    Working with Ana has truly been a treat! She is always accessible and very educated and inspiring. Her programs are amazing and she was able to adjust home workouts / gym when the pandemic hit. The workouts are tough but doable and she gives a lot of tips to help you get through them. I love speaking with her for our check ins as she always pumps me up and reminds me that I have the strength to accomplish my goals. I would recommend Build My Body Beautiful to anyone interested in improving their health and obtaining their fitness goals. LOVE ANA!

    Training with Jaime has been such a great experience. She has been very dedicated to help me to reach my goals and keep me motivated all the time. She makes every session an enjoyable challenge pushing you to get the best of your body and mind. I was always looking forward to my next session and challenge. During all the time I have trained with Jaime I've noticed changes on my body, and Ive developed streght that I've never had before.

    I worked with Ana many years ago to achieve my fitness goals. After Covid, I struggled with getting back on track. I reached out to Ana again, for her guidance and support. There is no one else I trust to help me achieve my goals. Ana is patient and always available to answer my questions. She is tough and expects you to stay the course. But that's what makes her a great trainer. She pushes you to dig deep and train hard. She understands there are life challenges, that may throw you off course. But she is always willing to work with you to get you back on track. Thanks Ana Karen (aka Claudine)

    Ana has been a really great trainer. I'm so happy to have found her. She has definitely changed how i work out to be more effective. I enjoy a good challenging workout and her workout plans have kicked my behind. She is very knowledgeable and understands my physical goals and the best way to achieve them. She has been great with my limitations. Ana has provided easy to follow meal plans and work- out instructions and her check ins are invaluable. I couldn't recommend Ana enough!!

    My experience with BMBB has been fantastic, and has led to great results. Ana has guided me through a diet plan and I check in with her weekly, and Jamie holds personal training sessions via Zoom. Both are quick to respond to any questions. Jamie is fully engaged in the sessions and provides great advice during a workout. I look forward to working out and have made it a little over halfway to my goal faster than expected. The routines and habits I’ve developed with Ana and Jamie are sustainable and the whole experience has been really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend BMBB, Ana and Jamie to anyone who would like to work on their fitness, health, and well-being. I’m in my 50s and decided it was time to lose some weight and work on improving my general health for the long term. During the pandemic, I had tried various fitness classes but didn’t feel that I was making any progress. Ana and Jamie have helped me achieve more than I thought possible - thank you!

    I had a great experience working with both Ana and Olivia! Ana helped me get started with my diet plan and Olivia helped me with my workouts + bi-weekly zoom calls. Although this experience was online I still had the support and guidance that I needed from both Ana and Olivia to keep me accountable throughout this process. The bmbb app is a great tool to track progress and upload photos + measurements which made things so much easier for myself. Overall I definitely recommend working with this team as they are very knowledgeable and want to help you create habits that are sustainable and individualized to your needs! Highly recommend :)

    I can't say enough amazing things about Build My Body Beautiful. I reached out to Ana after I had my baby and wanted to get back in shape and had quite a bit of weight to lose. I have dealt with other trainers and have been woefully let down. Ana took the time to get to know me and my wants and needs and put together this incredible diet plan for me. It was totally customized to my needs and goals and is not just some standard "eat this, do that" boilerplate of a plan. She has always been available to answer any questions or concerns I have (which aren't many at all!) She worked to match me with one of her trainers, Olivia, who is absolutely amazing. I really had no clue how to work-out or exercise before this and Olivia has been there every step of the way working with me. She is super dedicated to what she does and the program that I am on and I appreciate the effort and guidance she provides. Again, I can't say enough good things. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Ana and Build My Body Beautiful. The results speak for themselves and I am so impressed and lucky to be where I am now and look forward to even more progress! Thanks Ana!

    I have been with BBB since Sept 2021- I signed up for personal training via Zoom. I am currently on my 2nd personal training package (24 sessions) with Jamie and am looking forward to another 24 sessions once this one is over! I began by contacting Ana, who is very down to earth and understands what is important for women and our weight loss goals. She set me up with a fantastic diet plan and introduced me to Jamie, who I can't say enough good things about - she's very professional, kind, and always has a great workout plan. She truly prioritizes your needs and personalizes a program to help you reach your goals. At the beginner, there were so many days I felt unmotivated as I adjusted to working out more, but the moment my session starts with Jamie, she is incredibly motivating, energetic, and vibrant - she makes working out enjoyable, which is a first for me! I HIGHLY recommend her!!

    Sam was amazing to work with! He kept me motivated and kept the workouts interesting. We met on-line and Sam was able to adapt each workout to what I had available at home. I wasn’t sure I would progress with home based workouts…but, in the time that worked with Sam, I lost 15 pounds and was able to return to activities I hadn’t done in over 10 years. He was so much fun to work with.

    I've been working with Ana for a year and a half. It's been a game changer! I was told I was aging and there was nothing I could do about what was happening to my body. But that just wasn't true. She tailored a plan for me that worked and I feel myself again and so much stronger.

    I have been working with Sam as my personal trainer for the past 6 months and I would strongly recommend him as a trainer. Our training has been virtual and Sam is extremely skilled at providing excellent virtual instruction, as if he were right next to me in my home. I am always impressed how well he demonstrates the set and then able to watch and critique as to how I do the set. Sam is always prepared for our session and has me do just the right amount for a thorough workout. He has a wealth of knowledge and always has something new to show me yet keep the tried-and-true exercises. It is never boring and always seems like I am learning something new. He takes the time to explain what area of the body we are working on. Sam is also very aware if I have some limitations and will always do a warm up and of course the stretching at the end of our session. I always feel invigorated after my workouts. Sam has helped me build strength and flexibility – something Sam completely understands and he is always there with a smile and no judgment at all.

    I've been working with Ana and Jamie for 2 1/2 months now. I am almost 20 pounds down and have developed healthy eating habits and a workout routine with their help. :) Ana provided me with a very detailed customized meal plan which has been very positive to reaching my weight goals. Jamie has been an incredible, energetic, and motivating Personal Trainer. We meet virtually 3 times weekly via Zoom. I never thought a virtual workout would be as effective as in person, and I was very wrong! It has been even MORE beneficial by bringing the workout into my personal space to promote a more active lifestyle. I've never been a person to go to the gym...so this was the perfect solution for me. One thing I've learned during my fitness journey is that this is NOT easy. There is no magic overnight solution. It's hard work YOU have to put in. They guided me in the right direction and motivated me along the way. Great team! Highly recommended if you plan on sticking with it seriously.

    Ana is an amazing personal trainer. She is qualified, understanding, passionate about what she does but even more passionate about her clients getting results. Her workout sessions on zoom are well structured. The workouts are tailored based on your fitness level, your space at home and your minimal training equipments. Her nutritional guide is also tailored to your specific diet. You'll really get results!

    I did virtual zoom training with Jamie Ferguson and it was a great experience! She helped me to learn how to properly execute different motions and exercises which is so important for me to avoid any injuries while working out. She was also very mindful of past injuries I've had and worked with me to modify my workouts so I could perform them safely while still being challenged and having fun! Training with Jamie was a really effective way to get back into working out and making me feel confident in being able to do the workouts on my own. If you haven't worked out in a while or are worried about working out without any supervision, I definitely recommend working with her.

    I absolutely love working out with Build My Body Beautiful! The workouts are so much fun but get you the results your looking for. The trainers are amazing and tailor the program to fit your needs. I have tried to workout on my own and didn't see any change and felt very discouraged. The trainers at BMBB not only help with you with your weight and strength goals, but also with your confidence and relationship with working out and food. Honestly I wish that I had started my journey with BMBB sooner. The programs are amazing, the trainers are so dedicated and overall such a great investment!

    I enjoyed working with Coach Ana to achieve my fitness goals. I am a former athlete and body builder who had gotten out of shape and lost focus of a health and fitness lifestyle due to competing priorities: work, family etc. I had a specific goal and wanted to transform myself and once again maintain a health and fitness lifestyle and enjoy the physique that comes along with it. Coach Ana provided encouragement and motivation together with tailored exercise programs and diet plan. Ana is approachable and easy to speak with. I would recommend Ana to others who are seeking to get into shape or fine tune their physique for person development or competitions. With guidance and coaching from Ana I was successful at achieving my goals and motivated continue my health and fitness lifestyle.

    After a bunch of unsuccessful attempts to find a trainer that fit with me I reached out to Ana at BMBB. I loved that her program focused on women's bodies and I loved how understanding and flexible she was when we spoke. She paired me with one of her trainers, Jamie, and it has been an absolute match made in heaven. Jamie really knows PT and her feedback is always so helpful for wrapping my mind around a move, physically and mentally. I've been working with them for very close to a year now. I've seen the physical results, but I've also learned a lot about incorporating fitness into my life, preventing injury, and supporting my body. And I've never once felt pushed past my limits, forced into a certain "way" of doing things, or unsupported. Thank you ❤️

    I interviewed several coaches when I decided to train for my first fitness competition. As soon as I met Ana, I knew she was the one! I wanted a coach who was likeminded and cared about my progress. I also wanted someone who would be honest with me in case my body didn’t respond and not allow me to compete if I wasn’t ready. I got everything I wanted more! Honesty, directness and expertise! Ana provided me with a foolproof training and nutrition plan. She took all of the thinking and guess work off my plate. All I had to do was follow it. In 15 weeks (August 21 to December 9) I have completely transformed my body! I have ABS!!!! A full 6-pack! I’m competing in my first bikini show in 7 days and I can’t wait! My glutes are fantastic and I’ve dropped 5 pant sizes while only losing around 9lbs because I built lean muscle. If you’re willing to commit to her program and put in the work I can guarantee you will see major results. I’m over 40 years old and in my wildest dreams I didn’t believe I would build this body. 10/10 recommendations for Ana all day! Thank you for being by my side every step of the way, Ana ❤️
