What a great space! They’ve definitely thought of everything! We came in to take the boxing class and realized how versatile BOLO is! Not only did we have an AMAZING class with Niko, getting totally sweaty and exhausted hitting those bags. We also enjoyed a delicious shake and took in what else they offer here. Hair salon, nutrition bar, lounge to work in, as well as a full space for functional training and a ring! Definitely coming back for Round 2

Overall very clean and nice fitness studio! However their yoga mat is very dirty and it cost $2 to rent. So if you are doing their hot room classes make sure to make your own yoga mat!!

BOLO is one of my favourite gyms in Toronto! I've been going since January 2019 as I love the variety of classes offered at BOLO and the instructors who teach there. I love that you can get great technical boxing lessons as well as challenging HIIT classes in the hot room. I could be wrong but I think BOLO is the only gym in Toronto to offer HIIT classes in a hot room. My favourite classes are BOLO Boxing, Hot Glute Grind, Hot Core Quencher, and Hot Tabata Burn. The location is extremely convenient, great for a class right before/after work or a class right before getting dinner with friends. The amenities are great and clean as well. I also love hanging out at the cafe and I love their smoothies. BOLO truly has thought of everything! Now that we are quarantined because of COVID, I've been missing the BOLO community a lot but I'm still able to stay connected through Zoom classes and IG lives. Despite being behind a screen, you truly can feel the instructors' infectious energy which really drives me to push through a tough class. I also like that the instructors are really attentive, they provide lots of suggestions and encouragement as well! BOLO also has a book club and has held trivia nights so the community can get together virtually and stay connected, which I really appreciate! Can't wait to attend a class back in the hot room again!

LOVE BOLO! Been to many similar gyms in the city, but ultimately decided to stay here and purchase an unlimited package. Tons of class variety, amenities are nice, smoothies are great, and the instructors are knowledgeable and have great music!!! My only wish is that the towels were free (you have to rent for $2)- other than that, love everything!

Best gym in the city by far! The community vibe makes you feel welcomed, no matter your fitness level. The cafe makes for perfect pre-class hangouts or to get down to biz! So many class varieties, each with their own unique twist. Incredible music and instructors are extremely knowledgeable. Bolo is very attentive to detail and offers an experience like no other. A salon, boxing/fitness classes, a cafe and good wifi all in one..what more do you need?

Excellent gym with a true family connection. You feel comfortable here regardless of shape, weight, age, gender or level of physical fitness. I have seen the staff and trainers treat everyone with respect. Caleigh, the owner, is a star. I am so glad she started this gym for everyone. Props to Quincy, Jay, Niko, Torrie, Steph, Jaclyn, and Mo who always bring their best at every work out i have attended. Big up to Tammy, front desk, who makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in.

One of my favourite gyms in the city! The workouts are intense- in 100% the best way. Be prepared to sweat and work hard, but also be prepared to see results! The instructors are down to earth, approachable, and have mastered the perfect mix of pushing you to work hard but encouraging you through the workout. Also a great variety of classes.❀

Started off by going to this studio last summer in the pop-up location. Always loved it. Felt like part of the team. Went to a few classes recently in the new location and felt a bit differently. Classes get very, very full at times. Not a lot of space. I think that the business grew quite a bit and for newer members who aren't always regulars, you do not get as warm of a welcome. Some instructors are amazing and so friendly while I found others to be a bit disinterested. Overall, good workout, but I feel that things have changed since the pop-up location in terms of the overall vibe!

My second home. And the best gym in the city - BOLO offers a variety of different classes between their hot room and their HIIT room. It's where I first learned to box and their incredible instructors and vibe are what made me absolutely become obsessed with it. Now with the pandemic/restrictions, they offer a variety of different virtual classes as well. I normally dislike working out at home by myself but seeing my favourite instructors and the same good BOLO vibes over Zoom keep me going! Love this place.

Bolo is by far the best gym in Toronto! They have the best selection of classes, incredible instructors and the most gorgeous space complete with cafΓ© and hair salon! They provide such a positive & inclusive atmosphere for their clients and make everyone feel welcome whether it is their first or 100th class.

BOLO has been great virtually via zoom and also with in-house classes. I know today was their first day opening doors after 5 months, however, they have gone above and beyond with safety protocols and safety measures to make sure you feel comfortable to be in the rooms for classes. I stayed sane with the BOLO family through the last 5 month and was excited to get back into the gym πŸ’ͺ. I look forward to moving only forward with this team and BOLOFAM!!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I’ve been to many goodlifes and this was by far one of my favorite. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I had a great time working out with my friend. 😠 I had to give a one star rating because I couldn’t give any lower rating. On 27 th Feb 2023, I reached the gym at 4:00 Am to get an early morning workout done. I usually workout at a different branch but I had to get an early workout done. Unfortunately even after buzzing for over 30 minutes nobody...
