The experience started great. Three of us were invited by the bouncers off the street as we were walking by. There was no cover. We walked in and loved the music. The place was empty for a while. We ordered drinks and sat down. Within a half hour, one of the bouncers asked us to check our coats. Coat check is $3. Almost as soon as we checked our coats, another person who worked there (waitress/bartender??) came up and said we couldn't sit at the table because it was reserved. She also said that all the other tables around us were reserved. Meanwhile, although the place was starting to fill up, no one was filling the reserved tables for bottle service. This was bad. At no point from the moment we sat down until this moment where she came up to us did anyone come to us and ask us of we wanted bottle service or if we reserved a table. We had never heard of this place before, so did not check it out online. Given that a business which obviously hasnt been around that long has pretty bad customer service, I dont think they will be around that long. We wasted money on coat check for no reason. If we had been approached sooner we could have left without checking our coats. Sure $3 isnt that much in the grand scheme of things, but its the principle behind their actions and the poor business practices that make this place pretty pathetic. We will never return or recommend this place to anyone

Our visit to this new bar started out great: casual, good music, no cover. We went in when the place was pretty empty, found a table, got up and got our drinks. No waitress ever came to talk to us or get an order which we thought nothing about. Until half an hour later when the place started to get busier. With 5 empty tables near the front, a waitress kicked us out of our table telling us the group of girls that had arrived wanted bottle service and since we hadn't ordered a bottle we had to leave. I pointed to all the empty tables and she said those were reserved. What makes this experience truly obnoxious is that at no point were we told it was bottle service only and at no point did a waitress ask us if we'd be interested in ordering a bottle. We were simply kicked out. Will never return.

Love this venue, it's fairly new to the city but it's currently making noise! They have a really good trap & Latin night on the Thursdays! The staff is helpful and respectful. I would recommend this spot for a night out with a friend.

Use to be free entry, now you have to pay to have a drink while smelling sweaty people and puking floors. Atleast the service for drinks are quick on a busy night, an the ladys are sweet aka nice an good service "attitude"

It was good music ...love the playlist. The bathroom attendant is rude and has poor customer service.

πŸ‘ Good food as always! Convenient. Kids friendly. One star less because in the men’s washrooms there is no arrangement for baby diapers change. I managed it somehow but for a single dad with baby it is not convenient. I hope management would put up something to resolve it. Thank you.
