    Super rewarding if you're willing to commit to the grind I have always gone to the gym 2-4 times a week, doing practically the same movements with little-no noticeable results. I was recommended to try crossfit @ 416 to get more out of the time I dedicate to fitness every week and it has totally changed my attitude towards the gym. Cons -more costly than a typical membership -there's no time to check your phone in between sets -you will work harder than you ever have, it kinda sucks at times lol -coaches and fellow members will hold you accountable to your goals -you are required to commit to specific workout times Pros -scheduling workouts makes it easier to be on time & follow through -a competitive atmosphere will force you to push yourself beyond whats possible alone -coaches care for your development beyond workouts (habits, diet, injury, lifestyle) I would highly recommend this gym and team if you're ready to step-up your fitness!

    Amazing coaches who take time to help each person develop. ! The workouts are great and challenging. Any skill level is welcome, and respected. Megs and Elvis make you feel welcome and push you to train your hardest every class.

    I had joined 416 for a couple months in 2020. Prior to 416 I was going to Fuel Training Club. I joined because I wanted to give CrossFit a shot. Some of the coaches were great. Derya was my favorite. Loved the members and the gym dogs. Great community overall. However, the programming was pretty garbage. I know one other member who didn’t like the programming and had given management some feedback. Management apparently didn’t like receiving feedback. This member left to join Delta Train in liberty village and liked it much better. I have also tried a few other gyms since 416 and unfortunately they all rank above 416. If you are in Toronto, I would highly recommend Fuel Training Club. It is the best gym I have found in all of Vancouver, Toronto and Jersey City. I’d recommend giving them a shot instead of wasting your time and money at 416. I drop in at Fuel every time I visit Toronto.

    My fiancé and I joined 416 Fitness in October 2021 as we wanted to get into a better rhythm of working out to mentally and physically feel better. I really wanted a gym that would also provide a sense of community as we are not from Toronto and meeting people has been hard these past two years. 416 Fitness has been the best investment for us. The coaches are all amazing and the community feel encourages me to keep coming back 3x a week. Our monthly 1:1 coaching is also a game changer (big shoutout to Megs!). I had a knee injury 5 years ago so lifting heavier weights hasn't come without hesitation. Although encouraged to always push myself, I have never felt pressured to go beyond my limits. I highly recommend 416 no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

    The best crossfit place in downtown. Great coaches and very motivating environment. I am a regular here every week to train and be fit..the WOD are different every day and push you to limit. I have started few months back and I am feeling the difference in strength and stamina. The journey continues at a great place.

    I came to 416 Fitness Club while in Toronto for work. I had a great experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the classes were fun, and the gym is spacious and clean. Thanks again for accommodating me as a 3 week drop in! I will definitely be stopping in here again in the future. 🙂

    I came to 416 Fitness in September 2022 at the encouragement of a friend, who shared his enthusiasm about the variety of workouts, and the kindness of the people at 416. He was right about all of those things. The coaches are thoughtful and patient with a strong emphasis on form and movement. It’s a great environment where both the coaches (shoutout to Megs and Fernando and JC) and fellow 416ers are equally excited about and invested in the success of members’ goals and fitness. I recommend 416 Fitness to any and all very highly.

    Huge fan of this gym. Started there in June of 2021 and have never been happier. I am in so much better shape but it is the support that they give you that is the best. Also, full service from nutrition to helping you find therapists when needed or desired. This is a great place to start or continue your physical journey.

    Recently joined the gym. The atmosphere is always welcoming, people are genuinely friendly and the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really push you to achieve your best. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, 416 provides a great environment to challenge yourself and grow. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing CrossFit experience!

    I had recently moved back to Toronto from being out of the country for a number of years. With recent shut downs it was a little hard to date around but I’m SO happy I found 416 fitness. The coaches are fantastic, I’m always worried that I might injure myself when trying to lift heavier but they ensure success and make you confident in your newfound skills. Classes are fun and motivating, personal training lessons are detailed and tailored to everything you could wish for and more. The team is able to switch over from indoor, very well spaced (well beyond 6ft) workout spots, to online and outdoor workouts seamlessly. I’ve tried all indoor, outdoor, and online classes and they are all amazing and oh so painful (in the good way, promise).

    I'm going into my third month at 416 and I am excited for every single class. The coaches are kind, supportive, and extremely helpful in making sure you're moving correctly and safely. It's one thing to have great employees, but it permeates through the other people who attend the classes who are all wonderful. My first partner workout I was very nervous about working with someone new and it was great! I could not say enough good things about this place and the environment they foster. I have craved the discipline and motivation to be consistent and they have turned me into someone excited to go! Who knew that was possible?!

    416 Fitness club is an amazing place to get fit and have fun! All the coaches are great, they will always help you to overcome any difficulties to achieve your goals, very detail oriented, smiling and great professionals overall. Amazing coaches are guarantee of the gym's reputation! However, 416 is not just a gym, it's a community that welcomes you the second you walk in! Members are very friendly and fun to workout with! You will always have lots of great events to attend and socialize! Huge shout-out to the manager of the gym, Megs. She is an amazing, inspiring coach/manager who will understand all your needs and make sure not only to get you fitter, but to implement that you learned inside the gym to your daily routine.     Head Coach Megs and her team have an incredible way of making every class seem like a group/personal training session ensuring that every member optimizes the workout and fulfills their individual potential. Fitness Goals are at the forefront of the 416 crew mantra and the team will, unwaveringly, ensure each member performs the CrossFit functional movements are specific tailored/perfected in line with the members ability level. Side note: the mindset and terminology used for scaling/development is pure motivational gold. It’s never “for anyone who can’t do X…” but rather “whoever hasn’t got X YET(!) will Y instead, for now.” The environment is electric! Welcoming, engaging, motivational and inspirational, yet humble. I highly encourage anyone who is considering starting their CrossFit journey to give 416 a try.

    Such a big difference between other boxes i've tried! Love the exercises, the stretching that is often overlooked in other places and the breakdown of each exercise to make sure that the form is always correct.

    Been going to this gym for the past 4 months and I've got to say, the results came fast! Lost a lot o weight, gain muscle mass. The staff is super friendly and is always helping you, correcting the way you do the exercises to prevent injuries. Since its a crossfit gym it comes with the price drawback, but you can use that as motivation to not skip the class!

    Dropped in to open gym while time crunched on a trip from Alabama. Staff was so kind and welcoming. They’ve got a good sized, clean facility with everything you’d need equipment wise. Also have a great bathroom with showers. The afternoon class was beginning to filter in on my way out, and they seem to have a strong community as well. Hoping I’ll be able to stop by again some time!

    I've been a member for a couple of years and absolutely love 416 Fitness Club! All coaches are great, highly knowledgeable and keep you accountable. I enjoyed working out in person before covid, but daily Zoom classes actually feel like a real workout that make me sore for days.

    I can't recommend this club and the coaches enough! In just 3 months I PR'd all my major lifts, which I hadn't been able to make any progress on in over a year before joining. Coaches are attentive to everyones needs, goals and progress each class and the 1:1 training sessions are unmatched. Special shout out to Coach Whit for helping me make so much progress in my Olympic Lifts!

    416 can change your life for those feeling like they aren't reaching their full physical/emotional potential. By no means are classes easy, and coaches don't take it easy on you, but nothing worthwhile in life is easy. 9 months in, 416 has easily been a top investment I've made in my life, and I love being surrounded by other growth-hungry individuals in a fun/competitive environment Shoutout to our personal coach Megz who knows how to get the most out of us!

    My favourite gym ever. Great coaches - super knowledgeable. You learn so much about how to move in these classes, both in terms of weight lifting but also in terms of gymnastics. It's not just about working out, it's about how to move correctly. I would recommend everyone join.

    I dropped in at CrossFit 416 while on vacation in Toronto. Not only is the space perfect for bigger classes, but the coaching and community was great. DK (the head coach) coached my workout and I received great cues and advice from him. The other athletes were also very welcoming and provided great suggestions for things to do in Toronto. Definitely give this box a visit!

    My first experience with CrossFit wasn’t great. The box I went to wasn’t very inviting as they were quite cliquey and showy. This intimidating environment turned me off from trying CrossFit again until I moved to Toronto and wanted to switch up my workout routine. I came across CrossFit 416 and although I was skeptical, I thought I would give it a try since the reviews seemed promising. The moment I had my consultation, I knew this box was going to be different. Everything about CrossFit 416 is amazing especially the programming, coaches and members. The overall community is incredibly supportive, friendly, motivating and inviting. I’ve only been a member for a short time, but I’ve already seen major progress. I wish I joined CrossFit 416 sooner!

The coaches really focus on technique and proper form, which is great for newbies (and even for the OGs!).

    Just under 18 months ago was the first time that I walked into the 416 Fitness Club. The coaches are very knowledgeable, provide consistent feedback, and do not hesitate to intervene if they see you doing something that could result in an injury. I actually watched them take weight off a barbell when a member was attempting to lift a weight that was too heavy. It was at that moment that I realized I had found my new gym!!! The club celebrates the small successes just as much as the larger ones! Members, like the coaching staff, are very supportive. This has been reinforced during the pandemic. 416 clearly cares about the community that it has created, and continues to foster this community to the best of its ability. During the pandemic, they have assigned each member an accountability coach, provided an equipment rental program for members, and begun using an app to deliver a daily workout which members can complete on their own or through zoom. Sadly, the outdoor workouts had to be discontinued at the start of the last lock down. They have demonstrated the ability to pivot their programming and keep their membership engaged. This last statement was further reinforced when they recently announced the addition of new January programming, including handstands at home - so exited!!!!! While I can't wait to get back in the gym, I am confident that my fitness will be top notch when I do walk back in their doors. I have never spent so much time working on the fundamentals and striving towards balance between the right and left side of my body. Should you have the chance to check out this club I highly recommend that you do it!!! UPDATE (December 2021) As you are aware, the gyms in Ontario were given the green light to resume indoor training sessions months ago. The 416 Fitness Club has been going strong ever since! As I am not yet ready to resume group training in the gym, I have opted to continue at home. In order to make sure that I didn’t lose my momentum, and months of hard work, I ‘commissioned’ a customized home training program. The beauty of the individualized program Coach Megs created for me is that it is geared to my goals, areas of weakness, and current skill set. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, if you are ready to be in the gym, or need to slowly ease your way back inside, I have no doubt that 416 Fitness Club will be there to help you every step of the way!

    I've been working out with 416 Fitness Club for almost a year now. Their coaching is AMAZING, even if you are new to the movements. They take time to make sure you are doing every movement right. The community is very supportive and has been an added plus, specially through this year - 2020. My husband and I have both seen great results and are fitter than we have ever been before. They adapted to online classes as well as outdoor classes (yes, even in December in Canada) to make sure all their members were able to stay active and healthy through the pandemic. Highly highly recommend.

    When lock downs started in October, I knew that accountability was going to be key to ensuring I worked out from home regularly. I looked at online options and came across 416 Fitness Club. They offer crossfit-style Zoom classes while gyms are closed, as well as access to a community-based app and an accountability coach to keep you on track. This was exactly what I needed. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, fun! The workouts are challenging and I sweat everytime - - not something I expected from a Zoom-based class! The coaches provide real-time guidance and encouragement during every class. Thank you, 416!

    Really enjoyed my drop in at CF416. DK (coach for my session) and was extremely knowledgeable and kept the class motivated through the full WOD. The WOD was challenging, and focused on training correct movements while feeling fatigue. The community was also very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the experience and looking to drop in once again before leaving Toronto.

    Once you step in, be ready for the great workout with great coaching and great hospitality. They treat you as you are one of them, like you are family and when they do it, they are definitely meaning it, not just showing off or acting.     Dropped in while in Toronto for the 6am class. The box is located at the back of the building if you are looking for it for the first time. I have dropped in boxes all over the world and found this one to have a very nice facility and a challenging workout programmed. Did Jackie followed by a 5 rep max thurster. The regulars and coach were very welcoming. The coach was also very helpful and gave me a few useful clues. I will try and return when back in downtown toronto for sure.

    I arrived in Toronto as a solo traveller and will leave with a crossfit family found at Crossfit 416. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, even helping me with suggesting places to eat and things to do while on vacation. I had 3 different coaches for the two classes I attended, all of which were top notch. The workouts were challenging and the coaches knew exactly how to push each individual just the right amount. Drop in fees well spent, thank you Crossfit 416! I will be back when I am in the city again!
