This is THE place to go to in the city to workout! All the trainers and staff are amazing! They concentrate on form, function, and FUN! All the trainers are awesome and they will encourage you to be your best! Work at your own pace at your own level. There are no egos at this place, it is a team environment. Top notch trainers here - Blair, Saeed, Jane, Tasha, Jermine, and Alvin - each bring different techniques and a huge variety of exercises to their classes, so you will have fun and will be challenged in every class! The Lift classes will work on your strength. The Sweat and Perform classes will challenge your endurance. And the new Power+ classes will help you improve your CrossFit skills. All classes are designed for all skill levels - beginners, intermediate, highly skilled, and even the weekend warriors - you need to try this place. You will be guaranteed to enjoy your workout and wanting more after your first class.

This is the BEST gym in the city for a number of reasons. First off - community, the people are all here to support each other. The coaches are top notch from former NFL players to former raptors coaches. There are classes for every type. From heavy weight to light body weight high intensity to mobility classes promoting flexibility. Not only all these amazing points but the pricing is very affordable. Most gyms in the city add another $70-100 / month for the same type of classes with less quality on the facility and training. I’ve been to a ton of different fitness facilities over the years and can easily say Myo is the best by far. Oh and the front desk employees are such nice, supportive and welcoming people that it becomes something to look forward to each day.

Best training facility in Toronto! Staff and community are amazing. I love how all trainers emphasize form and make sure that everyone in the class is doing the workouts properly. Some of my go to trainers are: Adam for functional movement training, David for explosive high intensity, and Blair for olympic lifting but all trainers there are amazing.

Amazing facility and class selection. Front staff always super friendly and helpful. 1st class group of trainers that all have a high level of knowledge and expertise. Great group of people that attend these classes that really make for a community feel. Last but not least, very effective lost and found program ;) Best workout in Toronto hands down.

Have been at RND for over a year now and love it! We were struggling to find a good gym after moving to the east end, and finally found RND a perfect fit. I love the way the classes are structured, with attentive coaches who remember what you're working on and provide helpful, technical prompts so that you're doing the movements with good form. I regularly do the LIFT classes with Alvin and Blair, and boxing with Darryl. Boxing has been amazing as well, in small groups of 5 people so you actually get pad time with the coach and learn techniques properly, while having fun! I'm grateful to the RND team-- feeling stronger and stronger every day on my lifelong journey.

This is a great gym. The hardest part is finding the actual entrance. On the map the entrance is accessible from the driving range but there is a fence. If you are lucky you may see a door is open within the fence. The actual entrance is on the street where the T&T is, then way behind the building where the McGregor is. You will see a lot of cars says Bell on it but you are on the right track. The door will be located at the end of all the cars.

This place is a hidden gem. Been doing strength and conditioning small class training for years and this is the best gym in the city! Awesome trainers, amazing facilities and great class / programming for whatever you're looking for (strength, running, power, conditioning, etc..). Member base is super friendly and supportive too.

Absolutely love this place. I recently moved from Vancouver to Toronto earlier this year and came across Myodetox Performance through ClassPass. After the first class, I was hooked and bought a membership shortly after. I've brought many friends to attend classes and met many friends along the way. I love how the trainers here are passionate about what they do, and I also love the community - whenever I come, I always feel so welcomed. And training alongside new members, I only hear positive things like, "Wow, everyone's so nice here". Myodetox Performance is definitely a place I feel I can be myself, and also a place that motivates me to push harder and challenge myself.

RND is the best of the best. Amazing workouts that push you and motivate you without compromising quality or form (something I can’t say about all gyms in the city!) the trainers take the time to get to know you, and the community is filled with incredible individuals in and out of the gym. My favourite place to be since moving to this neighbourhood!!

RND is a great gym in Leslieville. I don't live in the area but I go out of my way to come here because they're that good. I started coming through Classpass but now I support them directly and am happy to do so. I was a frequent group class goer prior to RND, but I noticed my strength and endurance improve after attending their LIFT, PERFORM, and POWER+ (a personal favorite) on a weekly basis. The classes will challenge you in the best way and the coaches have a deep knowledge of fitness you won't find at many gyms. Music is always good, and the people here contribute to a great atmosphere for group work. Only wish they had towel service!!

Alvin and the team as RND are some of the best coaches and training in Toronto. They make you feel welcomed and the community keeps you coming back while Alvin the master jordan trainer keeps me ripping classes. So glad to have met the crew and love coming staying strong and keeping my heart going. Easy spot to find parking and reasonable rates. Always a pleasure coming here.

Amazing facility to train and get a good sweat in. The classes are challenging and always evolving. The trainers are accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable. The members are super supportive and is a great addition to help motivate during the classes. It’s also nice seeing the trainers participating in each other’s classes and having them struggle and sweat with us.

RND is one of my favourite group training spots in Toronto, the coaches make you feel like part of the family and great at correcting form. The workouts are challenging and help build strength. It’s a place where you’ll not only enhance your fitness but find a community that inspires and uplifts you. Plus the music is great. If you’re seeking an incredible workout in Toronto, RND is an absolute must-visit.

A great place to work out! The staff here are great and the work outs are challenging. If you want to take your fitness to another level, this is the gym for you. All the members also are quite motivating to inspire you to be better.

So grateful to have found this gym! Love the community and the instructors are the best. Never had an unenjoyable workout with the team at RND. Workouts can be adjusted to suit your fitness level and abilities and it is a judgement free zone, perfect for those just starting their fitness journey all the way through to the highly experienced looking for a challenge. The new space is great, centrally located and easily accessible via transit. Highly recommend you check out RND if you want a great workout and a welcoming community! Edit: forgot to mention the variety of workouts! Lots of different options to choose from depending on what you're feeling and what you enjoy. My recommendation - try them all and prepare to be sore 😁

Truly the best gym in the city! I’ve never been stronger thanks to the amazing coaches at RND, and they constantly motivate me to push beyond my limits. The workouts are thoughtful and challenging, and the coaches truly give it their all. RND has become much more than just a gym to me, it’s an amazing supportive community that I feel so grateful to be apart of. Highly recommend whether you’re an athlete or just getting into fitness, this gym is truly for everyone!

As a fitness enthusiast who has checked out a lot of gyms in downtown Toronto, RND is the best! I have been a member for over 5 years and RND is more then just a gym - it's a second home and a family. As a busy individual juggling many things in life - mental and wellness breaks are critical which is why I look forward everyday to coming to RND for a solid workout(s)! At RND, we sweat hard; lift heavy; push each other and get strong while having lots of fun along the way! It's not your typical group training gym - trust me....I have been to them all!

RND Athletics is an outstanding gym with amazing trainers. I have attended numerous classes led by Alvin. He is an amazing leader who will push you to work harder in every session. The gym offers a welcoming environment for everyone. If you live in the city and you aren’t training here, you are truly missing out. The equipment is also very high quality and the location is excellent.

Prior to joining RND, I had never had a consistent gym routine. Alvin’s team does a great job of teaching the fundamentals for all lifting exercises and you often get a lot of 1-on-1 feedback. Classes always have a great atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking to start out at a gym or who is looking to switch gyms.

🫤 This gym was pretty reasonable for a while, given the perks of the black card membership. However since the beginning of the summer, it has been absolutely crowded with young high-school aged teens that show up in groups of 4 and higher chatting around the equipment. I recently realized that high-sc...
