So many showrooms of almost every brands except luxurious once like GUCCI LV and etc. Big food court with Tim, McDonal, Starbucks and etc. Every thing is neat and clean even washrooms are clean too. Banks are also there like Scotia-bank and CIBC atm. Huge parking spot and TTC Metro station. Mostly crowdy at evening time.

One of the busiest localities of Scarborough. Construction on Eglinton is a major issue reaching here, but you can drive here through other routes as well. This place offers one or multiple range of shopping stores, eatery, optical, liquor store, clothing and etc. Huge parking lot. Close to Centennial Astonbee Campus. One of the biggest Walmarts of the city is located here.

Seems like a busy place. I think because of the location. This Walmart is also big store like other locations. There's nail saloon inside and Mc Donald too. Prices are affordable and always has good deals and sale items. Lots of parking.

Hectic location, not organized the best. But it's Walmart & they always have many things a person would want or need. I've noticed their prices are getting less competitive. Still I shop here frequently, most recently I bought a treadmill.

Nice, spacious and organized would be the top three words that pops out in my mind when I recall my visit. This location is well stocked with your daily needs. parking is no issues as there is always ample parking available but finding a closer parking might be a challenge at times.

Good place to purchase groceries. Clean and fresh veggies . But nowadays, I am facing a problem with Walmart stores. When I search for items online on the Walmart website at this location, it shows that the items available over there are not in stock in stores. If it happens once , it is ok, but now a days it is quiet, happening a lot.

Mid at best, most employees don't care to direct you in the right place. Our cashier was lovely and cheerful. Really made a difference in the sombre atmosphere

It was ok Very crowded and service is slow especially for a Walmart. Will take you longer to get out of store and parking Need more staff for sure. Self checkout looks like a bad experience

Not enough Cashiers for a busy Saturday. Long line ups even self-checkout was busy. Walmart makes enough money to have more Cashiers on the weekend.

Customer service didn't want to sell me lighters and said I was rude. Why have lighters then? Why are you hiding the lighters? Fix your system better PLEASE I'm not a thief ok! Have a blessed day 💜

The only reason it gets 3 stars because of the selection, but would have racked it lower as it feels like you are tryna escape prison when leaving. Had m purchase checked 3 to 4 times before leaving. I've been going to that store ever since it opened and haven't been in a bit because of online ordering, but that experience makes me not want to go in. I don't feel like that at the STC location.

When ever I shop here or do click and collect, they always are out of stock, never fails. Also, watch the dates on food here, they sell stuff that is past due! Or when you order online, I am still waiting for something for over a month!

I stopped here to go to the McDonald’s. I went inside and place my order. The drive in had a lineup. The sandwich was a little dry. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. There was none inside the bag that’s why you always check your order. Fries where the same. The server that took my order was nice. Other than those incident everything was good.

My go to store when I need anything. I usually do curbside pickup for my orders. The staff are always professional when coming to put my items in my car.

This is a very busy outdoor mall but contains a lot of great shops. Parking can sometimes be a little problematic because it is so popular. Great location

There were ten people in line just to return exchange items in the customer service line. I waited half an hour (was 5th in line) there was plenty of staff walking around strolling yet the poor clerk behind the 👋 service was alone. We all asked for her yo get help but no one came. The managers photo is displayed with awards but when asked for no respond. I had to ask for three elderly clients who were waiting in line fir a long time. I then walked around to buy groceries and was shocked to see prices higher than Metro, Superstore, No Frills!!!! Shame on you walmart for ripping people off forgot hiring more staff, I have not been to walmart since covid days, I will definitely not return. Shoppers be ware, "roll" back prices are a farce

The only Walmart which is the biggest in whole Ontario when compared to rest of them. But, I personally perceive that there can be a tug of war between this centre and the Walmart which is in Vaughan Location as it is also bigger. However, cut short to the things, one can find variety of items to shop for and there is no any item one cannot find. It has Mcd which almost all Walmart centre has but on top of that, there is a beer/liquor store in the mart as well which is again a cherry on the cake for the individuals who want to buy liquor. Overall, the store has it's capabilities to provide items and even the customer service by the employees seems fascinating.

Lots of stores in the plaza. I frequent the BMO, Global Pet Foods, Mark's, Winners, Game Stop & Walmart. Tons and tons of parking lot is always plowed and clean. The Walmart on weekends is a disaster, cluttered and checkout lines for the self checkout/cashiers are horrific. Best to go in the mornings on weekends, or weekdays.

Wal-Mart Supercenter, BMO, LCBO, EB Games, Ardene's, Bed Bath Beyond, and many other varied shops all close at hand. Ample parking and lots of vendors with well marked pedestrian walkways and wide sidewalks. Busy complex, but worth the experience of one-stop shopping in west Scarborough. Couple of quality dining establishments complete the shopping and dinner trip easily in a single visit.

Great walmart. Has just about everything you can think of and is huge here, this is a supercentre. Tons of parking and a whole bunch of other stores by this location. Truly a great area to shop whatever your needs.

The STAFF is the downfall. No customer service or care. Place is a garbage dump now! Rude employees, and uneducated employees ( provincial/federal laws that retails need to follow). Stay away from. Now these security guards trying to flex on families walking out.

Quite the accessible location for one-stop shopping. Everything one needs is within walking distance. Walmart for your groceries and home decor, Winners for clothing, and the recently opened Jollibee restaurant for food to name a few. It will a shame if the development plan for the area goes through

HEADS UP!!!! For anyone looking for the DHL Shipping store (Penguine Smart Center), ..... IT'S NOT LOCATED INSIDE WALMART. They are right by the billboard beside the Bank of Montreal. Had a hard time locating them on my first visit. When searched on Google Map, it's clearly stated "Located inside Walmart" which is wrong. Hope the pics help anyone find them easily. Also they don't ship packages like medications, cosmetics, and few others. Cheers!!!

Store undergoing renovations. Staff are rude and unapproachable. Staff lack or don't care to know where items are located in store and are unwilling to help customers. Understanding now why self checkouts are in place. If you want help, you have to do it yourself. Most employees are there for paychecks only, and don't want to help customers or have zero knowledge on where items are located. A place to get in and get out using self checkout so items aren't damage and to avoid attitude from cashiers. A Honest review.

Do bring a quarter as their carts require one... So frustrating as I don't normally carry any cash or coins. I don't know of any other Walmart that forces customers to do that. Other than that, the selection is pretty good. Fresh produce. Helpful staff.

Employees there are very rude face looks like their job like a burden 😂 they look so miserable, I understand it's a hard job now but they are always rude. They need to be more polite and respectful even the management are not polite . Some of the young people at the back for pickup are very nice , pleasant , and respectful. ✋ Out to them good job to that team. Stay safe!

For sure Walmart is convenient but they always are short of Rolo icecream, all types of Chicken - halal or regular, Simply orange Juice, 80 roll Royale tissue, Greek strawberry yogurt, 24 case Nestle and great value water, etc etc chances are whatever you need - a lot of shelves are bare. Week after week after week. Another thing is that I hate checking out my own groceries. If you are disabled as I am they will NOT help you checkout even if you ask nicely...and if you discover something is opened or defective the staff will not change it for you. You will have to change it yourself holding up the line or leave it there They are allowed to leave their post to put it back but not to exchange it as that would be good Customer service and I guess they CAN'T HAVE THAT!

I find the customer service at the deli dept very poor. I waited 5 mins for the clerk to finish texting on her cell phone before she served me. I watched her texting and looking at me as I stood at the counter as I waited to be served. She finally made 2 attempts to come to the counter but turned back to her phone. It was only when I asked to see a manager that she put her phone away and came to the counter to serve me. All I wanted was a box of Samosas.

Dont look much appealing as a store but have most items available with some difficulty to find each one. Wish they have hired people enough to maintain the store and help out customers

  • 1/5 Mrs M. K. 2 years ago on Google
Walmart curtain and drapes selection is poor at best. No curtains or drapes that use hooks, stock is mostly long, dark, room blackout ,room darkening. Not enough of any panels same length and color to cover the standard living room window. Mostly 84" in length with a few 63".

  • 3/5 Vivian L. 2 years ago on Google
Not a Dan of recent renovations. Seem like the store has spread out but left the grocery area small and crowded. Also not a fan of all the self checkouts so had to wait in line forever to have a cashier.

Sales and prices are affordable compared to any other stores, but seeing homeless at the doors is terrible, and doesn't look good. Security is to afraid to tell them to leave. They need to be firm and speak out.

  • 5/5 Kingsley P. 1 year ago on Google
One of the Biggest Walmart Supercenters with many products but I find when items get sold out they are slow to fill up the Shelves. The place has always been crowded which means there are long lineups at the checkouts. It is faster to use the self-checkouts.

  • 3/5 David T. 1 year ago on Google
If you go there because something is on sale, do not bother asking an employee to help you find it. They will argue that you're at the wrong store. The address is "Eglinton East". Walmart named the store "Scarborough West". They will repeatedly tell you that you're at the wrong store. Also, they wouldn't accept a return for a faulty item. Good grocery store, though.

  • 1/5 Noraina M. 1 year ago on Google
The staff at this shopping Center was not friendly, I brought my dog inside that day because it was so hot outside and she was asking me if my dog was on service and I said no, and she asked me to leave it outside my tiny cute dog and yet they sells a dog food I will never come back in this place ever again. Not friendly and rude staff.

The lines here are absolutely nuts. Just another way for walmart to save money by having 2 or 3 isles open while the lines go all the way to the produce section. What do you expect, its walmart. Totally understaffed to save a few bucks.

  • 5/5 Eddy D. 1 year ago on Google
Walmart has the fairest prices in Canada... Period. But they need to pay their workers better. Too many empty shelves because workers keep leaving due to low pay.

Horrible customer service. It was long waiting to change a product and only one staff is available, remaining are empty. I'm really shocked with Walmart customer service.

  • 5/5 Dee D. 3 years ago on Google
Love the size of the store. Its always good to go throughout the week when its not so crowed. I didn't have to wait outside and inside no line up for the cash out. And for the size of the store its pretty clean. Its never hard to find someone who works there to help out with questions. And so many other stores to choose from in this area

  • 4/5 Vahid A. 4 years ago on Google
This place is very good. Good service but representatives are so short to help customers. People stilling a lot of items and open the items in-store and take some accessories. The store is good but the customer service for return and refund is so bad. The cashiers are good but for return, they are short for the cashier. In my opinion, they have to add more self-checkout.

  • 5/5 Tommy 4 years ago on Google
Shopping experience there was quite pleasant. Many of the stores i visited included many of my needs and most of them housed a large variety of selection to choose from. Parking wasn't crowded as usual and was very pleasing to find a parking spot near the store i was going to. Overall experience was very nice and enjoyable, will go again.

  • 4/5 Nanik A. 3 years ago on Google
It was pretty good, lots of parking, which is unusual if you are coming from downtown. Stores are a little empty because if covid, but that is okay, I am sure they will fill up again soon. Good social distancing measures in place.

  • 5/5 Ken C. 4 years ago on Google
Large outdoor plaza with various big brands and lots of free parking. The lot probably never fills to capacity, but you have in for quite the walk as the close spots are quickly filled. A number of these are in close proximity, so you can do everything from groceries, furniture, electronics to weddings all in the area. Especially busy on the weekends and holidays. Close to public transit and fairly convenient access as there are many entrances and exits. Traffic can be a little crazy with the current construction happening.

Not really a five star restaurant, they are a healthier option for fast food. That being said the service was excellent. The take away order of food was tasty, and fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothie too. We will definitely be back.
