This is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I got the Florence and the Romano. I don’t like rosemary and they were able to leave it off the pizza. This has definitely become my go to place for pizza. The crust is thin and delicious and the dollops of cheese are so creamy.

Pizzeria Du is the best pizza you’ll have. I stand by it as a fan from its inception to what it has become. Innovative palettes are created with rich and authentic flavours. Always consistent in quality and delivery. A simple menu which offers take out only, unless you are dining at the affiliate Osteria Du where you can dine in. Featuring the best vegan wood burning oven pizza cooked to perfection. It’s a challenge to find vegan pizzas that steer away from using overly processed ingredients. Pizzeria Du has artfully mastered their dough and creamy textures using nut cheeses while combining flavours using herbs and vegetables with consideration to aroma and taste for each pizza that is uniquely its own. Having tried everything on the menu ~ every bite of the Mediterranean pizza (my favourite) is savoury and delicious! Romana is hearty and creamy. Florence pizza is for mushroom lovers and spread with a flavourful pesto. Garlic knots are warm and soft. The Pepperoni is alright if you are someone who eats meat or used to eat it and wants something that resembles it. Always greeted and served with smiles and warmth, it's always a pleasure to connect with the staff. Every friend I’ve brought here (carnivores and fellow vegans) have deemed it to be one of the best pizzas overall and vegan delights they’ve had in the city. Pizzeria Du has carved their own lane and set a bar!

As a vegan it is difficult finding a proper pizza in the city/world... Since I took a chance with Pizzeria Du last year, it's been a staple in the house. My non-vegan family members no longer enjoy any other pizza. The BBQ Jackfruit is an absolute favourite. The Florence and the Mediterranean is really good also. Aside from the pizza, try the garlic knots as well. Update- just tried the buffalo mushroom, it wasn’t bad but I would still stick with the jackfruit and the Florence as top 2. Also tried the pizza puffs, with the ranch dip. Ranch dip is really good, however the pizza puffs I could do without, I was expecting an explosive flavour similar to the pizzas but it was more bland but a good snack option I suppose if you don’t want a whole pizza.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food, well worth the prices! Had the oyster mushroom pot pie and marianara pizza which were both delicious - their pizzas are especially amazing and a good size as well. Away does great plant based foods and it's great to see them opening up a full-service restaurant to complement their cafe on College street. Will be back with friends and family for sure.

Went there for lunch and it was the best meal I have had in Toronto. The canelloni with pesto and cashew cheese was great, but the BBQ jackfruit pizza was shockingly exceptional and creative. You can tell the chefs are really skilled and passionate about the food they serve. We were treated with great friendly service and the food didn't take long to arrive. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet, and the interior design of the restaurant is really beautiful which added to the lovely atmosphere.

This is my local vegan pizza joint and I couldn’t be happier ! They have a fancy vibe, but always play with their menu to recreate the favourites alongside the gourmet. I really like how they have their own fleet of bike delivery people, I far prefer this to using a third party app !! I keep coming back, love this spot. Great groceries too !

Got the lasagna, french onion soup and garlic bread. Website said the lasagna was eggplant based but it's mushroom and there's a lot of it. French onion soup also had a but of mushrooms. They were out of garlic knots so they gave us the bread option but it was over done. Towards the end I thought I was gonna chip a tooth. The ranch sauce with the garlic bread was really good. Also got it with a cheese spread that was really good. Will be back to try more.

One of the best vegan restaurants we tried in Toronto. We started with the cheese fondue to share, then had the Wellington and finished with their homemade cheesecake. Everything was delicious and the Wellington was even split over 2 different plates (when ordering we asked if we could share it). I seldom see a restaurant do this and they usually just being more cutlery. Our waiter was super helpful, authentic and funny. We had a good time and I can only highly recommend this place!

Honestly, the best pizza I have ever tried in Canada. I ordered the bbq jackfruit flavour and it’s to die for! It’s very tasteful, fresh and also so authentic. Also, the ranch dressing is perfect to dip the pizza crust in. Definitely my favourite pizzeria!

Yum! What began at the more upscale, sit-down part of Du quickly became a friendly spot to wait for our pizza and meatball sub and gelato. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and I really hope to return ready for the tasting menu! We ordered the Florence pizza, meatball sub and stracciatella gelato. I couldn’t believe it was all plant-based. We never come across vegan italian places, so this was seriously an exciting find. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Clearly the best vegan pizza in Toronto. Our favourite is the pepperoni, but all the toppings are worth trying. Also check out Osteria Du for a sit-down experience, it's also great!

The Jackfruit pizza was amazing. I was disappointed with the lasagna as the pasta sheets in the lasagna were cold, there was no eggplant in it as mentioned in menu.It was as if someone in the kitchen threw everything together. The chocolate moose kind of thing that we ordered for dessert was underwhelming although biscuits alonv with it were good, which they did not charge us for. I guess I will avoid coming here next time as I can get a good vegan pizza elsewhere. All the stars are for excellent servers who were courteous and nice.

Wow! So delicious. The best vegan pizza I’ve ever had in Toronto! My favourite are the Florence (and I don’t really like pesto but this is subtle) and the Mediterranean. I’ve never dined in, but the take out is always spot on.

Wish I could give ten stars, but alas, I’m restricted to 5. Pizzeria…Du make me happy. It is truly everything you’d ever want to see in a vegan establishment. I’ve never been disappointed ordering anything here. The pizzas are good, the ice cream is heavenly, and the staff are top tier. I love this place and will be celebrating every milestone with a meal at Pizzeria Du.

The BEST pizza. They’re all delicious but their jackfruit pizza is amazing, just a fantastic combination of toppings/flavours/textures. They have an excellent GF crust too, which is hard to find, and my kids love their pepperoni. The panelle and pizza puffs are also super yummy. Definitely a must-try!!

Everything here is great. Rare to find a vegan pizza place, portions were small but good. Its located in a very busy intersection, if you’re driving be prepared!

I went here with my friend, and we had two personal pizzas, two drinks (one alcoholic), and shared a dessert. We both enjoyed the pizzas — the vegan “cheese” is alright for what it is. I thought the pizzas were a bit pricey for their size, but they were flavourful and good. The total came to just under $99 bucks. I have to mention the service charge. The menu states an 18% service charge is added to every bill instead of a tip. That’s BS. There’s nothing “in lieu” about it — it’s a mandatory tip by a different name. For example, a person ordering a pricier pizza doesn’t get more service than one with a cheaper pizza. If you want to make a dent in the absurdity of tip culture, raise your menu prices by the equivalent amount and call it a day. The current implementation is the equivalent of hand waving and magical thinking.

I don't know how someone can rate this place with five stars. The service is okay. Staff is friendly but can't be able to give accurate information about the food. According the waiter the pizza size is enough to share. There's no way you can share a pizza that size! It's truly overpriced. I had good expectations because of the pictures uploaded here, however reality it's way far from that, it taste OK, but I definitely won't be paying 20 cad for a mini pizza. Please notice, they include a "service fee" on the bill. (Instead of charging customer for employees to get a good wage, cut it from your profit). Said that, I'm so disappointed.

I tried their special drink made of lemon etc with meatball Sub and jackfruit pizza. I didn’t like either of these but I all items were fresh and service was great. Will visit again for sure and will try something new because Vegan restaurant are very less in Toronto and this is one of those few.

Love love their pizzas! Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because their online order/delivery experience could use some improvements. Delivery system doesn't always work even if the restaurant is open and no one picks up when you call the restaurant. I wish this was a much more straightforward process. BUT when it all comes together the pizza itself is amazing!

Expensive and small portions. !!! When I go to a restaurant that seems to have a certain quality, as a costumer you know that the portions won't be big, but the taste would be the best! Is not like it tasted really bad, it tasted average, but 20CAD for such a small portion and low taste quality is really insulting. And the money is not the problem, I have visited lots of restaurants all over the world with really good pizzas, and when is worth it you just pay for it and walk away with a smile. This was not the case. No recommend and not going again.

Without a doubt, the best pizza I've ever had. Truly, there's a difference between a vegan pizza and a vegan pizzeria. I've had many vegan pizzas from "regular" pizzerias, also in Europe. But replacing cheese with some store-bought substitute is worlds apart from hand-crafting a vegan pizza from scratch. That being said, I did have better (vegan) Tiramisu in the past. Go for the really tood ice cream for dessert instead 😉 On a side note: As a european, I like their concept of paying the servers properly and adding a fixed service charge, instead of relying on tips...

Their pizzas are incredibly delicious. It's a must try! We had the bbq jackfruit, Romana and Delux. The BBQ jackfruit was definitely my favorite. My (non vegan) boyfriend loved the Delux pizza. But the Romana was also so good. Creamy and delicious. We were so impressed and will be coming back again

Got take out for the first time tonight and it was absolutely delicious!! We got the Canadian pizza, garlic knots (both of those wow, would definitely get again), and the meatball sub. Will be back for sure, new date spot.

Service was great! Food was amazing! The 4 course plant based meal exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to coming back.

Very good experience. Server (Roger) was very professional and accommodating and although there was a long wait for the food it was well worth the wait. The variety in the pizzas and the ambiance of the restaurant was a nice touch as well.

The food here is incredible but the service we had was incredibly slow. We did the four course meal and the whole experience took 3 hours. We were one of the only groups in the restaurant but it took our waiter 20 minutes to bring us our bill after we asked for it. I'll definitely come back but only for takeout or a single course. Best vegan pizza in the city by far though.

The best vegan pizza, and I would even argue, the best pizza in Toronto. The service is excellent and the pizza is even better. Absolutely worth visiting.
