To be honest I hate this particular Tim Hortons especially as the service is slow and often disorganized. I try to avoid coming here but as it is conveniently located near my work, well...you can only walk so far out of your way to get similar food items at affordable prices.

The staff is great here, they're very efficient. Depending when you go in its not too packed. You do get a lot of homeless people coming in and making a ruckus. The staff is quick to usher them out though.

$1.99 cold chicken sandwich Asked cashier to get them warm sandwich, he warmed it in microwave with lectures. And those pictures are after warming up. Disgusting

This location kind of follows the same fate as most open-late fast food places downtown. It's often fairly busy, washrooms are locked but at least the homeless people stay outside. There is always a homeless guy outside the door. Service is fairly quick though and there's plenty of seating. Not a bad place for quick drinks/food or late night when most places are closed.

Can get really busy, moderate amount of seating, good service. Close to Eaton centre.

Visited this location early this week Fast and efficient, and the two ladies were doing their best to keep the line moving Good customer service

Disgusting conditions in the downtown Yonge/Dundas location. Bathrooms are filthy and the front-of-house was not much better. Very disappointing, especially for a Timmies.

At 9:30am the place looked grubby and dirty. The lady did not want to print our receipt when I complained that one coffee is missing. She claimed she has charged us for everything we have received and nothing more. We are English so she has no excuse to say she did not understand us. On top of everything she shooed me away with the words that there are people waiting to be served. Never going back there again!

Ordered by mobile app. The shop did not carry the item I ordered. They told me to talk to "them" (the app) to cancel it. Later I agreed to get a Latte, and they wanted 21cents difference from me, even though the difference was 10 cents. Order ID 024885.

Burnt coffee, but that’s standard for Tim Hortons so I didn’t even mention it. Stale old croissant and when I brought it back to the worker she said “we bake these fresh everyday it’s not stale”. She could have offered a new one or a different baked good. Asked to goto the bathroom because there is a sign that says for access ask workers and the lady refused to let me use it. Just more reasons why I never go to Tim’s. Honestly the only reason I went was to use the bathroom so I figured I’d buy stuff as a courtesy. There goes $10 I’ll never get back.
