A large mall with well-maintained shops and stores. It also has a food court where the Vaccination passport is applicable. We got to show our vaccination passports to sit and eat. It has a variety of cuisines available. I enjoyed the Christmas decorations. Thank you:)

Honestly, one of the best malls in and around Toronto. It has everything that one might need for all age groups. It is also well maintained and rather clean for a big shopping mall. We can easily spend a day walking around. Also, the food options are pretty good and a great variety. There is plenty of parking space although some says it might take you a while to find a spot.

Not as busy as Vaughan Mills so had a slow and comfortable shopping experience. However, did not have the same shops and therefore limited shopping. But still a pleasant experience. Also had a great time viewing the new Mercedes Benz high end range. Food court was a delight and one does nit have to struggle to get a table to have your lunch.

Hi everyone, if you don't want to standing outside the mall in the cold weather, please scan this QR code and do all the questions before you enter the mall. It's the COVID-19 customer screening. And then just the result to the security guy.

Convenient location. Bright, clean and well maintained shopping mall, with big anchor department stores. Plenty parking & in love with the their Tesla charging parking station. A large food court with a good selection of many food vendors featuring a large variety of cuisines. We always get a quick bite after shopping. Great shopping spot !

A very nice & well maintained shopping mall, with big anchor department stores and stores of all other popular brands. A large clean modern food court with a good selection of food vendors featuring a large variety of cuisines. Nice atmosphere and great vibes for family shopping. Always very festive for the seasons.

The mall has improved over the years but there are major safety concerns that happen quite regularly with the renovations that really show the holding corporation and the mall do need care about patron safety. This week they have removed a staircase from the 1st to 2nd floor. The only thing blocking the top level from an open fall to the bottom level is a taped, yes taped piece of plywood and a few twisted around pieces of thin wire which anyone could remove. Furthermore the taped portions as you can see in the pictures leave a very large space where a tiny child could squeeze through. The individual mall was noticed two days ago, the corporate head office was notified this morning. Neither of them care. The lady that answers the phone at head office went as far as to say, and I quote, " I haven't seen it personally so I can explain it the mall, you should call them" when I tired to explain I had and I'm letting head office know as the issue still exists, she said well she can't do anything about it, she is at 20 queen. Fantastic problem solving skills and zero listening or critical thinking ability. The other safety issues are around the aging underground parking near the food court. Routinely small rotten pieces of debris fall on and around cars. These damage paint and then the mall says if you don't have a video of it happening they can't do anything about it, even though if you look around any pillar you can see large examples of what has fallen, and lots of parking lots are divided by our have a pillar in them. If a small piece of the broken concrete fell on the head of an infant or a young child in a stroller, all of a sudden they would care, until then they won't. The pictures attached here just an example, but look at the room from the underside and then look in a few parking spots and you will see for yourself. They have been made aware of this over 2 years ago. The approach by the individual mall to make issues like this hard to deal with, and the total lack of any problem solving by the lady who answered the call shows you they just don't care.

It was decent. The sliced toasted candied almonds are the best part of the croissant. 3 stars only because I’ve had far better croissants elsewhere, but this is a pretty good option if you want a quick sweet treat at the mall.

Beautiful mall with a large variety of stores. From high end, to value, to niche and unique shops, I find that there is something for everyone. The food court is pretty large too, with lots of options and seating. Lots of coffee, bubble tea, and dessert options in the mall too to make it a great outing.

DO NOT COME HERE TO HANGOUT WITH FRIENDS. They have some stores but not all the stores a girl needs to survive. The overall feel was very cheap. The food here is lacking. The stores were empty. Capitalism has failed us folks. There are way better alternatives. Like cross the border into America. Or drive to Toronto for Eaton or Yorkdale malls. Let capitalism work for you not you work for capitalism.

Great local mall with more than what u need. I would like to ask the security to look at the kids that are yelling screaming loitering in the mall disturbing others. We all know how it is when teenagers of 20-40 gather. They are up to no good. We need to watch out to ensure this mall don’t get downgraded because of them. This ain’t an afterschool playground.

Large and spacious CF Mall in Markham with big box stores including Walmart, Best Buy, Toysrus, Sporting Life, Decathlon and Homesense/Winners. Many shops are catered towards Asians too, including Luk Fook Jewellers and various bubble tea places. The food court has a decent selection, but could use more restaurants to bring 8t on par with other CF malls. They have Tesla Superchargers, and only a few Flo chargers that get frequently blocked by ICE vehicles.

Security said if you have an appointment then you can enter. Which appointment?? Its not mentioned on their website that we need to have an appointment to enter.. for safety its obviously good. But atleast make it clear on your website that without some kind of appointment you can't enter. And give option to book it...

Been to the mall on Nov 28, noted that traffic control is essential during such time of the year. However there seems to lack of coordination and communication between management and security. More than 30 people came out in 20 mins from one entrance while a long queue of people waiting to get into the mall, including children and elder standing outside. By simply saying management disallowed people to get into while too many people going in from the lower level.

Oh, the Markville Mall is so cool! My dad loves the New York Fries there. I love it too! The parking lot is very big, so no one would be left out! The place is full of lanterns during Chinese New Year. There is also a Christmas Tree at Christmas!

Upscale mall conveniently located in Markham at Hwy 7 & McCowan with lots of free parking. The mall has decent selection of popular stores, spacious and super clean with great Covid safety protocols. Lighting in the mall is nice and elegant. Food court is excellent with lots of selections.

Good selection but security really needs to be more active about people who aren't following covid 19 measures. Multiple people sighted with their mask not covering their face or completely removed, this is how we get sick guys please do your part.

Everything you need is here! Walmart, bestbuy, uniqlo, zara, aritzia, you name it! There's also a decent food court. It gets very crowded during weekend so recommended to come early. Plenty of parking but the side in front of walmart is usually filled up pretty quickly.

This is the best mall in Markham and possibly the best mall in the Greater Toronto area. It has every possible high end boutique and brand and then some. Tres poshy. Love it. Especially at Christmas the mall decor is over the top and shopping is supreme.

Amazing mall with great brands and some nice restaurants in it. The food court is pretty clean. Washrooms are spread out. Ample parking is available at the rear of the mall. There are multiple exits so ride around till you find a spot closest to the shopping spot you want. The parking off Highway 7 is usually full on weekends. I love how they setup a huge tree and a lit up moose every Christmas. There's also a compact Santa village with paid pictures taken. I only wish this mall also had a play area for kids.

Parking seems to be always an issue but just park on the other side of the mall where Best Buy is and walk over. This mall is also easily accessible by transit. This mall can benefit from a renovation and can be expanded to be bigger and nicer. They also open on special holidays, which is a bonus. They try to be make it more upscale by having these nice shops but there something that seems to be missing. Walmart there seems a little bit rundown but opens late. A few commercial restaurant chains there but who needs to eat at those when there are so great establishment nearby? Customer Service at the mall are helpful.

This mall is 5 minutes from home and has significantly changed for the better over the years since Cadillac Fairview took over with better stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking spots and not as busy as let’s say...Yorkdale Mall. Convenient and decent mall to go to when I need to get some shopping done.

Wow. Just wow. I was so happy to see during this COVID pandemic CF has stepped up their game and implemented an array of precautionary protocols to curb the spread of COVID 19. There are signs on the floor which are directing traffic and for those that don’t like following the rules or you missed the markings or simply forgot, there are people directing the direction of traffic. I was hesitant to go to the mall at first but I was very pleased with the way they are handling the flow of traffic. Great job.

This mall has started to grow on me, it has the shops I like such as Uniqlo, H&M, Zara, Banana Republic and has great food vendors when you inevitably scoff down a cinnamon bun with fries. Just be aware of terrible parking etiquite and just the overall bad drivers who accumulate at this location. My car was hit right in-front of the mall, parked, while I was shopping, and not one person gave a damn about it. Drivers beware!

Great mall love it. Markville Shopping Centre in the Cadillac Fairview chain of malls, is a shopping mall of over 160 stores in Markham, Ontario, Canada. It is located at the intersection of Highway 7 East and McCowan Road. Its anchors are Hudson's Bay, Winners, Walmart Supercentre, Sporting Life, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Marshalls, Uniqlo, Best Buy, and a Toys R Us/Babies R Us combo store.

Markham is in lockdown so no mall shopping but essential services are open. The sign obviously says Thurs and Fri open at 10am but security wouldn't allow anyone in until 11am. Frustrating! Especially since I only wanted to go to the Scotiabank ATM, their website said it opened at 10am! FYI, when I finally got inside I was informed that beside Joeys there's an access door to their ATM from the outside (by the parking lot between entrance 10 and the entrance closer to Walmart which isn't accessible during lockdown)!

  • 3/5 Corina L. 3 years ago on Google
It's not to bad here despite there being Covid. The whole Mall isn't open now but when I was there before the most recent lockdown they made sure they looked out for the safety of customers. They have hand sanitizer everywhere and security to show you what side to walk on.

I have always loved Markville Mall. Within walking distance to my home. 3 days ago on my visit to Marshall's store, I walked by all the stunning Christmas Decor. The tree is huge and ever so bright lights of red, clear, green. A huge clear lite Moose statue comes to life along with a stunning huge ball of clear lights on the lower level. The Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling of the mall, make it more special. I was in awe and could have stayed all day just sitting and staring at all tbe beautiful Christmas Decor. Thank you Markville Mall.🌟❤🌟

Always friendly staff around. Tons of amazing stores to shop at. I give it a 4 star rating only cause quite a few people were not following the guideline stickers on the floor to help social distance. It's not hard to follow the direction stickers on the floor. I know its not the malls fault but I just thought I would point that out for anyone that wants to visit soon. I suggest wearing a three layer mask! Be safe everyone!

I'm worried about how this Mall will survive the shutdown(s ). I was there on the Saturday before the shutdown that we are in right now and I was surprised at how many stores had closed after the first shutdown. Along with the loss of Hudsons Bay (an anchor store) that's a huge rental revenue gone! How many more stores will be gone when they reopen?

Keep up the good work 👍 Original review: Sales associates are there to retrieve stock from the storage room and the cashier is to take your money. Please DO NOT expect anything from this store. The staff there are team players to support their own laziness.

Because of the nearest shopping mall to where I live, it is the first choice for shopping. The environment is the most basic standard style of Shopping Mall in Canada. Most brands are similar to other malls, but there is sporting life here. I love Sporting life. I seem to have seen Supreme? I'm not sure.

The Markville mall's Shoppers Drug Mart is located behind the Walmart and can not be accessed through the mall due to covid. If you wish to go there you need to drive around the mall's parking lot and enter the store from its exterior entrance. The pharmacy is good and people are friendly. The rest of the mall seems to be entry by appointment with the exception to stores that have their own exterior door outside the mall like Walmart. If you like my review's, photo's or video's park your car and give thumb a mall size thumbs up.

Clean, convenient, great mid-range shops. The mall is very nice for its size. Very suburban location. Shop selection could be broader, but is limited primarily due to the mall’s slightly smaller size for its kind. The bathrooms can be pretty gross, though.

This was an excellent mall to visit. Many upbeat and fun stores to experience. The Santa set they have set up really hit a soft spot and reminded me of how fun the holiday season can be. Staffed by an assistant manager who really goes the extra mile to make sure families have an excellent experience, she really cares and it certainly shows.

I would give a five star for Markville mall, the food court was nice renovated! But part of the parking lot was not bright enough. Also the Bus stop Bullock Dr. was also not bright enough for the person who wants to take the bus to shop during the winter season. If you want to cross the intersection be aware of the left turn vehicles.

April 2022 3★ Located by exit #10, you've likely come here to either a) rant, b) pick up a gift card or c) look for something you've lost while in the mall... Service was so so, was asked a lot of questions and was challenged. Maybe the guy wasn't in a good mood? In any case, service with a smile was lacking.

Quite a nice mall with quite a few stores. I didn't get to explore the entire mall but it wasn't very crowded when I went today, compared to STC which is always packed to the Max. I wish I could have checked out the food court but there were a lot of stores, smaller than I'm used to but I liked how easy it was to get around. There are so many escalators and stairs compared to some other malls.

It's a sprawling mall with great shops. However trying to get out of the parking lot on a Saturday after the mall closes.......

A well kept up to date indoor mall in Markham's east end. Markville Mall has been a staple of this community. It is located at the northwest corner of McCowan Road and Highway 7 East. Cadillac Fairview management has been continuously reinvesting into the mall to bring it up to modern standards. There's a good mixture of low end and higher end stores. Plentiful of food options inside the mall and surrounding the parking lots. There is ample parking except during busy holiday shopping season. This mall is typically open during Canadian public holidays.

Haven’t been to this mall in years. It was getting a bit run down and too many little independent places that didn’t appeal to me. Was pleasantly surprised on this visit. The mall looks brand new inside and lots of great selection on the stores. Usually shop I frequent Upper Canada mall in Newmarket but will definitely be making a few more trips to this mall.

Mall is great has excellent selection of stores and services. Was a disappointment some drivers are thoughtless and don’t care about others this one’s blocking the EV with a gas car, they prevented me from charging my car

I haven't been to Markville Mall for over 5 years. Yesterday's visit is a great experience . The Mall has been renovated and upgraded. There's many new shops and different varieties of stores. it's a nice place to shop & dine ! Happy to see that business is picking up after the pandemic .

All the prominent retailers are there in this mall. Its one stop shops. Its not an outlet mall so prices aren’t cheap but then you get better customer experience and new products. Clean and neatly maintained.

In a time when the shopping malls are dying. It's hard to write a good review about them. At first site Markville just about everything you can expect from shopping mall. Brand names and food court. Oh, of course, marked up prices. I believe the basic idea about shopping malls is to have some kind of attraction. Create an energy that you will find unmatched anywhere else. Now I can't say I got that from Markville. Their holiday setup was nice. I will give them that. A decent variety of brand name stores. I didn't have time to check if there was a movie theater, which my thought is. If a mall doesn't have a movie theater, it's pretty much on life support at this point. I do recommend that you check out Markville if you are in the area, even if it's to do the old window shopping.

My favourite shopping mall in Markham. I usually go to Markville for my essential needs from food to clothing. Love the food court with so many choices. My kids loves toysrus and Apple Store. One store is missing here is the Lego Store that our family wish it will open in this mall one day!! 😂😂
