We used the home service, with little kids it was amazing as the kids could be comfortable in their home environment. The two consultants were very efficient, kind, and professional. They conducted the session at our home taking care to leave it tidy and in order. I can highly recommend them, I love that they use an environmentally friendly product, safe for everyone, smells and works great! Very proud of this Canadian company!

More so, they make the procedure relaxing by providing televisions for entertainment, and a gentle hand to treat your hair. I was very impressed with Adhwaa! She was very kind and helpful over the phone and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. We didn't have access to a car, and she and her colleague arrived at our home later that day, fully prepared and able to tackle the problem at hand. Great customer service and experience. They explained very well the options for the services they offer. Chose the most expensive one and we got all the family checked and a complimentary follow up. The lady who took care of it was very thorough and patient.

This is a great place. We just found out my daughter had lice so had to quickly find a place. We were so lucky to find this place and was able to treat her right away. The staff and members are all very helpful an knowledgeable. Also what was most important they were very friendly and good with kids. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend this particular Lice Squad location if you encounter a problem with lice! We encountered lice through a visit to a kids' gym and headed straight to this location and they were fantastic! The service is excellent and very thorough and the staff are very friendly and professional. They were wonderful with our kids and it was a positive solution to a less than positive situation. I loved that they took the time necessary to carefully treat and inspect our hair - that work should not be rushed!. And it worked! Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! We had a family reunion with 18 people from USA and Canada and two family members came down with lice while we were there. These guys were amazing and treated our family members like family and checked everyone there to make sure we were lice free. I think some services Other up charge and tell people they have lice just to treat them but these guys did not do that and Only the original people who we knew had it were diagnosed. I highly recommend them they’re very professional and pleasant to have in your home!

The owners and staff are true professionals and have a gentle, efficient way with children. My advice to parents in the Etobicoke area who's kids get lice. Get professional help from this clinic. I was given advice to go to a clinic but didn't take it. Having a background in health sciences I thought I could manage using drugstore recommend products, a little home research, and lots of effort. Poor decision. After a week of wasted efforts, time and money, I admitted defeat. Lice resistance to drugstore products is very high, in our case surviving three treatments using 2 different products. And the hours of combing completely killed my work week. I threw in the towel and we all went to this clinic and were free of this arachnid species by the evening. Thank you Saleema!

Haven't had experience with lice before and thought that's what my kids might have after a vacation. When I called and described what I saw, the woman on the phone told me that it was likely lice and I should come in to be checked. I was told it was $30 per hour. When I got there, another gentleman was helping us. He didn't even check my daughter's head before starting the treatment, and asked no questions. Only after he sprayed her head I asked, "so you definitely see lice?" and he said "you want me to check?". I thought that's what I was there for? In the end he did go through my daughter and son's head to check for lice, took about 10 minutes for my daughter and 5 minutes for my son. Luckily it turned out that it was not lice, but this check cost me $90. When I asked about the price that was quoted to me on the phone, he said this was not accurate and pointed to a piece of paper with a price crossed out. I understand this is not an easy job, and I'm grateful that they were able to confirm that it was not lice but I feel that there should be MUCH more communication and questions asked. I also feel that prices should be more transparent and clearly listed. When people are in a desperate situation perhaps price does not matter, but I left feeling a bit conned and would not return if I am in the unfortunate situation of suspecting lice on my kids.

I put a star because it won't let me put zero. I am very upset by the service that this clinic offered me, starting with the little tact of the 2 ladies who treated us. We were 4 people (my 2 daughters, my sister and I) with an appointment at 9:30 am. We arrived 10 minutes early and filled out the form. After applying the liquid to our hair, we were left waiting for 30-45 minutes. Since there was room for 2 people, they started with my youngest daughter and sister. My youngest daughter got water all over her blouse even though she was wearing her cape and the lady didn't care. Almost finishing cleaning my daughter began to cry, I thought it was because of the time she was sitting and she was tired, they finished cleaning her and she was completely wet from her clothes. So my sister kept cleaning her hair because she had more lice than my younger daughter, then they cleaned my older daughter and they also wet her clothes and the lady didn't worry about that either. She also began to cry and told me that the way they were cleaning her hurt her, they pulled her hair and buried the lice comb and I thought she was exaggerating and I understood why my youngest daughter was also crying and it was because of the rudeness who did the job. My eldest daughter cried inconsolably telling me that she was in pain and the lady did not do anything minimal, she was waiting for a napkin to clean her face, she did not worry about my daughters crying or ask if they were okay. My turn came and then as the minutes went by I began to feel pain and discomfort because the way they cleaned me was very rude, it was not the same person who took care of my daughters but I understood that their way was very rude and that is why My daughters also cried in pain. The cleaning was finished and we were told we needed a follow-up appointment for another cleaning, which I refused and was told I would have to do it myself at home with a kit they sold at the clinic. From here I realized that their service was disastrous because it is not the first time that we have had lice and before that I went to another clinic but they already closed it and I had to look for another option. Compared to Clínica LS, the other one was much better in terms of the service and treatment that they offered me, they would not let me go home if my hair still had traces of eggs or lice and they kept cleaning me and they sold me an anti-lice kit so that I would not return to infest. I also received a certificate that my hair was clean and free of lice. That's why it was an exaggeration of me to pay 622 CAD for the service in this clinic because I still have to keep cleaning myself at home. they had to check our hair carefully to see if there were traces of lice or eggs. I am attaching the photo of one of my daughters where she is crying and that I am not lying in my review. I thought twice before posting this but I see that she has 4.9 stars and I really don't understand why if the service is not the best.

Staff were super accommodating. They checked me, my son and my mom. My son had lice and they did a full treatment. They also worked with my budget as I was afraid I would be charged $500+ if he had a bad lice problem. They helped me find solutions that fit my budget but also protect us. Didn’t make me feel bad at all but sincerely wanted to help. Very happy with my experience here. Definitely go here if you want to have peace of mind.

Awesome service! They arranged a same day appointment for me and my daughter and then made room for my other 2 children and spouse. Whole family treatment ! Clean space, efficient, very thorough and kind. I recommend their services completely.
