A mall designed for you and your family. Liberal roam around, premium brands distinctly placed, open food court arena with innovative seating arrangements, interesting interiors and displays all culminating into a smooth sail shopping experience. An novel feature seen here - washrooms have integrated wash system wherein the wash basin comprises of three taps each one for hand soap liquid, tap water and hand drier. So no need to roam at different places. Visit is essential. Enjoy.

A well organised and clean mall. You will find almost all brands here. Usually it is not as crowded as some of other malls in Toronto. But keep in mind it can take you a lot of time to get here in busy traffic hours

It's a pretty decent sized mall with a decent food court and has almost everything you need in your daily life overall if you never been to the mall before I would say it's worth checking it out

This is a really nice mall after the new renovation! The layout is great. They have a great selection of shops. We can buy everything we need there. It was not crowded and no long queue to get inside. The mall has a new area called the Market & Co. We enjoyed the small shops inside there. These shops were very unique. You can get some delicious dessert, ice cream, pizza, Japanese food & much more.

Traffic in the parking can be a bit overwhelming. The mall can be really crowded in some area of the mall. The rest of it is really empty. Please feel free to follow me on IG & YouTube: Mandilicous Tiktok & Fb: Missmandilicous for food & lifestyle posts in GTA

Upper Canada Mall is one of the good mall located in north of Toronto! However, recently I’m kinda disappointed with them because they let some ugly cheap stores open in the mall especially near one of the main entrance such as “ Designer row” & “ stitches” with the bad & ugly impression when you enter through door 3! Please keep the mall beautiful & classy with well known international brands & good restaurants. Take care of stores decorations & appearance. I can see lots of potential & good future for this mall.

A large, well set out, well lit and clean mall. We were there to visit the new Structube store and found all other stores were also very well lit, large and well maintained. For such a large mall I thought the food court should have had more variety.

I have gone to upper Canada mall ever since 2014. Since that many things have been added to it. It only has gotten better. I love just walking around and window shopping. The farmers market opens up a new demographic to the mall. The upgrades have greatly benefited. During Christmas the parking lots fills up super quick people will even park on the grass. There is busing routes all around it and it’s easily accessible for those in wheelchairs and other mobility. It is quite big but there are benches scattered so you can sit down if you feel tired.

The Upper Canada Mall at Newmarket is one of the biggest shopping mall in the north of Toronto. You can find most famous brand names chain stores here . A big food court, and the newly renovation Market Co. A very nice place to shop and to enjoy nice food. Today is Halloween , they have a special event " Kid Halloween Spook Tacular " , taking a 360 video for each kid. This is a good way for kids to do "Trick or Treat " inside the mall because of the cold and wet weather. Many stores participated , kids enjoyed it very much.

I recently visited Upper Canada Mall. The mall was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive aspect of my visit. Additionally, I appreciated the decent variety of stores and shops that were available. However, I did not feel that there was anything particularly unique or special about the mall that would make me want to go out of my way to visit. While it was a decent mall, it didn't have anything that really stood out or made it a must-visit destination. Overall, I would recommend Upper Canada Mall for those who are in the area and looking for a clean and well-maintained shopping environment with a decent variety of stores. It may not be the most exciting shopping destination, but it is a solid choice for a quick and convenient shopping trip.

I fail to understand why every morning there are pylons in front of the Market & Co. What if there is someone going into Market & Co. that needs access to disabled parking? Plus I really don’t think the pylons are working, drivers can just simply move the pylons and park as they please…the mall needs to handle the parking situation better.

Upper Canada mall is decent size, plenty space to park your vehicle. Did not see any electric vehicles charging spot or Tesla charging station in parking area. Mall has Apple Store, Marker and all other big brand for clothings and jewellery. Food court is decent size too not very big or lot option but you will find sufficient options to eat and mostly prominent brand. Currently they have extended hours for mall closing 9 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 8pm.

The mall is back open since the lockdown. They tried to have covid-19 protocols in place but people simply do not follow the signage. It is not the malls fault. Customer service is not very helpful at the mall. The washrooms are not well maintained. The family / assisted washroom is used by individuals or groups of students which is not appropriate. The most frustrating part for potential visitors of the mall is the store hours are all different. If the mall is open until 8pm there is an expectation that all the stores in the mall are open until 8pm but this is not the case anymore since the reopening. If you are visiting the mall and want to shop at a particular store, call the store and confirm their hours. Also, the Google maps feature on the mall is horrible. It is not updated and store locations are not accurate Follow me on Google and check out my other reviews and photos 📷

One of the reasons for why I love the location of my house; this mall. It’s hardly 200 m walk from my place. This mall has everything, you name it and we have it. The mall is kept clean and safe during the pandemic. I frequent this mall and will keep doing so

My daughter, who’s under two years old, dropped sunglasses on the floor and the arm broke off at the Gap. Complete accident, and I’m totally understanding, accidents happen though. the employee made me pay for it because ‘you break it you buy it’. I understand the rules, but a little sympathy would’ve been nice. Needless to say I will not shop here. They were 12$ by the way.

Upper Canada is a pretty decent sized mall without the major crowds. Most of the big retail clothing stores can be found here. The Food Court isn't too bad with plenty of seating. The mall, though, needs more elevators (for strollers), more kiddie rides by the Toys R Us, and of course more young family parking spots.

Clean, well laid out. Has two food courts. Your typical food court offers and The Market Place which offers many gourmet choices. Lots of parking. Great location. Two major highways located a short drive away.

Great place to shop, however I wish they would extend their hours back to 9pm instead of 8 pm Monday thru Saturday. It's often hard to get to the mall before 8pm with work, dinner, errands, and sports. Often times i am rushing to Vaughn mills cause they are open til 9pm. Sucks cause it is out of the way totally.

The mall is huge and I was able to find every store I needed (e.g tiptop tailor). Sadly the worker who I went to for directions led us the wrong way and we went back and still got sent the wrong way so we found one of the smart machines around the mall that had a map of the place and it was really helpful. The food court has a wide variety of stores which is really helpful but they should put up a sign saying which store is closed. Therefore they have smart robots and the mall has everything you could need

There is Aerie, ALDO, Apple 🍎, Aritzia, Banana 🍌 Republic, Bank 🏦 of Montreal (BMO), Baskin-Robbins, Bell 🛎️, Booster Juice 🧃 🥤, Browns Shoes 👠 👟 👞, Call it Spring , Canada 🇨🇦 Post, Dollarama, Fido, Foot Locker, Freedom Mobile, GameStop, Garage, H & M, Hallmark, Honey 🍯, Jack & Jones, KFC, LensCrafters, Rogers, Fido, Chatter Mobile, & etc Overall shopping there is a good experience, although not too fancy but also not too expensive. Considering that this shopping center was built in a new area, according to the new design, there is enough space to park cars even on busy days.Brands are the same as elsewhere so dont expect to find a magic here. Canada is young and needs many meeting and marketing centers like this to attract more people from other countries. Style of selling clothes in ground floor reminds me Europe markets! Which is seems weired here.

Good assortment of stores, I'd just say it was the least thought out plan to re-locate the lcbo here from across the street as it takes parking away from mall shoppers and lcbo shoppers are equally annoyed they can't pop in and out when the lot is full. Mall is clean. Usually security walking around. Only gets robbed once or twice a year 😅

Upper Canada Mall is a great mall to visit if you are looking for a good selection of men and women retail stores. The staff is amazing at following Covid protocols and keeping the mall safe and clean for everyone. A unique area I am quite a fan of would be their Market and Co area which I definitely recommend checking out. It features many small shops that are very unique and you can buy delicious snacks, foods and much more.

After a couple of decades of shopping at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, moving North yielded to a change in shopping habits. Upper Canada Mall has become our go to place for regular shopping experiences. Some of our favorites to shop at are Toys R Us, Sport check, Howard Jewelers and a stop at the food court. The mall is clean, well laid out and has received regular upgrades and renovations over the years. The new food market is a great addition, sure to please even the pickiest of diners! Upper Canada lost some anchor stores over the years ( Sears & Zellers to name a couple), but the spaces were quickly reoccupied with trendy options. Pretty much anything you could buy at a mall is available at Upper Canada. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed!

I liked this mall. It's a very clean mall which is very good. Tons of stores. In regards to the mall and its theme and style its very cool. Honestly not sure how I'd describe it but the vibes are good. It has a good food court. They do have the "proof of Covid vaccine seating" in place there.

Used to live right next to this mall, and passed through it often to get to and from the bus terminal. Nice, quiet, big mall. Has a lot of the big-box stores without the rush of more centrally located malls. I personally prefer this mall over Square One or the Eaton Centre due to the smaller crowds. Would visit again if in the area.

  • 5/5 Damian S. 2 years ago on Google
Very clean and fresh. This mall is a mini Vaughan Mills, with a beautiful market in the east wing thats occupied by absolutely delicious restaurants and food shops. This mall has everything for shopaholics and anyone who wants to go for a stroll. It's one big circle and very easy to navigate. Love shopping here! Remember everyone every once in a while should TREAT YO SELF!

Today, I and my family went to this mall. It is the first time after moving in Newmarket(we live in newmarket over one year). We were surprised. This mall has everything like all brands and all kind of stores. We felt comfortable with this mall. People are kind and it is a safe place. I would like to come again with my friends.

  • 5/5 Taylor M. 2 years ago on Google
One of the better malls to visit. A wide variety of different stores with the added bonus of a market that showcases restaurants, shops, and other places to check out. They always seem to be doing their best to ensure they are keeping the mall fresh and inviting by updating it and added new things to keep customers engaged.

  • 3/5 Jason B. 2 years ago on Google
Parking (3/5) is not really set up well in this place, plus the maps of the mall (1/5) are just horrendous if you want to find places. Seriously who labels things with MC instead of say letters A to Z...place is clean at least (5/5) though whoever does the maps inside the place needs to lean how to make a good map...as an aside they have signs on the maps saying NOT A TOUCH SCREEN...I found that amusing...

This is regarding your kids carts in the mall. They are disgusting and dirty. My daughter is very sick after we paid 8 dollars to use one of those. This is not the first sick case I heard as my sister was there last week and her daughter got sick also! Those should not be in your mall. I any child you see in those, will get sick! Remove them or get someone stationed there to have them cleaned as they are being used. I am appalled that you guys dont keep those carts clean!! Making parents pay is ridiculous especially after paying to get your baby sick! I would strongly suggest no parent pay to use those green kids carts in the mall!! Your Child will get sick, they are very dirty!!

Scored a great parking spot because for 10 days before Christmas it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. Was able to get where I was going with no problem and made my purchase and was out. I did eat in the food court so don't forget your vaccine ID.

I hate crowds and haven't been to the mall for 2 yrs since covid started but today even though it looked busy I thoroughly enjoyed how well they have implemented covid restrictions per store. It made the nerve wrecking shopping experience a very unexpected pleasant one. Thank you Upper Canada Mall for sticking with restrictions during this unsure time.

They have a Market & Co, a decent food court, lots of space and all the stores you need. Just as modern as Square One or Fairview. Parking is a bit of an effort, but fair. After all, there's just the right amount of crowd here; not congested, hectic and noisy, nor is it cold and desolate. (Visited when Ontario dropped the mask mandates)

Upper Canada Mall is an iconic shopping mall and definitely sits atop many reviewers lists of places to check out for universal shopping needs. The staff is very friendly, as one would expect in this part of the GTA, and it's rare you find that balance with this size or scale. Normally the two don't go hand in hand! The management staff at the mall itself are very reputable and hospitable. Leaders in their industry by any standard. Kudos to everyone making it happen.
