Lakefront Promenade Park in Mississauga is a stunning destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. It offers visitors a variety of activities, including jogging, walking, picnicking, barbecuing, and enjoying the boats docked at the marina. I had the pleasure of visiting this park recently and was impressed by the beauty of the surroundings and the amenities available. Firstly, the jogging and walking trails at Lakefront Promenade Park are fantastic. The trails offer breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. Whether you're a seasoned runner or simply enjoy a leisurely walk, the trails are suitable for all fitness levels. The scenery along the trail is stunning and you will undoubtedly enjoy a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The park also has ample space for picnics and barbecues, making it a perfect location for a family outing or a get-together with friends. One of the enjoyable experiences at Lakefront Promenade Park is watching the boats docked at the marina. You can see the boats and jet skis coming and going, and it's a great opportunity to admire the beauty of the lake. Overall, Lakefront Promenade Park in Mississauga is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to enjoy the great outdoors. It offers visitors a variety of activities and amenities, including jogging and walking trails, picnic and barbeque areas, and a marina with boats docked. The park is well-maintained, and the scenery is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable day out.

This park is so so so so so pretty in the evening! The sunsets, the serene calm, it's just so nice. Especially since it's in the middle of the sprawling GTA. Great view of the lake, with the marina right there. Absolutely amazing place to take photos, and just relax. (Beautiful after a rainstorm too!)

This is one of the best parks in Mississauga. The area is well planned with facilities nicely layout. There is waterfront Promenade, patio area where you can have a drink or snack. There is children water pads where children could enjoy water fun. A little distance to the west will lead you to the lakeside beach. A small but cosy beach along greenery on one side is a nice place to enjoy an afternoon. I will give 5-star if the patio could improve on table setting, cleaning and food & drink menus. It is a nice and beautiful spot afront of the docking area will definitely attract more business and people if the seating and table arrangement are improved. There are washroom at the patio for patrons. The fixtures are pretty basic as you could see at parks. There was no water flushing in the urinal that a big smell was really awful especially in summer time. Otherwise, it is such a nicely planned park in Mississauga.

Lakefront Promenade Park in Mississauga is like a peaceful paradise by the lake. It's a great place to chill out away from the city noise. You can take a nice walk, ride your bike, or just sit and enjoy the cool breeze by the water. A mesmerizing view of Hamilton from one side and a gorgeous skyline from Toronto on the other. It just looks so amazing sitting here on the benches and enjoy soulful time with your pals. It's perfect for a day out with your family or friends. So, if you're looking for a relaxing spot to unwind, Lakefront Promenade Park is where it's at!

Lovely scenic walk. Flat and easy stroll. Free parking. But I wouldnโ€™t call it a beach. Nice to relax on the bench and hear the waves hit the shore. Magnificent sunset, youโ€™ll also catch some ships or boats sailing by.

Nice park to walk around by the lake. There is a hot dog stand. Parking is free, and there's lots of spots available. The artificial beach is inland, and not enough current to clean the sand...I would not want to walk barefoot there, but people do.

Amazing park! Lots of activities to do. Lovely picnic spot. Very clean. View is awesome. You can sot here for hours and enjoy the nature away from hustle bustle. Since it is surrounded by lake it is obvious to find some insects friends along the way. I found it was bit annoying that some mosquitos hover over your head, i donโ€™t know why? Ample parking space. Little separate beach area is good for paddle boats, and canoe. On the lake side where the water is deep, you can enjoy watching water activities like water scooters, boats, etc. It was indeed lovely evening to watch sunset colours in the clear sky! Will definitely go again :)

This place is incredibly beautiful. The sights of the water, the atmosphere of the people and especially the view of the boats! There's a marina near by so you can watch the boats come and go constantly. There's also a children's playground near by and a baseball field. Take care everyone and enjoy your day!

I love, love, love this place. Playground for the kids, sandy beach, trail for bikes that feeds into a lovely walking trail, but most importantly it is a GORGEOUS spot to go kayaking out of. The water is swimmable but is fairly heavy on algae and seaweed (and unfortunately garbage now that people are visiting- pick up after yourselves!). It's a good swim for little kids because of how shallow it is - I recommend swim shoes not for a rocky bottom, but because of seaweed and particularly slimy sand out in the middle of the swim area. The beach area is sandy, and has a nearby picnic tables, benches and garbages. There are some trees around the perimeter of the bay that offer shade. For kayaking, the downside is that there is a boat launch on your left as you exit the small bay into Lake Ontario - if you are not very experienced, navigating the wake of the boats to get out into open water can be kind of scary. Otherwise, what a beautiful boating experience. Plenty of wild life in the area - Canadian geese, ducks, red-winged black birds, swans, and even loons like to hang out in this area. There are seagulls like with any beach, which isn't ideal, but my family has never been bothered by them. Finally, as a little bonus, this seems to be a 2021 summer stop for the occasional ice cream truck :)

Lovely environment. Beautiful walk. Toronto skyline. What else does one need? A place for great conversations and spending time with family, friends, and yourself. You can rent a shade and enjoy birthdays and picnic outings with your loved ones. A place to visit every time you want to find happiness, joy and fun!

Good weekend outing spot. Nice lake shore walkways. Trees and strategically placed stones provide ample sitting places with shade. Nice sunset views. Even downtown skyline is visible. Boat docking point too. If you are pursuing a relaxing weekend along lake shore, then this is a good refuge from hustle and bustle of city. Tim Hortons is also right outside this place so one could "refill" with coffee before or after excursion is over..!! Ample free parking spots. Accessible parking. If you are lucky then you could park your car right in front of where you sit with only a green plot in between.

Great place to walk, any season. Perfect for walking the dog. However, challenging to find parking on the weekend during the summer, if coming from a distance. *Some* (not all) cyclists can be aggressive, treating pedestrians on the shared walkway as nuisances and obstacles while riding fast. Overall a really nice place. So glad we have this in this city.

This park was one of the least crowded park which I visited recently. It had such a different vibes, lots of people enjoying the water boat experience. Ample parking space. Will definitely give it another visit as people have suggested that sunsets are worth viewing here. Gazebo can booked prior if you are planning for a bigger gathering.

This is a lovely park with many amenities. The beachfront is clean and the water reasonably clean. Definitely a good spot for those who have small boats and inflatable boats to enjoy. It is a popular destination and quite busy. Many families were there with barbecues and parties. Splash pad is very nice, however the play area is old and needs updating.

Lakefront Promenade Park is a pleasant place, including many different facilities. No matter if you go for a me time, nature walk, family gathering or water activities, you will find your own way. There are several individual FREE parking lots and well maintained washrooms and boardwalk facilities. There are lots of green spaces and trees around the park, together with a huge gazebo near the Port Credit Yacht Club. Scenic Lakeshore View and clear Toronto skyline are so stunning, and you would like to spend a couple of hours there. It's great to bring our own lawn chairs, but tables and benches are still provided by the park. Highly recommend this place!

This place had a Maritime's province feel to it, the water, the gust of wind, the rocks, and the boats. I felt more like I was in Halifax than in Ontario.

Fall means the various carefully planted tree display an artistic masterpiece of colors. The walk besides the water bodies in the afternoon is what everyone needs!

It is a very famous lakeside park suitable for barbecue and boating. Walking on the jungle trails, listening to the sounds of nature, and seeing the gifts from God is a very good place and is recommended to everyone.

Fun trail. The lake between promenade park and McMillan park is frozen right now and is fun to walk around.

Great place for a walk. Lots of seniors in the morning. So if you don't care about them making faces at you while you smoke your PreRoll, its an awesome place.

This park is close to Port credit, Mississauga sailing club is located here so a nice place to see boats and yachts sailing nearby, jet ski as well as parasailing. Kayaks are available for rent but is closed presently. The park and the trail is small but good enough for a family picnic. The park is nicely maintained and has accessible washrooms has lot of parking lots, usually crowded during the weekends. It is close to other popular parks such as Jack darling memorial park, Richardsโ€™ memorial park, Rattray marsh conservation area.
