This was a really big mall in Oshawa. It was well maintained and very spacious. The food court was nice and they kept a good social distance between tables. They have all those popular stores so, you can get everything you need at one stop. It was worth the visit.

This is a beautiful shopping 🛍 mall with almost all brand name stores, very spacious and bright indoor space. The parking lot is big and there is a lot of space and everyone is polite. In a bad quality air day, spending some time inside is relaxing and a great idea 👍

We just came back from the mall today, August 31, 2020 and would like to share our experience. Very disappointed and have several health and safety concerns over what we witnessed regarding the public's behaviour in THIS MALL. When the pandemic first hit and places were shut down, rules were put in place for re-opening. After the mall reopened, we were hesitant to enter such a large public place but felt safe when we saw several mall security ensuring safety protocols are followed by the public as far as wearing masks are concerned. After today's shopping experience, there was no security in sight but plenty of people, young and old NOT WEARING THEIR MASKS. How disrespectful and no regard for public health and safety at the Oshawa Centre. NO SECURITY TO BE FOUND TO REPORT what we saw. However, the actual stores in the mall are absolutely following the rules and regulations, while paying the Oshawa Centre for rent space. The owner of this mall does not care for public safety or for the businesses that rent space from them. Shame on the Oshawa Centre for disregarding the health and safety of the public and their retailers who PAY THEM MONEY. We will now take our business online, the mall is not a necessity. This type of behaviour would not be tolerated in a grocery store, so why the mall? SHUT THEM DOWN!

We stopped off at the Keg for an early dinner. It was steady evening and came in within our reservation time. The patio was nice however we enjoyed the interior seating. Waitress was great tonight. There is a surf and turf special, with lobster, shrimps combo. Steak is cooked to perfection. Med rare. Twice baked potatoes with veg. Drinks were great and celebrated a birthday so Billy Minor pie came out. Great food and great service! Always a great time at the Keg!

Had a great time visiting Oshawa Centre. It’s a vibrant mall with a wide variety of stores and eateries, catering to all kinds of needs and tastes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the mall is well-maintained, making shopping trips here both pleasant and convenient. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just strolling around, this mall has something for everyone. Definitely a go-to spot in the area!

One of the finest mall in Oshawa. This is usually a busy place even in the times of Covid. There is also a vaccination clinic at the north entrance. Food court is nice here. Almost al brands are here for your all kind of needs. A nice hang out place for people. A huge parking lot is also available here.

I often do visit the Oshawa Centre mostly for taking a long walk inside the mall & also outside. If I could get 3 rounds of walking, I am satisfied. It fulfills my daily required steps suggested by health professionals. Interesting enough that not every time I come out empty handed; the display of clothing and household goods often attract so much that I tend to buy although those items are not in the shopping list. Ha ha; vulnerable to consumerism spree.

It has improved so much from like 5 years ago. Today was a good experience. Taking safety seriously. I think it’s becoming one of the high end malls. Very good.

In addition to absolutely no capacity control, there are many visitors without masks and disregarding covid protocols, while being rude to other guests and staff (what i observed on my visit). It's one thing to reject masks for whatever the health reason may be, but that does not justify being rude and discriminatory against those who follow the regulations. Mall owner needs to enforce stricter policies.

The greeter at the mall entrance was courteous. The walking path is clearly marked so people can maintain social distancing. All the stores have hand sanitizers at the door and have marked entry and exit points. The mall was not crowded or too busy the time I was there which allowed me to get in and out quickly.

Exceptionally clean mall, guest service is great, security is great. Loads of stores! But they really have sparse options for kids (can we get a carters or at least a childrens place or something???) and the food court could really be improved if they filled the vacant restaurants. Outside restaurants are all great, best Kelsey’s around!

I really liked this place except for the food court, it was really hard to find good veg options over there. But overall I love the experience, the stores were great, the cleanliness was top notch, the helpers were nice and everything was there. Go and enjoy your shopping. ✨

It’s amazing Oshawa town centre. Two floors, yes completely different planning . Lots of people coming from there and everyone enjoying it. Many more people purchasing things and then aged people coming for walking around the mall. Totally I enjoyed that too.

Bright clean environment lots of shops some with really good deals on clothing and things! Spent about an hour there. Have not been in this mall in over 30 years much different outside than 30 years ago .uch more built up! This is a picture of an electric car you can buy in the mall for around $ 10,000 seats 3 4 different colors 😀

I find there isn't much variety when it comes to these clothing stores aside from how they're sewn (poorly vs properly), I have to hunt in the racks just to find a decent T-shirt or a shirt that doesn't bare my midriff. I wish they'd get a Maurice's. I went to Lindsay mall, walked out with 18 items (I've never done that in this mall) for less than $300. But I do love their Record store, Now and Then.

I find it absolutely disgusting that the Oshawa center is refusing essential workers with a pass to bypass the lineups at the doors during Christmas. However, they are allowing bus loads of people from Toronto to entre the building putting us all at risk. This is clear violation of covid-19 restrictions!!! And a complete slap in the face to the essential workers risking their lives every single day for almost a year now that are dealing with this pandemic. I will not be spending a single penny there ever again and really hope other boycott this disgusting behavior.

Big signs posted at all enterances ,masks must for worn on mall property inside and outside includes in all stores . But when the stores have staff inside before opening, they do not wear masks, so they are breathing on the products that you are going to buy. And store security does nothing, shrug thier shoulders and keep walking away, useless. Sorry but I refuse to buy anything from that mall.

This mall is huge. We thought we'd quickly come in, take a quick look at a few stores we were wanting to see and then back out. Once inside though and walking around, I realized how big and impressive this mall in. It's very clean, has very nice stores, and a great selection. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the Oshawa area and looking to get some steps in with some shopping. 5/5.

There's a great selection of stores at the Oshawa Centre. I wish the food court could bring in a pizza place or a Vanelli's. Don't skip on Cocoa Berry! They have slices of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake. There's so much I could say about this mall. Just go! It's the greatest shopping place in Oshawa.

The place was packed to the bottle neck. No parking available, but there is a lot a of parking space, we had to drive around a few time to find a place to park. Besides that the Oshawa Center was an AWESOME place and the food court was Huge. I had some Chinese food and tastes really good. I never tried the other places. But it was a Busy place

The shopping mall stands out with its superb parking facilities, making the visit hassle-free. Its easy accessibility, combined with a manageable crowd, enhances the overall shopping experience. With a diverse range of shopping options under one roof, the mall serves as a one-stop destination. It offers various choices, making it my favorite go-to hangout spot.

Deleted my previous 5 stars review. Drove 45 mins to this mall on the weekend. Long lineup before u can enter the mall while raining and cold outside. No problem for me to line up. All I asked was to let my toddler and infant staying inside with their mom between the doors where the security guard was standing. The security refused. This is totally inhuman. However the security guard allowed a male smoking right next to the door. As a conclusion, the security allows people violate law but not allows toddler/infant waiting at the entrance inside. What kind of world we are living in? Terrible management.

  • 4/5 Julie E. 3 years ago on Google
Lots of great stores since all the new additions but im only giving 4 stars because the layout is still too far to go from one end to the other and now with the new loop which your stuck in until you follow it all the way through. A day of shopping at this mall leaves me exhausted afterwards. But all in all the staffs all real friendly and its up keep is clean, neat and tidy which is important esp in times like these!

I Still miss the nostalgia of the old food court from the 1980s early 90s. I ate at Shanghai 360 today. Very good meal but I will keep walking by most of the stores in there cuz it's not meant for people like me (one without full time work) to shop. Too expensive. I will have to settle for my purpose that was to buy a bus pass and eat lunch (and even that was pricey for a three item meal- almost $17.00 for a three item deal with rice and a can of pop.

They keep expanding on this place but it's a lot of the exact same types of phone case and/or repair shops and stores you never would have otherwise heard of and don't even care to go in because you know it's overpriced garbage but there are also PLENTY of other great stores and a very good and large food court, nice bathrooms, wheelchairs available for rent , plenty of parking space , everything you do want and need !

Honestly, my favourite spot is the food court but the whole mall is so nice and clean compared to before the upgrade. There is every store I could possibly want besides a grocery store. The Indigo is amazing and probably the second best only to the Ottawa Rideau Chapters.

  • 4/5 Jamie R. 2 years ago on Google
By far one of the best malls around the Toronto area. Every store has some sweet employees that go out of their way to assist you with anything that you need, and the food court has some amazing food to eat. The mall is also very clean with barely any spills or marks on the ground that are taken care of staff that are constantly cleaning while maintaining a kind and very welcoming attitude that is nice to have around. Even the security guards are sweet and quick to react to any situations where a guest needs help. Some of the stores are a little bit on the smaller side, but they have good social distancing requirements in place and reasonable store capacities that make the smaller stores feel a lot bigger since you won't have anybody bumping into you. I would recommend this mall to everybody as they have just about everything for everyone of all ages, and anybody who visits will return from the mall feeling happy and positive about their visit to this mall.

Still confused about their mask 😷 rules ,like being able to touch n try on clothes ,house hold items etc.but they worry not about transmission of "CUDDIES "YOU CAN BUY FOOD N SIT WITH NO MASK"WTH.THIS HOLE COVID THING IS A HUGE FOCK UP!!TELL ME THE REASONING BEHIND THAT!!!!

Very impressed with all the remodels since the last time I had been here years ago. It’s so much bigger now with so many more options for shopping, eating and more. Every store we went to the employees were great and helpful. The crystal store was the best.

I'm in the food court and I notice the ladies next to me panicking. I look and see a cockroach heading in their direction. Would have taken picture but I had to stop it and the cleaning staff swept it up promptly. The food we had wasn't all that good. I only gave 2 stars because it was quickly cleaned up.

Food court...the lady that cleaned the tables on Monday used the same dirty cloth to wipe the tables. No spray or sanitizer used. Totally disgusting. Train your staff. Use sanitizing wipes. Nice to know everyones spit and food that dropped out of their mouths was on my food. Oshawa Center clean up your act.

It had been years since I've been there. BOY HAS IT IMPROVED! It's beautiful on the inside and spacious. Great mix of services, shops and food! The only problem was the confusion, as newbies there, of the layout and maps on the inside. We discovered the fastest way to get back to our parking spot was just to keep walking as it was like a circle. Nothing had indicated that. Thanks to the store personnel who helped us! The person we dealt with at the money exchange had trouble counting, she must have been in training....

Place Is not what it used to be, it's all clothing and jewellers scattered around the mall. The whole new section is just those places. The place is fine to score the odd deal and item, plus the food and stuff is decent enough. But it's mostly in and out now instead of mall walking and taking a day to go there.....

The Oshawa Center Mall is a fantastic shopping destination with a wide variety of stores and amenities. From popular retail brands to specialty shops, there's something for everyone. The layout is well-designed and easy to navigate, making shopping a pleasant experience. The mall's food court offers a diverse selection of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're craving fast food or a sit-down meal, you won't be disappointed. One standout feature is the ample parking space, which is always a plus for visitors. Additionally, the mall's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities create a pleasant atmosphere. The only minor drawback may be the occasional crowd during peak hours, but that's to be expected in a popular shopping destination. Overall, I highly recommend Oshawa Center Mall for a delightful shopping and dining experience. It's a great place to spend time with family and friends while indulging in retail therapy.

  • 4/5 Kinjal M. 11 months ago on Google
This is a very spacious and well designed mall. It has a variety of clothing brands, shoe stores, beauty supply stores, accessories and local shops, cellular provider stores/kiosks, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Indigo, Hudson’s Bay, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, a dental centre, salons, and a decent food court. There is a huge parking lot surrounding the mall. The lobby is decorated as per the various occasions/festivals. Sometimes, the crowd outside the mall is troublesome and causes a negative experience but other than that, it’s a nice and less crowded place to have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.

Nice modern shopping centre with a lot of choices and a great food court. I'm going to suggest that a lot of the stores need to hire more staff or better train the few that they have. Products are products....service is everything in my books and it's lacking at this location.

  • 4/5 Grace J. 4 months ago on Google
Nice shopping place. And the food court is so modern, too. So clean, my friend kiddos accidentally made a missed. Good thing Donna, one of the staff helped us to clean the missed, and we continued enjoying our food.

This place is huge, and expect to do lots of walking. The food court is not centrally located, and was a looooooong walk from The Bay. It would be nice if there were some more eating places scattered among the regular stores. Still, it's nice to have a good selection of stores.

Shout out to the excellent guest services staff at the Oshawa Centre! They gave me a wheelchair to push my elderly Mom through the mall and kept her walker with them. We found a stunning dress for her to wear to my daughter’s upcoming wedding…such a great experience! 💕
