Absolutely DISGUSTING! The food has gone down hill, just like the horrible customer service. I placed an order from here yesterday and the curry I got was OILY, WATERY and FLAVORLESS. I called complaining about how bad the curry was and even emailed them pictures. You know what the owner says? “That’s the natural oils from the goat”. Mind you, I’ve been eating curry goat my entire life and now this is the norm??? I’ve supported this business even when they were on Alibon and Islington. Even all their locations!! They officially lost a customer!

Service needs improvement... They are usually unwelcoming... There's always a long wait for the food once the order is placed. We only come here for take-out because their food is mostly good. Our favourite is their Special Chicken Fried Rice (comes with chicken ontop). Their boneless chicken roti are usually dry and there is a very little amount of chicken meat served, so beware. Their lunch specials are not valid on weekends. They only accept cash or debit BUT beware! For some reason if you use debit they charge a service charge of $0.50 on orders less than $10 or $0.25 on orders over $10... (something they should consider removing). They also have an ATM inside.

Today I really wanted to try duck and dhall rice was very anxious with until I got home and open up the box and so what I got in my box for the price that you're paying for this kind of food you will expect some good quality the dhall was very salty and hardly any on my rice not what I expected I also got double and curry goat in roti those were okay maybe five of the 10 The quality of this restaurant has went down since the owners themselves do not be there I've always patronized this location because for years I've been visiting and whenever I go to Etobicoke I make sure and go over to get some food but lately the food quality is beginning worse than with I don't suggest it to many people.

First time coming in and patronizing. Must say I will be back. Had the calalloo, rice and stew chicken. Must say it's just like back home in Trinidad. Will definitely make the journey from Mississauga to Etobicoke.

Been wanting to try this place for sometime and glad I did! Visited on a Sunday afternoon and decided the patio was best option. The waitress (young, light skinned tall ) was super helpful and explained the dishes to us. I decided on pepper shrimp with fried rice ( $13.97) and phulourie w/ tamarind sauce as an appetizer ($3.99) 10 pce platter. Delicious, fresh & nicely presented! Will definitely be visiting again!!

We can’t recommend enough their delicious rum punch I guarantee you won’t just have one. I wish out got our hostess name because he made the experience that much more! (Male glasses). We sat out on the patio enjoyed our rum punch some doubles and Pholourie. Highly recommend this location

Fast and friendly service. Curry goat and fried rice we're really tasty. Pepper shrimp is very spicy, watch out. Although is was so spicy I couldn't stop eating it. Jerk chicken is more of a brown stew chicken not the smoked grilled version. I liked this the least but I will still go back to try the rest of the menu.

I was so excited to try the Original! I ordered Saheena because I heard it was one of the best items on the menu. In fact I'm not from here I came from Edmonton with it on my bucket list while I was here. The food was greasy seeping through the bag. Take out is expensive and I don't mind paying for quality. But this was unreal. Also it left a film on my hands as I ate it. But the worst part was the customer service. I went to pay and the cashier said how would you like to pay? I replied credit. She said "Obviously we only take cash or debit" I said oh I didn't know that when I placed the order. I then said it's okay I will leave it because I don't have debit or cash. She said that you used our bathroom and that's for customers. In the end I used cash off my visa card to avoid anymore confrontation. I really feel like that is information you should relay to all your customers as they place orders. And train your staff in empathy and non confrontation!

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant today. Called ahead to ensure they had what I wanted. Drove there and ordered my food only to find when I got back to the office that items were missing from my order. The stew chicken was dry and very bland. The macaroni pie was salty and their version of salad were stale shredded lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes. Asked for tamarind sauce for my side order and was given pepper sauce instead. When I called back to inform that my order was incorrect, the rep on the phone proceeded to tell me that’s what I had ordered. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant as the food quality has decreased significantly and will be informing others that I do know that goes here! Mr owner, it’s ironic that you have the time to read and respond to everyone’s review but don’t have the time to train or talk to your staff properly! You can’t even take criticism about the establishment!

My brother kept reminding me of this place for nearly three years, and I finally had a chance to take some dishes out today. One word, amazing. My new favourite. Staffs are very friendly and very patient with my many questions. Portions are generous. While my order gets mixed up and I try something I did not order, foods are still delicious and such an error is ignorable. I cannot wait to go back and try other foods!

Today I placed an order for 3 dishes plus 3 party size paratha roti for a dinner party. I was very clear over the phone about my order because I have been given the wrong order numerous times! I even asked the person who picked up the order to check to make sure the order was correct. He opened it saw it didn't look quite the same but inquired with the staff about the rice, the server told him the rice was in the dish just at the bottom of the chow mien noodles for all three dishes. Later, I opened the container to find out they gave me the wrong order again. I immediately called the restaurant (Woodbine location). I explained they gave me the wrong order again and told them my situation of my guests arriving soon and I'm very disappointed with the service. I requested to speak with the manager, I was placed on hold about 3 times so the staff could speak to the manager then report back to me. The manager expected that I return to the restaurant with the wrong dishes so they could deal with it on a Friday evening long weekend during rush hour while I live an hour away. I said I could not drive back because it is unreasonable and I was about to host a get together. I asked to be compensated for their mistake when it is convenient for me. The owner refused and said if I cannot return on the same day that I need to keep the food in the fridge and bring it back to the restaurant on my next visit so they can make me the correct order then. So in actuality, according to her, I should return the spoiled food to the restaurant a month later to show proof that the they messed up my order again. They are unprofessional and classless to say the least. They did not offer an apology like other businesses would have done. They took no responsibility for their endless errors. As a matter of fact, they place the responsibility solely on the customer when they make a mistake with your order. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again. I will have to look for an alternative roti shop in the future.

Worst customer service and impolite behaviour of staff.. I ordered and waited in the restaurant. Upon collecting the order and returning home to Mississauga, realized a wrong order was handed over to us. Called the restaurant and travelled all the way back. Now came the shocking part . When I asked the employee ( Miss Amica) she replied with a cool that it was my mistake you picked the wrong order and I should have checked.. Then she took a lecture that we customers must open and check the order prior taking it… Come on folks should I open every packed box and check whether everything is right.. Don’t you guys grow up having a receipt attached / order number written on the take away.. Beware:: all that wrapped in brown bag is not your order dear fellow Canadians. Now comes the third part. I called the owner of the restaurant and shared my dissatisfaction. She in turn is giving the same message stating the for inperson order we will call by number and phone order we will call by name.. ABOVE ALL no apology from the restaurant.. In this era of inflation I wasted $30 + gas + time + phone call . Now I am all set to legally face them against this worst customer experience. Miss Amica, you know that I am standing to collect the order and how come you handed a phone order to me.. so unfit to be a cashier / front end person. Get yourself educated . Above all be KIND. May God bless you all with good thoughts and deeds in the days to come and let not any other customer be heartbroken. Also by the way do not reply stating that I am fake. I here by attach the receipt. I have video evidence of the wrong food , visiting your restaurant and every conversation of Amica.

I ordered 2 doubles and their "special". I waited for 45 mins. I had to ask twice where was my order. The 2nd time the cashier told me there is only 1 person making the special and he was working on a large order. I would of changed my order if I knew. Hands down awful service. The macaroni pie was dry and stale (maybe frozen). My first visit was not good so I decided to try them again. Same type of service. Leela's is WAY better. Drupati would never get my money again.

First visit to this restaurant after it was recommended to me by a colleague. We ordered doubles, fried chicken with noodles and bbq chicken with rice and peas. Overall decent experience - staff was friendly and helpful and food was prepared and ready for pick up in exactly 15mins as I was told. A LOT OF FOOD FOR $37. Doubles were our fave item hands down. Fried chicken was well made and so was the bbq chicken. Rice was good but the noodles tasted a bit bland and I found a piece of hair in it which was off putting.

I had some time to kill while kids were at a sporting event and rarely pass up a chance to get a roti. I ordered the boneless chicken and was not disappointed. Flavour was very nice, chicken was nice breast meat, and the wrap was very nice as well (they have 2, the one has the chick pea flour, I don't like that one, i had the other). It looks more suited to take out, I ate in and it was a little slow waiting while others came and went at the take out counter. Beer was a little much (very little selection, $8 for a small bottle of Dragon Stout) so I'd maybe skip that next time. The roti however was very good. I did ask for a little hot sauce which unfortunately all ended up in one little corner of the roti, but it was tasty. I'd ask for that on the side next time. Overall, very good taste and quality and worth a return visit.

Ordered aloo pie & doubles. Pretty good. Whole wheat paratha and sada was good. - The tomato choka… not sure but the salt fish had an unusual taste not that I wasn’t used to. - I bought the fried aloo but it tasted sort of burnt. Almost like they scraped the last of it from the bottom of the pot. - the mango was ok but really really sweet (not sure if there was added sugar) I tried Drupatis when it was originally in Scarborough. It was really good. This location just needs to improve maybe the quality of ingredients and taste testing to ensure it’s consistent and more authentic tasting.

Have never eaten at this restaurant until a few weeks ago. Love their mango curry, goat, chicken, BBQ, and most of all their Chinese food. The pepper sauce is so good also the doubles. Will surely recommend their food. Clean and wonderful people. The owners and workers.

Recommended by a colleague. I was very excited to try this Caribbean restaurant. I ordered roti and goat curry. The goat curry was fantastic. The next day, I ordered jerk chicken, but I was disappointed. It was extremely salty, and after a second bite, I could not continue eating. I only ate rice. Jerk chicken is one of my favorite foods, but this place ruined my experience with it

I order take out at this location all the time. It’s like going for a home-cooked meal. Really tasty food. Well-seasoned. Excellent packaging for delivery and pick up. I have tried Everything on their menu. I am never disappointed.

Everything we’ve ordered from their menu has been tasty and delicious. From their doubles, to aloo pies, to pholourie, saheenas, mango talkarie, veggie platters, roties, curries and even their West Indian Chinese, especially the pepper shrimp with sauce and special shrimp fried rice is my favourite! Never disappointed when we go here. They are the “Original” for a reason, cause they are the best!

Literally the worst doubles I have ever eaten...I bought 4 as it's a family favorite and they went in garbage. They were soggy and sloppy and tasted awful. Shrimp roti seemed to fall apart while eating. Not impressed with the food at all. Oh and the Kurma/Miti was soft....also garbage. I'm so sorry I wasted my almost $50 at this location today....The 1 star is for the atmosphere as that was the ONLY pleasant thing from this experience. Actually the cashier was polite as well....but I didn't go there for the cashier and atmosphere. NEVER EVER AGAIN(Woodbine location)UPDATE: Previously noted location as Woodbridge which was typo, it's WOODBINE location that deserves rating...

Absolutely horrible I’ve been ordering here for a while now not to mention the other locations. I go to place an order and they tell me they can’t take the order over the phone because i cancelled my order once on them due to my work ( on call service tech). But don’t worry, Radica always takes the order and honestly their food tastes better then this place. Not happy at all and will lose future business through friends, family and anyone I can tell!!! Thanks for nothing drupatis. I really wish I could give zero stars but I can’t. Also I was driving up north just to get lunch here and this is what they tell me? Not to mention they’re selling tamarind sauce for pepper sauce now , they can’t even make real pepper sauce

Great food, lot's of effort for Caribbean food. It is best to go when they're busy for great taste. The pepper shrimps and fish taste very good. The doubles have a few sauces available

I really enjoy eating doubles and especially from Drupati's at this location. A month ago I was craving Doubles and I went to Drupati's and placed my order of 3 mild doubles. Omg they were delicious. I loved their customer service skills when I placed my order over the phone and went to pick it up. The restaurant is very big, vibrant and very welcoming. Thank you for a great take out service. As I am writing this review I am caving doubles again. Will definitely visit soon :)

Let's start with the staff. Real Caribbean hospitality. Genuine interactions and warm even over the phone. They have an app plus their pos system remembers your phone number and name. Interior is very cozy with appropriate Caribbean musical undertones. The male restroom I used was modern, clean, fresh scented and very spacious. You have to try the Chicken fried rice special with chicken on top. Today I tried the Cassava pone. For a diabetic it has just the right amount of sweetness.

The food is great, especially for the price (discount when paying with cash). Every time I’ve gone the staff has been friendly and helpful when asking questions. Lots of options to choose from on their menu. The place/interior is not fancy by any means but the food makes up for it. If you’re in the area I highly recommend giving it a try.

Had breakfast there. Vegetarian, 8 items (4 items x2), with paratha (buss up shot) and bake. Everything was excellent. It was as good as home made, which is a rarity for these dishes. Our service from Shivaani was excellent. She was polite, accommodating, efficient and friendly. We will surely be returning and recommending to friends, family and coworkers.

I have dine here many times but truly dissapointed this time i am dining in for lunch and was called to the counter to get my own food when other table food was brought to their table. Lady charge for pepper sauce on the side without telling customer that there was an extra charge. Fountain pop advertising for $1.25 but lady charged us $5.00 for 2 pop. Chicken roti only had 3 pieces of chicken and goat roti well had too much potatoes everything was so over priced definitely no value for your money. Very disappointed..

Good food, a bit of a wait especially when ordering online. Beware they do not accept card in the store and the only way to pay with credit is through their online portal but, their staff won't even tell you to do that. All in all nice place to get double and other Caribbean food.
