Update
Dec
31,2018:
I
joined
in
October,
couldn't
do
a
single
push
up
at
the
time,
now
I
work
out
almost
daily
at
f45,
love
to
wake
up
to
an
awesome
workout...and
what
I
love
about
it
the
most
is
that
it
doesn't
ever
get
boring
or
easy.
October:
I
just
started
a
7
day
trial
here
last
Friday.
So
far
I
like
it
a
lot
and
I
don't
like
workouts
easily.
I
love
how
all
the
trainers
are
very
supportive,
for
someone
getting
back
into
exercising
it
helps
a
great
deal.
It's
45
mins,
time
goes
by
really
fast,
I
can
incorporate
it
into
my
lifestyle
easily.
I
work
at
my
pace
with
the
support
of
their
trainers,
they
do
push
you
but
incrementally.
The
workouts
are
never
the
same,
so
I
don't
feel
too
intimidated
since
the
rest
of
the
class
is
also
learning
and
figuring
it
out
at
the
same
time.
They
have
weights
and
strength
training
Tuesday
and
Thursdays,
Monday
Wednesday
and
Fridays
are
cardio.
I
am
new
to
weight
training
so
it
takes
a
bit
of
getting
used
to
and
learning
the
technical
aspects
of
lifting
can
be
frustrating,
but
the
trainers
are
there
and
they
are
helpful!
With
the
cardio
workouts,
I
find
I
am
getting
a
lot
out
of
them,
since
there's
no
time
to
pause
and
think
'are
we
done
yet?'.
It's
a
workout
for
me
to
compete
with
myself
and
improve
my
physical
strength
and
wellbeing.
I
have
attended
one
Saturday
class
so
far,
classes
last
1
hour
long
on
Saturdays
and
they
had
a
live
DJ
with
a
bunch
of
mixed
workouts.
Another
plus
is
that
the
location
is
great,
directly
connected
to
bay
subway
and
minutes
away
from
home
for
me.
The
only
thing
is
sometimes
classes
get
very
full
and
the
space
is
not
very
big.
The
workouts
are
different
everytime
and
we
move
from
station
to
station,
so
I
have
learned
to
arrive
early,
to
look
at
the
screen
and
prepare
myself
mentally
to
know
where
to
go
and
what
might
come
up
as
I
move
from
station
to
station
throughout
the
workout.
It
takes
getting
used
to
but
nevertheless
I
get
a
good
functional
workout
there
and
I
just
signed
up
for
a
monthly
flexi
membership
which
is
flexible
enough
for
my
needs.
