I’ve
trained
in
many
gyms
since
I
started
training
Muay
Thai
15
years
ago
so
I
know
it
can
be
tricky
to
find
a
good
one.
When
I
moved
from
Madrid
to
Toronto,
I
visited
almost
all
the
gyms
located
downtown.
I
signed
up
for
a
2
week
special
offer
at
Old
School
Muay
Thai
and
by
the
end
of
the
trial
I
already
knew
it
was
a
very
unique
space.
The
gym
is
open
every
day
of
the
week
and
offers
different
training
schedules
at
different
times,
so
no
matter
if
you’re
an
early
bird
or
rather
train
during
your
lunch
brake
or
late
at
night,
you
can
always
get
your
training
done!
The
people
who
you
will
find
training
at
Old
School
May
Thai
composes
a
very
mixed
group:
there
are
really
skilled
full
trainers
and
even
fighters
who
compete,
intermedium
level
individuals
and
beginners.
The
advanced
people
really
understand
that
everyone
is
a
beginner
at
one
point
so
they
make
sure
beginners
feel
comfortable
to
learn
Muay
Thai
the
right
way.
That
is
one
of
the
reasons
the
gym
is
so
popular
and
beginners
show
fast
improvement
at
an
early
stage.
The
environment
is
ideal
for
development
no
matter
at
what
stage
you
are
in
your
Muay
Thai
journey.
The
training
style
is
like
the
way
Thai
fighters
train
in
Thailand.
The
sessions
are
sweaty
and
intense,
mixing
cardio,
conditioning
and
technique.
The
friendly,
welcoming
and
intense
atmosphere
keeps
everyone
motivated
to
try
their
best
and
improve
fitness.
Since
I
started
training
at
Old
School
Muay
Thai
2
years
ago,
I
have
become
the
best
version
of
myself
in
terms
of
fitness
and
technique,
and
I’m
proud
of
being
part
of
such
a
friendly
and
special
community.
There’s
no
gym
like
Old
School
Muay
Thai
in
Toronto.
