It is one of the major Mc stores around the Bloor Yonge location. I feel that coffee here is not as bitter as in other McDonald's locations nearby. Clean and spacious place. Toilets are clean and now are available to the public. There are tables outside, just in front of ROM. I like to puck up coffee with apple pies and walk to the park behind the museum. Not many hobos around that are good for those who feel uncomfortable with them. The staff is skilled and polite. I believe that it is one of the top locations in the network. There is a big screen inside, you may see the history of McDonald's in Canada and its major events.

I would say that this is probably the cleanest McDonald’s location in downtown Toronto. Since it opened a few years ago it mentioned the quality of the friendly service and the pristine look. If is even more amazing considering that is a constantly busy location with lots of tourists and students. Plus the location is opened 24h, 7 days. The rest of it is just old regular McDonald’s with all the menu items. There is jot much else to talk about it. You love it or not.

In bloor macdonald’s they give a terrible service, I pay for a coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and they give it to me as they want, apart I miss a chicken muffin and Hashbrowm They take advantage of the English of Latinos, they always say sorry, I don't understand you, but in case I tell them I'm sorry, then I pay you, I pay for a service and they end up stealing but if they take the time to be dancing and making their tiktok videos, they should pay attention to the requests Personal incompetente…

It's just opposite to the museum, and quite a good place to sit and enjoy the food. Food options are regular, but the ambience is good, there is option ro order from the kiosk itself.

It's always pretty busy here it seems. It takes a few minutes for the food to be ready, which is actually not bad considering the overflowing order list they have on screen sometimes. The food is still good as well (normal McDonald's type) although they go a bit crazy with lettuce in their burgers.

Had the BEST chicken McNuggets here! They were fresh out of the fryer and delicious. Just thought I’d leave a review to let them know that this made me very happy.

Here at 5am.The guy working the cash is cool and friendly. Place is very clean. Homeless people are here but aren't aggressive.

When visiting the Ontario Museum with children, choosing McDonald's for lunch is an excellent option! Since the museum allows re-entry with tickets, you can enjoy your meal leisurely and still make the most of your museum visit. It's convenient being just one traffic light away from the museum. I'm glad to hear that the interior of the restaurant was clean! Enjoy your day at the museum!

one star is me being generous. I HATE this branch, everytime I come here I want to believe it will be better than the last time, but I am disgusted and disappointed each time, this will be the last. Service is soulless, bad attitudes and 7 times out of 10 the order ends up wrong. Robots will create a better experience serving food. The washroom facilities… I don’t even know what to say, awful and disgusting doesn’t begin to explain it, so unhygienic, please PLEASE work on this for future patrons. People deserve to feel like humans, rather than animals when using your facilities. Photo attached is only the outside of the washroom.

As per usual, When your order is complete, they’re supposed to call your order number so you can receive the order. I saw the order number on the board Yet no one was there to call the number as well there’s hardly anybody at the cashier to take peoples order so I had to go and use their machines to get faster service. Overall, I believe the manager here needs to overhaul the team and they need to have retraining on how to properly provide service to customers who come to this establishment. Overall, poor performance poor Service, but the food is good. This review is directed at 196 Bloor street McDonald’s.

Full of crackheads but the food was pretty damn good; best McCrispy I've ever had... also the late night cashier gave me a large fries instead of a medium fries, because I was waiting a while in line. 👍🏽 solid

Good food, fast service. Very large mcdonalds with a nice modern seating area. Store was very clean. There is a 30 minute seating policy due to high traffic in the area.

I ordered a crispy chicken BLT, the chicken was dry. I asked for extra mayo to try and save it. It did not work. When I broke the chicken in half it was super dry. I only enjoyed the French fries. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I think in done with McDonald's, can't be bothered anymore.

Maybe I've just been lucky... I feel like this one of the best run McDonald's downtown. It's clean, well organized, their signs are always working, I rarely have to wait for the order. The people working there don't look miserable. It just seems so much better ran than the locations down the road at Bloor and Ossington and Dundas West Station.

First time: Half full (or empty) pack of fries. Pretty common at McDonald's but this one was even worse. Second time 2021/12/19 9pm : Tried to order using the app. Ordered and charged from home. Once in the restaurant, impossible to login and get the order. The manager was very rude, didn't listen to me and tried to put that on me saying that my phone didn't work or I didn't have data. I proved him wrong showing my connection but he said it wasn't his problem and didn't care. Waste of time.

The best McDonald’s in the city. Super clean and always fresh. Cool location. Friendly staff. Don’t crazy extra for small stuff like lettuce or tomatoes. Often have specials. 9/10. Only thing, the seating spaces don’t seem super appealing. 4/5 Kiosks are also broken which can be annoying

This is a good McDonald's, with a great clean and tidy atmosphere, fast service and the casual fast food. I used a discount coupon to get a meal of a McCrispy sandwich, large fries and a drink (water). The sandwich was delicious, with a big piece of chicken and a soft toasted bun but I would wish that these would be other vegetables (not just lettuce). The fries were amazing, but a bit too salty and overall, great value for the price, even without the discount!

Very fast service and very helpful and kind staff. Despite being a very full restaurant my friend got her food before I even finished ordering. Even though we were behind each other. Lots of nice staff in a very nice little piece of toronto

Got very limited McDonald's branches with such nice sitting arrangements like this one. Stuffs are generous too, and tables, chairs, and floors are clean. Table service options available. Hard to find such a Mac location in downtown Toronto. I always use their app since they have many promotions. Though I'm not a great fan of Mac unless I need to jump on for a quick bite. No drive-thru option or parking nearby

This location looks nice.. I came here twice with my kids to treat them. The people working here are incredibly nice and polite, very happy to serve you. Both times I got the chick nuggets, unfortunately, both times I became very sick during the night and into the morning (running from both holes with severe stomach pain). I’ve eaten McDonald’s from other locations and have never gotten sick, despite being pregnant.. Maybe the chicken nuggets aren’t fully cooked? I’m not sure, but it’s a serious thing. I won’t be returning to this location again in fear of becoming very ill once again.

I was at this McDonald’s yesterday with my 2 sons. I can not say enough about the exceptional service we received. The 3 of us felt totally comfortable eating in, and received the kindest most friendly service I have ever experienced from a person named Simonette. She was so wonderful in every aspect of our lunch. I will be back solely because of her. Thank you!

Today I met a lovely staff there, she was very patient. Unfortunately I didn’t remember her name. But the attitude is totally by chance. The food is affordable and good, but the cleaning work should be on time, I saw a seat full of trash.

The food here is good, 6/10. The staff manages the huge amount of orders pretty well, that's why I rated the service 5 stars. Well organized, they will try to prevent huge lines by putting out orders asap. I've been here multiple times and never had to wait more than 5 mins to get my order. The food was cold once, but otherwise it's good. Since it's on Bloor St. it's always crowded and the cleanliness is not upto the standards. Washrooms are not clean.

I’ve never reviewed a McDonald’s before because…why? They are all the same. But this one stood out: The manager was active in keeping the line moving and ensuring orders were received quickly. Cleaning staff were proactive in cleaning tables, even to the point of asking if they could take my empty garbage for me. Another staff member saw we had kids and brought over some colouring stuff to entertain them. The location was busy, but it ran so well you wouldn’t know it. Never thought I’d be impressed by a McDonalds, but here I am!

I never thought I’d give. Google Review for a McDonald’s location but here I am. 5 STARS! This location warrants a 5 star rating. This is the cleanest McD in all of Canada. They have a customer service rep to greet you and to ensure your stay is as perfect as can be. The decor is even above average. The staff are friendly and I feel safe and welcomed here.

I called concerning a problem witg uber eats and the women"manager" was very very rude, she kept yelling at me a kept hanging up on me. I called later that day to ask for her name and there was a new manager. I was just trying to get the managers name and they threatened to call the cops on me. At the end of the day i paid for food that i didnt get and was threatened by the "manager"

The food was hot so that is the reason for the 2. You get a zero for cleanliness OF STAFF. I saw a cashier reach into the trash under the counter and not wash her hands afterwards. Was she poorly trained? Is she nasty? Does she not know putting her hand in the trash is not good when dealing with food, however if you do you MUST wash your hands. Train or retrain staff if I sew this ever again, higher up people inside and outside MCDONALD'S WILL BE NOTIFIED. Again the food was fresh and tasted as good as you can expect from McDonald's. That hand in the trash I never thought I'd see this. My aim is not to get her in trouble, it is for sade and healthy handling of food to the the standard . Not an option.

The location is not operated with indoor pickup from 3 am to 6 am (a new employee told me). I have visited the place three times, the first at 3 am and the second at 4 am. Finally, when do they open indoor pickup? I ask so I can at least wait inside instead of being out in the winter for ten to twenty mins+. The employee told me at 5 am. Okay, I went in today at 5:24 (ordered at 5:14) and gave them extra 10 mins, so in case I have to wait out in the cold. As I expected, the door is still locked. I had to wait another 3 mins, which is alright. Posting a notice on the door will be nice if the indoor pickup is unavailable, especially during winter. Avoid coming during 3 -6 am. The rest is standard and decent.

Best McDonalds I've ever been here in Canada. I went here with my mom during rush hours. It was busy but their service was fast. Empty tables were immediately cleaned by the person on the floor. Amazing

This location use to be great, but their customer service is not the best. The apple pies are usually fresh when I buy them. I don't buy much from McDonald's, but I will say they seem to always have fresh food.

It's a good McDonalds, but woefully lacking bathroom facilities for the location (single-occupant rooms per gender plus a family/unisex single-occupant room, in such a busy area...??). Still, the food was good and the place was clean and nicely furnished, and we were served pretty promptly especially for lunch rush!

I was at this location this afternoon and it was packed with kids and parents. Samantha took my order and she was very kind and polite. She was very patient while taking my order despite the crowd, making sure that my order was correct. Definitely, returning to this location!!

Fairly busy given it's location. Typical McDonald's, but seating are nice. Although, I recently ordered four happy meals takeout, and one of them was missing the actual burger. Imagine the disappointment of that kid.

First off, their food is poison. Within 5 minutes it already tastes bad to the bone. The atmosphere here is on another level, a lot of unruly patrons who hang out for the washroom.

Shoutout Glenda and the overnight crew on Wednesday late night (January 10-11 @12am). You guys were killing it with only 3 staff on the floor and tending to a crowded restaurant! Appreciate the really kind service, clean establishment and accommodating instructions for orders especially when busy!

Of all the McDonald's locations I've been to in Toronto, or even the GTA for that matter, this has to be one of the best. There's plenty of space to sit and eat, very clean, and the staff are very kind and caring. Can't forget the food; it was delicious! Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area.

Raynor (I hope I spelled the name correctly) the manager is absolutely lovely and so is his team. I was here for breakfast this morning and everyone was really pleasant. The food was really good too, I got a chicken blt. I have consistently found that McDonald's employees are really lovely people. Corporate could and should raise wages for all front line staff. These people are out here working really hard, bright and early with smiles on their faces.

This is one of my favourite McDonald location in Toronto. Cleanliness is 3-4/5 Staffs are friendly. It’s a beautiful chill location in the middle of fancy neighbourhood. This McDonald is an integral part of Yorkville and St George area. I am thankful it is there. Serves so many functionality from day time to night time. It is a great spot but just like any McDonald in Canada it is supposed to be good but not great.

It wasn't a pleasure to stay there for a long. The food was bad quality, guys on the kitchen were arguing in front of people. Overcrowded and no one manage people inside. I guess, it was only at this rushing hours might be better in others time
