With the enormous schedule, membership flexibility to go to any studio, and a massive roster of some of the most influential and popular yoga instructors in the city, this yoga brand is a must visit that we'll visit again and again.

I absolutely love Yoga Tree! The staff and instructors are all so friendly, welcoming, and amazing humans. The facilities are always kept clean. And their class selection, both in person and online, and timing offerings are vast so you can always make time for yoga, even if you have a hectic schedule.

One of the most beautiful yoga studio in Toronto . It is very accessible by subway. Just 2mins walk fro Dundas and Yonge. I went to a hot yoga class. The instructor was very good and calming. The class I went is not that hot

Have been a very long time customer of Yogatree, but will no longer be returning. Unpleasant and unaccommodating staff. Tons of other great options in the city.

Great place to practice yoga, and I am speaking about the Bay/Dundas studio specifically. Kind people and some good teachers. I am very happy that the studio is open again for in-person classes - just in time to enjoy hot yoga during the cold months. They follow the COVID safety protocols to protect visitors and I feel safe attending classes.

Been coming for Yoga here for many months. Atmosphere is serene, amenities are clean and the staff are always quite friendly and affable. Yoga instructors are all quite experienced & I am surprised to find enough variation that classes do not feel repetitive. My flexibility has improved a lot since starting. If price is an issue you are better off staying at Goodlife, otherwise I recommend wholeheartedly.

Came here for a reduced heat vinyasa class as part of Class Pass. Beautiful space, very clean, lots of natural light. Feels like a peaceful retreat from the busy city downstairs. The staff are very friendly. The amenities are great, lots of lockers and space in the change rooms as well as complimentary tea. The class itself was good but probably a bit too advanced for me. I had trouble following the instructor and doing all the moves so quickly. However the instructor was helpful and sometimes suggested alternative poses ex. “Feel free to do whatever feels comfortable for you such as child’s pose”. The instructor was also very encouraging. I liked the reduced heat class as it wasn’t too hot but felt like a great way to get out of the cold.

Patricia the instructor is so kind, she makes sure you are comfortable in class and encourages you to go at your own pace/ use alternatives if needed (that she shows you). The front desk staff are very friendly too and the studio is so relaxing to be in.

I had the opportunity to drop in for a Hot Vinyasa Flow class while in town and staying near the Dundas and Bay studio. The studio is on the second floor on the south side of Dundas near Bay St.. This is a very busy area at 6:30 pm. The studio was a welcome contast with pace of the streets below. It's a bright, open area with a place to leave your shoes before checking in at the desk. The staff at the desk got me oriented and walked me through the check in process as a first time guest. There are complementary lockers with locks and I was encouraged to leave all my belongings including my mat bag in the locker, so into the locker it went. I proceeded upstairs to Fire Studio with mat, water bottle towel and face cloth in hand. The studio was spaious with a mirrored front wall and space for a good 30 or so mats. The toom warm when i got there and the class got started on time. Laily welcomed everyone and got us focused on breath through use ujayi breath as we dropped in. We had a thorough warm up and then moved through 2 different flow sequences. The cool down incorporated back bends to include an option for wheel.pose. We ended in savasana with cleansing breaths. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a safe, clean, well managed yoga experience. There seems to be a variety of classes on the schedule, but I got what I was looking for; a whole body work out that allowed me to find space in my body and find a single point of focus with my mind.

I really like Yoga Tree for many reasons; I did Class Pass so that I could try out different yoga studios in Toronto and ended up cancelling my Class Pass membership so that I could go solely to Yoga Tree. Some of the other studios were too hippy-dippy and did the whole pseudo-spiritual thing (don’t get me wrong, I like my fair share of incense, meditation and connecting to my higher self) but I think that’s more of a personal journey and not something a yoga instructor can bestow in an hour class. On the other end of the spectrum you have yoga studios that feel judgey and pretentious and are more like a boot camp workout and less like a yoga studio. I feel like Yoga Tree balances all aspects of yoga practice nicely and offers a wide range of classes for all levels of yogis. The studio is super clean and well maintained and I’m really enjoying my experience thus far. Thank you!

Have been to only one class so far but I am impressed! Friendly staff, good instructor (Kristina), fair prices, convenient location, and class wasn't too crowded. Excited for my next one!

This Yoga Tree location is clean and all instructors provide clear guidance. The space is great. My only feedback would be to more clearly describe which classes are traditional yoga and which are Pilates classes. Otherwise this is a good studio for yoga workouts (with music in the background) but not suited for those looking for a more holistic / spiritual yoga practice.

I drove 1 hour in Toronto traffic for a 6:45pm class, found and paid for parking dt. Still was 3 minutes late, they just won’t let me in. There is no sense of understanding from their end at all.

I understand the policy around providing an uninterrupted class environment, but a very small window should be given.

It was raining and I took an uber to try to make it on time for my class. Got there 2 min late and was told condescendingly so that they wouldn’t let me in. when asked about if I could get my money back or another class, i was told I couldn’t. I could’ve really used a more understanding front desk and also my money back for going all the way there

Yoga Tree Richmond hill is a beautiful yoga studio. It's so clean and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The instructors are quite knowledgeable and happy to help if you have any questions or issues. Class times are also really convenient and there's a great variety.

Ma favourite studio in town! Love the teachers and the welcoming staff, great variety of classes with advanced versions, plenty of choice after work and on the weekend, a sauna if you want to relax before or after, the only thing missing is shorter classes in the morning before 9.

So EXCITED that @YogaTreeStudios has finally RE-OPENED for IN-STUDIO practice 🤩! I know I’ve given @YogaTreeStudios shout out before but it’s not without merit!!! Kate & Laura have been quite supportive with my post-surgery recovery and rehab exercises, Rebeca has never failed to provide the utmost caring customer services, & Pamela continues to manage with care, empathy, & a sense of community! So, it’s without saying that I frequently rave to my dearest friend and yogi @studio__goyo, gifted classes, regularly invite friends & colleagues to come and enjoy a well-rounded self-care experience, and can’t wait to treat my beloved BFF when she visits! THANK YOU @YogaTreeStudios for always welcoming yogis like students returning home, for being an instrumental element of me planting roots in Toronto, and for everything you do for the community!

Without a doubt, the wonderful instructors at Yoga Tree helped me get through the dreadful lockdowns as I hit the mat on my living room floor. Looking forward to attending in-studio and meeting Melinda and the others in person! I strongly recommend Yoga Tree!

I love going to Yoga Tree. There's something really special about this studio. I feel energized, happy, and so peaceful the moment I open the door. The instructors are wonderful and they make the classes a lot of fun! I highly encourage visiting the studio to feel the magic for yourself.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been to over 15 yoga studios in Toronto and with many different instructors. Never in my life have I started to feel angry and started raging during yoga. Instead of feeling calm, I got more stressed and felt like tortured myself for 2 hrs, 1hr travel time and 1 hr of the worst yoga class in my life. I took a 6:45pm hot vinyasa flow with Kate today. I have never been in a class where they burn scent so strong that it felt like inhaled 20 cigarettes. The studio claims to scent free but it’s not true at least not in the flow studio. Also the instructor’s mat does not face the same direction and there is no mirror in front or beside her so it’s hard to see herform and which hand or foot to use. I was directly in front of her mat and I could not follow. On top of that she speaks to loudly and quickly like it’s a Bootcamp not yoga. Also what she taught tonight was barely yoga, it was not a flow. The class did not run smooth if felt like she was making up different random poses on the spot. The music selection is also odd and it does not match the pace of the class or is it the type of music yoga studios have. She also kept on mixing up the poses and her legs. Even the equipment she told us to bring in at the beginning of class were never used. At this point, she kept corrected herself so often I started to get frustrated. Since I was already there and paid money for the class I tried to salvage the situation by leaving the class and getting earplugs so I could block out the music and the instructor. Not sure why she stopped doing any yoga poses and just stood at the back barking out verbal instructions. On top of that I don’t know why there was a cup of tea on the floor. I was so frustrated that I gave up during class which I have never done in my life. My lungs still hurt from whatever scent or thing they were burning in that specific room. I am never going to any yoga tree again in my life!!! They wasted my health, time and money.

One of the worst experiences with this yoga studio. The people at front desk are extremely inconsiderate and unfair. I had reached the class before time but was waiting for my turn at the front desk since it was my first class via ClassPass. Since the class started by that time, I was asked to leave the studio and a hefty penalty was charged to my card for missing the class. Extremely disappointed with this!!
