    Really enjoy coming to this studio. All staff including teachers and front desk are so lovely and welcoming. The instructors are very accommodating to injuries and are able to adapt positions to suit you. The classes are varied, I particularly love Body Burn and Cardio Tamp, Oh and Power Machine but they are all great!

    This is an amazing studio in Toronto! I have been many different Pilates in the city and aboard, this one always give me a good feeling of belonging, and I love their emphasis on proper technique. Emma is really dedicated to make this place welcoming and with great selection of class to choose from There are currently three group studio rooms for spring wall, reformer, and mat classes. The studio rooms are very clean, welcoming and beautiful. Recommended for: beginner to intermediate level, emphasis on technique, active stretching classes, and the great studio space.

    I have been a member since June and I never cease to be amazed at the quality of instruction, the wonderful ambience of the studio, and the kindness of members. Body Mason is a haven for me to step away from the business of life and to spend time improving my body and mind. I always feel so empowered when I finish a class. I appreciate the expertise of the instructors, their willingness to correct my posture or movements or recommend options, and their ability to challenge my body to go above and beyond what it can do. All of this is as a result of the owner, Emma Kate, who understands customer service, quality instruction, and creating the right enviroment that is inclusive, welcoming and motivating.

    Friendly, attentive teachers and nice studio. Covid update - have been loving my Zoom lessons with Emma Kate. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body including injuries, has a great repertoire of exercises, and is lovely to practice with. After just a few lessons, my shoulder stability and posture noticeably improved. I always look forward to my weekly lessons, and also enjoy the on-demand online videos. Highly recommend!

    This studio is one of the most warming inclusive fun places to practice pilates. Its more than a place to work on your body... its a community that builds your mind and soul as well. Every single instructor is absolutely amazing, patient, result oriented and just personable. Ive moved further from this studio and still make my way to it! Great job to everyone on the team whose continuing efforts make this studio a success !!

    Absolutely love this studio! Emma-Kate is so warm, welcoming, and friendly which sets a great tone for the whole studio. I've worked with instructors Meghan and Sahara, both of whom are extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. The small class sizes mean the instructors have the chance to be attentive to each student which is so important for achieving the correct technique. Lots of love for Body Mason!

    Body Mason is my favourite pilates (reformer and spring wall) studio. I've had about 4-5 different instructors so far and they were all very instructional, fix your posture. Classes can be challenging as you try more advanced classes. Class sizes are not big (maximum 5 to 6) and often are almost semi-private.

    I really like Body Mason for offering a rich variety of classes throughout the whole day, which makes it very convenient. Moreover, I find most classes pretty intimate and it allows to receive personal attention from the instructors. It's clear that all the instructors are very experienced based on their clear and accurate instructions and correction when needed. Finally, I like the comfortable and positive energy at the place.

    EXCELLENT!! I enjoyed a fabulous class at Body Mason. The Instructor was beyond helpful, clear with her instructions, and she truly cared about my form. I was impressed with her attentiveness towards every participant in her class. The studio is lovely and well-appointed. Classes are phenomenal. I highly recommend Body Mason!!

    Body Mason is a fantastic studio - the instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable and because the class sizes are small, there is a lot of personal attention to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout (or adjusting as necessary based on how your body is feeling that day). Every class I've taken has been great!
