Yum!!! The coffee was delicious — had a flat white and an iced latte. It was perfection. My mom had an iced London fog tea and said it was great. The staff was super friendly and kind. The only downside is there is limited seating so it’d be hard to hang out with a group. If you’re by yourself working though, it’s a good spot. I’m not sure if there are outlets, though.

How did I not review this before? Found is the coffee shop I will go way out of my way – past many other coffee shops and 100 Starbucks, to sit on their cozy back patio, hold a fantastic oat latte with both hands in a warm gorgeous (bespoke) ceramic mug, and indulge in a big bowl of steel cut oats, and read. Or do all those things, but rushed and in my gym shorts as it's a perfect run distance from home. Sitting inside the cozy space or people/streetcar watching front patio is great too. Highly recommend for all your coffee and Vegemite needs.

Weird staff attitude, inside doesn't look anything like advertised. COFFEE: the latte was just meh, quite bland. The sizing here is just all over the place, what size on the menu is not always the size you get. FOOD: +1 star for the avocado toast. This's the only thing I like here. Very generous amount of avocado. SERVICE: the barista has weird attitude. I order a medium Macchiato (there're size M and L on the menu). But the barista straight up give me a shot glass size cup telling me this is the only size they serve for Macchiato. I was surprised because clearly the menu said something different. And she told me I was used to the Starbucks size but this's the actual size of this drink. I'm not even a fan of Starbucks but I got offended bc of this customer service. VIBE: this place is tiny and dark. The patio has a cute decorated wall but super small and barely fit 3 tables. I was surrounded by garbage bins and flies. Never gonna come back.

    1. Delicious coffee. The White was fantastic, The Doctor was smooth and tasty. A bit acidic for my taste, but that comes down to preference. Excellent cups of coffee. 2. 6oz is never enough. The cups are cute, but left me wanting more. The 12oz is the way to go. 3. Courage Cookies The Angel Pillow was a delight. Sweet, but not too sweet. The Chocolate Cookie was extremely sweet, the flaky sea salt took it up a level - if you have a sweet tooth, you'll like this. 4. Go here. Staff were super nice, they are clearly quite busy and kept a great demeanor. Support local business!

What a cozy place! Great coffee, delicious almond croissant, tasty salmon toast and comforting oat bowl. The coffee was perfect, service very friendly and the place itself had great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

**Review updated to 5 stars. I just love the service and it seems like the price for cappuccinos has increased all over Toronto, so it’s not unique to Found. One of my favourite coffee shops but the price is too steep now. I understand that they want to maintain their quality and with that comes an increase in price but $7 for a cappuccino is over the top for me. The London fog was good but too diluted. Overall though, great vibe, amazing service and high quality food and drinks.

I had an incredible experience at this lovely cafe. It’s very refreshing to see a barista take their time and put so much care and energy into each drink. It makes a huge difference and I am willing to wait a bit longer for delicious coffee that is beautifully presented. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops, however, an array of dairy-free milk alternatives are offered and the atmosphere (specifically the patio area in the back) are totally worth the price.

I was walking on College St. this morning and noticed a door where it said, "You've found us." It's an Australian coffee shop, "Found Coffee," providing a delightful coffee experience. The ambiance is inviting, featuring a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The baristas showcase skill and passion in crafting each cup, resulting in rich and flavorful brews. The menu offers a variety of coffee, savory & bakery options, ensuring there's something for every preference. Whether you're a connoisseur or a casual coffee lover, Found Coffee is a spot where quality and comfort blend seamlessly. The friendly staff adds to the overall positive vibe, making it a recommended destination for anyone seeking a satisfying coffee experience.

They have Vegemite, that’s all I need to know!! Cheesy Vegemite croissant was excellent, really special. Chai latte was excellent, perfectly brewed with a spiced ginger kick, just how I like it. Not overly bitter or oversteeped like some upscale cafes, and not too sweet either - just right. I had mine with almond milk. Avocado toast is like most other ones, hard to mess up however their chewy sourdough bread and flavorful olive oil take it over the edge. Avos also perfectly ripe. It’s a very generous portion too - thick large slice of bread with proper thick layer of avo. Ambiance and service are great, and there’s actually a decent amount of seating in the back despite being pretty small. Pricey but definitely worth it (those 3 items cost $25). Overall I am looking forward to coming back! Might even go out of my way to come here.

What a delightful experience! Before coming, we knew we had to try their Toast Bar! We ordered The Smashed Avo toast and The Salmon toast, each adding a poached egg on top. Egg was poached perfectly so that it wasn’t making a mess all over the toast, which was my initial worry! The ingredients were so fresh, making for a light and delicious meal. I also ordered their specialty; ‘The Doctor’, a rich and creamy coffee. Couldn’t have asked for a better brunch spot.

I love this place. Australians have been known for coffee around the world for awhile now and I'm glad Toronto finally has an Aussie coffeeshop. It is a genuine place with relaxed and cozy vibes. I've been to the Bellwoods location as well but prefer College location for getting work done. I had a decaf latte, salmon toast and a croissant. All of which was delicious. The espresso is full bodied and you can taste the notes. If you're picky like me, you can specify to the barista exactly how you like your drink/food and they'll be happy to accommodate. The coffee is 10/10, the food is 10/10, customer service is 10/10 and the ambiance/ atmosphere is also 8/10. They have seating at the front of the store, inside and a small back patio. My only feedback is the backyard looks a little neglected. The plants are dying, and there's leaves everywhere. It could use a good sprucing up. As well, it's hard to do work when there's 80s rock music playing from a radio station. If they can play calming music from a playlist instead, that would be preferred.

The most delicious, home made porridge! And the coffee cups are so cute too, the staff are really attentive and so so lovely and they let you stay and work with laptop for hours. This is my favourite cafe in Toronto,

Cute cafe with very friendly staff. I tried their matcha latte with oat milk and banana walnuts muffin. The latte was pretty good but the muffin was too sweet for my taste. Also the lid was defective and I spilled the latte all over myself so always double check for that. 🥲

Great little coffee shop on College St that you can't miss! Super friendly owner from Sydney. The cheese mite pastry is definitely a must try. Especially for those wanting to taste Vegemite, but too scared that they would hate it LOL. Love the overall vibe and the outdoor seating. They carry some coffee supplies and artisan beans from Pista and Seth Taylor at the time.

Nice coffee shop. I got a flat white, while my friend got an orange mocha (seasonal special). Both were good although their smallest size of coffee is quite small (compared with other coffee shops). I appreciated the fact that they had a choice of single origin beans and not just a house blend. The interiors were nice and cozy. EDIT- appreciate the reply and explanation from the store. They maintain the same ratio of coffee to milk in all the sizes. I’m supportive of that!

First time at this location, which is super close to work! Just take my money, will you! The Doctor is just so smooth, with great milk to espresso ratio. Cute little spot for a quick morning coffee before heading to work or coffee date with a friend.

The barista was super friendly! And not in that weird fake way either. We talked about oat milk brands, since I usually only like Minor Figures. They recommended I try theirs which is imported from Australia. It tasted really fantastic! I appreciated the recommendation a lot, and I’ve never drank a coffee so fast LOL. Will certainly be back when I’m in the area. I also loved the packaging and the interior decor a lot. It felt really homey and comfortable, especially the window. :)

This hidden gem opened up during the pandemic. A few items that I got were… * The Smashed Avo - Organic Sourdough, Fresh Avocado, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, Cracked Pepper + Chilli Flakes * The Berries - Organic Sourdough, Marscapone, Fresh Berries, Cracked Pepper, Mint + Honey * The Doctor - One of their special coffees * Matcha Latte * Espresso shot The coffee is something I highly recommend you to try! They were also very generous on the amount of avocados they used for the toast and how much strawberries they actually put! Aesthetic‘s is also absolutely A+ Quality. At this coffee shop you can study, meet with a friend, take Instagram worthy photos, and of course EAT! Instagram: Asianbaebites

I stumbled upon this gem while walking down the street. The coffee shop boasts a cozy and modern ambiance, with the added charm of outdoor seating right by the store front. Staff was friendly and had great knowledge to the menu. I ordered a regular brewed coffee and enjoyed the taste. It did not have a strong aftertaste and not much bitterness. The pricing was in line with other coffee spots in the vicinity, making it a reasonable choice. The ample seating options caught my attention. From comfortable couches as you enter to more tables tucked in a cozy room towards the back, space is aplenty. The cleanliness and organization of the store were evident, adding to the overall positive experience.

If you're looking for a friendly, community-oriented cafe that truly has a passion for great coffee, and explores new beans and flavours alongside you, then Found is the one place in Toronto that can offer you it all. Since day one, I could feel that this place really cares. I've never had a bad cup of coffee here! I get the "Black" (which is an Americano). Their owner and staff are genuinely great humans and you'll always feel welcomed. I've gotten several of their handmade mugs for both myself and friends and they make fantastic gifts. They've recently opened up a new location as well right next to Bellwoods and I hear they have a cool brunch menu there. Can't wait to try it!

Always such a delight walking in to Found Coffee! No matter the weather, it always feels like summer in there! All their products are homemade, even their flavored syrups and chocolate! The staff is always so pleasant and kind and they always make sure to tell you what coffee they're brewing that day. My go-to's are the smoked salmon sour dough and smashed avocado toast-- truly divine! I also hear their Iced Mocha's are great because they're made with real chocolate, so I'll be sure to give that a try next time I visit!

First of all, being in a pandemic, I’ve found that just being able to go somewhere is an adventure. To find a little gem like this coffee place, makes the adventure even greater! I consider myself a big coffee “connoisseur” and will try coffee from EVERYWHERE at least once. But this is a place I’ll be frequenting quite often. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and I cannot wait for the seating area to open in the back. And the coffee? Run, don’t walk. I enjoyed this place so much! I can’t wait to go back and buy alllll the mugs!

Today, I woke up and decided I wanted matcha - but not just from any old coffee shop, a recommended one! So I went to the Google, and I found a link that took me to Instagram for this cute, aesthetically pleasing cafe that has some of the highest rated matcha in Toronto. And that’s how I FOUND the cafe that stole my heart! Not only was the service incredible (the humans were SO LOVELY), but the avocado toast was SCRUMPTIOUS and the matcha was HEAVENLY. The decor was too cute, and I felt like I was cozy and welcome as my true self. I’m very happy with todays IG find!

This place is simply amazing! From the first moment people in there put a smile on my face, being so kind and helpful in making my choice. It looks so so nice both inside and outside, so regardless of the weather you can step by and enjoy your time there. I had a great cappuccino and the best carrot muffin I've ever ate! If you are / visit Toronto, you can't miss this place!

One my fav coffee places in Toronto. A very warm friendly environment to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The owner is just fabulous! He explained the story of found and what it’s purpose is. Love the way they support local businesses in the area. The Bellwood branch is also a lovely one! Very Close to the park. So you can grab a coffee after your morning run!😄

Really nice coffee. You dont lose the taste of the beans because of the milk, which is rare nowadays. I had a very nice and tasty flat white. The scone was also a very nice surprise (pumpkin and maple sirop). Would also like to mention the very nice service provided by the team. I believe the owner was there, and he made sure we were not too cold. It is the little things that make a great experience.

Cute coffee shop on college! Lots of non dairy alternatives and spoke a bit to the staff and they said they pick different blends that work better with non milk alternatives. I had oat milk and my friend had lactose free milk. Coffee art was cute, it was busy. Cute decor and ambiance.

Heard about this cafe and was in the neighbourhood so stopped by to try a coffee from them. The unit is pretty small, but there are a few tables for seating and deeper in the back past the counter. The decor was minimalistic. I saw they had an orange mocha for their specials and went for that (6oz.). You can choose whether you want milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Went for dark. The drink is fairly milky and I found the coffee and chocolate fairly faint in the background. So I got mostly an orange dairy beverage. This isn’t what I was hoping for but maybe other people might prefer that than an espresso forward drink.

If you’re looking for a creamier and flavourful cup of latte, this unfortunately isn’t the place. Ordered a vanilla oat milk latte and while the menu did say that the vanilla syrup is unsweetened, the latte ended up being too bitter for my liking. Not much espresso either, majority was oat milk (which wasn’t too bad but I’ve had better) and ice, so as the ice melted the only thing I was tasting was watery oat milk. For $8 I would expect better, more espresso and more flavour. Service was very friendly and fast!

I have been here many times to support a local cafe and every time I’ve come, I’m greeted by the owner, the baristas are great and very amicable, and the vibes for the place speak for itself. The transformation from what this cafe was during the middle of covid till now is absolutely fantastic. You’re getting quality coffee. You’re getting dairy and coffee bean pairings that I didn’t know were even a thing.. it’s those small differences that make this cafe personal. You’re remembered here. You’re welcomed here. I love it.

This is such a lovely place. The coffee and food is delicious and made with real love. The staff are so friendly and you always leave happier than you arrived. The attention to detail with their mugs and explanation of the flavours is really a step above. I can't recommend it enough!

Great efficient and friendly service, delicious smashed avo with perfectly picked egg and cherry tomatoes, perfectly textured frothed milk on the nice strong espresso cafe late coffee, do yourself a favour and drop in!

This shop has such a great vibe, and it’s obvious that its owner has an incredible passion for people. It’s easy to feel like “number” at other cafes, but here, you’ll feel like you’re a part of the family. Make sure to stop by if you’re in the area!

  • 4/5 Yomna A. 8 months ago on Google
It was okay coffee but I think I just didn’t like the blend they used at the time. Otherwise, the oat milk was creamy and nice. The place is really cute (also they have a tower of Vegemite inside if that’s your jam) - perfect for a friend catch up or for some quiet working. The staff was super friendly. Would come back and give it another chance.

One of the most satisfying coffees I've had in a very long time! The desserts are also very delicious. The Aussie owner is friendly and savvy. Be prepared to have your Covid docs with a QR code easily readable.

Cute seating, creative cup design (love the ode to the city) and a great flat white! One of the better ones I’ve had in the city - it had a natural sweetness and every sip took me by surprise and was list the first time. Will be back!

  • 3/5 Rekha 1 year ago on Google
Coffee was okay. A little pricey. Asked for dark chocolate in my iced mocha but still ended up being quite sweet and milky.

  • 4/5 Vlada M. 1 year ago on Google
The coffee shop is small but very instagrammable so I would recommend this place if you want to take nice photos. I especially like their coffee cups :) The staff is also very nice. But unfortunately the coffee we had here (latte and americano with cream) was not that good :( The taste was very watery, it felt like the proportions of coffee and milk/cream to water were not accurate. I've been to this place once so idk if it's always like this or that day the barista just wasn't in the mood. So, in a nutshell, the design and interior are great, but the coffee needs some work, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
