Absolutely love this place! The coffee is consistently excellent, and the pastries are to die for. The staff is always friendly and attentive. It's become my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxing afternoon treat. Highly recommend!

Great coffee and good pastries. It would be a nice place to work although it is a bit small and crowded. Good place to meet someone. The London fog is greats here, too many places forget the vanilla but not this time. The almond croissant was also great, big and filled with sweet almond paste.

I ordered the signature 9 flavourful macaron box along with the cold brew coffee concentrate. These korean macaron are soft and not overly sweet like the French kind, and each one taste like thier flavour profile to the exact. These are definitely quite unique from the traditional macaron. The buttercream filling was heavenly smooth and luxurious! My favorite were the matcha green tea, early grey and the raspberry! I am a coffee lover so I am very picky with my cup of beans. The cold brew coffee is bold and nutty in flavor with a tad of sweetness (no sugar added). Can't wait for the pandemic to be over to visit the shop and try out the dine in experience! I also got another signature 9 box for my best friend's daughter birthday and they loved it, better than just a cake as you get to taste so many flavors.

I love The Social Blend and just realized I've never left a review! Whenever I am in the area, I love to stop by and try the monthly flavors. The space has free wifi, a super chill vibe, and really nice staff. The macarons are beautifully crafted, generous with their filling, and not too sweet! If you're looking to try out a cute cafe or grab a treat to gift to someone, definitely give this spot a try.

Injeolmi (favourite), Matcha KitKat, Raspberry Macarons - A thick layer of buttercream sandwiched between two airy layers of meringue, macarons are their bread and butter, combining unique flavours with a well-known dessert. Their injeolmi infuses the traditional buttercream with a fragrant roasted soybean powder that comprises the crumble on the outside too. The matcha kitkat provides a delightful crispness and a slightly bitter balance to the sweetness, and the raspberry had a slightly acidic fruity kick.

This cafe has outdoor patio as well as indoor seating. I got an iced latte, a peach lychee macaron and a Nutella puff to go. Staff was friendly and gave me advice on which macaron flavor to pick. There’s so many, it’s hard to choose ! Service was super quick and efficient. The macaron has a nice presentation. The shape, color and details are great. I found it a bit too sweet even though I love sweet things. Would come again to try other flavors. Some are classics and others are seasonal. I enjoyed my latte and really liked the Nutella puff. It has the right amount of filling. I will definitely come again to try more of their items.

Full disclosure - this review is purely for the macarons from The Social Blend. I received a box of their macarons as a holiday gift and had to come by to leave a review. You know, there are macarons and then there are the macarons from The Social Blend. The attention to detail and care in presentation is only part of the story. The beauty lies in the intricate flavours and the excitement of discovery in each bite. If I had to choose a favourite (this was hard!), I'd say the cheesecake macaron was a top choice. Unlike most cheesecakes that can come off too dense, this cheesecake macaron was light and rich (the red macaron featured in the images). The rich buttercream filling isn't too sweet which I so appreciate. It allows the actual flavours of each macaron to really shine through. The Earl Grey macaron, the tiramisu, the match KitKat are absolutely divine. You know their macarons are good when I tell you I even liked their White Mocha Peppermint macaron when I don't even like minty foods! Thank you The Social Blend for the different flavour profiles in your macarons. I'm not a big fan of overly sweet treats so I particularly appreciated that I could taste the actual flavours of each macaron. If you are looking to give yourself a treat or thinking of a gift for a special someone, I'd highly recommend these Social Blend macarons. They can come in customized boxed sets or you can choose a set package. Next on my list: to visit The Social Blend in person so I can experience all its goodness first hand.

Cozy atmosphere, quiet calming and relaxing for a very good coffee and very friendly service as well. Way better than other huge franchises like Starbucks and etc. Highly recommended. Support local/neighborhood business!

My 1st time trying their macaroons and coffee beans. We had our order delivered to Woodbridge. I got the Hatch expresso beans ( off the hook- great aroma and taste). I also ordered their wonderful and creative macaroons. All tasted delicious- I would like them more chewy, But a 4.5 for sure and id order again just to try the creative flavor combos!

My favourite place to work/ study. The staff are so nice and friendly. The coffee is good and well- priced. I paid 3 $ for an iced Americano which is a pretty good price. The macaroons are very good but the price is a little expensive (4.5$ each). The lavender honey latte is 10/10. Some of the good macaroons to order are double raspberry, lime mojito, Earl grey and strawberry crunch.

I recently picked up an Iced Cappuccino from this place while on my way to the Cineplex as my bus dropped me right in front of The Social Blend and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the coffee was. Perfectly well bodied, strong and tasted amazing. Definitely would visit again ! September 2022 Update : Absolutely love their Iced Caramel Latte and Butter croissant !!

Ordered their Chinese New Year macarons and was not disappointed! Delivered to my door with no fuss and was kept updated all day. They were so cute and really tasty too. Can't wait to visit in person!

My favourite macaroons by far! Any time I need a beautiful tasty gift, this will be my top choice :) I particularly love the coffee and chocolate flavours. The matcha dacquoise is also amazing. - IN SHORT: unique + quality DEETS: 1) they aren’t super sweet, which helps the flavours stick out 2) the filling is the BEST texture (smooth but moderately dense - a must try) 3) good value given their massive size compared to French style macaroons 4) paper boxes (no plastic), and the style/graphics are simple yet intentional

I was so so upset with my brother when he introduced Social Blend into my life, he has been coming here since opening and never told me about it! These are the most delicious macrons I've ever had, I'm a huge fan now! I loved the taste of their Earl Grey tea as well to compliment these sweets. I can not wait to try more.

Small cozy cafe that will please all lovers of espresso and macrons. Great atmosphere, nice staff, good selection of drinks and a really wide selection of sweets. Happy to be here! The saddest thing is the neighborhood it's in, as Metrolinx is building Eglinton Crosstown for 11 years and making life miserable for everyone. I believe this cafe will stay alive.

Ordered the June box monthly 15 for a friend's birthday! I was pleasantly surprised that all of the ones we tried were not overly sweet and had the perfect balance of flavours and sweetness in each! Even after a 45 minute drive on a hot 28+ day, they held perfectly well in the car with ac. Can't wait to try another box soon!

Their macarons are divine. Love the creative flavours, the presentation, and the texture of each bite is just right. Getting to the area by car may not be the easiest, but it's well worth the trip. I highly recommend The Social Blend!

Such a comfortable and quite place to study. They offer Korean-inspired French/Spanish desserts such as macarons with thick butter filling, dacquoises, cookies and basque cheesecakes. We had an americano, vanilla latte, almond croissant and hazelnut croissant. The service was quick and the quality was good. I liked everything but there was just one thing made me kind of disappointed. They do not offer an iced long black. So I got an iced americano instead. Their coffees were more on acidic side! Also, the staffs were very polite and kind. They were always smiling. That made me feel so happy for some reason. I think I’ll come back sometimes.

The Social Blend is about a 5 minute walk from Eglinton Station. They mainly serve coffee and pastries but I also saw some sandwiches in their display case. As soon as you enter the restaurant there is a ordering area and then a seating area towards the back of the restaurant. There is also a sink to wash your hands behind a curtain area. To the right of the sink there are washrooms. Be forewarned though the washroom does look kind of sketchy Ordering: There are a bunch of specialty drinks you can go with, each can have a varying amount of sugar depending on your preference. You can choose what type of milk you want as well. I went with a matcha latte and a matcha cookie. Cost: I paid around $7 for the matcha latte and about $6 for the matcha cookie. Wait Time: I went on a Saturday around 12:00 PM. The barista's made my drink right away. The Food: I got the matcha latte with low sugar. It tasted great and the latte art was wonderful. The cookie was soft and paired well with the chocolate and macadamia nuts. Overall: The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of a cozy yet bustling coffee shop. There is a seating area which is great, and where I sat in the restaurant there was an electrical port so I could charge my phone! The latte and cookie were both delicious! The Social Blend is a great coffee spot!

One of my favourite cafes in Toronto. They have the most tasty, not overly sweet and creative macarons. Can you believe they offer different flavours each month? Staff are also very friendly, patient and knowledge and they try to provide the best services. My personal favourites/ go to, are the macarons, dacquoise and tiramisu cake box! 😋👏

I've ordered delivery from The Social Blend on numerous occasions and have always had a pleasurable experience. It's always delivered within their delivery window perfectly packaged and coupled with a message that the order has been delivered. One of my most memorable order experience was when there was a mix-up in my macaron and basque cheesecake order. There was a minor mix-up on the basque cheesecake flavour I received. I had reached out to them via Instagram and got an immediate response to make things right. Their customer service is impeccable and they really care about customer retention. I love their signature 9 macarons and love the variety of monthly new flavour options they provide. These macarons have always been a staple for hosting tea parties at home. They are both beautiful and delicious. Their packaging is simple and classic and I've always had an amazing experience with their delivery service and I'd certainly visit their cafe when I have a chance.

Their macaron is delicious. But the delivery needs improvement. I ordered twice and waited for the whole day (11am - 7pm). They won't answer the phone because this is an online order. They don't reply e-mail and their chat team only works till 5pm. I can't get a hold of anyone at 7pm when my order still hasn't arrived. Tom called back and help to re-schedule my delivery for 1st thing the next day . I am grateful that they resolve the problem to their best effort. Will definitely order again.

i love coming here! i don’t order it too often because i don’t live near any locations but when i do i enjoy the macarons here every single time! i first started buying their macarons in 2020 during the pandemic and they’ve never disappointed once. the flavours are changing every month so you never get bored of them, and they have their classic macarons too (i love earl grey 😫). the flavours are super fresh and the staff are always really friendly (especially at the STC location which is one i visit most often!). i haven’t had the chance to try their dacquoises or their cookies but they look rlly good too! also their instagram account is so aesthetic😭❤️ I highly recommend!

Ordered matcha latte and 3 fatcarons that I took back home to eat. Friend order drinks too, but they were just okay. Kinda weak tasting. The macarons were well made as you can tell when they're cut in half, you can see the shell is not hollowed and I well formed. My fav is the matcha kitkat (on tray). Strong matcha flavour and perfect balance of crunch and cream. Injeolmi didn't have enough soy bean flavour but I like the concept of the rice cake sandwich inside. Melona was interesting, the center was Melona syrup or soemthing, but the butter cream for some reason overwhelmed the taste. The other ones didn't have that overwhelming butter taste, just the Melona one. Overall, it's a fun day out to try fatcarons.

Very pretty and delicious macarons! They have a ton of macaron flavours to choose from. Some are Korean inspired like injeolmi or matcha Kitkat. The presentation of the macarons is so cute! They come in a nice little box and are perfect for pictures. Also the coffee here is really good and the place has a laid back atmosphere. Definitely give it a visit!

Stopped by this amazing coffee spot in the neighbourhood! Have had takeouts multiple times for coffee but this was first time with sitting down at the location, love their set up, good seating space, most of the dessert on their menu (macarons) were over by 5pm when i visited over the weekend! That was a bit of a let down! Tried their hazelnut latte and peach danish and both were amazing! The staff is friendly and quick service. Worth visiting and hopefully can try their macarons next time

I bought macaron for Valentine’s Day. Those look amazing but the taste was not worth of money I spent. The taste was okay but not that good. Still suggest it as a gift tho since those are cute

One of my favourite urban style cafe at core Midtown Toronto on Eglinton Avenue East an excellent location.. The ambiance and interiors are absolutely mesmerizing. The macarons prepared are super delicious. I would highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake macaron. The staff for service were really helpful and approachable. Will highly recommend visiting

Creative, pretty, and tasty Korean styled macarons. I always have to visit when I’m in the Toronto area. There are so many fun flavors and always surprise filling!!

At midtown in Toronto, the Social Blend was fabulous area to hang out. Their bakery was unbelievably tasty and filter coffee that I tried was just clean and balanced. You should visit and try various macaroons, croissants and others. Incredibly balanced coffee named Tiger Tears which is blended Ethiopia and Rwanda by Back Road Roasters from Mississauga. My friend told me that Matcha latte she tried was just chillin 😎 Pet friendly and cozy place for hipsters. Barista KENNY was professionally serious for coffee and all the staffs were kind. Most of all, their macaroons?! I can't never forget this complex and chemical-free tasty when I tried at the hotel roof top with fantastic night scenery of CN Tower before I leave this charming city of Toronto. JUST VISIT and TRY!!!

Very cute cozy cafe. Their macarons are Korean style with a lot of filling and aren’t too too sweet which I love. Good place to study with very fast wifi and multiple outlets nearby. Staff are friendly as well !

Really great little coffee shop. I love their drip coffees and matcha lattes! They also have a great range of products like Fellow mugs and Hatch grounds ! I just picked up some of their Halloween macarons and they don’t disappoint !

Social blend has become my must have for birthdays and anniversaries or just because. The Korean macaroons with subtle flavors that are not too overpowering sweet as compared to most desserts. These goodies are very delicate and beautifully assembled to satisfy the tummy and visualization. I highly recommend these small macaroons that bring the biggest joy to anyone's day. So happy they are now more accessible and closer to me as they are carried in multiple bubble tea and dessert shops. :)

Had a chance to stop in for a quick coffee and snack. Wow, the selection and quality of the macarons is incredible! Very fresh with wonderful flavour combinations. Super-decadent, double layer macarons - not too sweet with delicious flavour. Also had an iced coffee which was perfect. A beautiful environment with friendly service. The fillings are pretty decent. My favorite are matcha and earl grey. The packaging is cute and they deliver for $5. A little pricy but nice treat. The look is consistent and very professional. However, the shell itself lacks the almond texture and flavor which for me is very important.
