When
you
visit
the
website
to
book
classes
and
review
the
studio
schedule,
classes
are
listed
with
icons
that
indicate
if
the
class
will
feature
music
or
if
it
is
a
hot
class,
or
if
it
is
merely
a
warm
class.
It
seems
like
a
lot
of
the
instructors
teach
classes
with
music
playing
or
that
feature
music,
even
when
it
is
indicated
that
there
is
no
music,
which
can
be
disappointing,
and
distracting
when
you
show
up
and
have
to
put
up
with
a
soundtrack.
For
attendees
that
prize
what
an
instructor
has
to
say,
over
a
playlist;
I
encourage
you
to
call
the
front
desk.
At
both
King
west
and
North
York
I
have
found
staff
are
available
(and
actually
answer
the
phones)
and
will
address
inquiries
and
questions.
The
King
West
location
is
relatively
easy
to
find,
is
accessible
by
TTC,
and
also
offers
parking
spaces.
There
is
a
studio
space
on
the
lower
level
that
seems
accessible
to
persons
with
limited
mobility,
but
the
upstairs
spaces
seem
inaccessible
and
could
pose
difficulty
for
people
seeking
treatment,
as
the
treatment
spaces
all
seem
to
be
on
the
upper
floor.
Showers,
changing
room
and
washroom
facilities
all
available
on
site,
and
upstairs
a
lounge
space
can
be
found.
What
is
nice,
is
that
memberships
can
be
used
at
the
King
St.,
North
York
or
Thornhill
locations.
