Please be aware of her (dr. Mary Rofail who is in charge of this clinic) aggressive and inconsiderate approach and tone of voice. Choose your doctor carefully. The doctor started the session an hour and a half after my appointment time, which can be tolerated given our failing healthcare system. Without asking me how I am, she started telling me how I missed my appointments in 2022; appointments that I was never made aware of. Then she went on to say I cancelled my appointments in 2022 and never rescheduled. I felt attacked and unsafe. If she cares as much as she likes to pretend, why has she waited a year and a half to mention it in an appointment that I made due to the pain in my neck and head that wouldn't go away? Then she goes on to say there were "no show" appointments, which is not true. This again was in reference to my allegedly missed appointments in 2022. I also had to explain the difference between a "no show" and a cancelled appointment to her as I do not believe she understands the difference. Meanwhile, she kept talking over me, telling me to calm down and relax. This is how she started the session! She, as a physician, is supposed to create a calm and safe place for patients and not make their situations worse. She charged my OHIP and wasted my time. In our previous encounters I had noticed an unsettling attitude but I didn't think much of it. But enough is enough. No one, let alone a patient, should be treated the way she treated me.

I have been at that place twice and both with same experience. The receptionists have ZERO customer service training, they speak with the patient with out any basic manners (I could say even with a very arrogant/who cares attitude), and if that wasn't enough the receptionist today was wearing flip flops‼️ How unprofessional is that? She asked me if I have an appointment (when the first time I was there asking for an appointment the other receptionist told me "they only give service to walk ins") Seems like they forgot that they have a job because the patients! Quite disappointed

Take chances to walk in rather than to have an appointment. The lady sitting with me with the same appointment , we patiently observed the walk-in comes first compared to the patient with an appointment..wait until no more patients then your turn. The guy beside me was walk-in and done ahead of me. Poor service.

This is by far the worst doctor and walk in. If I could give no stars, I would. I don’t know where Dr. Rofail got her licenses to practice, but it’s a joke. My sister was diagnosed with three (!!!) herniated discs in 2021. MRI was done to confirm how bad it was.. and still, Rofail did nothing about it. She prescribed her pain meds and sent my sister on her way. Basically kept charging her the $20 for a doctors note (weekly) so my sister could give it to her employer. My sister couldn’t walk. She was bed bound for nine months!!! Rofail didn’t consider sending her to a neurosurgeon or anything. When my sister asked for a referral, she was immediately shut down and was made to feel crazy. There is zero empathy coming from her. What she says goes. Doesn’t listen. Has NO compassion whatever. Fast forward to 2023 (today), my sister got another MRI done and was FAST TRACKED into getting surgery to fix the three discs (which has been at the same stage since Dr. Rofail has seen her - hasn’t worsened, hasn’t gotten better). If only Dr. Rofail stopped to LISTEN to my sister, she would have been “fixed” in 2021 and wouldn’t have had to miss out on life. When the neurosurgeon saw us, he immediately asked “wtf is wrong with your doctor for not sending you to me earlier?” Hey, Dr. Rofail, that right there should make you want to change how you deal with your patients. Believe the person who comes in to see you. You got into a profession that was suppose to care about people, help them, get them back to feeling like themselves again… but you just made my sister feel worse about herself and her problems. If you care about yourself and your health, avoid this place at all costs.

I went as a walk-in patient and Dr.R was very friendly. She diagnosed my infection and prescribed me medicine to clear it all up. She even had me back to make sure I was progressing well which made me feel well taken care of.

Dr. Mary has been our family Doctor for several years. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Frequently has gone above and beyond to insure that we get the appropriate medical attention. Valbona

Every time I have visited I was treated very well. The doctor and staff are all super friendly and provide amazing health care. Dr.Mary is very professional and patient with each visit and she always takes the time to listen to our problems/needs and deliberates on the best course of action for the situation.

Dr Mary has great staff and reasonable waiting time. She’s been our family doctor during covid and has provided with great service.

The best walk-in clinic and pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The doctor is so caring and I’ve had my prescriptions filled within minutes when my doctor has faxed them over.

Since I started here I and my family have a good family doctor. They have a good service all the staff and specially the doctor and pharmacist. Thanks for the love,care and good service.GOD BLESSED
