2nd visit after 3~4 year gap. The food was enough for 3 people. The quantity was good. Had the best Baigan bartha. The charred flavour on the brinjal was on point and the masala was not too excess or less. Amazing ever!

WORST RESTAURANT EVER..... We have ordered 30 tandoori rotis for the party. We were very hungry but rotis are so so so worse and not able to eat for the humans. Our party got spoil because of their stupidity. They are not even feeling sorry and didn't refund. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Worst ever restaurant. Totally wastage of money. NEVER GO THERE They don't have the guts to reply to the bad and genuinel reviews and then they are playing a game by putting the good reviews straight away and edit the old reviews

There is no option for minus rating. We spent $150 there. It was the take out order. Worst food i ever had tasted. We ordered tandoori roti. They gave us the really worst tandoori rotis. It was really hard to chew. Our family dinner got ruined. I will not recommend this location to any of my friend or family.

Highly recommend 👌 very delicious food and excellent customer service. Absolutely right combination of spices. I would say thats what it called " Authentic Indian cuisine ".I gonna stay canada for a week and definitely come eat every day. I felt like i am eating in Northern India .Only thing is lack of sitting space BTW no big issue. So far two restaurants has been the perfect Indian food so far (Namastee Authentic Indian cuisine in narita Tokyo Japan and Rajdhani sweets & Restaurant....again very delicious and affordable 😋

Bought one sweet which was a bit sour in taste as if it was old not fresh. Found the sabji and roti delicious always here. Bhatura is very oily and thick in case you are looking forward to have good chhole bhature then not here. The fixed dish is always good here. Fresh Sabjis and awesome naan. Tasty overall.

My family is extremely upset with the Islington location, Rajdhani. My family and I have been coming to Rajdhani since this location opened, and we have never experienced such a disgusting blunder. The service at Islington location has really gone down. My family went this evening to order some samosas and sweets. The counter girl said we have only the small samosas my family ordered $3.00 worth samosas. They waited for 15 minutes, and the counter girl said, " Mam, they are in the fryer." My family thought they would get hot, fresh, yummy samosas. Then the waitress came and gave us the brown bag of samosas and handed it to my family with the sweets we ordered. My family paid cash money, and the counter girl did not give a recpiet. When they came home, we were looking forward to hot fresh samosas, and when we opened the bag....all the samosas were cold and 3 of the samosas were burnt and broken, which is extremely gross which Nobody can eat. My family is so upset because no one can enjoy what is supposed to be hot and fresh samosas. Rajdhani is not a place anymore. TAKEN FOR GRANTED THAT FOOD WILL BE EATABLE. The counter girl should have simply said we don't have samosas at this time. Be honest.

If you are taking out food make sure to check if everything has been packed . We have had experience today where few things like aloo methi and chutney was missed. As prices have increased things like these makes a lot of difference so please be carefull and check your order before taking it home. Attaching the receipt as owner replied for the reference . You can check the date and items missed was 3.49$ . I would advise the owner to help the staff instead of saying this never happened. Although i have change the rating just because i still like the food from there and i have been a customer from last few years.

Very nice place with lots of street food options. Loved the chai there and the pakoras with it on a cold snowy day in Toronto. They have lots of options for sweets and I loved the Besan Barfi there.

It was an worth-it experience at Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant. Their vegan options are mouth watering. We ordered Veg. Thali and it has three Sabzi, rice, naan/roti, salad and sweet (Halwa❤). Veg. The dish was very tasty and enough to full the stomach. Loved their bread pakoda. Thali was one of the best dish there as per my understanding. Now talking about the pricing, it is totally fair (no explanation needed). Staff was very friendly (unlike some restaurants).

Service-0 Communication- Rude =0 Food = some of Refried and rest of good. Service good food doesn’t mean you behave rude and what you like. Restaurant stays busy that doesn’t mean , employees answer rudely and ignore customer if ask anything. Employee touched food with bare hands. Food was touching on glass. It was my first and last time at this place. Sorry and thank you.

Good number of selection in menu, quick service and mainly tasty food. For dine-in, the space is small with less seating. So keep an option for a take-out too. Must try chilly pakora..only if you can handle the chilly heat 😋

HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE-JUST LIKE ROBBERY. I have been going to this little place for 20 years. The prices were rising a little in the past while so I just wasn't going as often but absolutely loyal. Today I went in after ordering on the phone for a pickup and was SHOCKED at what they've done to portion sizes and prices. The girl had to make sure I understood the size of the takeout container that I was getting. I couldn't believe my eyes what they were going to charge. This is my order - comes to about a cup and half of Mattar Paneer and 4 regular naan - $33. Rajdhani you should be ASHAMED what you have done to your customers. We all understand that the economy has gotten difficult, but you have gone over the mark to immoral. After 20 years I will never come to your restaurant again and will counsel my friends to stay away. SHAMEFUL.

the best vegetarian north indian restaurant in the GTA! we have been coming to this restaurant for 15+ years now. we have seen it changed from renovations to price changes. and still is definitely our favourite restaurant to go to. it’s full of nostalgia and great food! i always order a thali with sweets. prices are reasonable, staff is nice, restaurant is well maintained & bathroom is decent as well. if you go definitely get the palak paneer or any other paneer dish.

I paid $7.69 for that tiny portion of chana masala. I understand inflation but seriously?! the container is smaller than the palm of my hand. I mean it’s a good portion of food if you don’t wanna eat much but at least lower the price! anyway food was good as always.

NEVER BUYING AGAIN IN MY LIFE FROM THIS LOCATION. PATHETIC FOOD, EXTRA SALTY and extra sweet. Long story short, called them for a catering order of 18 and asked for moong dal halwa as desert. The quotation provided was very lucrative and made me go there to book my catering. When I went there I was told I had to pay more be because it was a premium desert option. When I asked them what changed between my call and visit, they had no answer. Asked them why it was not told I cannot order for 18 but only 20 on the call, they had no answer again. Consider their Manchurian like a sweet dish, extra sweet; Raita tasteless, dal makhni is lots of cream and salty AF...please check my video of the salad container they provided to me has a cockroach in it. I had to throw away the whole container and food just by seeing the cockroach in front of my guests. My Worst Canada Day family weekend got ruined because of their food. Will be following up with a formal complaint soon.

I love this place but they need to be careful while maintaining the hygiene. I found hair in two samosas which was gross. 🤮🤮🤮So I didn’t feel like eating them. Other than that they have great Indian food at this place .

Good food. Overall good place and good quality food. Have been going here for a while for samosas, this was the first time we got take out! We always call ahead for samosas, so this was a different experience. It felt a little unorganized at the moment due to COVID as there seems to get a crowd at the cash register. They could use a number system or something. There was no limit on how many people can go inside. Felt uncomfortable as there were so many people inside (including a lady without a mask).

If you ever visit this place, don’t forget to try their Rasmalai. Trust me, it will make you come back over and over again. Fresh and so much mouthwatering that you will instantly fall in love. Other items are great too. I tried Veg Thali once, it was huge and my tummy felt happy and satisfied. One of the best restaurants. Recommended.

Quick service. Food tastes good. Naan and curry option is nice. We had samosa chat, Naan with shahi paneer, samosa and Masala chai. Samosas sometimes little oily sometimes good. Masala chai is so awesome. Nice street food.

I recently dined at this fantastic restaurant, and it unquestionably deserves a five-star rating. Their Noodles were a perfect fusion of flavors and textures, an absolute delight for the taste buds. The Chat Papari was a burst of tangy and crunchy goodness, a classic Indian street food at its finest. To top it off, the Falooda was a sweet sensation, a refreshing end to a delicious meal. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was cozy. If you're in the mood for exquisite Noodles, mouthwatering Chat Papari, and a delightful Falooda, this restaurant is a must-visit for an unforgettable culinary experience.

From the packing to the quality of food, liked everything. Less oil in the food and tastes like homemade. Ordered 2 thali's and was pleasantly surprised to find different dishes in both the Thali's. My husband and I happily shared. Ordered Tawa Roti for my little one and it was just like mom-made. Glad to find this place.

Horrible experience. We came to have a family dinner on a Sunday to begin a fresh week on a happy note and not to take the tantrums of the staff here. We pay for the good food and service and not for the poor quality food and service for a brand name like Rajdhani.

Just had a Uber delivery. Everything was super blank. No salt no flavour. Had Rajma chawal- rajma were not properly cooked and rice were also. No presentation. Had veg biriyani- same problem. No flavour at all. Ordered two plates but get only one dahi with that. It’s so worst god know the cook there but he really need some learning. Got salad with that with bad lettuce .ewwwww Like seriously you guys pack it without even noticing what you are putting in those boxes. God bless your mentality and dedication you guys work there. It is such shame on the restaurant. Full of food hazard. Sure will have a proper complaint about that to proper authority. I wish there could be stars in negative. Never ever ordering from this place or any franchise. So done.!

I recently visited this restaurant and found the food to be okay. While the flavors were decent, they didn't quite hit the mark for me. The staff was courteous, but the service was self-service, so there wasn't much interaction with them. Overall, it was an average dining experience. If you're looking for a quick Indian meal, this place might be worth a try.

Ordered a take out for 15 people. Their special vegetable thali was fantastic and very budget friendly. It had 3 types of curries (of our choice) : Chana Masala, Malai Kofta and Mattar paneer, roti, pulav, boondi raita and Gajar halwa. All of this was too tasty. But their samosas (not a part of the thali) were the best that I have had so far in Canada! Our guests totally loved the food! The people working over here are very polite and hardworking, especially the Manager, Kajal. She even helped me get a duplicate receipt after I had misplaced the original one. I will highly recommend this place.

Long story short: Most of the food here will get the job done but be prepared that it can be a hit or miss at times. In most cases, it’ll be average or slightly above average for the prices.

We ordered many items such as Chhole Bhature, Veg Thali, Paneer paratha, Kachori Channa, Chai and Lassi. paneer paratha and Veg thali was nice. Bhature was also very nice but Chole wasn’t good and Lassi was terrible. There was no taste of lassi at all and want event thick.

🪳Worst! Worst! Worst! 🪳Experience ever. Me and my wife went to this location and we ordered channa bhtura and there was a cockroach🪳 inside it. Since than my wife is feeling pain in stomach. I had a talk with ill-mannered lady manager on the call. And her behaviour was even worse at first she was very rude. And even after notifying the staff members they were still serving the same channe to the other customers which was very bad for them. The manager also stated that if you want to complaint about anything you should go to missisuaga location and she told me to leave the location. Ridiculous. I’ll be taking serious action against them.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this Rajdhani restaurant, this deserving a solid five stars. The Chana Bhatura was a delight, with fluffy, perfectly fried bhaturas paired with flavorful chickpea curry. The crisp in bhatura was my favourite. My wife had Baingan Bharta and it showed the chef's mastery, with smoky roasted eggplant blended to perfection. The Matar Paneer in thali was creamy and rich, with tender paneer and aromatic spices and so was the paalak paneer. I was also impressed ,by the impeccable service. The ambiance added to the overall charm, making it a memorable meal. If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit for its stellar Chana Bhatura, Baingan Bharta, and Matar Paneer.

If you're in search of delectable Pav Bhaji, exquisite Biryani, and top-notch service, look no further. This restaurant, with Manpreet's exceptional service, guarantees a memorable dining adventure. A five-star experience! The Sweet Lassi was creamy and refreshing, a perfect start. The Sarso Saag was a seasonal delight, rich and authentic. And the Cream Roll for dessert was the ideal sweet ending. This restaurant delivers an exceptional culinary journey through its delectable offerings. Highly recommended!
