Great results in minimal time. With help from MedX Precision Fitness preparing a diet and the brief but intense training once a week training, I lost 3 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle in just under a month and was confident on my winter beach getaway trip! When my friends talk to me about working out five times a week, doing weights, running and swimming (and risking and getting more injuries) for similar results that I get training once a week, I smile smugly inside. I'm really happy with the results and happy with the time commitment. The sessions are tough but incredibly satisfying. Thanks, MedX PF.

I have been working with the MedX team for about six months. Their system is definitely efficient and seamless. Their 30-minute sessions are tough, but always accompanied with equal measures of encouragement and useful advice to get the most out of every rep. While I appreciate that time and efficiency is at the heart of their approach, it never feels rushed or forced. Having worked with Luca, Gabriel and Stevie I can say they are are all excellent trainers!

We are "old folks," in our mid-70's, and we've always been proud that we were in pretty good shape, with lots of walking (no car) and daily stretches and some basic strength exercises (such as the plank for a few minutes each morning). Then, someone introduced us to Med-X, and nothing has been the same since! We have actual MUSCLES, and we feel strong and capable! Although it would be fair to say that we don't exactly look forward to our workouts at Med-X (they are HARD!), we are so happy and proud of what we've accomplished with that with one 20-minute workout a week! And besides, we think Blair and his colleagues are super-nice, super-capable coaches. We are thankful to Med-X!

Med X Precision Fitness is the gold standard of weight training! I've been a client for over 4 years and can't imagine going back to weight training any other way. The friendly, knowledgeable Med X team are a pleasure to engage with and they have absolutely honed in on the most impactful and efficient method of weight training available. High weight combined with a slow, controlled and secure pace is an ideal formula for those people who aren't interested or don't have the time to slog away at a traditional gym for hours on end. Simply put, if you give Med X a try, you won't go back to traditional weight training again.

The MedX philosophy of minimal time expense with maximum effort yields great results and is perfect for people who are always on the go (or for people like me who feel too lazy to work out - time commitment = 20 mins per week). I've been with Blair and his team (who are all amazing and the type of people you look forward to seeing at least once a week) for around 4 years. In the first year of doing nothing differently with my routine other than going to sessions once a week - there was a significant difference in my muscle mass/body fat composition. The sessions are intense but you feel a great sense of accomplishment afterwards! Highly recommend this work out to anyone and everyone - and especially for us women who need weight training as we get older in order to preserve our bone mass!!

I've been hanging out in gyms for much longer than I'll admit but this place is truly different. Blair and the other trainers are really knowledgeable, the equipment is capable of giving anyone, from a total beginner to a seasoned athlete an effective workout, and the program is based on scientific research and backed by real data. It's hard to get into the mindset that less than half an hour once a week is all you need for measurable results. Once you do, though, you'll be hooked.

Short n sweet and the results don't lie. Never felt better. These people know how to operate a good pump. Highly recommended if you're busy and want to change your physical fitness levels.

I have been training at MedX for about 8 years. I love the tailored work out I get. I have some severe back issues and the trainers are always conscious about this and eager to get feedback about how I am feeling. The half an hour I do leaves me sore for days (in a good way!) and feeling happy and pleased with the work I put in.

I've been going to MedX since the beginning of 2013 (just after my second ACL surgery) and am thrilled with the results. My knee feels great and Blair and the team do a great job pushing me further than I could ever push myself in the gym. I highly recommend MedX to anyone looking to increase their fitness and especially to anyone recovering from an injury. Great location as well!

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been too. All their 5 star reviews are fake. They cancel appointments at the last min all the time wasting patients time. Their “physiotherapists” especially ankrita has no idea what she is doing. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.

Efficient and grueling. You'll reap the benefits after a few workouts. The staff are great and the technology is hard to beat. Highly recommend checking em out!

Nothing comes close to the intensity and efficiency of these workouts! Luca gets every muscle fiber in my body tired in just 30 minutes! Simply the best

Pricey, but worth it if you want 1:1 training that’s quick and effective. Trainers are kind and knowledgeable and it’s a very low stimulating environment (no music no flashing lights etc).

I've been working out with Blair and company at MedX for over 3 years and still going strong (pun intended)! They are an excellent, personable, group and I have seen tremendous results. The location is very convenient and the hours are very flexible. Getting a serious working done in 15-20 minutes, once per week, is just a bonus. I heartily recommend their services to anyone interested in strengthening their muscles and increasing their health.

Highly recommend MedX. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment and technology is excellent and the workouts are intense and efficient at just 25-30min. I've been training 3x per week over the past 18 months and I'm very happy with the results.

👍 Update 3 - 1 Year & 8 Months later (Sept 2023): Updating back to a 4-star. Leaving previous updates up for context. 🫤 I am rating two stars because this company does not respect customers when they ask for a refund for a service they no longer want. I have been charged 2 times for a service I canceled.
