somewhere else.

I am so happy my doctor is switching offices as they are a great doctor. The clinic never picks up the phone. You can be calling on and off for days and no response. I even walked to the clinic as I was attempting to reach them via phone and saw that there were people at the reception working but not picking up my phone call. Its very inconvenient to have to physically go to the clinic every time to book an phone appointment for the next week. When I initially became a patient I joined because they were to have many upcoming services in the office as advertised including the pharmacy, orthotics, and chiropractor, however they only have the pharmacy.

I've had good experiences with any doctor I've seen there, Dr. Priya is my family doctor and she's been great. However their organization is appalling. I've been chasing them down for an appointment that was already booked for about a week, they keep telling me it's the next day, then I never receive a call. They were always hard to contact, but it's gone seriously downhill since Covid hit. Edit: What is going on here? I'm trying to get ahold of my family doctor and their phone number isn't working. I never heard from my doctor for my last phone appointment and now I can't get ahold of anyone at the clinic.

What the heck is going on at this place? A year ago I had a not-so-good appointment where I was in severe pain and when I got the results from my MRI, all they did was read me the report verbatim with no interpretation. I ended up spending 10 months in pain not really understanding my condition. That was until I had a follow-up telehealth appointment with someone different that went well in November and she really helped me. But today no one called me for my appointment. I desperately need access to my medical records but their phone number doesn't seem to be working anymore. Newsletter from the Health Centre are weird and seem to talk about crazy conspiracy theories. If this business has gone under / is under investigation how do I get my medical records back???

Got assigned a family doctor here from the Ontario provincial family doctor finder, I saw him once and he thought I was there as a walk-in patient because the receptionists did not understand/communicate the purpose of my visit. The doctor then moved offices 3 months after my first visit and the clinic did NOT inform me of this. I visited several walk-in doctors after this and they were all quite incompetent. One refused to refill a prescription because he had "never heard of the medication being used in that way", another one was reading to me my blood test results and I asked him how my ferritin/iron levels were and he said "they didn't test your ferritin, it doesn't say" - but when I got the results from LifeLabs the ferritin value was right there on the front page of the blood test results.

When we first came to this clinic in 2019 it was a very nice place with pleasant and professional staff. We were satisfied with our family doctor and never had any problems with booking appointments. But at some point it all went downhill and it seems that it’s only getting worse by the day. Nurses and receptionists are rude and disorganized, phone is almost never answered, constant typos and mistakes in the medical documents and requisition forms. Almost impossible to book an appointment and when you finally have one it’s almost always 3-4(!) hours late and no one cares to at least notify you. Our family doctor left in June and I totally understand his reasons. Avoid this place as much as possible.

😠 This Loblaws is my favourite location to shop for groceries and more. 👍👍 I love this place. My go-to place for groceries. It's always busy, sells fresh produce, and has a variety of items. Two added bonuses are - it has a small Joe Fresh outlet inside, and a Starbucks. So if you feel like taking a quick grab and sit enjoying your coffee, there's a seating place upstairs....

😠 The worst clinic in the history of clinics. They don’t care about the patient at all. This is not bad for wait times for clinics in Canada. 2 hours later...
