I
had
a
really
great
experience
at
this
gym.
I
signed
on
for
about
4
months,
starting
when
we
moved
to
the
neighbourhood
and
stopping
when
our
second
child
was
due.
The
weekly
rate
is
fair,
and
there
are
good
options
for
those
willing
to
commit
to
a
year
up
front
with
some
good
flexibility
to
pause
due
to
life
events.
The
gym
itself
is
HUGE!
However,
even
when
busy
there
is
plenty
of
space
around,
and
it
does
not
give
off
the
vibe
of
commercial,
franchise
gyms.
I
mainly
focus
on
the
primal
strength
movements
(squat,
deadlift,
bench)
and
there
are
plenty
of
stations
for
those.
I
also
attended
a
few
of
the
group
training
classes.
While
there
are
a
lot
of
people,
there
is
enough
equipment
to
go
around.
The
trainers
have
good
programs
that
focus
on
strength,
hypertrophy
and
endurance.
Finally,
a
word
for
the
staff
who
were
always
great
to
interact
with.
They
help
create
a
positive
atmosphere,
with
good
vibes.
My
only
recommendation
that
would
have
made
the
experience
even
more
ideal
is
if
they
had
evening
hours
on
weekends.
Those
of
us
with
kids
would
love
to
take
advantage
of
those
time
slots
for
a
workout.
