Hey
there.
I
did
the
28-day
challenge
and
then
the
12-week
commitment.
I
think
the
gym
is
great.
The
trainers
are
excellent
and
very
knowledgeable.
As
a
person
with
an
MD,
I
can
vouch
for
that.
I
started
with
30%
body
fat
and
lost
3%
body
fat
and
gained
5
lbs
of
muscle
only
in
those
first
28
days.
Do
note
that
the
12-week
commitment
is
mandatory
after
the
28-day
challenge.
After
that,
you
can
even
do
monthly.
The
price
is
very
reasonable.
A
private
session
with
a
trainer
normally
costs
$100-150
in
any
gym.
A
group
session
with
a
trainer
is
half
that
price
so
$60
is
the
normal
price.
The
gym
was
a
bit
hot
initially;
they
were
using
fans
(maybe
saving
on
AC?),
but
now
it's
totally
fine
and
has
AC.
The
nutritional
consult
is
nice
but
don't
get
carried
away
with
buying
supplements.
Listen
to
the
reasoning
and
logic,
do
your
own
research.
Use
evidence
based
medicine
and
not
"word
of
mouth"
or
"trust".
There
are
several
supplements
in
the
market
and
all
of
them
will
say
their
product
is
higher
quality
or
better.
Do
what
fits
your
needs.
Nutrition
is
important
but
don't
just
blindly
take
everything
and
believe
it
will
do
magic.
People
are
always
looking
for
shortcuts.
Instead,
learn
what
your
bad
habits
are
and
learn
what
not
to
eat.
The
hard
work
then
is
in
the
gym.
Don't
cheat
your
reps
because
you
will
cheat
yourself.
The
only
downside
to
this
gym
I
think
is
the
location.
It's
surrounded
by
questionable
people
that
could
be
in
a
gang
or
homeless.
It
is
also
located
near
a
shawarma
place
so
when
walking
up
the
stairs,
unfortunately
the
smell
of
the
shawarma
can't
be
removed.
Once
in
the
gym
though,
it's
clean
and
smells
good.
I
would
recommend
this
gym
to
anyone.
Weightlifting
does
give
you
more
results
than
hours
of
cardio.
It
has
been
proven.
More
muscle
mass
will
increase
your
resting
metabolism
which
will
burn
more
calories
and
shape
your
body.
Do
stretch
after
your
workouts
so
that
your
flexibility
is
not
compromised.
Not
all
trainers
will
tell
you
to
do
this
so
you
must
learn
to
do
it
yourself.
Drink
lots
of
water.
Don't
take
any
supplements
before
your
workout.
The
point
is
to
learn
as
much
as
you
can
so
you
can
keep
those
habits
for
the
rest
of
your
life.
You
get
what
you
put
into
it.
There
is
no
shortcut.
