When I recently signed up for the 6-month transformation program, I was a bit intimidated. But my trainer, Conall, quickly put me at ease. He was a powerhouse of knowledge and support, pushing me to my limits without ever making me feel uncomfortable.     I would strongly recommend Arzadon fitness if you are looking to learn, work hard, get pushed, and achieve results. I have known Jay (owner/founder) for over 10+ years and have been training with Arzadon fitness intermittently throughout this period. Jay is one of the most technically skilled trainers in the city and is a big advocate for continuous learning as he continues to build on his incredible knowledge and skill set through ongoing seminars and courses. His "transformation" vs "rent-a-friend" approach aligns with my personal goals of achieving the best results in a condensed timeframe (allowing for no excuses). Additionally, I have found the facility, in terms of both the layout and the equipment, to be top tier and a facility in which I consistently achieve some of my best workouts in. The bespoke nutrition and training plan, customized supplement protocol, and biosignature modulation assessment has resulted in a positive transformation for myself. Lastly, the incorporation of software (Asana) also helps me build out/maintain healthy habits while eliminating the unhealthy ones (that don't align with my goals). If you are serious about taking your health, physique, and knowledge to the next level, I think you owe it to yourself to visit or call Arzadon Fitness. In short you will likely not be able to find a better gym in the city.

    I went to Arzadon Fitness with one goal and that is to be the best version of myself. Armed with just my determination and Team Arzadon's expertise, I was able to see that my life definitely took a 180-degree turn. I've lost my pandemic weight (all 23 lbs!) and I can see that I am getting stronger week after week. Jay and Brandon takes care of your program and training really well. They are simply the best! When you join Arzadon Fitness, you are part of a team. They share with you the responsibility of getting the results you want for yourself. Team Arzadon delivers topnotch training which has motivated me to bring my A-game every time. I am a novice when it comes to training. Jay and Brandon helped me understand how everything that I do fits within my fitness journey: from the metabolic bootcamp, to the series of programs, and my everyday diet. My journey is far from over, but all I know is that I've already seen results that speak for themselves. I still can't believe how strong I've become over the last few months. I cannot believe that I have this strength within me that is just waiting to be harnessed and unleashed. I came to Arzadon Fitness with one goal and I can say that they helped me achieve that goal -- and then some!

    Being a new mom, navigating life postpartum was made a whole lot easier thanks to the team at the Arzadon Fitness Club. When my husband first brought up the idea of pursuing one-on-one sessions at any gym, I was feeling a bit meh about the whole thing. I wasn't entirely sure if I needed the help or if I could muster up the motivation. But then, he introduced me to Coach Jay and his team, who also specialize in working with new moms like me. They don't just focus on, short-term body transformation; they're all about creating healthier lifestyles. That got me genuinely excited to dive into their 3-month transformation program. I quickly learned that those one-on-one sessions with my trainer, Justin White, were nothing like the standard classes offered at other gyms. He took the time to understand my body composition, current pain points, goals, and made sure our sessions fit into my crazy new mom schedule. And those monthly check-ins with Coach Jay? They were game-changers. They helped tweak my diet and workouts, making them spot-on for what I wanted to achieve. Fast forward to the end of this journey, and I'm feeling incredible. Seriously, the healthiest, strongest, and most confident I've ever been. It's been a total game-changer for me, and I'm beyond grateful for the way it's boosted not just my body but my whole outlook on life.

    I’ve been training with Arzadon team for almost 1.5 years now, and I can say that is one of the best experiences I ever had in fitness journey. Being a female fitness newbie, I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of weight-lifting. Went through countless YouTube tutorials and online subscription programs with no results. Then I found Arzadon fitness. The owner Jay was very knowledgeable, understanding and approachable. All the program/nutrition plan he puts out caters to me. There would be frequent body composition measurements, personal nutrition/supplement coaching. He would also communicate with my physiotherapist to help correct my imbalances, teach me tricks to have better sleep for recovery. Jay and the team has guided me every step of the way through the fitness journey to achieve my goal and the results I wanted. I can’t be more grateful.

    Arzadon fitness and Coach Conall Shields have been an absolute game-changer for me in achieving my fitness goals. The gym itself is also fantastic - it's clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Jay and other coaches have done an excellent job in maintaining a great culture. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and there's a real sense of community among the members. When I started working out with Coach Conall, I was 141 pounds and had been struggling to hold myself accountable to maintain a good lifestyle. With Coach Conall’s dedication and determination to help me achieve my goals, I was able to lose an incredible 19 pounds in just 12 weeks. Conall is an amazing trainer who knows how to push you to your limits while also making sure you don't get injured. He takes a comprehensive, end-to-end approach and ensures that you are held accountable and on track to achieve your ultimate objective. Not only Conall is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but he's always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. If you're looking to make a positive change in your life, this is the place to be. Be willing to push yourself to your limits & beyond and Arzadon’s transformational coaches will take care of the rest. Thank you, Arzadon fitness and Coach Conall, for helping me achieve my goals and become a healthier, happier version of myself.     I had the pleasure of working with Arzardon for 6 months and I can confidently say that the coaching provided by Jay's team was exceptional. I would like to extend a special thanks to Stuart, who was my coach during this time. Stuart's mindset, work ethic, and dedication to helping me achieve my goals were truly outstanding. I appreciate the support provided by the entire team, who encouraged me to stay on track and motivated throughout the coaching process.     My husband and I started going to Arzadon Fitness about a year ago in preparation for our wedding. We’ve been doing semi-private sessions with Stuart and cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he has been! I’ve lost 15 pounds and significant body fat. Stuart has done a great job motivating us in a very tough but fun way through the training sessions and nutrition coaching. The facility is very clean, non-judgmental, and not crowded. I highly recommend Jay, Stuart, and the rest of the team.

    Top notch facility. Staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really care about their clients. Jay is clearly passionate about what he does and I appreciate that he has focused more on trying to instill long-term, healthy habits as opposed to simply providing me with a "quick-fix" like other coaches I have worked with.     I went to Arzadon Fitness to get my body ready for my wedding. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable who gave me thorough assessments and to tailor the right program for me to reach the goal. I was trained by Matt, he was very professional and patient, I normally didn't enjoy gym but Matt made it fun for me, one hour training passed by quickly each time. They continuously monitor my progress and would switch the program accordingly to ensure it was effective. I ended up achieving my goal and I was very happy with how I looked in the wedding dress. Thank you Jay and Matt! I would highly recommend Arzadon if you are looking for a workout program, and trainers who truly care about you and the results!

    I am a Registered Massage Therapist in the area and working in the health field many of my clients are looking for gyms to better their health and I always recommend they go to Arzadon Fitness. The facility has incredible equipment that you won't find in a lot of gyms, some of it even being custom made. Jay and his team of trainers are the best in Toronto. They are results driven and are constantly doing continuing education courses and attending seminars to perfect their skillsets. I am really impressed with Arzadon Fitness and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to achieve their goals!

    Whether you have aesthetic goals or performance goals, you'll be in good hands at Arzadon Fitness! The facility is results driven and the entire coaching staff lead by example. The space is well organized with specialty equipment you wouldn't find at commercial gyms. Expect a professional, scientifically proven approach that will enhance your training!

    I spent a year at Arzadon Fitness with Stuart Charlesworth - and it has been nothing short of amazing. Seriously, it's been life-changing. Stuart, he's not your average personal trainer. The guy knows his stuff, and he's got a great sense of humour too. We worked together four days a week, and I saw some crazy results. I managed to shed a significant amount body fat while adding on muscle, something I never thought I could do - especially as a woman. What I love about Stuart is that he truly loves being a trainer. He genuinely cares about your progress. He listened to my goals and put together workouts that were challenging but doable. And when things got tough, he was always there with a joke or a word of encouragement. But it's not just about Stuart; it's the whole vibe at Arzadon Fitness. Jay Arzadon, the owner, is a great guy, and the gym is more like a family. Thanks to Stuart and the gang, I'm at a body weight I haven't seen since my twenties, and I've never felt better. If you're looking for a place to get fit and have a blast doing it, Arzadon Fitness and Stuart are the way to go. They've changed my life, and I know they can change yours too. Thanks, guys!

    I joined Arzadon Fitness on the 6 month transformation program, and wanted to give it a shot since the trainers are compensated based off your results - which was interesting. It definitely started off well for the first 5 months, I would like to start by saying that my first trainer was excellent and provided me with a great experience. They were highly knowledgeable, supportive, and invested in my transformation. I felt that they truly cared about helping me reach my fitness goals. Sina was all in when it came to my transformation, and I think this is where the compensation part really helped keep the 5 months locked in for both of us. However, my experience with my second trainer, since my first trainer found another opportunity, was not up to the same standards. My last month seemed completely different than the first 5, I didn't feel like the trainer was locked in to help me get results, there was no final transformation measurement or anything! Felt like I was going to goodlife. I was following up on when we should be working out. Completely different. I understand that every trainer is different and that experiences can vary, but it is important for all personal trainers at your gym to consistently provide high-quality service to their clients. My last month seemed to be more of a check the box exercise vs my first 5 months. I believe that trainers should be invested in their clients' progress and regularly check in with them to ensure they are on track to meet their fitness goals. Given there were 4 trainers that left during my 6 months at Arzadon, it may make sense to address this transition between trainers as I felt the level of service drop materially.

    This gym is a diamond in the rough. Jay has managed to create a space that works for everyone. People from all ages, walks of life and levels of fitness go to this gym. There’s a community feel that you can be part of if you choose or, on days you’d rather stick to yourself, you’re given the space to do that too. The trainers here genuinely care about you achieving your goals and have the knowledge the get you there. They offer personal training but I do the hybrid program which affords you the flexibility of deciding when you do your workout with the benefit of a personal trainer developing a structured and custom workout and eating plan for you, monitoring your progress and answering any and all questions. When you’re on the floor, you may be working out alone, but all the trainers there are keeping an eye out and will step in to guide you and correct your form. Everyone at this gym is friendly and respectful, and we have fun! Especially the morning crew! Hot tip: if you get there early enough, you can pick the music ;)

    I started off with Jay in 2018. He taught me how to properly squat and deadlift (lifts I did not like doing). After my sessions with him, I felt so confident in my technique that I incorporated them into my routine. His knowledge back then (before he started Arzadon Fitness) was very impressive. I am a fitness junkie myself and he was the first trainer I met who I felt taught me things I didnt know. Be it from nutrition, supplements, wellness, mindset and strategy. Fast forward a couple of years and he has grown from being that independant personal trainer to launching Arzadon Fitness. I signed up for accountability coaching and literally got into the best shape of my life! It was an amazing feeling to have somebody identify all the blind spots I couldn't see. I felt like I had endured a quantum leap in terms of my health and wellness. I worked with one of his amazing fitness coaches, Stuart and initially was apprehensive because I wasn't working with Jay directly - but soon realized I was in very good hands. Stuart is a glimmering example of the standard that Arzadon Fitness displays. Jay is very well-educated on all things in the industry (you can see from his laundry list of educational achievements in his profile). And it definitely shows in his coaching. Not only that but he really provided a personal touch to all his dealings and I have been enthusiastic to recommend him to all colleagues, friends and family. Do not hesitate to work with Arzadon Fitness! They work very hard and are on the cutting edge of the fitness industry with their knowledge, care and their unique service offerings. The best thing I can say after all of that is: I trust Jay Arzadon, Arzadon Fitness and all that work for this brand. I whole-heartedly recommend! P.S. I wasnt paid for this LOL. I am just happy at the level of care and service I received and I had to do this for Jay and Arzadon Fitness

    Hands-down the best fitness gym in Toronto. In the last 6 years I've been on a journey to transform my body and get in shape. I've been a member at the largest fitness gym in Canada for a few years, tried the latest cross fit gym craze and nothing really worked, I was unhappy as I didn't get the results I wanted. A colleague of mine said a few a of his friends had great results as Arzadon Fitness, so I gave it a shot. They created a customized workout and nutrition plan and WOW, within the first month I saw results that surpassed all my expectations. These guys are really onto something unique and different. With COVID over I can't wait to get back into shape and the fitness level I was at before COVID. I highly recommend Arzadon Fitness if you are looking to see real results. 10/10

    For years I have tried different diets and exercise programs, but I could never quite get it right due to either losing motivation, a lack of nutritional knowledge, or boring workouts. Since joining Arzadon Fitness, in just three months, I lost 20lbs (203 -> 183 & -8.4% body fat) and have managed to keep it off. Plus, I've made a noticeable improvement in my shoulder-to-waist ratio, making me look and feel stronger. I joined the hybrid program at Arzadon Fitness. It's tailored to your goals and covers everything you need for a healthier lifestyle including nutrition, supplements, and exercise guides. You have 24/7 access to a gym with pristine equipment for your workouts and conditioning. Jay, the owner, is extremely knowledgable when it comes to nutrition, supplements, and working out. He's always there to answer questions and keep you motivated. The other trainers are friendly too, always ready to help if you're unsure about an exercise. Even though I usually go during gym busy hours (5-6pm), I very rarely have to wait for equipment. If someone's using what you need, they're always cool about letting you work in. They also have a nice sled track in the gym for conditioning. Overall, my experience at this gym has been awesome, and I'd definitely recommend it. It might be a bit pricier compared to commercial gyms like GoodLife, but you're investing in your health and the difference in experience is night and day.

    I left a very premium American gym chain to join Arzadon Fitness, as AF’s results-driven approach to fitness really interested me, and I was not disappointed. My experience was fantastic, as I had never been pushed to work that hard, and after a few months the results of my efforts really showed. I can’t say I loved some of those leg days 😂😂, but I lost 20+ pounds of fat and gained a bunch of muscle, so it was well worth it. Great place and great team!

    Great gym - all the equipment you need - great vibe, great team. I was trained by Conall, who was amazing to work with. I lost 16 pounds in three months without losing any muscle mass. Very happy with those results. Only negative is the lack of proper change rooms / shower.

    I've been training with Cory from Arzadon Fitness for a year now to relieve from back and knee issues. Cory collaborated with my therapists and designed training programs tailored to my needs. The result is fantastic! I'm much stronger and pretty much pain free now. I would highly recommend to talk to Arzadon Fitness if you are interested in personal training service.

    Changed my life completely. Guided by Coach Stu, the team at Arzadon helped me meet every single goal of mine. I noticed a difference already in the first 3 weeks and by week 20, I had burned 12 percent of body fat and lost a total of 20 pounds. The best part?     I'm quite happy that I found a team that's knowledgeable, dedicated, approachable, and serious about results. Arzadon Fitness offers various training plans that fits your needs. I really enjoy the Hybrid Coaching as I get a new training plan every 3 weeks and I don't have to stress about which workouts I need to do. The workouts are challenging, but pushes you just enough to show why it's important and how it helps achieve your fitness goal. Not only do you have a gym that has top-of-line equipment, Arzadon Fitness has built a culture that is welcoming. To me, that's very important. If you're beginning your fitness journey or need that extra push, come to Arzadon Fitness. They take care of their clients and are fully committed to get you where you want to be.

    I had an incredible personal training experience at Arzadon Fitness, a top-notch gym with a fantastic atmosphere. The gym was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The people there were friendly and supportive, which made my workouts enjoyable. My personal trainer, Conall, was exceptional. He displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout my six-month journey.     Arzadon has been an amazing experience for my partner and I. We've been with Arzadon since 2019. We were even able to find ways to workout through covid that helped keep us sane & fit! Cory is our Trainer and he is absolutely brilliant to work; great personality, knowledgeable & patient. He works hard to make programs cater to my partner and I (we workout differently) & always checks in on us even when we go quiet. Highly recommend their services. Prices are as expected, but Cory was able to negotiate a cost that made sense for our needs & longevity. The centre itself is brand new and stunning, with a large space & lots of equipment!!

    The best in the business!! All of the trainers are so nice, but are also stern enough to really push and motivate you to finish that last set. I've been to multiple personal trainers in Toronto and the team at Arzadon is the most knowledgeable that I've ever experienced. They truly care about the results (short and long term) of their clients, and ensure you receive the results you want and KEEP them. They give you the tools and knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle. If you're debating checking them out, just do it! You won't regret it.

    Whatever your fitness goals are (losing weight, putting on muscle, improving mobility, getting more energy, etc) what works for someone else may not always work for you, we're all different. The latest pop culture diet and cookie cutter workout plans don't take into consideration your lifestyle, food allergies, or old injuries. That's not to say you can't get results but for the best results for you in the safest and fastest way possible you need a plan specific to you. No one understands this better than the team at Arzadon Fitness. Taking a science-based data-driven approach, the team starts with an initial assessment to get a holistic view of who you are, goals, and your lifestyle, which feeds into a custom built fitness plan. In my case, I eat out on weekends so it's hard for me to get the recommended food to my diet plan (not about to bring tubberware with me everywhere). Working with the team we've setup my diet plan so that I can still go out, making smart food choices, and still work towards my goals. From there you'll work with one of their amazing trainers who will guide you through the exercises, educate you, and ensure you're performing the movement safety. Get ready to put in the work because they're here to keep you honest and accountable (you get what you put in). Bi-weekly check-ins/assessments help give you measurable progress towards your goal and also allows the team to further refine your fitness plan identifying what's working and what's not. Speaking from my own experience in 20 weeks I've lost 20lbs, manage my stress better, sleep better, and generally have much better energy. Having crushed my initial goals, I've set new goals with the team and really excited to see the results that come next. For anyone serious about their fitness goals and ready to get results you have to reach out to Arzadon Fitness.

    Currently on the Hybrid Program and the motivation/ pushes I get from the coaches even if they have clients while I'm working out helps me stay accountable to myself on a long-term basis. Coach Jay and the rest of the coaches have been nothing but motivational and the gym itself is clean and has every piece of equipment you'll need. It's easy to come in motivated and put the work in when everything in the environment is setting you up for success.

My time at Arzadon Fitness has been nothing but amazing, the amount of progress is incredible and the trainers are very supportive. Jay is amazing and you can definitely tell he knows what he's doing, he's the most passionate person I've spoken to about bettering your body.     I came to Arzadon as an intern for the co-op course at my high school and have had a great experience working there. First of all, they truly understand fitness and definitely know how to help you reach your goals. Also, all of the trainers are professional and work very well alongside all of their clients. I can say nothing but good things about them and I would highly recommend Arzadon to anyone who is looking for an amazing fitness experience!

    If you have a health or fitness goal, then I highly recommend this place. This is definitely not your average gym or personal training experience. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable with all things muscular and skeletal and tailor the program to cater for any physical limitations or conditions (which I have). It’s not an intimidating space for women. They are 110% dedicated to make sure you reach your individual goals. Not just while you’re physically in front of them but every day, weekends included. I’ve never even heard of this sort of commitment before. They help you with nutrition but not in a rigid prescriptive way and the technology they deploy to help you stay on track is brilliant too. If you’re willing to follow their guidance, success is inevitable.

    I would highly recommend Arzadon Fitness!! My experience here has been amazing. I felt comfortable the moment I walked into the gym and always feel supported by even by the trainers and the owner Jay. I am extremely happy with my results so far - down 4lbs and 5% body fat in only 3 months. I started lean and have previous experience in lifting weights. Stuart is a great trainer and motivator. He has such a great attitude. Both Jay and Stuart work hard to customize my program including workout routines and nutrition. After my initial 12 week program, I decided to continue with Arzadon! I could not have found a better place to get back into shape and have fun while doing it.

    With a busy, high-stress job I've struggled in the past with consistency and diet when it comes to fitness. Arzadon truly understands that professionals especially in Business Development have constantly changing schedules, long work days and obligations to dine out with clients. They've taught me how to balance all of this and still be consistent with my fitness plan. They are always flexible with my changing schedule and are available anytime to answer any questions regarding my diet and workout plans. I started working out twice a week at Arzadon with Coach Cory and in 4 months I lost 15 Pounds and 9% Body Fat. Cory and Jay have both been extremely supportive and professional coaches. I would definitely recommend Arzadon Fitness!!

    I turned to Arzadon fitness to help me get back into shape following two years of basically not working out. Trainer Brandon Shave has helped me regain my confidence and strength in the gym. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helped me work though imbalances and past injuries so that I could get stronger without getting hurt. Brandon’s focus on the quality of your workout separates him from other trainers. He is also very patient through all my complaining. I highly recommend Brandon if you are trying to get stronger. The gym itself is also a lot of fun as all the trainers have great personalities and seem to like to work together.

    Having had multiple trainers in the past, I knew this time what I was looking for and the kind of trainer I needed. Someone who was a no nonsense, no excuses trainer, and someone who could keep me accountable and consistent. Jay is this trainer for me, but little did I know, I was getting so much more than that. Jay gives me the support and confidence I truly need in a trainer, not only physically but mentally. The new studio is located in the heart of downtown, is more spacious, and with new top of the line equipment at your disposal. Arzadon Fitness can be your new training gym too. See you there!

    I cannot recommend Arzadon Fitness enough! I had the pleasure of working with Jay, to get me back into shape and increase my lower-body strength, and we were able to accomplish those goals - and then some. I lost body fat, got my confidence back in the gym, and had a great time doing so. Arzadon Fitness is a supportive community and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

    I've been going to Arzadon Fitness gym for 4 months now, and the results have been amazing! After the first 4 weeks, I lost 6lbs and 4% body fat. This is largely thanks to Jay's (owner) personalized weight training and nutrition program. Stuart, my personal trainer, is a joy to work with. His great attitude and constant encouragement has helped me, a gym newbie with a lower back injury, achieve a lot of things I never thought I could do–like successfully lift 145lbs! The whole gym has an infectious can-do attitude that makes workouts truly unique and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

    I completed a 12 week hybrid transformation program at Arzadon Fitness and gained 9 lbs of lean muscle. Arzadon's internal compensation structure rewards trainers as a function of their clients results. Naturally, as I was on a hybrid transformation program, I did not work one-on-one with any specific trainer. However, that did not hinder the team from helping me reach my goals. This speaks volumes of the Arzadon culture since the trainers didn't stand to gain anything from supporting me. I'd especially like to thank to thank Jay, Justin and Stuart for their guidance. Arzadon was a worthwhile investment for me and I would encourage others who want to take fitness seriously to check them out. Arzadon sets you up to realize a return on your investment, provided you have quantifiable goals and you're willing to put in the work.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience with Arzadon Fitness and their incredible 6 Month transformation program. If you're looking for results-driven fitness with a personal touch, this is the place to be! In just 12 weeks, I managed to shed a remarkable 17% of body fat while simultaneously gaining 5lbs of lean muscle mass. Those are numbers I never thought possible, but the incredible team at Arzadon Fitness made it happen! One of my proudest achievements was going from 0 pull-ups to 10 pull-ups in just 18 weeks. It's a testament to the effectiveness of their training methods and the dedication of their staff. Speaking of the staff, I have to give a massive shoutout to Stuart, my transformation expert. His unwavering accountability and guidance were the true driving force behind my success. Stuart helped me stay on track and motivated throughout the entire program. What sets Arzadon Fitness apart is their data-oriented approach. They excel in quantifying every goal and offer a unique service that goes above and beyond industry standards. I loved having every workout meticulously recorded, regular assessments to track progress, and the fact that the trainers' salaries depend on my results truly kept them invested in my success. Having full access to the gym was also a huge bonus. Arzadon Fitness provides an all-encompassing fitness experience that I haven't found elsewhere.     Did a 3-month transformation. Went from 100 -> 66 heart rate. And no more stage 2 hypertension, I have a clean bill of health now and I won't need to rely on any lifelong medications. Also amazing is I lost 7% body fat and gained 14lbs muscle. Very happy with the results. Conall is a great trainer and easy to work with, he's very knowledgable and well trained, would recommend him.

    I’ve had a great experience at Arzadon Fitness. Been a client for 4 years and have enjoyed my sessions with coach Stuart. From the beginning, Jay and Stuart listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable; since this was my first time attempting any fitness training, I was nervous and intimidated. Working with Stuart resulted in being healthier. He created a program where I got stronger, now I no longer have joint pain. Stuart keeps me accountable and motivated and constantly encourages me to keep going when I feel I can’t. I appreciate the personal attention and care Arzadon Fitness took to help me in my fitness journey.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience training at Arzadon Fitness! I was part of the hybrid program, which was perfect for me as an intermediate lifter who didn't require the full attention of a trainer, but still wanted help dialling in my programming and nutrition. I saw amazing results both in my physique and strength over the 10 months I was a client. What I appreciate the most is that Jay prioritized my health (mental and physical) - I was able to achieve sustainable results while working a busy sales job and taking multiple trips. Additionally, the facility is wonderful to train at - amazing equipment, clean, and never busy. The cherry on top is the lovely community. Thank you for everything, Jay!

    I've been going to Arzadon Fitness for over a year now, and I signed up for the fitness transformation program with Coach Justin for six months. Working with him has been a great experience. Justin is very supportive, engaging, patient, and offers valuable advice on nutrition. He made sure that I was comfortable with the workouts and we managed to adjust a few exercises and it paid off! I am now part of the hybrid program and I continue to see progress. The gym itself is excellent, and the entire team, including Jay and Stuart, is highly professional and supportive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to achieve their fitness goals!

    As an Intern at the gym working towards becoming a certified personal trainer. I was able to learn and grow a lot in my field of expertise not just on the training aspects but to the demanding and high level of knowledge as well as social skills to motivate clients into becoming their best versions. Leadership kindness and great communication has been maintained and highlighted at this gym.
