Do
not
be
fooled
and
scammed
like
I
was!
Staff
seems
friendly
and
at
high
level
the
gym
will
seem
clean
when
you
take
a
tour..
but
it's
not..
Floors
are
fithly,
and
a
lot
of
the
non-machine
workout
equipment
is
worn
out
or
broken
and
dirty.
Even
after
reporting
dirty
floors,
they
only
washed
once
and
returned
back
to
limited
floor
washing
-
it
is
not
done
daily.
The
gym
is
small
-
their
equipment
is
limited,
and
if
you
are
attending
during
regular
hours,
plan
to
wait
for
equipment
and
people
to
be
in
your
space.
Do
not
sign
up
for
personal
training
and
get
scammed
like
I
was.
They
force
you
to
prepay
biweekly
and
not
pay
as
you
go.
They
kept
charging
me
even
when
I
had
a
backlog
of
sessions.
They
should
be
charging
only
when
your
sessions
are
running
low.
I
signed
up
because
of
the
trainer
and
stayed
at
the
gym
longer
than
I
wanted
because
of
the
trainer.
When
the
trainer
left
the
gym,
I
tried
to
cancel
membership
and
receive
a
refund
for
the
4
personal
training
sessions
not
used.
After
many
long
delays
in
their
response,
the
owner
Andrew
is
basically
stealing
my
money.
I
feel
like
he's
trying
to
hold
me
hostage
by
not
refunding
and
trying
to
force
me
back
to
the
gym
to
use
up
the
4
remaining
sessions
with
trainers
who
do
not
meet
my
needs.
Offering
two
free
sessions
to
someone
who
has
made
it
clear
is
not
staying
or
signing
with
a
new
personal
trainer
is
a
slap
on
the
face.
Update
to
the
templated
sales
pitch
response
below
from
the
owner
-
they
have
not
attempted
to
contact
me
by
any
forms
of
communication
since
refusing
to
refund
and
essentially
stealing
my
money
-
the
only
way
to
make
this
right
is
to
refund
the
4
sessions.
