This is one grocery store I just enjoy going to. They have fresh seafood, they can even have fresh lobsters steamed. Lots of cheese choices, baked goods, fresh produce, good quality of fresh meat. Aisles are wide, place so clean. They also have hot food, an organic section, aisles for kitchen stuff and wine. So many good choices all in one place.  I also liked that they have Joe Fresh apparel for men, women and kids. It is just unfortunate that they no longer have cooking classes.  Also Optimum card doesn't give points for all purchases only for certain items being offered for the week.

Great experience. Very clean and everyone is respecting health rules. Make sure you guys advise your employees to be careful when taking back shopping carts at the end of the day. No cars want to get dented.

Has AI already taken over - 45 minute wait (plus three calls to customer service) to get someone to come to the patisserie to serve me. They weren't allowed to write on the cake so I had to do it by myself behind the counter. I'm tired of these grocery stores making hundreds of millions of dollars but they can't even staff up the store. And they expect me to bag and check myself out after that too. Might as well be an Amazon store where you have an RFID and everything you put in your pockets or bags and leave the store with just gets automatically charged to your card. Customer service no longer seems to be an imperative for this business.

This location of Loblaws just located north of Bloor on the East wall is one of the nicer more spaces designed locations, just mind your manners please because Loblaws gets crazy.🥰 There are always exceptional items here and great quality meat plus hard-working employees. Myself I have worked in the grocery industry several times and can speak from experience when I tell you that it is important to give people the best Price's by remembering not to waste food by leaving it everywhere around the store. There are many wonderful people in this world who deserve to eat and Loblaws is often full of customers who have more money and the prices might be a little bit more but that's part of the experience of shopping you get what you pay for. 🤔 so please be considerate of others when you go shopping and try to be aware of others around you and use your manners so that everybody including the employees can have a decent shopping experience. Make sure to check out some yummy snacks, but no matter what time of year please have good taste when you come to the grocery store and use your manners and don't forget your Optimum. 💯🇨🇦🤓🖖

The customer service in this place is non existent , at the meat counter waiting for someone to assist me for 35 minutes. Sign up that says gone for lunch, no one around, tried calling for a manager or any other help and no one comes, this happens quite frequently, Tried speaking to the "manager " James who has a smug look on his face while he smiles and laughs. no apology, just an " on well" I was busy attending to other issues. How does a major grocery chain like this, with crazy high meat prices not have anybody to assist customers for over 40 minutes? there were 5 people standing waiting for meat, all the others left with frustration. I will never go back to this location. As for James , he needs to find a new job where he does not interact with customers. as a small business owner I would be appalled at this lack of customer service

A little pricey when it comes to most things, but the potato wedges and sushi here are amazing. They have and area where you can buy chicken tenders, mac and cheese, potato wedges, french fries and so much more, freshly made and served hot. Not only does it taste good but they are also cost friendly.

I shop at Loblaws all the time! It's so nice inside and there's always decorations decorating the store depending on the season. The bakery always has a little theme as well, with cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc. When you walk in you're greeted by the produce section, which I am very grateful for, we all could eat a little healthier. There are two bakeries one with the sweets and the other with the bread. The bread section is very pretty with their displays and has fresh baked bread, very tasty! The seafood section, along with the deli is also very nice. The deli has these fancy fridges holding all the fancy cheese, it's an awesome display! Then there's the meat department (my favourite). It's very well organized, there's lots of ready meals to choose from, which I find people really love. The meat is really good and their turkeys are sorted by weights! Who does that, it's great! Then there's the middle isles, which sell a lot of home items you may need like plates, pots, pans, and even pillows and blankets, as well as holiday decorations. There's a wine/ beer isle. We can't forget about Joe Fresh, the clothes section! It's very hard not to go and shop for clothes after you've just been grocery shopping. The selection is great and the price is decent as well. They sell everything to pajamas, to workout clothing, everyday clothing, socks, underwear, bras, to kids and toddler clothing. Loblaws uses 50% off stickers for food that are about to expire and it's amazing, you can buy it half off and make it for dinner, or throw it in the freezer. The very last thing is the PC Optimum points. You collect them every time you shop, and when you get to a certain amount, you get some money off your groceries. You can also collect the points at certain gas stations, so your points accumulate very fast, nothing like free groceries! If you haven't shopped here, you must! Even if you just go to look around. It's worth the visit!

Went to the garden center today. Had a wide range of flowers than I expected. Great quality and well priced too. Best to come early morning since the location is quite busy after 12 pm. Other than that great customer service from the front rep! Not a bad experience.

Good place for me to visit as I am close by. Typically go there for the flowers. Great ladies in that department! They do sell flowers on a discounted rate Typically 50% of any they are still beautiful and fresh. In my eyes I think they have a quota that needs to be meet. So they liquidate for the limited space. Works out alright for the guys trying to surprise there ladies with inflation due to our times. Appreciate your help ladies in the flower department. Haven't meet the rest of the team so no words in that regard on this establishment. Have gn everyone

This is a great store. The selection is good, the layout is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. Produce is fresh. Selection of dry goods is good. I love the cheese section. Their prepared foods area has lots of variety including a fresh sushi area. They have beer, wine and cider which is very convenient.

I went there with my mom it was really busy I sat in the car and waited for her as I watched so many people going in and out. It's a very busy location, I'm a very big location as well. It's a very clean well-kept store and a lot of stuff on site helping people carry stuff to their cars or watching the doors or whatever but there's a lot of people and stuff on on site and very clean and tidy store. They have handicap parking and a handicap entrance. They have a very big selection of stuff of produce and breads and milk and everything you can think of, they have practically everything you're looking for to make a great dinner!

What an amazing grocery store (it's a lot more than just this, but putting it in a Kiwi equivalent). There is SO MUCH on offer and the selection is almost overwhelming. Beautiful pastries, and a bistro, self-service soups and meals ... the list goes on!

Very clean and beautifully organized super store. It offers deli and other food items as well as a great selection of baked goods. The cakes on display are amazing. So are the flowers and bouquets. In the grocery area one finds beautiful displays of fresh fruits and vegetables. The aisles are clutter free and well stocked. Their frozen section has a wide selection of food options. It also houses a Joe Fresh store offering hip apparel for the whole family.

Bakery smelt so fresh. The staff is pretty helpful and polite (I encountered the ones at the self checkout) Lots of variety and stuff with some products being a little expensive vs some on flyer deals. Over all, good experience. Airy and bright.

Every frozen product purchased from here post-pandemic has been defrosted and then refrozen. I believe their management team has changed. Their frozen products typically sit at room temperature for several hours before staff put them in the freezer. They also frequently remove frozen product from the freezer, leave it on a trolley for a few hours, and then return to put it in other freezers.

This Loblaws on The East Mall is SUPER well stocked with EVERYTHING you need! I went in to pick up a couple items, that were actually Loblaws name brands items, and as usual, came out with a bunch of stuff, THAT I DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER, that I needed, and, that I was out of, at home. Great stock of stuff from my cat too!

I have to agree with the reviews about the horrible Grocery Pick up. I have done it 3 times and every time had a bad experience. The most frequent issue is they had large number of items as being unavailable. I am not talking about rare items. I am talking about somewhat basic additions to staples like ground beef, lettuce, and bananas. I live literally 5 minutes from this place and I would rather go the metro or Food Basics down the road than this place. The young associates they hire are not helpful and quite frankly lazy. I keep having bad experiences there. I went there 2 days ago early in the morning as they were the only ones open, went to their bakery looking for a small carrot cake. I couldnt see one and asked the associate to pack up another cake and asked about the carrot cake to see if they had one, they said no. When I was leaving the store after paying, I was passing the bakery, I saw one in the display just below my original vantage point.

I'd give this higher stars if the prices were more affordable. It's price gouging here. Although quality is good in most of the bakery items...the croissants were quite dry. No bags or boxes were available for the items you have to self purchase ie. Donuts. I waited a long time for help....no one came...so i gave up. But luckily for me spent less money 💰

My favourite place to get bougie people gifts. You can never go wrong with a basic basket of funky goods like various aged cheese salamis from around the world and crackers with things in them that you never heard of and they have this all here plus a their bakery section makes your mouth water and eyes glisten. I also recommend if you are hungry get yours a boat at the sushi counter for a tenner. It's expensive. This is not your basic grocery store and thankfully they are not trying to be. It's for "treat yourself" and "love yourself" and "I need a gift for fancy person" store.

This is such a huge store with a great selection. Tofu and alternative cheeses were impossible to find. They should have the vegan stuff all together for an easier shopping experience. I gained some serious mileage trying to track it down. Its location is not intuitive!

Updated Review: This Loblaws is still consistently clean. It has more T&T supermarket items since joining the roster. (Although their ready-to-eat items is really overpriced). This location is very spacious and doesn't feel too crammed and well distanced and labeled. Review from 5 years ago: It used to be a 24 hrs Loblaws, but due to revamping designs and a Metro close by (at Cloverdale and 24 hrs), it's now open till 11pm only. There's also a Joe Fresh located in one of North West section of this Loblaws as well! This is one of the first Loblaws with beer and alcohol located near the Candy aisle. The decor of this Loblaws is nice, clean and organized. The self-serve and assisted checkouts are well organized. The staff is super helpful!

DO NOT DO A GROCERY PICK UP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROTTEN AND MOLDY FRUIT AND VEGETABLES. Every time I do a PC Express grocery pick up, I have to throw most of the produce out. Every time this happens, I tell myself it's the last time I will shop there but this past time, I mean it. I will never pick up groceries here again. The produce is completely rotten, oozing liquid and covered in white, fuzzy mold. The people who pick the orders do not give any consideration for what they are selecting. There is no excuse for this to happen over and over. I have noted this in the survey that they send out and I have called to inform them and I have spoken to a manager. THEY DO NOT CARE. PC Express has lost me as a customer solely based on the disgusting and inedible produce that I receive every week.
